First off, I don't own any char from the Star Fox series, however i do own a char named Alex and Carnel. I add up some chars, of course with their permission hoping it last long. Please forgive me if there are any grammar and spelling errors since I'm a South Eastern.

Chapter 5: Rehab During Andross Second Wave

I never thought that because of that incident, I had developed an androphobia about avoiding being touch by a male. What makes me angry most is that the doctor knew my condition and didn't tell me. Well since I now had a phobia, the doctors add my rehabilitation with psychological treatment in case there is more than just one phobia. What the doctors found out about my phobia was quite surprising because I had developed at least half dozen of phobias. The list of my phobias are: fear of men, fear of abuse, fear of strangers, and two more I can't remember.

The progress of my phobia therapy quite smooth, thus I concur of my fear of men, strangers, and one more within three weeks. Carnel visit me some time since she had a hard time requesting a permission to leave her works and I can understand her situation since it is classified project from the military. When I had spare time and no visitors, I spent it by doing some rehabilitation on my own. Sometimes the nurse caught my actions and scolded me. I got visitors more often during my rehabilitation session, and guess who came visit me and help me often? It was none other than the Star Fox.

Fox and Falco helped me during my phobia therapy, while Slippy and Peppy helped me during my walking and exercises. The doctor said that my progress was faster and in within three weeks I can get out of hospital. I was happy to hear the news, but what makes me happy is that it all because the Star Fox's support. On the next day, during my rehabilitation section Fox got a call from the military base. I can't hear the details because inside Fox's left ear has a voice communicator. "Fox, here. What is it, General...? A what, where? Alright, I'll be there in a moment." Fox then looked at me and said, "I'm sorry, Alex. We got ourselves a mission and we have to leave immediately."

I thrilled to hear that the Star Fox had their mission after so long visiting me and helped me for my recovery. All I could say is, "Well, I wish you and your team good luck, and hope that you come back alive. I can manage on my own." Fox nod his head and started to walk to the door followed by Falco. I started to talk again to Fox and Falco, "Mr. Lombardi; Mr. McCloud, thank you for helping my recovery. I wish that there was something that I could do to repay you guys, but I'm afraid that I can't do anything for now. When I get out of here, I will join the Corneria Military Academy so that I could join your team someday."

"Don't be too hard on yourself, kiddo. Maybe someday, you will join in our team but for now you have to think for your recovery." Fox nodded in agreement for Falco's statement, and looked at me. I raised my thumb to them with full confident and said, "I will keep that promises. Good luck, everyone and give my regard to Slippy and Peppy for me." Fox and Falco raise their thumb as well for replies and then they went out the hospital.

After they left the hospital, I looked at Nurse Maria the doe and told her, "I believe that we still in the rehabilitation process and one more thing that I want this to end fast so I guess that the session will take longer than usual. May we continue?"

I continue my rehab session with Nurse Maria but a sudden quake followed with erupt sound stopped my activities. I looked at the window and saw smokes rising from one building, "What the heck?" I asked myself but after that another explosion can be seen in two or three buildings in random locations. The sight began to haunt me again since this has happened when I was seven. To make things worse is that there were lots black jets or fighters roaming in the city sky. I can also see that there are some military Cornerian Fighters trying to shoot down the black fighters. Not long after that, four white fighters came to support the Cornerian Fighters. I looked closely the symbol on the fighter's tail, and it was red fox with wing or scarf to be precise. I asked Nurse Maria who own that symbol, and she said that it was Star Fox. ‘Star Fox's symbol, then that means it was McCloud and the others.'

Of course when the war is brewing, thus the siren rang off told us to evacuate. But my feet glued on the same place just to witness their actions in the sky. For two hours straight, I can see that there six or seven Cornerian Fighters shot down while most of the black fighters were shot down by the Star Fox. When the area is clear from threat, the four white fighters continue their flight towards the mountain and out of my sight. I become more and more inspired to join the military because of their skills and bravery. Thus in a week and a half, I finally got out of the hospital.

The Star Fox have return from their last mission a couple of days after my discharge. After hearing the news that I've been discharge early the Star Fox team felt quite happy for my recovery, well all except one though. It was Fox that shows more than one emotions. It's true that he felt quite happy to hear my discharge, but he also sad because he will miss me since he was close to me like a little brother and share the same tragedy as well. The team noticed him and confronted him. Slippy started the conversation first, "Well now that we know that Alex is out of the hospital, we just have to find out where he lives."

Peppy raised his hand to reject Slippy's idea, "Oh no. Not for me, I'm afraid. I'm going to give this old bones a rest and I recommend that all of you as well. We've just got back from Venom dealing with Andross and his goons."

