Malcolm wasn't looking forward to starting at college. The University of Beldover was not his first choice. However, the arrival of a new Fox professor might just liven things up.

Chapter Six to follow soon...

The sound of laughter, music and clinking bottles soon began coming from the kitchen.

"That'll be my roomies," Hudson said, thumping his tail against the bed. "You guys wanna meet them?"

"Sure," I replied.

We got to our hind-paws and I grabbed my beer before Hudson led us to the kitchen. I noticed Charlotte was hanging at the back, as if she was unsure about taking part in the gathering.

"You okay?" I asked.

"Yes, I'm fine," she replied, fixing me a smile.

Hudson pushed the door to the kitchen open and loud music hit my ears.

A group of first year students were sitting around the kitchen table, all drinking and chatting loudly above the music, which was a chart pop song that I didn't recognise.

"Hey guys!" Hudson called.

"Hey, who are these two?" a brown Hyena in baseball cap and a checked shirt asked.

"Brian, meet Malcolm and Charlotte, Malcom and Charlotte, this is Brian," Hudson said.

"Um, hey," I said nervously as the Hyena got to his feet. I raised my paw to shake his, but instead the Hyena slapped mine with a rather aggressive high five.

I studied the rest of the students at the table. A couple of others were standing at the back; a surly looking female Pine Marten who looked as if she wanted to be somewhere else, and a male Jaguar.

The Jaguar caught my eye almost instantly. He had a similar build to me, but was dressed in a tight black shirt and a pair of blue jeans. The look was simple, but it suited him. The Jaguar looked up and glanced at me with a pair of sharp green eyes.

I looked away, not wanting to make it look like I was staring.

Charlotte was sticking close by my side.

"You sure you're all right?" I asked her,

"I'm, um, not used to big social gatherings," she admitted quietly.

"Oh," I replied, not sure of what else to say.

Hudson was already chatting to his flatmates. I noticed a female Serval shooting Charlotte and I quizzical glances, as if she was unsure about us being there.

"Who are they?" she eventually asked.

"Oh, Emily this is Malcolm and Charlotte, they're both from my class," the Jindo explained.

"Yeah, we're Hudson's friends," Charlotte added.

"Pleased to meet you," I said, before cringing a little at how business-like I sounded. Even though I was gay, I still had that slight awkwardness when it came to talking to girls. I'd heard that gay guys were supposedly better around girls, but that was obviously a trait I had not picked up.

Emily nodded and smiled, although I still detected a slight frostiness in her eyes.

She turned and sat back down at the table. I sensed Charlotte shift uncomfortably next to me.

"Girls always get suspicious of other girls," she said quietly.

Emily was now hanging off Hudson's arm and fixing him a look as if she didn't want us going near him.

"Are you sure it's not just a feline and canine thing?" I asked.

"No, Hudson is a canine," Charlotte pointed out. "That Serval probably sees herself as his gay best friend, and me as a threat."

"I see," I replied, not feeling sure of what Charlotte was trying to get at.

"You guys okay?" Hudson asked as he got up from the table. "You're both quiet."

"We're cool," I replied, forcing a smile.

I sipped my beer and retreated back into my head. The email from Lachlan had also jolted me, although I'd kept that quiet.

No wonder he was asking me how university was going when we were by the carpark.

"Yo, Malc!"

I was shaken from my thoughts and looked up to see Hudson by the table. He had finished his beer and was knocking back a shot of vodka.

"Want some?"

"Um, okay," I replied, setting my beer bottle down on the side.

Hudson poured vodka into another shot glass and handed it over.

"Ready, one, two, three!"

We both necked our drinks at the same time and I felt it burn down my throat.

"Another? Of course ya want another," Hudson grinned as he poured some more into my shot glass.

I grinned and took the shot down my throat.

"Good Shep," Hudson chuckled before Emily patted him on the arm for his attention.

The Jaguar was hovering near the table and before I could say anything he took a seat next to me.

"Hey," he said.

"Hey," I replied, cringing internally at how awkward I sounded whenever I greet people for the first time.

"So, you're Hudson's friend?" he asked casually.

"Yeah, my name is Malcolm," I replied.

"Cool, I'm Adam," the Jaguar said.

"I take it you don't live in Hudson's flat?" I asked, feeling the question sounded silly.

"Nah, Grace invited me as a plus one," Adam explained. "So, whatcha' studying?"

"History," I replied.

Adam opened his mouth to reply, but he was interrupted by Brian the Hyena.

