The longest bulge (Uvuzi) - naga vore and smut
All Rathi the lamia wanted was sex, but Uvuzi wanted a mate, and her high standards lead her to test him to see whether he should be a lover, or lunch.
The longest bulge By Strega
In Monstertown, more formally known as Greyston, on a street of no particular note, there was a little house sandwiched between a tailor shop and a wine seller. It had a tiled portico perhaps three yards deep and six wide that one had to cross to get to the narrow front door, and there, occasionally, you could see the coiled-up shape of the blue and white skunkette lamia named Uvuzi.
Even in Monstertown, where giants and werewolves and stranger things worked in the town guard and fifty-plus races of thinking beings walked the streets, Uvuzi was unusual. People would stop and stare, ignored by the long snakey creature and her kobold attendants.
Uvuzi was humanoid from the hips up, resembling a blue-and-white furred skunkwoman to the eye. There were many internal differences, but you wouldn't know that unless she ate you, and after that you wouldn't be in any position to pass that information on. From her hips down there was six yards of thick, muscular, furry skunk-snake, where most of her internal organs including her lengthy stomach lay. A mop of white hair trailed down into double white stripes that led from her nape, over her humanoid back and then along her furry-snake lower body. At the end of it all was a fluffy skunk tail and stretched out, tailfur included, she was nearly twenty-five feet long and seven hundred pounds of powerful predator.
Yet in Monstertown, where you could trust even horrible creatures not to devour you on sight, it was perfectly safe to stop and look at Uvuzi. Sometimes she'd be dozing in a sunbeam on the portico, or might be reading a scroll or book, or perhaps a few of her loyal kobolds would be brushing her fur and tail. You wouldn't be the first to wonder if she kept them around primarily as food. If you asked one that when you found him alone on the portico sweeping the tile, he'd just smile and say nothing.
Occasionally she'd have a few things out for sale on the portico, segments of plate mail armor, shields, swords, backpacks and other adventuring gear. If you happened to comment on why the armor was missing any leather bits and looked pitted by acid, she'd just shrug and feign ignorance. Maybe she'd cut the price, though.
Or you might see her practicing her dancing, for a ways down the same block there was a burlesque house where exotic ladies danced for money. There was the spider-taur female, the pale ladies who might or might not be albino drow, the long centipede thing with breasts all the way down her lengthy belly, the thick-bodied werebear woman nine feet tall. And Uvuzi, sinuous as a snake, belly-dancing naked and smiling as men offered her money to come home with her.
But she wouldn't, though occasionally she'd slither off with a brave and wealthy male into a private room. Bets would be made whether only she would emerge sporting a new bulge in her middle, but this was Monstertown, where you could trust even a predatory lamia unless she was sure she could get away with making you disappear. Two would go in and two always come out, the male poorer but satisfied and Uvuzi a little richer. If, deep in his drinks, details were pried out of the male later, they always said the same thing: the sex on Uvuzi's humanoid belly was off limits for penises, but every other option was available if she liked you and you had the money. The largest of her suitors would admit that a woman who could swallow a man whole was equally capable of swallowing other things, and quite good at it too.
She was out on the portico one day, sprawled out over half a dozen big cushions and shaded by a parasol a kobold held, when another lamia happened by on the street.
This one was a male, and entirely scaly, as most of her species was. Glittering green scales covered his humanoid and snake halves alike, and his blunt muzzle extended from a snake head and thick neck with not much in the way of shoulders. He was far less humanoid than she and if he had hid his arms behind himself you'd have thought him just a green snake big enough to eat a man in one gulp.
At the sight of Uvuzi he stopped slithering and came to an abrupt halt. Foot traffic parted on either side of him and the bearers of a curtained palanquin grumbled as they carried their important passenger around the obstacle of his sinuous snakey body.
The disturbance in the street made Uvuzi look up from her book and she tilted her head inquisitively to see another lamia. Her kind were rare even here and she gestured that he might approach. In a moment he slithered up the ramp to the portico and curled up across from her, both their humanoid halves raised for conversation. The sight of not one but two lamias on the tiles brought traffic to a complete standstill for a moment as both Monstertown natives and tourists took in the rare sight.
