Notchfin and Spot (dolphin on dolphin vore)
Spotty's love of practical jokes gets him in over his head, so to speak.
Notchfin and Spot
Spot, or Spotty as his friends often called him, was a playful young dolphin well known for his practical jokes. His friend Notchfin was often the butt of these jokes and when Spot announced one day he had thought of a new game Notch bore it with a long-suffering sigh. He'd had a sea urchin stuffed into his ass as he slept and he'd been tricked into swallowing a blowfish that blew itself up into a spiky ball in his gullet. One time Spotty even talked him into propositioning a very ugly but, it turned out, very lonely sea lion cow. (That one, at least, worked out. Notch still visited her from time to time.) He thought he'd seen it all.
This time, though, Spot came up with an idea that discomfited both of them. Notch more than Spot, since Notch was the one to survive it.
"Hey Notch," Spotty chittered, "How wide can you open your mouth?"
"Why," Notch chittered back warily. "What are you going to stuff into it this time?"
"I bet you can't open it as wide as I can," said Spot, and gaped his beak as wide as he could.
"Probably not," chittered Notch, who was a little smaller than his trickster friend. Just the same he gave into Spotty's urging and yawned.
"Wider, silly," chittered Spotty, "You can do better than that!"
Against his better judgment Notch yawned until his jaws creaked and popped. He was sure he was about to have something unwholesome stuffed down his throat but most times Spot did that he at least got a meal out of it. An awkwardly shaped turtle, a very unhappy moray eel and the aforementioned blowfish had all ultimately ended up in his stomach due to Spotty's machinations and as uncomfortable as some of those gulps had been his stomach had dealt with each just as it had all the other creatures he ate. Rough, hard to swallow turtle shell, spiky blowfish and wriggly, bitey moray eel all became dolphin food.
As usual Spot was taking advantage of how hard it is for a dolphin to see straight forward when gaped this way. In murky water they "saw" with their sonar more than their eyes and with his jaws wide open the 'melon' that generated the pings was facing in a different direction than his maw. Thus Notch wasn't sure what meal he was about to get, only that it would be uncomfortable to swallow.
It didn't surprise Notch that Spot's voice grew fainter. His friend was no doubt fetching something to stuff down his throat. The surprise was that this something turned out to be Spotty himself.
An approaching giggle warned Notch that something was about to happen but just the same his beady eyes went wide in shock as the beak of a fast moving dolphin went into his wide-open jaws and jammed itself deep into his throat. Spot had swum just far enough away to double back and reach full speed before colliding with Notch's maw.
Spotty got what he wanted. He made Notch deeply uncomfortable. He also succeeded in ramming himself into Notch's gaping maw with such force that not only his beak but his broad, streamlined bulky head jammed past Notch's peglike teeth and into the tightly stretched flesh of his friend's gullet.
The good news is that though Spotty was wedged tight into Notch's jaws, dolphins do not breathe through their mouths so Notch wasn't in any danger of suffocation. Even with another dolphin stuck fast in his maw he could rise to the surface and Spotty's own blowhole was just outside his beak, so they could both breathe. This was just a temporary inconvenience and Spot giggled as he thrashed his flukes, pushing hard into Notch's maw to make it as troublesome as possible for his friend to spit him up. It was the best joke ever!
There was just one small problem. As Spotty forced himself deeper and Notch desperately tried to back away, the former managed to push his rounded head a critical few inches past Notch's peg teeth and into the slimy gullet. Bones creaked and muscles popped as Notch's wide-open jaws reached the limit of their gape and though he wanted very much to spit his friend out the growing pain in his throat forced him to do the opposite.
Notch twitched in the water as he swallowed heavily, convulsively, and it turned out to be much easier to get Spotty to slide deeper than to get him out. There was a smooth slippery slide as two feet of gray body disappeared and suddenly only half of a dolphin protruded from Notch's maw. Spot's entire head and most of the thickest part of his body, along with his foreflippers and dorsal fin were gone down Notch's gullet. His beak pushed through a muscular valve into the slimy, caustic wetness of his friend's stomach.
The great rolling contraction of throat muscles pushing him deeper caused Spotty to have second thoughts about this whole enterprise and now his flukes thrashed in a whole different way, trying to back water and pull him out rather than thrust playfully deeper into Notch's drumhead-tight throat.
Unfortunately, little though Notch himself liked the idea, it was too late for second thoughts. A dolphin slightly larger than himself was in his throat and just as one cannot hold back an orgasm once it reaches a certain point he couldn't stop himself from swallowing a second time. Notch arched in the water as he gulped with all his might and just like that all that was left of his friend was a long bulge in his body and a pair of flukes sticking out on either side of his beak.
"Well this isn't right," Spotty commented sagely as his half his body came to rest in Notch's stomach. The rest was stretched out in his friend's slippery gullet and only his flukes still felt the kiss of cool Pacific saltwater. "Okay, you win, fun is fun but it's hot in here." Swallowed or not he was eight feet of solid muscle and as he made his discomfort felt by squirming Notch's swollen body moved too.