"Right everyone, we've decided where we are going tonight," his voice boomed. "Jungle Bar!"

I knew Jungle Bar was a bar and club in the middle of Beldover. I hadn't been inside before, but I'd heard plenty of the students in our classes talking about it. Clubbing wasn't my thing, but the opportunity to make more friends seemed like an attractive prospect.

I turned to make sure Charlotte was okay, but to my surprise I saw the Vixen was no longer standing behind me. Hudson was chatting to his flatmates.

"Hey," I said, tapping him on the shoulder. "Did you see where Charlotte went?"

"No, why?" Hudson replied. "Has she gone somewhere?"

"I think so," I sighed, getting to my hind-paws.

I glanced around the kitchen to check she wasn't chatting to someone else. There was no sign of her. A new track was playing, one that was louder and had a pounding rhythm.

"I'm gonna check outside, can I borrow your key to get back in?" I asked Hudson.

"What?" Hudson replied.

"Can I borrow your key?" I repeated in a louder tone, trying to talk about the music.

"Sure!" Hudson shouted back before throwing his key in my direction. I caught it in my paw and walked out into the corridor to investigate.

There was no sign of Charlotte outside the kitchen. I sniffed the air, but with all the scents of the various people who lived in the flat, it was hard to pick out an individual one.

Come on, you're a Shep.

I sniffed again and managed to catch the distinct scent of Vixen hanging in the air. Keeping my nose pointed upwards, I followed the scent and found it led to the front door of the flat.

My mind had already reached the conclusion that Charlotte had left, but I opened the door and glanced outside anyway. Charlotte's scent was heavy around the lift doors.

Yup, she's gone.

"Hey?" came a voice from behind.

I turned, expecting the voice to belong to Hudson, but I was surprised to see Adam standing at the kitchen door.

"Oh, hey," I replied.

"What are you doing out here?" the Jaguar asked.

"Looking for my friend," I explained.

Adam opened his mouth as if he was about to say more, but he was interrupted by a loud gaggle of voices from the kitchen as everyone walked out at once.

"Yo Malc, did you find her?" Hudson called.

I shook my head.

"She seemed weird anyway," I heard Emily say.

Hudson turned to face the Cerval and I could see his expression was clearly irritated, but before he could say anything, Brian made another booming announcement.

"We'll meet outside in five minutes!"

I already had my phone and wallet in my pockets, but I followed Hudson to his room so he could gather his belongings. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed Emily wanting to follow us, but Hudson thankfully shut his bedroom door before she had the chance to.

"I wonder if Charlotte was all right?" I mused.

"I dunno, one moment she was there, the next she wasn't," Hudson replied. "Hmm, should I wear this shirt, I'm not sure about it?" he added, gesturing at his chest.

"You look fine to me," I replied, fishing my phone out of my pocket.

I typed out a quick message to Charlotte while Hudson pondered over his shirt;

Hey,

Hope you're okay? I'm a bit worried about you.

"We're going now!" came Brian's shouty but (thankfully) muffled voice.

"This shirt it is then," Hudson said as he grabbed his wallet from his desk. "Shall we dude?"

"Let's," I replied as I put my phone away.

We made our way out of the room to find everyone filing out of the front door to the flat, chattering with excitement. Hudson gestured for me to follow and we walked at the back.

Brian was assembling everyone outside.

"Right, I've called two taxis. Grace and Nancy, come with me," the Hyena announced in his commanding tone.

I had already decided I found Brian too loud for my taste; the kind of guy who appointed himself the Alpha male of the group, not because he cared much about organising a good night out, but for the sake of bossing everyone around because he could.

I decided to ignore him and stick with Hudson, although I noticed with a sinking feeling that Emily was standing close to us.

We all stood chatting loudly until the two taxis arrived (presumably Brian had called them). Hudson gave my wrist a squeeze and led me to the second car. I sensed Emily following us from behind, but I ignored her. We climbed inside and I sat in the middle with Hudson on one side and Emily on the other.

The Serval didn't say anything but the atmosphere was already awkward as the taxi pulled off. Hudson was chatting away and I could tell by his voice that he was already tipsy. I smiled and nodded as he spoke.

"Sooo, have you been to the Jungle Bar before?" he asked.

I shook my head.

"Youuuu okay?" he asked.

"Yeah, I'm good," I replied, putting on a smile but feeling conscious of Emily sitting on the other side of me. I wished the Serval would go away.