They looked each other over silently. The male was at least six feet longer but more slender, while Uvuzi was perhaps a fraction heavier, though her fur padded her form so that might be illusory. He was less humanoid and as a result his neck was thicker than hers, his shoulders almost nonexistent, his waist entirely absent. By the standards of humanoid and furry males she was far prettier but there was no denying that he was a strong and handsome snake of a man with a belly of paler scutes and gemlike scales everywhere else. Like her he wore no clothing, though she at least had a few gold earrings and a silver armband in the form of a snake with ruby chips for eyes.
"Hello," she purred. "I'm Uvuzi."
"Rathi," he hissed. The kobold attendant, without being told, went to a side table and poured wine for them. Rathi watched with interest as the fearless little creature approached. Some kobolds were more like dogmen than this one, who resembled a miniature humanoid dragon. In any case the kobold was only three feet tall and Rathi could have eaten him with one quick snap of his jaws. Instead he accepted the glass of wine and watched the kobold bring the other glass to Uvuzi. "Thank you, Tiktik," she purred.
"How useful," he hissed. "Uvuzi, I've not met many other lamia, and never any like you. You -are- a lamia, yes?"
"Oh yes," Uvuzi purred. "My sister and I are unusual. Our mother Walaji -"
"Walaji!" Rathi exclaimed. "Blue scales? Lost an arm to a dragon once?"
"Yes," Uvuzi said. "My mother."
"She is my grandmother," Rathi hissed. "My mother never mentioned she had any furry relatives."
"You know how it is," Uvuzi purred. "Mother mated with a skunk-man and then ate him, and my sister and I were the result. She has had other lovers, other children. She doesn't talk about it much. I am nearly certain the dragon who took her arm impregnated her before he became a long bulge in her middle, but if she had a child by him she's never mentioned it. She has eaten several of her children that displeased her. Maybe that's what happened."
"Yes," Rathi hissed, seemingly taken aback. "I've only met her once, with my mother. She is...intimidating."
"My sister is larger than I but mother is bigger that both of us together. Lamias keep growing, and she is two hundred years old. Meeting you, actually, makes me feel old. If you are her grandchild you must be young."
"Old enough," Rathi protested. "Old enough for most things."
"Most things," Uvuzi purred, and Rathi watched wide-eyed as her coils straightened and her lower body slid toward him. For a moment it twisted enough for him to see an anus, but not a sex, meaning the one on her humanoid half was the only one she had. That must make things awkward when she was with other lamias, was his first thought, but then the thigh-thick part of her body just in front of her skunktail was rubbing against him. She had unerringly sought out his genital slit and as a healthy young male the reaction was immediate.
Rathi went stiff all over, not just down below, and his head swiveled involuntarily on his thick scaly neck to look at the street. Dozens if not hundreds of people were in view and an awful lots of faces were turned his way, drawn by the sight of a furry and scaly lamia side by side. Some of the faces had muzzles and a few had scales but he and Uvuzi were still the strangest creatures in view. Thankfully no one seemed to have the least idea that the subtle movements of the female's coils were rubbing him in intimate places and the double-headed reptilian cock that had sprung out of his slit was out of sight between the two of them.
The fur stroking his member forced a hiss out of Rathi and he watched her anus slide forward and back, inches away from his shaft. Was she going to take his cock there? Already he was tense and twitching, so long since his last mating that soon things were going to happen, messy things, whether he was in her or not.
But as he repositioned his lower coil to slide himself into her ass she drew it deftly away. "Gently," she purred, and took a sip from her glass. As his coil followed hers she slipped it still further away until he realized he had gotten as much from her as he would today. With a disappointed hiss he willed his shaft to retract and eventually, reluctantly it did. They went back to watching the crowd.
After a time she set the empty glass down and stirred. "It's almost sundown, Rathi, and I have a dance to do. Some sophisticates will pay extra to watch me writhe. So until next time."
