Chandeliers Ch2: The Carmen
#2 of Chandeliers
A double date with your husband, the fox you're cheating on him with, and his own vixen wife? Sounds like fun to Leah. What could possibly go wrong?
Leah smiled at her reflection in their en-suite bathroom mirror and pulled a brush through her hair.
"You ready, honey?" Jake called through from their bedroom.
"Almost." She drew a few more strokes through her hair and grinned, checking her teeth like a teenager before a party. "Okay, done." She turned and walked back through on bare feet, the white mini-dress she'd picked tight against her hips and low over her cleavage.
Her husband shook his head, the grey-furred husky's blue eyes wide, and fixed his stare on her legs. "Uh, and your outfit for tonight is...?"
Leah giggled and waved her paw at him. "This is it, silly."
His eyes widened even more. "Leah, that's a negligee. Not a dress."
"It's a dress." She smiled steadily at him, knowing she'd have a wear him down. "Negligees are much shorter than this."
Jake stared at her bare thighs. "Much shorter?"
"Oh come-on, it's going to be a little bit of fun tonight, a little bit of excitement." She walked over the carpet and reached up to hold his shoulders. Their eye contact became closer and more intense, her muzzle an inch from his, her deliberate ploy working its effect on him.
He lifted his own paws to the taper of her waist and felt the soft, light material and her warm fur beneath. "I'm not sure I'm letting you out like this."
"Oh?" She batted her eyes and giggled, standing on her tip-toes to keep her gaze level with his. "And why's that?"
"'Cause you're downright heart-stopping, that's why." He smiled and stroked his paws along her sides. "You'll give some poor old dog a heart-attack. Can you really have that on your conscience?"
She licked his muzzle and smiled up at him. "It's not_that_revealing."
He peered down her side. "It's pretty revealing."
"It'll be fine. We're just going to one restaurant, not a nightclub or anything. You'll be with me the whole time." She lifted one of her legs up against him, rubbing him with her thigh, flashing the empty room behind her with her lacy black thong. "It'll be fun."
"Hmm." An infectious grin grew along his muzzle. "Alight, but I'm warning you now; I'll put any mutt who looks too long in his place."
"You can let them look..." she stood up on her tip-toes and kissed him slowly with entwined tongues and moving jaws, then broke away and stood back down, "...because you're the only one who gets to touch."
The_Carmen_glittered under the orange streetlights of downtown. The restaurant's five-star clientèle pulled up directly in front of the golden double-doors, handed their keys to the waiting valet with a polite off-handed smile, and then strode arm-in-arm inside.
Leah's bright eyes absorbed the opulence through the window. She leaned forwards, slightly bent over in her four-inch high sandal high-heels and her mini-dress, her black nose up against the glass. Couples and parties of civilized, high-class people all wearing beautiful clothes - the dresseson some of the women were to_die_for - sitting on sumptuous mahogany chairs and dining on the best the best had to offer.
"We did say nine, right?" Jake's tense voice asked. He stood beside her, facing away from the restaurant, watching the taxis pass in the street.
She nodded against the glass. "They'll be here. It's just the traffic."
He grunted. "Give them another five minutes, then call. This isn't the kind of place you wait outside of."
"I know that, it'll be fine, they'll-"
"Hey!" Jake barked.
Leah whipped around into a gawking mutt's grinning eyes - a mixed-breed in a black hoodie and sweatpants. He'd stopped in his tracks, his delighted stare glued to her ass and the hem of her skimpy dress.
Jake stepped forward, his muzzle drawn back from his teeth and his ears down. "Get the hell out of here!"
The mutt slunk away and dragged his eyes off her half-naked behind like a slug from a leaf.
Jake turned to her, visibly upset, his breathing quickened. "I warned you not to dress like that."
Leah straightened up, turned around, and looked down at her legs and her pink-varnished toeclaws nestled in the base of her high heels. She smoothed her dress down with her paws and tried to tug it down around her thighs as far as it would go, but it hardly moved.
Her husband sighed. "Look, just don't bend over like that again."
"I didn't do anything wrong. He's the pervert." She folded her arms over her cleavage and glared after the mutt, now some distance away down the path. He kept turning back around to look at her.
