Bang! Bang! Bang!

My hand just thumped on this mental glass.

A glass that was just but one side of this delusional box.

Emotions were something I was never good at.

I still am not good at.

I'm suffocating.

I'm drowning.

Help!

Help me please..?

I want to scream it out.

I want to cry it out.

But..

Silence.

Silence in this darkness.

Silence in the outer world.

Begging

You.

Hear me once.

Hear my silent struggles.

Hear my overwhelming emotions.

Help me.. Please..

I am drowning.

Frustration has sunk into my bones.

Anxiety has stolen my very breath.

Disgust has settled its nest in the pits of my stomach.

Time has granted me a mercy of finally freezing everything.

For now I can breath.

I can finally scream.

I've finally released that sob.

I am not weak.

I am a survivor.

Save me just once.