"Until next time," he hissed, and Rathi slithered down off the portico, still horny with no particular place to be. He'd been so close, too! To be teased by such a pretty lady and then fail to mate was frustrating beyond belief.
Two days later, having conducted his business in town (smuggling was easier when you had a stomach big enough to hold an entire man, or man sized indigestible bag full of valuable things) he couldn't resist slithering back to her street to see if she was back on the portico. And she was, only this time a bulge distended the thickest of her furry coils. To his educated eye something a bit larger than a human lay in there dissolving, and she was draped half-asleep over the cushions as a kobold lacquered her claws with red paint. She didn't see him or ignored him and he slithered onward, but half a day later he was back and this time she motioned him back up onto the tiles once more.
"Good evening, Uvuzi," he hissed, politely keeping his distance much though he very much wanted to entwine their lower bodies and mate. "I didn't think it was legal to eat people here. One of your dance's admirers?"
"Certainly not," she purred with a smile. "There are laws here. Did you not know about the Meat Market?"
When he shook his head she explained. "It is how they execute certain criminals here. There are enough citizens who like live prey that they simply auction off the prisoners. Its much cheaper than buying a slave since they are less in demand but there are rules - the person you buy has to die within a certain period. Sometimes a week, sometimes a lot less. Sometimes they even require you to kill or eat them while they watch. One time they had a particularly dangerous prisoner they didn't even want to trust to a jail cell. They brought him right here, watched me swallow him and then stayed until he was digested! I think I beat the odds that day, there must be a dozen or more predators here of higher standing than I. Even a red dragon in the city guard. He must have been busy."
Rathi was disappointed. "And here I bought a big fish at the market and swallowed it down. Filling, but boring."
A kobold finished brushing Uvuzi's tail and fetched them wine. Little interested in the small humanoids except as potential food, Rathi wasn't sure if it was the same one as last time. The urge to lean over and simply engulf it when it came close was almost overpowering but it was Uvuzi's and he was in public view so he held back. As it withdrew he twitched his lower body but immediately she slid her coils away and he knew that he wouldn't get to mate tonight, either.
"Even a little house here can't be cheap," he said to break the ice. "Do you pay for it all with dancing?"
"Dancing is just for fun and a little side money," she purred. "And occasionally spending time with a handsome man who pays well. Some are into exotic women. But that's just for fun, too. I have been lucky with taking prey who carried valuable magical devices and bought the house after selling them. I go to the wilderness to hunt when I want interesting prey and when things get too dangerous I stay here for a while. My kobolds move my lair somewhere no one expects to see a lamia and then there's new prey. Plus I have investments...its a bit boring but it pays my bills."
Rathi eyed the bulge in her midsection. It lacked the sharp curves of the recently swallowed, so she'd been digesting it for at least a day. Soon the bulge would be smoothly tapered at each end as the last bony structures broke down and in a few more days would be gone altogether. Her metabolism might be quicker than his but in his case a meal that size would keep him fed for a couple of weeks.
"Bugbear," she said without him asking. "Big furry humanoid from the city guard. This one was selling secrets to the city's enemies, trying to become rich. Instead he'll soon be fat on my flanks." She smiled.
"And all these kobolds," he said, for though he'd seen only a couple he could smell more, "Work for you?"
"Well, they are grateful," Uvuzi purred. "I very much like gnolls as food and happened across a lone scout. When I was hungry again I followed his trail back to the rest and met some kobolds from the clan out gathering food. It turned out the gnoll I ate was one of their masters and they were heartily tired of being kicked around having to pleasure the gnolls. One by one they lied to their masters and led them to me. I ate them as fast as I could so they wouldn't have time to get suspicious and eventually there was just the gnoll chief and a couple of others. The kobolds plied them with wine until they were too drunk to fight. A little later I was both very fat from overeating and stretched around three big gnolls. All I could do was sleep off my meal. I woke realizing the kobolds could have killed me as I slept but instead I found them brushing my fur." She shrugged.