"You were asking for it."
"I was not." She eyed Jake side-on. "I have the right to stand here and not get perved on, just like every other girl."
"Yes, but sticking your naked behind in the air isn't the way to go about it."
She balled her fists. "I wasn't: I'm not naked."
Jake shook his head and glanced down at her legs. "If you count that thong you're wearing, then yeah, sure."
"Hey!" Her paws flicked down and tugged at the edges of her dress. "He didn't see my thong."
Jake's voice went dangerously low. "He did, because I sure as hell did. Why'd you think he stopped walking?"
Embarrassment surged through her. The edges of her ears heated red with her cheeks under her fur.
"Look, forget it." He sighed again and walked up to her. "You look stunning; just a little too stunning for out on the street."
Leah looked at him, standing at eye-level with him in her tall shoes, but didn't move towards him. "I should be able to wear what I want."
"Not if it's going to attract that kind of attention." He looked her over again, pausing on her bare feet, pink-varnished toeclaws, long legs, and her deep, open cleavage. "Since when did you want to dress like this, anyway?" Jake looked back into her eyes and shook his head. "This isn't like you, Leah."
"Yes it is." A flutter of panic raced through her chest.
"No, it's not." He shook his head again. Looking weary, Jake hung his chin down against his chest and sighed. "Never mind; we're here, and we're going to have a great evening." He looked back up with a smile instead of a frown. "Okay?"
Annoyance and anger lingered around her, but she smiled and nodded. "Absolutely."
A taxi pulled up alongside and caught their attention. The doors clicked open and a tall, ruggedly-hansom fox stepped out in a full tuxedo.
"Hey!" Mark stood up to his full height and shook firm paws with Jake. "Good to see you."
Leah's heart soared. She clasped her paws together and gazed up at him.
"Hi, Jake," a soft, feminine voice said from just behind.
Leah tore her eyes away from her fox, and all at once her heart and her dream fell crashing down around her.
Tessa stood in tall, silver heels and a figure-clinging sleeve of a dark-blue evening dress. Long slits gave tantalizing glimpses of the vixen's long, orange-furred legs, the dress expensive, classy, sexy, and tasteful in perfect proportions. It held her bust with just a hint of cleavage between two crossed bands of material and the midnight color complemented the cascade of her chestnut hair exactly. Glints of Jewelled light sparkled from her triangular ears and around her fingers, her smile completely devastating.
"Tess..." Jake clasped her paw and held it before him, "...you look simply stunning. It's great to see you."
A paw seemed to come out of nowhere and grab Leah's own, lifting it up and shaking it in front of her. "Great to see you too, Leah." Mark stared down at her and eyed her meaningfully.
"...yes! How are you, how have you been?" Leah fought the despair and brightened up like a light-bulb shorted to the mains. She clasped his paw back and smiled up at him, letting his touch and his eyes take some of the anguish away.
"Oh, pretty good." Mark nodded down and flashed his eyes at her dress.
She let her smile break into a grin.
"Leah," Tess said, strutting up to her in those classy, sexy shoes, "It's so great to see you."
Everything in the world made her want to bristle her heckles and twist around in a growling snarl with teeth and claws bared. She drew a breath, closed her eyes for a second, and then turned into a warm, smiling paw-clasp with the jaw-dropping vixen. "And you. That's such a beautiful dress; you're going to have to tell me everything about where you got it."
"So is yours; I love your shoes as well, they're really pretty."
Liar, she thought, you think I look like a slut."Thank you."
"So sorry we're late." Tess turned her sparkling green eyes on them all. "No matter how much we complained the taxi didn't seem to get any faster."
"Not to worry," Jake said. "Let's get inside; our reservations are safe. I had a word with Andrew on the phone when I made the booking."
Mark's heavy paw swung around and grabbed Jake's shoulder. "Good man. I'm starving."
They strode inside through the open doors arm-in-arm: husky with husky, fox with vixen, the girl's high heels clacking loud on the marble tiles just inside. A respectful canine waiter waved them through and led the two couples past rows of quietly chatting dinner guests to the very back of the restaurant and to a private, raised area secluded from the rest of the room.
