Terveta-Chapter 3: Payment (Part 8)
"Let's celebrate, shall we?" she giggled and winked at him. Her paws went back and her fingers looped under the elastic of his shorts, starting to tug them down. Before she was able to do anything, his own paws came up and caught her by the wrists, halting her advancements.
"The only thing I want to do for now is sleep," he chuckled and pulled her paws out in front of her.
She blinked puzzled and stared down at him. "Excuse me?" She said.
"I've been running for a day. The only thing I want to do is sleep," he said gently pushing her off of him and then sat up on the edge of the bed.
She was speechless. "I'm in heat!" She finally screamed and launched herself at him. Her body caught his back and he tumbled foreword from the bed, crashing to the pillow-covered floor. She grabbed him by the shoulders and kept him on his stomach, her eyes wide. "I don't want to have to force you, Blizzard, but I will," she growled.
The blue husky grunted as he began to move his arms enough for him to get up, even though she was trying her hardest to keep him down. "I just said I was too tired for it," he sighed and moved up onto his knees. She was still clinging to his shoulders, her legs wrapped around his torso. "Please get off of me, Keisha, I'm really not in the mood," he growled lowly and looked back at her.
She grinned and stuck her tongue out at him. "Make me." A faint smile crossed over his lips and he started to concentrate. A light tingling started out in the palms of her paws and then rapidly began to increase. Her eyes widened again and she jumped back just in time as a small lightning bolt struck out from where she was holding on to him. Her body disappeared into a shadow before she landed anywhere and then reappeared, sitting at the edge of the bed. Her legs and arms were crossed in disappointment while she glared at him, her bare chest rising and then falling with deep discontent.
Blizzard slowly stood up and turned to her with a slight smile. "I promise I'll help you with your urges later after a good sleep, all right?" he breathed.
She continued to stare and then tilted her nose off to the side. "Well, if you're not going to be doing anything here, then I have a small message to deliver to you. Professor Knetter told me to tell you to come to his lab as soon as you got back."
Blizzard gave an annoyed growl and his shoulders slumped. "Damn it," he muttered, turning back to the door and then dragging his feet to it. He brought his paw to the handle but hesitated before opening. He looked back over his shoulder at his mate but she was gone like she had when he first came into the room. He stalled for another moment, shifting his eyes from side to side and then walked out.