"I thought about eating them when I got hungry again but that took weeks and in the meantime they were bringing me treats, brushing me, doing whatever I wanted. I honestly think I could open my mouth and most of them would willingly climb in but they are very useful. They set traps, lead prey to me, watch for enemies when I sleep. I'd be a fool to eat them."
What she didn't say was that she was genuinely fond of the little humanoids. Rathi, more cold-blooded, might not have understood, but Uvuzi treated her little followers well.
She also didn't miss the look Rathi kept giving Tiktik. "Rathi," she purred, "I'm leaving the city in a day, going back to my lair. If you come here," she said, and quickly scribbled some instructions on a page of parchment, "In a month, one of my kobolds will lead you to me. I'd like to spend more time with you than I have here."
Rathi perked up. To find the pretty lamia femme was interested in him was all he could ask for. He scanned the few lines of text, finding directions to a remote bend in a wilderness road.
"A month you say," he hissed, and she nodded. Dismissed, he slithered away, but as he made his way in and out of the city on business she was never far from his mind. Disappointingly he wasn't able to find any other female companionship as the local women were largely humanoid and not interested in snake sex, and he obsessed over the blue and white lamia.
Briefly he remembered that his mother had counseled against fixating on any one woman, instead waiting for one to come to him. "Women," she'd hissed, "Have as many ulterior motives as men."
But no better prospect was at hand and a month after that meeting, young and full of pent-up lust and hope he met a kobold on a lonely lane and was led into the woods.
A mile of slithering later and he made his way across a meadow, following close in the kobold's wake to avoid traps the little creature said were there, and passed through an illusion of a rock wall into a cave. The smell of kobolds was strong here and hungry after his long trip Rathi salivated. There was a more seductive smell here as well and he let himself be led to a cave lit by a high-set magical lamp and floored with several layers of rug. The floor was comfortable for resting here and he settled down to wait.
A minute later a kobold entered, absently straightening some bric-a-brac on a shelf cut into the stone wall and entirely ignoring Rathi. The sound of other kobolds made its way past the curtains that closed off the room entrances and Rathi realized there were dozens if not hundreds more here. One wouldn't be missed.
The kobold had noticed him at last. "Pardon me, lord," the kobold was saying just as Rathi struck. Wide-gaped jaws slipped over the little humanoid from its vestigial horns to its knees in one quick slide and Rathi lifted his head, working his jaws briefly to force the last of the kobold into his gullet. In seconds he lifted his snakey head, curving his neck into an ess that he moved slowly down past this shoulders, pushing the bulge of kobold along. Soon enough it was in the thickest past of his body and all but invisible. The still-kicking body slipped into his stomach and Rathi settled back onto his coils, the edge taken off his hunger and newly eager to meet Uvuzi once more.
A few minutes later more kobolds appeared and with them, Uvuzi. The furry lamia was missing the bulge she had sported last time, the bugbear reduced to fat and droppings weeks ago. Rathi shifted his coils to minimize the subtle bulge of kobold - luckily it had stopped twitching a minute ago - but he saw Uvuzi's eyes shift to the almost invisible swelling for a moment. His heart sank until she smiled and gestured for the kobolds to bring wine.
After that Rathi's evening got very interesting. The kobolds brought flagon after flagon of wine, sweet treats of a sort he hadn't tasted before, and performed little skits for their entertainment. Some of them were capable acrobats, muscular little things he almost grew to want more outside his belly than in it. None of them seemed to notice the bulge in Rathi's middle, slight as it was, or if they did none said anything. They were busy fawning over their mistress and treating Rathi like royalty.
After an hour of that and plenty of fine wine things got even better. Just as they ignored the bulge of digesting kobold none commented when Uvuzi's hand dipped between them and stroked his slit. Out came his hemipenes rigid and ready and she pressed his cock against his flank, kneading his hardness and squeezing with her padded palm. When her hand slipped away her furry flank replaced it, squeezing him between the two of them and he instinctively began to thrust, grinding himself against her soft fur. She showed no signs of wanting a greater mating but the constant motion of two snake bodies was enough. After several minutes of thrusting Rathi hissed and began to shudder.