Jake drew a chair back for Tess. She smiled, beautiful and perfect, and sat down delicately while he pushed her chair back in.
Leah wished the daggers she glared at the back of the chair could have pierced through the wood.
"The menu is private for you tonight," the waiter told them, a well-trimmed and well-mannered collie in a tuxedo. "Please be seated, and I will return with a complimentary bottle of house wine."
Jake moved to the chair beside Tess and started to draw it back.
Leah flinched into action. She strode quickly around to the other side of the table, her heels thudding on the floor, and dropped straight down onto the one diagonally opposite from Tess.
Jake blinked at her. "I was holding this one for you."
"It's fine." She waved her paw at him and smiled at the three pairs of eyes all focused on her. "I think we should mix it up a little; one of us on each corner."
"Um..." Jake looked down at the chair in his paws.
Leah grinned. "Unless, you_don't_want to sit beside Tess?"
The vixen blushed and brought a paw up to her muzzle.
Jake smiled, but she could tell he was embarrassed and annoyed at her. "Only if Mark's alright with that."
The big fox chuckled and walked around to the chair beside Leah. "Sure, spice things up a little. Why not."
They all settled into their seats, the couples split over each diagonal, and lifted the menus from the table.
Leah could tell that Jake was flustered with Tess so close by. He tried to hide it and ignore the vixen as much as possible, but his helpless-looking glances and the way he leaned away from her in his chair spoke volumes. Instead of being intrigued or aroused though, her boring Jake just looked desperately uncomfortable and eager to get away from Mark's beautiful wife as soon as possible.
She behaved herself very well to begin with. No physical contact with Mark, not even accidental, and no lingering glances or eye contact. Just some chatter over the table about work and extended family with the vulpine couple's cousins proving to be a rich source of gossip and intrigue.
The waiter brought their starter with the house wine, and it was on her second glass of red in less than twenty minutes that Leah decided she just couldn't resist anymore.
Lifting her foot under the table, she nodded attentively to Tess's story about her sister and moved her leg over to Mark's chair. She found him with a nudge and started to slide her foot against his, moving slowly up and down.
The fox missed a question from Jake, spacing out for a second, and then snapped back with a laughed apology.
Leah let her smile grow ever-so-slightly wider.
Their main course arrived. For a while, nothing but the clink of cutlery and the chime of a wine glass disturbed the air. Jake kept glancing across the table at her, catching her eye, and she noticed Tess doing the same with Mark.
It just made her want to play around even more.
Lifting one foot behind her other, Leah flicked the clasp on her lacy shoe open with her toes and slipped her bare foot free. She moved carefully over towards Mark, found him, then dragged her toeclaws all the way upwards along his leg.
The fox stopped mid-chew and blinked down at the table. His fork hung in his paw for a moment with a piece of red steak suspended from it, and then he carried on eating just as quickly.
Leah kept her attention on her own plate and slid her foot down his trouser leg. She lifted the bottom of the material with her toes, squirming her way underneath to his bare fur, and started rubbing her toeclaws against his skin.
He cleared his throat and swallowed hard. "S'cuse me."
"Mark." Tess smiled fondly and gave him a look, her head tilted. "What are you like?"
"A well mannered and civilized fox." He grinned at his wife. "Don't you think?"
Tess nodded, tossing a glance over at Jake beside her. "Of course." She giggled, slid her chair back, and stood up. "I'm going to freshen up; are you coming, Leah?"
Fuck! Leah frantically slid her foot back inside her shoe, praying it didn't topple over. "Um, sure." She swiped at the clasp with her toes, catching it, but not quiet closing it. There was nothing for it: she stood up, her foot wobbling in the un-fastened heel, and tried to step forwards.
It slid off her foot and tumbled to the floor.
"Oh, not again." She rolled her eyes and flashed a tight smile to them all. "Silly shoes." Standing where she was, right beside mark, the Husky bent over and tried to clip her heel back in place...
And then felt her dress slip up over her behind.