The taxi drove away from campus and into the town centre. Beldover was a mostly quiet town at night, but I noticed a few revellers outside the pubs and bars. We pulled up on the main high street next to a bar. Its name Jungle Bar was spelt out with green neon tubes above the door and I could see lights flashing behind the front window.

Hudson handed a ten pound note to the driver and we all climbed out.

Brian and his group were already walking through the front door of the bar. I wasn't in a rush to follow him and decided I would stay near Hudson, however my eye caught Adam again.

The Jaguar was to the rear of Brian's group. They were getting their IDs checked by a burly Lion bouncer, but I noticed him turn back to glance at me before he followed the others through the front door.

"C'mon," Hudson said, giving my wrist a quick squeeze.

I followed the Jindo towards the front door and pulled out my wallet to retrieve my driver's licence. Hudson handed his over to the Lion and I watched as the feline spent a moment trying to find the date of birth on the Canadian driver's licence before Hudson pointed it out. I handed mine over and the Lion glanced at it before waving us inside.

Music hit my ears as soon as I pushed through the front door, the same pounding kind that had been playing back in the flat.

As the name of the bar suggested, the place was decorated with green lighting and small palm trees dotted around, as if to emphasise its jungle theme.

Which seems like a fatal design flaw if people are wondering around drunk.

The group from Hudson's flat were already at the bar.

"Let's get something to drink," Hudson suggested.

I followed him up to the bar, still aware that Emily was behind us.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"I'll take a whisky and coke," Hudson replied with a grin.

The bar staff all seemed busy trying to serve various people and I tried to catch their attention.

"You gotta push your way to the front," Hudson explained. "Like this!"

The Jindo edged past me and somehow managed to catch the attention of a female Beagle behind the bar.

I watched with amazement as the Beagle managed to pour us two whisky and cokes before Hudson paid her.

"You didn't have to get it," I said as he handed my drink over.

"Hey, don't worry, you can get the next one," he grinned.

"You didn't get me one!" Emily exclaimed. Her tone passed the comment off as a joke, but I could see a flash of annoyance in her eyes.

I didn't say anything but moved to stand at the side with Hudson.

"Wanna go dance?" he asked, gesturing at a floor space where a group of people were gyrating to the music. "I wish we could have gone to the gay bar, the music in there is much better, but this is better than nothing."

"You gotta take me to the gay bar sometime," I grinned.

"For sure man, it's a rite of passage," Hudson laughed.

In truth, I wanted to go but I didn't want either my mum or Aunt Ruth finding out, but before I could think about that predicament any further, Hudson grabbed my paw again and led me over to where the music was playing.

I danced around awkwardly and sipped my drink. Emily was standing close by and her presence was starting to really unnerve me. I ignored her and gulped the rest of my drink before setting the glass on a nearby table.

The song that was playing was loud and I had trouble making out what it is. I glanced around and saw to my alarm that Hudson was gone. Emily was standing nearby but not looking in my direction as if she didn't want to know me.

That makes two of us.

I wondered whether to go looking for Hudson, but the Jindo suddenly reappeared by my side with two shot glasses containing a green liquid.

"Here, try this," he encouraged.

Before I had a chance to ask what on earth is this? Hudson had necked his.

"Go on," he said with a grin.

"Think of England," I muttered before throwing the green drink down my throat.

Whatever it was, the drink was extremely strong and almost burnt the insides of my mouth and I could feel it going straight to my head.

"I'll get us another!" Hudson announced, and before I could say no, the Jindo hurried back over to the bar.

I began to feel uncomfortable and wanted to leave. Hearing other students in my classes talking about nights out had made me intrigued to go on one, but this night already felt like too much.

Am I being a lightweight? C'mon, you're a student, you should be having fun.

"Here ya go!"

I was shaken from my thoughts and looked up to see Hudson holding another shot glass with the green liquid in it. His tail was wagging as he handed it over.

"Um, thanks," I replied as I took the glass and necked it.

The liquid burnt my throat again and my head began spinning.

"Fuck, I don't think I can have anymore," I said, nursing my muzzle.

Hudson looked concerned and was about to reply when Emily marched over.

"Hey, can we get a drink together," she said in a snappy tone.

"In a bit, I'm just talking to my friend," Hudson replied.

I felt glad Hudson was standing up for me, but my instinct was to leave.

"You okay?"

I turned expecting to see Hudson, but to my surprise Adam was now standing next to me too. The Jaguar's eyes were reflecting the flashing lights and up close I could appreciate how athletic he looked in his black shirt.

