Formerly an enemy Billy Ballchin was captured during the Xian war, masquerading as a worker aboard the refinery ship.
Spends much of his time locked in Excalibur's brig.
During the war, he realized what his people were doing was wrong, and he helped the fleet uncover their sabotage.
Since then, he has helped the fleet understand Xian technology, trying to make amends for his people's misdeeds.
While still a prisoner of war, Billy's cooperation has earned him certain freedoms, Working janitorial duties, and even occasionally being permitted, under guard, to see the stars on the observation deck as a reward for good behavior.
Billy is of the Xian faith, though he has begun to question his beliefs.
Like all Xians, Billy is a bipedal primate with a penis shaped head, and his testicles on his chin.
favorite foods: Canid fecal matter, various roach based foods, live roaches.
Xians cannot digest normal food, and must either eat insects, or food that has been previously digested as their bodies are unable to process the longer protein chains of undigested food.
Orientation: hetero, though only in his dreams. He once had a crush on Molly, but Admiral Karen was quick to shatter that fantasy explaining Molly would never be with someone whose people had caused so much evil.