Leah froze. Her dress bounced up against her back; her naked ass stuck up in the air directly in Mark's face. Her tail was lifted straight in the air, her black thong tight against her. Her heart leaped to her throat. Her fingers clipped the clasp in place almost automatically. She stood back up, ashen-faced, and walked as quickly as she could off the platform without brushing a single one of their eyes.
The ladies' bathrooms were full of preening, laughing, gossiping canines and felines arrayed before the huge collection bottles and jars below the mirrors. Each was lined with old incandescent bulbs like some fifty's Hollywood dressing-room.
All of it was lost on Leah. She clacked through the door, strutted to a stall, locked it, and collapsed down onto the closed seat with her head in her paws.FUCK! Fuck, fuck, fuck! Oh fuck, oh fucking fuckety-fu-
"Leah?" Tess's voice and a gentle knock came from the other side. "Are you okay?"
She sniffed, her nose damp, and shook her head against her padded palms.
"Leah, it's okay. If you're worried about-" the vixen trailed off for a moment, "-it doesn't matter, okay? I'll be right here."
Damp, stinging heat welled in her eyes. The woman who'd stolen her lover's heart long before she'd even had the chance to meet him was pitying her, helping her, being nice to her, all because she'd been a clumsy, drunk-on-two-glasses slut right in front of everyone, in front of Mark, a stupid, trashy whore who'd never even get close to the beauty, elegance, charm, and sophistication of his amazing wife...
A sob wracked through her and she pressed her paws harder against her eyes. They came faster and harder until she had to draw in air; an abject wail left her the second she tried and brought the conversation in the room down to a dim murmur.
She tried to stop. Her sobs shook her in silence, but then another choked cry escaped her and only plunged her deeper into despair.
"Oh Leah, come on, open the door, you don't need to cry." Tess pushed against the door's hinges. "Don't cry, it's nothing, really, I promise the boys won't bat an eyelid over it-"
She shuffled back and pulled her feet up onto the seat, digging the points of her heels in to hold them there, and hugged her legs against her chest. Raw humiliation coursed through her, the embarrassment so strong she couldn't even look down at her herself.I want to disappear, I want to vanish and never come back.
"Please, don't cry, I'll talk to them for you, I promise. It was just a silly little accident, nothing more. Don't worry about me, if you are, I don't mind at all."
Stop it! Stop being so god-damn fucking NICE! How the hell can I ever compete with you? I can't. You're better than me in every way. Mark said so. Jake thinks so. Everyone in this whole room thinks so.
"Please, Leah. Open the door. I promise it'll be fine."
She sniffed and scrunched her eyes against the stinging water filling them. No, it won't, because I'll never have his heart. You own it, and you're just too fucking perfect in every way.
"Leah?"
A deep sigh wracked through her. Her tail was bent and bunched up underneath her and her dress had ridden up around her hips. She stood down from the seat slowly, placing her heels carefully on the floor, and used the walls to steady herself. Leah stood like that for a full minute before reaching forward to open the door.
Tess's arms flew around her and pulled the husky into a tight, urgent hug.
Leah staggered back, stunned, her watery eyes looking over Tess's shoulder and into the room beyond.
"She got a little upset, but she's okay now." Tess stood at the head of the table with her paws clasped against her dress. She eyed both of their husbands very meaningfully. "Let's carry on where we left off and finish this lovely dinner."
Leah watched from the foot of the small flight of stairs leading up to the raised dining area. She felt like a little girl waiting on her parent's permission to come back to the table. Her arms hung limp by her sides, her head down against her chest, her dejected eyes staring up at the vision of beauty and elegance that was Mark's wife.
Jake shook his head and glanced away. The husky's fur was ruffled, his hair messed up, his suit looking creased - all from the rant he'd probably had about her when she'd left.
"Yeah, that's just what we're doing." Mark glanced at her around his wife's curves. "Come on up; your plate looks too good to go cold."
Trembling slightly, her stomach wrung up, Leah strode up the stairs and swished her hips around to her seat. She sat down, glanced up into Jake's terse stare, and dropped her eyes back to the table.
Tess took her seat and clapped her paws together. "I've got one for you all; you would not believe who I met the other night on my way back from the gym, but one of my oldest and dearest..."
