Fifteen years later, Samantha was the caretaker of an orphanage. When the support money stopped coming, she ran out of cash and the children were starving. She met Joshua again, who was now a full-time hunter. After she owed him money for food many times and it became a problem, Joshua offered her a deal: her "body" in exchange for "food" to feed the children.

Late at night. The wind blew across the lawn in front of the orphanage. The flowers and grass swayed with the wind. The moonlight shone brightly on the orphanage, revealing the caretaker's room window, which was left slightly ajar.

The sound of Joshua and Samantha's heavy breathing mingled together. The wolf was on top of Samantha. His body was completely naked. His hips thrust in and out passionately.

Samantha lay on her back beneath Joshua. The skirt of her cotton nightgown was pulled up to her waist. The front buttons were undone down to her stomach. The pig girl's legs wrapped tightly around Joshua's waist, pulling him closer. She panted heavily, her arms wrapped around his neck, and buried her face into his shoulder, breathing in the scent of the wolf. The scent of a predator excited her, especially Joshua's scent.

…He was a hunter, a hunter who could hunt anything… and she was one of his prey…

The candle flame flickered as if dancing from the vibrations of Joshua's movements.

Joshua's arms rested on the wrinkled bedsheets, sweat seeping all over his body. He paused for a moment to kiss all over Samantha's face, ending at her lips, before using his tongue to lick along her ears and neck. The wolf's tail wagged happily.

"I missed you, I missed you," he said hoarsely into the female pig's neck. "I missed you like crazy."

As his voice faded, he continued moving fiercely, making Samantha tense up to receive him. She moaned in her throat, her hands gripping his shoulders.

Before things went this far between them… the story began after Samantha put the children to bed and returned to her own room.

The moon—bright and shining—hung low in the cloudless sky. The breeze blew through the wide-open window, carrying the scent of earth and pine needles.

Samantha summarized the daily accounts in a notebook. Once finished, she kept it in the desk drawer. Holding a candlestick, she walked to the bed and fluffed the pillows. Her shoulders were heavy from a full day of chores; it was finally time to rest. Just as she was about to lie down, she sensed a dark silhouette at the window.

She turned around in shock—and found him standing there: Joshua, wearing his hunter outfit, stained with dirt and grass. His chest heaved with exhaustion. They locked eyes before Joshua spoke, "Hey."

Samantha quickly interrupted, "Hurry and come in. If anyone sees you, there'll be trouble."

Joshua jumped into the room through the window. The female pig quickly pulled the window down until it was almost closed, leaving just enough space for the wind to slip through.

Once the wolf was inside, Samantha saw that he was tightly holding a small bouquet of wildflowers in his hand—purple asters and golden buttercups, their petals soft and slightly wilted.

"These are for you," he handed them to her.

Samantha took the flowers and smelled them. Even though they looked wilted, they still smelled sweet. Joshua must have picked them since morning.

"Thank you," she said softly. "I think the goat twins would like them." …..Meaning they'd like to eat them.

"You only think about the kids, huh?" Joshua said, sounding a bit slighted. "But I didn't bring anything for them to eat."

"Then why are you here?" Samantha asked, even though she knew what he wanted.

"I just…" He swallowed. "…came to see you."

Silence enveloped them for a moment.

Samantha walked to the bed, patting the mattress beside her, calling him to sit together.

Joshua's weight made the bed sink slightly, and she could feel it beneath her hand—his solidness, his rapid and nervous heartbeat.

"Did you just arrive?" she asked softly.

"Yeah," he murmured.

"I'm glad you came."

He looked up, his eyes sparkling. "I'm glad to see you too."

Their words faded into the quietness. Samantha reached out, her fingers trembling. She touched the bruise on his cheekbone.

"Are you hurt?" she asked.

"A little. Normal for a hunt," the wolf replied.

"Any other wounds?" Samantha continued to ask.

"I don't remember. You'll have to take my clothes off and see for yourself." Joshua flashed his fangs at her.

"I do that with the kids too," the pig girl retorted. "I always have to check if they have any wounds. And they just run circles around me, calling me Mommy, making a mess."

"I'd like to run circles around you too, so I can see your face all the time," Joshua said as if casually, his gaze looking straight ahead.

Silence fell between them for a moment before.

Samantha gently cupped his face—his fur was rather coarse, but his face was so warm. She slowly and gently pulled the wolf down until their lips met. The kiss started hesitantly, then became passionate and deeper. Joshua began to press his kiss harder, his tongue slipping into Samantha's mouth.

Samantha unbuttoned her own nightgown, then took one of Joshua's hands and slipped it under her shirt. It slid in to explore her breasts.

"This feels like a dream," he whispered, his voice trembling with a mix of surprise and delight.

She didn't answer, only reached out to undo Joshua's belt, letting it drop to the floor, before untying the knot of his pants and loosening them.

The female pig's hand slipped under Joshua's pants, while his hand was exploring under her nightgown too…

….However, Samantha had no intention of checking the wolf's wounds whatsoever…