Her hand reappeared on has cock, squeezing it and turning it away from her fur an instant before he came. Scaly though he was the cum that spurted over his scales was warm and sticky, dripping in strings down his side and flowing in rivulets between his belly plates to stain the carpet. Only a few drops splattered her fur and he was startled to see a kobold dart in and wipe them away with a cloth.
"Its just a thing of mine," she purred as his cock pulsed in her hand. "I don't like getting my fur messy." Rathi remembered how the kobolds kept her tile patio immaculate and how he'd never seen her on the dirty sidewalk. Did she have a kobold sweep that as she went along or did she bathe after every trip down the street?
There were other things to occupy his attention now and the wine continued to flow. He was quite tipsy now and even Uvuzi, who hadn't consumed nearly as much, was growing more friendly. Bit by bit she let her coils intertwine with his and half an hour after her coils and hand made him spurt across his scales he finally wound his tail around hers and felt his tips enter her anus.
Rathi drank down the last of a goblet of wine as he slid into her and like mating serpents the two began to writhe against one another. He had worried for no reason; her anus was as good as a sex, at least for him, and she too purred in pleasure as he unsheathed into her. Drunk and unsteady he thrust, letting her do most of the work, and concerned most of all with mating he didn't feel it as her body spiraled around his own. Her humanoid body wasn't as thick or strong as his own but her snakey lower half was thicker, stronger, and a loop of it wound its way around him just in front of the kobold-bulge.
He was nearing a second orgasm when that thick coil of skunk-snake clamped down, right atop his lungs, and with a surprised gasp he vented most of the air he'd just inhaled. The grip of her surprisingly strong arms suddenly hugged his own tight to his sides and there was a flash of pink as her deceptively narrow muzzle opened around his own. Before he could get his bearings or even realize what was happening his entire head was in her mouth and her jaws were pushing forward, first on one side and then the other. Sharp fangs latched between his scales on the one side as the other side of her loosely detached maw slid forward, then the second dug in its fangs as the opposite advanced. By the time he shook off the wine she was almost to his shoulders and Rathi's eyes went wide in the dark gullet of the skunk-snake that was swallowing him whole.
Muzzy with drink, panicked and wrapped in strong throat muscle that tried relentlessly to push him down the gullet towards the stomach Rathi began to fight for his life. A scaly tail lashed about before winding even more tightly hers than before, and momentarily he forgot that his pulsing cock, drooling semen in anticipation of orgasm, was buried in her asshole. Desperately he tried to arch his thickest coils away from hers and slither free of the crushing loop around his lungs. Most of all he tried to drag his head back out of her throat.
The slick walls of her gullet were well lubricated with saliva to ease his trip toward her belly but though they offered little obstacle to a trip in the other direction, her teeth were another matter. Two rows of fangs on her lower jaws and no less than four on the upper were all inch-long, inward curving and terribly sharp. As he struggled to pull back out the needle teeth found the gaps between his scales and sank painfully into his flesh. Though his squirming managed to make her wriggle around the room like a bisected worm he freed only an inch or two of his neck from her gullet. And when he finally paused, exhausted from the struggle, her jaws began to ratchet forward again, one side and then the other as slowly Rathi was eaten alive.
As her fanged maw overtook his sloped shoulders the scaly lamia realized that once his arms were pinned to his sides it would be all but over. A snake is a long tube of meat, shaped perfectly both for swallowing and being swallowed. Once she got past his arms it was only a matter of time until he was just a lengthy bulge in her skunk-snake body. Desperate, he wrapped his strong arms around her chest and hugged tight.
That brought her feeding to an abrupt halt. Despite her best efforts she couldn't pry his arms loose from her chest and her jaws could not progress past this new obstacle. She clamped her thickest coil around his lungs to squeeze the life from him but a scaly serpent can survive a very long time without air, particularly if the alternative is being digested.
