Part 9 A goddess appears?

Launi and Danica were happily sleeping under Nicole's wings. The three had been sleeping like this for the past four years. "Bad dreams..." He said quietly before snuggling up to her chest.
Danica shook her head. "Its alright hun, no one will hurt you." She said as she calmed him, it wasn't more then five minutes later when they were both back to sleep.
Later that night Danica woke up to a bright light in the room. She could barely make out a female figure in the light. "Danica, wake up." The voice was soothing, like a mother talking to a child. "Its time Danica." The figure walked forward, the light diminishing enough to make out a few more details, largely that the woman was much like her self and Launi, a tigress, only a few inches over six feet. The woman kneeled down and put her hand on Danica's face. "Its time to learn my daughter." She said as Danica wordlessly got up from under Nicole's wing, the touch calming and relaxing, but at the same time clearing away the cob webs of sleep.
"Who are you?" Danica asked quietly as she looked down at herself still sleeping under Nicole's wing with Claus pressed against her chest. Though Danica didn't question why she was looking at herself when she turned back to the figure.
"Mother." The figure said quietly. "Mother of all." She said before kissing Danica on the lips. "Your mother, your mothers mother."
"Who are you?" She asked again, confused by the figures first response.
"I have had many names. The Greeks called me Hera, the Armenians Anahit, the Hindus Sashti." She said quietly. "I am all of them yet I am none of them."
Danica shook her head. "But how?"
The figure laughed lightly. "You ask a goddess how? You are quite the curious one aren't you, but then again, you are a cat." She said before scratching Danica's ears, quieting her questions. "I'll leave that for later, but for now, I must tell you why you are like you are." She said as her expression changed. "The human race is dying, disease and famine are slowly killing it. Father has willed their destruction since their own ignorance is slowly destroying his world." The goddess continued. "I can't let him kill all the people, so I have given you a small portion of my abilities so you can help save humanity. She said as Danica's body laying under Nicole's wing started to slowly glow. "I wish for you to be able to help those in need, and as such, I have granted you more of my power to use as you see fit. I have watched you for these years, the countless people you helped. The countless who owe their way of life to you and your mate. As such, I am granting you the ability to help more, without the need for them to be inside of you. But beware, this is not a power to abuse. It needs to be used sparingly till your bodies have adjusted. My milk will help, but I can only do so much for you now." She said as Danica switched to her other breast.
"The power I am granting you is to do more then you are right now. You are no longer limited to what you have had contact with. Your imagination is the limiting factor now to what you can do with your bodies and those of the people you touch." Since it was a weekend he didn't need to get up to go to school yet. After dropping her son off in his bed she went to go see Launi.