"I'm good, you look nice," I said with a drunken chuckle. I immediately wanted to cram the words back into my muzzle as soon as they spilled out.

Adam didn't seem to mind. Indeed, I could see a grin on the Jaguar's face.

"I, uh, think I'm gonna use the bathroom," I mumbled before hurrying off.

In reality, my head was spinning and I wanted to get away from everything.

I pushed my way through the bar and saw that the bathrooms were signposted as being in the basement. I managed to make it down the stairs and I was thankful to find that the men's bathroom was empty.

The cubicles were all unoccupied and I shut myself in one.

I'll wait for a minute and then go back up.

I heard someone else enter the bathroom and I wondered whether I should stay or leave. Whatever was in the shots Hudson had given me, it was ultra-strong and was already messing with my head.

Staying in the cubicle looks weird, you should walk out.

"Okay," I said out loud, before pushing the door open.

Adam was standing outside.

"Oh, hey," I said, trying to sound casual, but feeling slightly aware of the fact I was starting to sway a little on my hind-paws.

"You all right?" Adam asked.

"Yeah, yeah, I'm good," I replied, putting on a grin. "I didn't actually need the bathroom, I just wanted to get away, y'know things are better in private," I added, before cringing at how incoherent I sounded.

Fuck, why did you say that out loud?

"Heh, the music up there was pretty bad," I heard Adam say. "Wanna, um, go somewhere more quiet?"

"Sure," I replied.

I followed Adam out of the bathrooms and back to the corridor. However, instead of turning to go back up the stairs, the Jaguar gestured for me to follow him the other way.

"I noticed the door out to the back was open," he whispered with a mischievous grin on his face.

"Oh?" I replied, wondering if he was going to try and sell me drugs or some other dubious substance.

Adam began walking ahead of me and I couldn't help but gaze at his behind in his jeans. It looked muscular and perked out was he walked.

It looks hot, certainly on a par with Lachlan's.

I shook the thought of the Fox away and followed Adam.

As the Jaguar had said, there was a fire escape door at the end of the corridor that had been propped open; presumably a member of staff had gone out for a cigarette break and left it open.

Adam glanced outside and gestured for me to go with him. I gingerly followed the Jaguar outside. The door led into a sunken alleyway by the side of the bar. There was a faint smell of cigarette smoke, but other than that the place was empty.

I turned to face Adam and saw the Jaguar was looking at me with a playful grin that only felines can pull off.

"So, now that we're alone," he grinned.

My head was still spinning from the drink, but I let a smile spread across my muzzle as Adam put his paws on my hips and gently pushed me against the wall.

Wow, is this really happening?

I was faintly aware of the music pounding inside the bar, but everything around me became irrelevant as I felt Adam's paw press against my crotch. My cock was already growing hard inside my underwear.

How did he know I was gay? He must have that Gaydar thing gay guys have. Oh stop thinking and enjoy the moment.

"You want this?" Adam asked, as if sensing my thoughts.

"Yes," I grinned.

Adam was already undoing my belt and I felt my jeans descend slightly. Our mouths then met and we kissed. I closed my eyes, allowing Adam to slide his tongue into my muzzle and we kissed for a minute.

Everything else became irrelevant as we continued kissing and Adam gently held me against the wall. He then broke off and began kissing down my chest. I then heard the Jaguar let out a purring sound as he nuzzled against the bulge in my underwear.

"Fuck," I murmured as Adam gripped the waistband of my briefs with his teeth and eased them down. My cock had already mostly emerged from its sheath and it flopped out.

Part of me mind began to wonder what would happen if we were caught, but the drunken half said sod it.

I let the drunken half of my mind win as Adam took my cock in his paw. I expected him to start licking or sucking, but instead I felt his rough tongue against my balls.

I closed my eyes as he lapped my balls before working his way up to my shaft. My lulled against the wall as the Jaguar licked at the tip before sliding my cock down his throat. My hind-paws were shaking and I didn't know if it was from the alcohol or nerves, but I didn't care.

Adam's motions were already getting quicker and I could feel him kneading my balls with his paw.

My head was still spinning and already I could feel the familiar surging feeling.

Already?

"Hnng, I'm going to cum," I managed to utter before I shot my load into the Jaguar's mouth.

Without feeling any control over my body, I slumped forwards and my cock slipped from Adam's mouth.

My head was pounding but I didn't care.

I suddenly feel really good right now.