This was deeply uncomfortable for the dolphin stretched like a condom around an even larger one and Notchfin gagged, doing his best to heave Spotty back up. There was another problem, however. Notch was stretched so tightly around his friend that the inward pressure of his expanded ribcage squeezed in on Spot like a vice, pressing furrows in Spotty's swallowed body. Notch could only retch with so much force and each time he tried the ribs digging into Spot's body held the swallowed dolphin in place.
After a third exhausting attempt to cough Spotty back up Notch hung in the water, staring at the flukes sticking out on either side of his beak but too tired to try again. Just then Spot wriggled once more and Notch groaned at the nauseating sensation of a powerful dolphin moving inside him. There had to be a way to get Spotty out of there! This joke had gone too far.
Spotty agreed and if anything he was in more pain than Notchfin was, for Notch didn't have potent stomach acids eating into his skin. A dolphin's warm blood and rapid metabolism means its guts do not dawdle when food arrives and much as Notch wanted his friend out of there, his body was happily digesting this large meal just as rapidly as it could manage. Spotty thrashed again, throwing Notch to and fro in the water, and Notchfin groaned as he tried one more time to retch Spot back up. It worked no better than the others.
"I have to find someone to help," Notchfin mumbled around his mouthful of dolphin tail. "Another dolphin could grab his flukes and pull him back out." And so, awkwardly swollen and barely able to swim he made his way through the sea, desperately searching for someone to help save his friend. He bobbed like a cork when he rose to take a breath, thrown to and fro by waves he was too fat to surf. This only added to his queasiness and if he were physically capable of retching Spot back up he would have done so very quickly whether he wanted to or not.
He swam on, bloated and tired as he searched for help and unaware of the minutes and then hours ticking by. Spotty had long since ceased to wriggle but Notch held out hope he was still alive. Dolphins can hold their breaths for some considerable time and Notchfin was so miserable he simply lost track of time. Unfortunately while he was busy trying not to not think about this situation his body was just as busy digesting its meal and eventually he noticed Spot's tail slowly sliding into his maw. Horrified, he watched the flukes fold and disappear, and he tried and failed to resist the urge to swallow as they slid into his gullet. He'd taken so long to find help that the remorseless process of digestion consumed enough of Spot to make room in his stomach and throat for what was left of his friend. Some of Spotty still lay in his throat but the only explanation for that slide was that his stomach was doing to the dolphin the same thing it would do to any other chunk of meat and bone.
"Well, darn," Notchfin muttered. Spot was a long, squishy bulge in his body now and even if he managed to cough him up it was much too late. He's heard of cannibalistic dolphins but never in his life did he consider eating one! Yet here he was, belly stuffed full of what used to be Spotty and aware now that he was paying attention of the ceaseless gurgling and churning as his friend was digested. He'd already relieved himself a couple of times in the casual way water dwellers have and was horribly sure that what came out of him wasn't yesterday's fish dinner but rather converted Spotty. And those few bubbles he burped up during his swim? In retrospect those could only be the air from Spot's lungs.
"Oh well," Notch mused. Dolphins got eaten. It happened. He'd lost one friend to the gullet of a huge sea lion, another to an orca, a third to sharks. Get too confident, take too many chances, and down a throat you might go. He hadn't meant to eat Spot and in the end it was Spotty who got himself where he was now.
Naturally no sooner did he realize Spotty wasn't getting out of his belly the way he got in than he found someone who could have saved his friend. Scar-nose, her name was, an older female from a pod he sometimes joined. She knew Spotty too and that the two of them often swam together.
"Have you seen Spot," she chittered, and then blinked as she realized how swollen he was. As he was formulating his answer she swam up and nosed the bulge of dolphin skull that swelled out of his middle. Bones always took longer to digest that meat and it was obvious what he'd eaten, if not who. But she had a good guess as to that as well.
"You ate him! You predator, you!"
The humor in her voice made Notch feel a little better but he was still defensive. "I didn't do it on purpose. He swam into my maw as a joke and got stuck. I tried to spit him out but ended up swallowing him. Really, I tried to get him back up but," Notchfin waved a flipper at the long gurgling bulge, "There he is."
"Hm," chittered Scar, backing off a body length to look at him. "That does seem like the sort of dumb thing he'd do."
"I know," chittered Notch. "He was funny but not very smart."
"That's for sure," said Scar, nosing the softening bulge. Spotty was a mass of half digested meat and softening bone, swallowed whole and digested by a dolphin not even as big as he was. It would never have happened if he hadn't rammed his head right down Notch's throat. He'd managed to get himself so far in that his greater size and strength wasn't enough to keep Notch from making a meal of him.
"I like the bulge," Scar chittered, and swam up belly to belly with him. "Wanna fuck?"
"Okay," said Notch. Dolphins don't go in for depression and he'd already put Spot's slimy digestive end behind him. Or inside him. Whichever.
Notchfin learned three useful things that day. First, trying to be too clever can get you in over your head. Second, he turned out to be capable of swallowing and digesting a dolphin as big as himself, or anything about that size and shape. Third, at least one local female found the sight of a well fed male appealing.
These were three dangerous pieces of information, and a smart, moral man would make sure not to misuse this knowledge. Unfortunately, it was a dolphin that learned them.