Leah pecked at her food and listened to Mark's wife carry the whole table's conversation on her own, effortlessly, lifting the mood and smoothing over her scathing faux-pas like it was years in the past. She smiled around at Mark once or twice, instantly warming when she met his eyes, but the ever-present glare of her husband kept her meek and too afraid to look at the fox too much.
A team of waiters flowed around the table like water the moment they'd finished, carrying away all dishes, plates, and wine glasses and leaving behind a perfect fan of dessert menus in their wake.
"I'd like some air." Tess stood up and smiled down at them all. "Coming, Leah?"
She nodded, stood up, and followed the vixen away from the table. Their heels clacked in time along the polished floors. Her cheeks burned; she caught glimpses of male diners turning their heads as they walked past and felt them staring at her barely-covered backside as she strutted away.I * __am*_ dressed like a slut. How could I have been so stupid?_
Tess walked straight past the bathrooms to a back entrance Leah hadn't realized was there. The vixen held the door open for her to let her step outside into the cool, damp night-air. It must have rained while they were inside as the small, walled-in courtyard had a few tables and chairs left scattered around with patches of water on them.
"How are you feeling?" Tess walked up beside her, careful with her shoes on the rough concrete.
Leah folded her arms over her low neckline and stood on her toes with her feet together. She lifted her head and sniffed at the slightly chill air; car fumes, bus fumes, a whiff of the dumpster, wet concrete, and a musky hint of Tess's perfume. "A bit better."
"That's good."
"I made such an ass of myself." Leah froze, said the words again in her mind, and then burst out laughing.
Tess giggled with her, one of the vixen's paw lifted to her muzzle and her other held out daintily for balance.
Genuine mirth warmed through Leah and chased some of the tightness in her stomach away. She covered her muzzle and held her forehead, balancing in her shoes, shaking her head from side to side and trying to breathe.
"Thatwas particularly good." Tess giggled a few more times and flicked a finger past the bottoms of her eyes. "You don't have a thing to worry about. We've all done it; myself included."
Leah wiped her eyes and shot a glance around at her. "Surely not you?"
"Oh yes. A teller caught my skirt in his till right in the middle of a department store. I walked away and it ripped right off me."
"No!" Leah widened her eyes. "What a nightmare. I bet the teller wasn't complaining though."
"Well-" Tess grinned and darted her eyes upwards, "-he might have enjoyed it, but Mark nearly dragged the poor dog over the counter."
"Oh." Sharp reality cut into her buoyed feelings and slashed her back to earth. She turned toward one of the tables, tip-toed carefully over the damp ground, and sat primly on the dry edge of one of the wooden chairs.
Tess walked over and joined her on the other chair; she even managed to make tip-toeing over rough, patchy slabs in heels look graceful, sexy, and effortless.
"I honestly didn't mean to flash your husband." Leah kicked herself mentally. What the hell was that!? Why did you just say that, of course you didn't! Now she's going to think you did!
"Oh, come-on, it's fine. I have to admit, though." Tess smiled at her side-on, her green eyes playful. "It's been a while since I wore lacy, black lingerie with a dress that daring."
Red heat surged to her cheeks and her ears. She flinched away from Tess's gaze and looked down at her bare knees and the tops of her thighs. "So I guess everyone saw everything, then."
"Well, isn't that the reason you wore them?"
Leah glanced back up at the vixen and her steady, watching eyes.
"Why else would you wear that dress? You want to tempt, to titillate, to tease and then to blow their minds when you finally give them a glimpse. Your husband doesn't know how lucky he is with a wife as generous as you."
Fear clashed with embarrassment in her mind. What the heck did she just say? She thinks I flashed Mark on purpose, doesn't she? But... no, she can't, she said my husband, not hers. But what if she's suspicious? I mean I stuck my pussy in his face, no 'practically' about it-
"Mark would probably go spare if I wore a dress like that." Tess smiled at her, sitting primly and beautifully on the edge of her chair.
Leah glanced over the vixen's figure._Mark's gone spare for you already._Leah sighed and placed her paws on her knees. "Jake's already gone spare."
Tess giggled a little. "He's a good man, and he cares about you a lot. He's just worried about the attention you're getting."