"Yeah, you are right and I almost got killed during the mission," said Slippy folding his arm grumping. "Thanks for the reminder, Peppy. I'm going back to my dad's lab, hopefully I can prop some gadgets that either we can use it or not."

"Guess I will go to the bar flirting a girl or two." Falco turn around waving good bye. "I'll be seeing you guys at the bunker later."

"Don't get yourself into trouble again, you hear me!" warned Peppy knowing how troublesome Falco could get himself into. "What am I, your blood, old timer?" tease Falco and keep on walking.

"Humph... young one this days, never heed to elder's warning." Peppy kept on grumbling for Falco's behavior. "He is beginning to get out of hand since he joined the team."

"I know, uncle. But his skills are equal to mine and without him, maybe we can't get home in one piece." Fox tried to convince his ‘uncle' Peppy about letting Falco's attitude slide.

"His skill as in miraculous and reckless flying, I can only say that you are much better than him." Fox only laugh knowing what he means. "Anyway, we haven't report this to General Pepper. We should report this immediately." Fox nodded and then went to the Cornerian Military Center which is quite far from the hospital.

Meanwhile, Carnel and I were at my old house, cleaning and dusting everything until it is suitable to live in again. Of course cleaning the house that has been abandon for more than two months took a lot of time and finally it is finished. "Phew, I never thought the dust would pile up that much. Look at me now, I've become a Dalmatian," I've said it with a laugh showing my spotted white furs to Carnel or should I say Aunt Carnel that sitting at the couch.

Carnel looked at me from top to bottom, and then laugh. "It looks like it, compare to me. I only got some spider web on my hair." I laugh a little, and then I remember the other two males with her to help her cleaning my house, the white arctic fox and a tiger. "By the way, where are Mr. Sasuke and Mr. Larson?"

"Kenji is down stair in the basement fixing some pipes, while Robert is fixing some electronics somewhere. Once they were on to it, they will never stop."

"Aren't you the same, aunt Carnel?" I asked while removing my apron.

"Don't forget that I were once a repairwoman and show less interest about creating something until I was being recruited by the military." She then drank some water from plastic bottle.

"Speaking of military, are they giving you a hard time?"

"More like a hard work instead of hard time, but I can manage it with the help of my two partners." She said it with a smirk which put me in curiosity and uneasy.

I took a seat on a sofa right in front of her; stretching my head and neck hearing a crack or two telling how stiff I was after a hard work. Aunt Carnel sat quietly closing her eyes as if she tried to sleep after a long work. I look at the room again, bookshelf covering one side of the wall, a set of wooden desk stood right in front of the shelf. One large couch followed with two small couches encircled the table guest where Carnel's water was. the floor was plain wood, without any carpets to cover it. At the opposite of the room, hung dozens of family photos which is belong to me. Two windows with heavy curtains opened letting the sun ray illuminates the room, and the opposite of it lays an open door which where an arctic fox entered just now. Thus I was surprise for his sudden appearance.

He is, as the species said, a fox with fur as white as a snow which is now was tainted with dust and grease. He is wearing a jean which extended covering part of his chest, a thick pair of glove for protecting his paw hand from sharp objects, and carrying a tool case which I could say his tool case. He is smiling at me first since I was the one he saw first, and then he looked at Aunt Carnel that was sleeping at the couch. "Sleeping in the job I see," he said.

Aunt Carnel's ear twitch as a reflex hearing a familiar voice, still closing her eyes she said, "Well what can I say, we are finish cleaning after all."

The arctic fox smirk a little, "Really, well you miss a spot my sweet Caramel." Then he bent down kissing Aunt Carnel right on her lip while I thought ‘Sweet Caramel...?'

Aunt Carnel slowly rise from her sleeping position and looked at the arctic fox, "Really, where is it my lovey dovey Robert?" Again I thought ‘Lovey Dovey...?'

"Well you and your nephew," He said it ending it with a passionate kiss. Suddenly I felt a tingle inside me telling that I shouldn't be here watching it.

"I think I should head for the bathroom to take a bath, if Mr. Sasuke finishes with the water works." I walk out of that room leaving them some privacy. Not a moment later I could hear moaning sound from that room. I covered my ear not wanting to hear their excitements because of my phobia. I kept on walking for a while then I saw the tiger walking out from the basement all covered with dirt. I greet him, "Hello there, Mr. Sasuke. I guess that all the pipes were fixed."

The tiger called Mr. Sasuke looked at me and smiled, "Yes, I just finish fixing it, so we can have some gas for cooking and water for cleaning all of us." The tiger wiped the sweat from his forehead with his long arm work uniform. "Boy I could use some rest after that."