The struggle went on seemingly for hours. In reality it was only a few minutes. Uvuzi couldn't swallow him and he couldn't pull back out of her fang-filled maw. Now it was just a matter of who tired first. She was a hair bigger but his upper body was more muscular and if he managed to pull his head back out then perhaps he would give the skunk a snake-scale coat instead of ending up wearing her fur. He had wanted neither of those things and as the swallowing stopped he realized his lowest coil had somehow started thrusting against her once more. Lust built and built despite the terror and Rathi let out a muffled hiss as his pent-up seed spurted into the depths of Uvuzi's ass.
It did not change the situation a whit but something else did. As the last shudders of orgasm shivered through his lower body he felt the grip of little hands on his forearms. First one set, then two and five and then seemingly dozens gripped his scales with small but strong fingers and tugged. The kobolds had come to their mistress's aid.
Once again his eyes went wide in the damp chute of her throat and he tried to thrash about, crush them beneath his coils before they pried his arms from around Uvuzi. She knew what was happening too, though, and her coils twined around his own. A single kobold was caught between them and crushed between powerful snakey bodies but the many hands on Rathi's arms slowly pried them from Uvuzi's chest and pushed them down toward his sides.
One kobold had been barely a snack. Ten would have fit in his stomach and made him a fine meal. Even twenty, perhaps, though he would be gorged and swollen almost to immobility. If his head were free and his coils loose Rathi would be swallowing them as fast as his jaws could move and smashing them against the walls. Instead only one kobold died but the others forced his arms against his sides and at once Uvuzi's jaws began to walk forward once more.
'Why,' Rathi wondered as his snakey head slipped down her throat. He felt it pass beneath her breasts, heard the creak of her humanoid ribcage. Soon enough his muzzle moved through the gap between her two bodies, bumped past the hips that connected skunkette and skunk-snake, and then the pressure once more as his nose squeezed past the first of many snake ribs. His arms were swallowed to the wrists now and though he writhed and thrashed her jaws continued to walk over his scales as she ate him. 'What did I do? I just wanted sex! Is that so bad?'
He would never know, for though it took her more than an hour to swallow him down it simply did not occur to him that she actually cared about her kobolds. Surely she kept them around as toys, servants and pets, not friends or companions. As soon as she was hungry or in a bad mood, to his way of thinking, as many of the kobolds as would fit would be in her stomach.
Instead his head and shoulders slid into it, even as half his body remained outside her fanged jaws. With a coil wrapped now around his lower body to keep it more or less still her jaws continued their endless walk, twisting from side to side as she pulled herself over him. Lengthy as her stomach was he eventually reached the bottom, and as still more of him was pushed down her throat by her powerful throat muscles he at first was forced to bend double, and then even to slide back up her throat. Bent like a hairpin with his head and tail both facing her jaws he actually slid closer to her mouth. The slippery walls of her throat kept trying to push him into the stomach as waves of peristalsis squeezed more of his lower body past him into it, but even her long stomach, which would accommodate a stretched-out man with no difficulty at all, could only extend so much. It could swell wider, though, and as he desperately tried to slither back to daylight his snakey lower half went by in the opposite direction. Part of him curled up in the stomach but almost half of him was still in her throat even as the exhausted skunk-snake worked her jaws over the last few feet of his tail. Finally his tailtip slipped into her maw and he felt her form the same ess in her neck as he had when he swallowed her kobold.
Rathi knew now that her humanoid upper body was that in appearance only. Her stomach, lungs, heart and every other major organ was down in her massive skunk-snake half; her humanoid uppers were little more than ornamentation around an elastic gullet. Flexible as a true snake she pushed the ess down through her torso, trying to squeeze all of him into her capacious stomach.
But though it might have expanded to accommodate him, his now hairpin-shaped body was hemmed in by her throat and held straight. Waves of muscular action tried to force him in anyway and Rathi hissed in pain as he was forced into a series of short, sharp bends. More of him managed to fit into her stomach this way but he could feel the bulges he made on each side of both her lower and upper body. She'd folded his body in half and into a continuing S bend that started at the bottom of her belly and extended all the way up to her breasts. The lower end of her stomach stretched as far towards her anus as it could but limits were reached and when the panting lamia finally stopped trying to swallow him she was deformed by a lumpy bulge over nearly twenty feet of her twenty-five. His tail and head were next to each each other, bulging out of her humanoid belly at the top end of the wavy bulge. A lamia longer than herself fit inside her, but only barely.