Guilt sliced through her yet again. "He's not going to let me forget this. It's going to be all I hear for days. Maybe even weeks."
"Hm." Tess watched her carefully. "Would it help if I went back inside and whispered in his ear that you'd like to see him out here?"
Fear jolted through her. She blinked down at her knees. "Um, well, I'm not sure..."
"Stay here. Don't worry: he loves you. I'm sure you can clear the air in a few minutes."
Leah said nothing and just stared straight ahead.
Tess's shoes clacked over the concrete towards the door and the vixen disappeared back inside.
Leah waited two minutes in the chill air with her arms wrapped tightly over her chest. Something caught her eye in the alleyway at one point, like movement just beyond the dumpster, but it didn't happen again when she stared.
"Well?"
She flinched. She looked around at his approach and gazed up with the most devastating puppy-dog eyes she could summon.
The annoyance visibly melted away from Jake's face. He sighed, deep and heavy, and extended both of his paws out to her.
She took them, stood up from the chair, and stepped into a deep, open-muzzled kiss with her husband.
"Hiya you-two," Tess chirped, sitting sideways on Mark's lap, her legs dangling over one side of the chair and her feet in the air. "Did you kiss and make up?"
Jake coughed at Leah's side, the couple holding paws, and glanced at Mark. The big fox bounced his eyebrows, his arms around Tess, their muzzles only inches apart.
Leah plunged into another steep, fiery dive on her roller-coaster ride of emotions. She kept her small smiled glued in place and nodded.
"Wonderful!" The vixen picked her nearly-empty wine glass back up from the table and downed the rest in one go. She put it down, turned to Mark, and gave him a long moment of eye contact before grabbing his head and pushing her muzzle over his into a full-on snog.
Jake coughed louder and turned to her. He looked a bit silly, a bit lost, and it made Leah smile despite the knife twisting in her gut.
"Wow!" Mark pulled back and laughed richly. "I think you've had a little too much wine, my beautiful dear."
"Nonsense." Tess laughed and leaned back on his lap, kicking her feet up and letting the parting in her dress slide back to reveal more of her legs.
The knife twisted again in Leah's stomach: the reality she'd found herself in was so much worse than she'd imagined. Mark was married to a kind, classy, sophisticated supermodel who still knew how to let her hair down and have fun.
The vixen gazed into her husband's eyes, grinning playfully, her arms looped around his neck. Her tongue flicked out and licked the end of his muzzle, matting down his fur, inviting him to open his jaws and kiss her again.
Leah rolled her eyes. "I think we need some dessert."
"Sounds good." Jake gave her paw a squeeze and drew her towards the table.
Tess gave a girlish giggle and stood up from her husband's lap. She slunk around the table, holding the edge for balance, and back into her chair. "As long as they have tiramisu."
"I'm sure they will," Jake said. "If they don't, they will for us."
"Hah!" Mark leaned back in his chair. "I'm letting you choose all the restaurants from now on."
Jake adjusted his shirt's collar and tucked some stray bits of fur beneath it. "Aleck's an old friend of the business. All of our client meetings usually involve booking a table here."
Their collie waiter appeared quietly and unobtrusively at the head of the table. He took their orders, one for tiramisu, and then departed just as subtly. It was with them in practically no time at all. Conversation died back down as each tucked into their elaborately five-star presented desserts. Leah spooned her fruit sorbet out of the frozen peel of the fruits themselves, licking lemon, orange, and passion fruit over her tongue. Mark's ice-cream Sunday towered over the table, Jake's slice of chocolate cake was ensconced in swirls of sauce and cream, and Tessa's tiramisu lay in an over-size crystal wine glass that sparkled in the subdued light.
Leah squirmed her legs together against the edge of her chair. She was losing her chance to remind Mark that she existed. The more she glanced at the fox, the more convinced she was that he'd forgotten about her. Even when he did look sideways to catch her eye and smile it was like an afterthought.
Nervously, carefully, she unclipped one of her shoes again using her toes and slipped her foot free. She moved over to his leg, slid her foot against him, and moved downwards towards his shoe.