All I could do was smiled at him, "I wish I could, but someone taken a head start from you." I pointed at the study room where I could hear another moan, only this time it was louder which makes my ear twitch. "Ugh... If you excuse me, I want to wash myself up away from the love birds."

I covered my ears again and headed in to the bathroom, but a pair of strong arm grabs me and hugs me from behind and that makes me yelp. The pair of arm belongs to Kenji Sasuke the tiger technician and he is purring lustfully. "Aren't you going to join with them?" he asked with a soft purr which makes my body tingles more because of my phobia.

I tried my best to speak clearly but what came from my mouth was a scared voice, "I-I-I w-w-wish I c-c-could, b-but I s-s-still h-had the ph-phobia, a-a-and I-I'm n-n-not r-ready f-for i-it y-yet." My body felt trembled because of phobia and I hope that gave him a sign of my discomfort.

The feline really saw it alright, but he forces himself to keep on what he was doing, "Aww... Does the poor little mouse really that scared to be hug by a strong protective male?" He blew some wind to my ears trying to seduce me and it really works because I felt the tingle getting stronger, my body felt weaken and my face started to blush.

I tried to speak again but all I gave was a pant, "p...please, l-let... me... go. If t-this... keeps up... I... might... pass... out." My body felt weaker and weaker as if my strength has been drained by his seduction and my phobia. The tiger looked at me. Even though he can't see my face fully, he knew that I was expressing a lot of pain and that makes the tiger concern me more. "Ple...ase..." I asked again in whisper and my eyes starting to shed some tears. The tiger can't stand seeing me in so much pain. He slowly loosens up his hug and started to hold me since my body felt limp.

He lowered my body slowly so I can get on my knee, and then he let me go. After he let me go, I started to gasp and pant as if I was exercising without any rest. Kenji knelt down and touches my shoulder feeling concern about my being. Of course I gasp again but I still manage to endure that touch. He said to me in concern, "I'm really sorry. I thought that you were just kidding about your phobia."

I look at him slowly still panting. I can see in his eyes shows concern and regrets, "No, I'm not. During my rehab, the doctor treats my phobia to men only within handshake and taping to my body part like what you did now but not in hugging like that." I felt that my strength was recovering slowly. I tried to stand up but my body still limps. Kenji helps me stand up and I'm thanking him. I inhaled deeply as to quicken my recovery, and then exhale it slowly. I looked at Kenji still showing the concern and regrets looks on his face. I smiled at him, "I'm sorry for worrying you, Mr. Sasuke. That was the effects after receiving my rehab; I used to struggle for free but after the rehab, my body starts to tingle for males. When it nearly reaches to mate with other male, my bodies felt weak. When I heard the moaning like that, my bodies start to tingle as in pain. Those were the effects of untreated phobias."

Kenji felt miserable for his action back then as if he was bullying a young cub. "I'm sorry. I didn't know that your phobia was worse." He covered his face with his paw in shame for his action.

I reach his left cheek using my right paw and stroke him slowly tried to sooth him, "It's alright. You didn't do anything wrong. You just don't know me yet until now." I waited for him until he recovers from his miserable. After he stops sobbing, I asked slowly, "Do you feel better now?" Kenji nodded. "Look, I know that you are a nice furson, and I can tell that you are a bi-type guy. Unfortunately, I'm a straight furson if I can eliminate my phobias, and maybe I might need your help during the process. So I want us to be cool for now, okay?" He was surprise because I knew that he is addicted to sex and I believe I reject him because of what I said, but he didn't feel sad at all as if there is hope that someday he will mate me but I don't know when and I don't want that to happen. He quickly hugs me again feeling relief as if his sins have been forgiven. I hug him back and patted his back, and then I realize that I hug him and yet my phobia didn't act up. I didn't feel any fear in me but in exchange I felt warm and compassion. ‘Who would have thought that my body didn't react in this condition? I guess the third time really is a charm. But the problem is how long it will last?'

Then I felt something wet behind my head and shoulder. My ear catches some sobbing sound then I thought he was crying. I patted his head calming him, "There... there... Enough with the water works, Mr. Sasuke. You are an adult male and a tiger, so be proud of yourself and don't show any weaknesses." He then stops sobbing and slowly parted from me. I can see his eyes were red and all I could do is smiled at him. Then I heard another moan coming from the study room. "I guess they want to have another company for their private party, so why don't you go there crash the party. I'm sure they will enjoy it more." With that Kenji nodded in agreement. He stood up and headed to the study room. As for me, I stood up and headed for the bathroom to clean myself.