Rathi felt the slow, but growing tingle further down his body, where the hairpin bend was. Over twelve feet of him, six facing downward and six upward was in her actual stomach, and though almost as much of him lay in her throat her belly was beginning to do its work. As her gastric juices began to eat into the flesh between his scales Rathi, though as exhausted as the women who had swallowed him, began to squirm. If he could just worm his way a few more feet away from the stomach his head would emerge from her jaws and perhaps he could escape.
He almost made it. There was nothing to grip, though, just the nearly frictionless slimy walls of her throat. As fast as he squirmed toward her maw her throat pushed him back down it, and though he could last impossibly long without air by mammal standards, impossibly long was not the same as forever. Wrapped in tight flesh and skunkfur outside that Rathi squirmed, trying for the light and just barely failing.
Little hands stroked Uvuzi as she lay panting, so worn out by the fight and endless effort to swallow the scaly male that she could hardly raise her head. The long, wavy bulge in her body still moved, slithering about inside her like a horrible parasite. snakey as her meal had been there was still the suggestion of a shoulder, hands, and even a muffled, desperate hiss from beneath her pelt. Her meal very badly wanted out and only the advantage she had in position kept him in there. It was far easier to keep prey swallowed than it was for prey to squirm back out and the couple of inches of muscle and skunkfur would keep him contained until he was finally digested.
"Mistress," Tiktik said, for he was one of half a dozen kobolds massaging her in an effort to help her get comfortable. They had seen her swallow huge prey before but never something so long it bulged her out over such a length, and never something that could hold its breath this long. Rathi was finally weakening, though. The squirming would go on for another hour, eventually merely reflexive movements of a suffocated, slowly digesting scaly meal. For days after that the lump bulge would remain, its waves making their way down her body as his middle was digested and room was made in her stomach. Even she could not digest scales and there would come a time that a hundred-plus pounds of them would leave her body. Whether she would pass them or regurgitate a pellet of slimy scales the kobolds could not say. They had not yet met her when a drunk and suicidal young red dragon pushed his head down her throat.
Kobolds checked her fur for any mess, but everything that had come out of Rathi was either buried deep past her anus or down her throat. By the time she swallowed his tail his cock was drained of its semen and retracted. Rathi had spent his lust at last, but the price had been very dear.
Eventually Uvuzi stirred, pushing herself weakly up on her arms in time to let out a long, long burp. Slowly, with the help of a dozen kobolds she managed to curl her lump coils up with her humanoid half draped over the long, still-moving bulge. Tiktik had been genuinely worried, such was the strength of even a drunken male lamia, but from experience he knew that once things were to this point the worst was over. Hard as Rathi tried to fight, he would not get out of Uvuzi the way he got in. He was just food now, a vast meal for their mistress.
"I am sorry, Tiktik," were the first words out of her mouth after the burp. "I had to test him. I had to see if I could trust him and Mora paid the the price."
"He went willingly, Mistress," Tiktik said. "He knew what might happen. And he is where he would want to be, now." The little kobold patted the lumpy bulge in a spot that might or might not correspond to the other kobold, swallowed by Rathi and now inside Uvuzi as well. Rathi might start digesting Mora but Uvuzi would finish.
"Was anyone else hurt," Uvuzi asked, and she winced when the broken body of another kobold was carried into view. This was Tikki, Tiktik's half-brother. There was clearly no way to save him; the great strength of two struggling lamias had shattered his little body. Others had lesser injuries but those they could treat, either with first air or the magic of their shaman. It was beyond their powers to restore life, though.
"Is there any chance, mistress," Tiktik said, and Uvuzi gestured for the body to be brought closer. Gradually she was recovering her strength and she dipped her muzzle, fastening her muzzle around lifeless Tikki's head. Her jaws worked, the same movements that had walked her jaws over Rathi's long body sending this much smaller one down her throat. The other kobolds watched with rapt fascination as the bulge made its way down her neck, through her humanoid body, and was lost in the huge swelling of her last meal.