Except his shoe wasn't there, and her padded sole rubbed straight down over his own bare, sockless foot.
Leah gulped her mouthful of sorbet down. Ice-cold pain shot through the center of her head. She froze her foot against his, tingling with the electric excitement of unexpected touch, and then slowly started stroking against him.
The fox kept licking chocolate ice-cream from his spoon, but his attention was a little too focused and his stare a little too absent.
Leah had to fight the huge grin that tugged at the edges of her muzzle. He was waiting for me! He took his shoe off because he knew I'd want to play a little more: hah! Take that vixy, your husband knows who he wants-
Something brushed against one of her toes, barely felt, but at the completely wrong angle to be anything to do with Mark.
Leah snapped her foot back above her empty shoe. Her eyes flinched up and stole a glance at Tess across the table.
Tess was fighting a grin of her own, the vixen trying to look busy picking at the edges of her dessert, but the tiny bit of tongue poking from her muzzle sunk Leah's heart and shot her down faster than anything else could.
He's playing footsie with her, isn't he? It's nothing to do with me.
"Is your sorbet too sour?" Jake asked, watching her.
"Oh, no, it's..." Leah darted her empty spoon back into the frozen orange and lifted out a wedge of smooth ice. "It's fine."
A spoon sidled into view with a big dollop of swirled ice-cream sitting on it. "Want some of mine?" Mark asked. His cool smile didn't even hint at the goings on beneath the table.
"Ah, no, it's fine. Thanks." Leah couldn't bring herself to smile at him.
His brows creased ever so slightly in worry.
She dropped her eyes back to the frozen fruits and carried on eating. She went to clip her shoe back on, but a spark of defiance jumped in her mind.Fine. If you don't want me, I'll just let-my-husband have all the fun instead. Careful not to intrude on the under-table antics going on beside her, she stretched her foot out and felt through the air for Jake's leg.
Jake nearly dropped his fork. He shot a startled look up at her over the table, less than subtle, as though he couldn't quite believe it.
Leah gave him a sly, seductive little smile and drew her bare foot down his leg, rubbing him slowly from knee to ankle.
He blinked, smiled in happy surprise, attempted to look casual, and went back to his cake.
There we go, she thought. It's been a while since I've done this to you, isn't it?
Clearly pleasantly surprised, he glanced back up at her and looked into her eyes for a long, drawn-out moment.
Leah gaze back, her eyes-half lidded with seduction, and stroked him with her toes. That's right, Mark. Unless you do something soon I'll be panting in my husband's arms and tied on -_his-_knot all this week. Not yours.
A muffled giggle came from nearby. Tess covered her muzzle with a paw and shot a wicked, meaning-laden look at Mark.
A flash of anger bristled Leah's heckles. She ignored the two vulpines and focused on Jake, sliding her foot over his legs, giving him inviting, beckoning looks. She licked sorbet from her spoon with slow, loving strokes of her tongue.
Jake started to look a little flustered. He kept leaving his fork hanging in mid-air with his far-off stare down through the table. When he did manage to pick up a mouthful of cake it sometimes only got half way to his muzzle before dropping back down onto the plate.
Leah had to a stifle a laugh. She was enjoying herself quite a bit now and kept up the pressure on her hapless husband with new enthusiasm.Just how much has watching me walk around in this dress turned you on, mm? Or have you been watching Tess and __eying_ her legs? Is that why your paw is so shaky? So much female fur on show, mm?_
The thought of Jake getting hot for Tess didn't bother her in the slightest. He was far too boring, sensible, and helplessly in-love with her to do anything about it. Ever. She smiled; memories of their first few dates drifted through her head, his trembling paws and desperate smiles, his clumsy nerves knocking over a glass at the restaurant he'd taken her to and his utter, wide-eyed disbelief when she'd leaned in to kiss him on her doorstep.
Leah let her smile turn vicious. I wonder if he's fantasizing about cheating on me with her._A shiver ran down her spine and through warming dampness between her thighs._I wonder if he's going to think about her when we're in bed tonight. I wonder if he's going to picture her standing in that dress and those heels when he cums. Just like I picture Mark's lusty, panting stare when I cum.