They saw Rathi stir, but could not tell that the nearly dead lamia, head-up in Uvuzi's gullet, felt the lifeless kobold bump headfirst into his muzzle and instinctively opened his jaws. He had just enough strength to work his jaws over Tikki and swallow, then there were two kobolds in his stomach instead of one. The kobolds would not have cared had they known. Mora and Tikki would feed Uvuzi, and that was what they would have wanted, even if part of them briefly became fat on Rathi before Uvuzi in turn digested that.
This was what Rathi had not understand, why he had been eaten. Uvuzi treasured her little kobolds. She protected them and would only eat them if they were both willing and too old or hurt to go on. Being eaten by her became the reward for good service, not a punishment, and if she didn't quite understand their thinking she didn't abuse their trust.
Uvuzi, who constantly worried about becoming pregnant with unwanted children as he mother had, would not take just any male as her mate. She needed to trust them, and so she had tested Rathi. It was a simple test and she'd brought him to her lair to take it, because she knew that if he failed it she would eat him. He had been strong and tough but other strong and tough men had fed Uvuzi as well. A wiser male might have become her mate but that one lack had sealed his fate.
"Bring my crystal," Uvuzi purred, and two kobolds hurried out of the room and returned with a low table between them. On the table was a purple crystal the size of a man's fist, and the lamia passed her hand over this and muttered a command. Magic items like this could be used by anyone with the right command words. This one was linked to two similar crystals, and Uvuzi's command activated one of them.
The kobolds were silent as an image formed in the crystal, an image of a blue-scaled creature much like Rathi, but somehow perceptibly larger, older, more formidable and female.
"Mother," Uvuzi said, and the image in the gem looked up and smiled.
"Mother," repeated the lamia, "You should know, I ran into one of your grandchildren. A green scaled male named Rathi."
"And you ate him," the image said. Uvuzi blinked, and the image smiled again. "I can see the bulge. Only a big snake makes a bulge like that. Still kicking, too."
"He was untrustworthy," Uvuzi said. "I tested him and he ate one of my kobolds the second he had the chance. I could not take one as a mate I didn't trust, so." Her flank twitched as Rathi struggled his last. The tough scaly male had at last given up the ghost and now only the long slow process of digestion lay before him.
"Of course," her mother Walaji said. "I would have done the same. And your sister would be proud of you."
Uvuzi grimaced, for that was a bit of a barb. Her sister Nyoka would long since have eaten all the kobolds were she in Uvuzi's place, though she was beginning to see the use for them.
"He was a young and foolish male," Walaji continued. "I told his mother, and she likely told him, not to trust a female. Trusting you got him in your stomach. It is the way of things," said the scaly lamia who had swallowed hundreds of lovers and had yet to bear a child whose father she had not digested.
"I thought you should know," Uvuzi said, and Walaji smiled.
"Think no more of it," her mother said. "I have many grandchildren. Maybe you'll give me more some day when you meet the right male."
With that Uvuzi passed her hand over the crystal and settled down atop her swollen coils, massaged to sleep by loyal kobolds. Digesting a meal this size was exhausting even if you hadn't worn yourself out swallowing it.
When she was deeply asleep the kobolds tiptoed from the room, save Tiktik, who stayed in case she woke and needed anything. One day, he hoped, he too would be honored to lie in his mistress's stomach. He could beg it of her the next time she was hungry and perhaps she would humor his request, but he would not. She needed him, she needed the clan. It was the nature of kobolds to seek out a master or mistress and his clan had found a good one.
So it was that if you passed by that little house in Monstertown, the one between the tailor and the wine shop, you might catch sight of Uvuzi the skunkette lamia, perhaps reading, perhaps dozing, maybe dancing, perhaps people-watching. Maybe you'd wave and she'd wave back, but if you asked where she got the man-sized beanbag cushion made of glittering green scales held in a mesh bag, the one next to the cloth pillows stuffed with various colors of fur or oddly large feathers, she'd only smile and say nothing.
