The Roborechan Standard

I write this to you so that you know every little detail of the Roborechans. These are advanced cybernetic beings that have been given life by what I want to call the Elementaric Minerals. I named them such because these minerals give materials and entities in nature immense power. If you've heard of the old mythical metal known as Sacranium (which is NO myth, let me tell you - it's on Cerudeva!), then these materals work like that - it will enhance the power of an element and allow the control of it. What makes these minerals special is that these minerals can combine to form complicated sequences allowing the control of multiple elements! This allows a being to essentially become as a Devanglomene and more! In the scope of these robots, they can perform like the Betadroids, but are capable of cellular healing and restoration, material melding, and replication both on the small and large scales! I even included the ability for these machines to interact with organic bodies on the cellular level. They can heal or replace organs, enhance the body as a suit, and can even be used in more personal and intimate means. You heard me. Frankly, it is lonely on this planet, and I am the last organic being alive at the time of this recording. By now I am wildly desperate to recreate life in any manner that I can, call it what you will. If I cannot, then they should be able to in time.

To better explain this, I have to explain Rechan physiology. Rechans are a race of beings that have only one physical gender, and it's completely alien to the Cerudevan species. Rechans are creatures that for the most part look like your Cerudevan creatures. However, their food comes in the form of crystalline structures that can be broken down in the body. The closest thing I can think of is sugar, but all of the bodily materials are separated by separate crystals. These are processed into different shapes and prepared into a variety of dishes. Even the liquids have more of a gel-like quality to it. What happens next is amazing. The concept of waste is completely foreign to Rechans. They were shocked to learn of my physiology, and called my body extremely inefficient, and after seeing their food and air processing methods, I have to agree. Rechans do not produce waste with the exception of what is released in their dual channel breathing process through holes in their backs, which may be less than a fraction of 1% of what they consume! What they do with the food that they eat is that they change the structure of the minerals that they consume and the changed minerals are passed on through one of multiple areas near the center of the body as a new mineral compound that is available for storage or processing and consumption by the next being. I could akin the process as to like being a living vending machine. These creatures are extremely hypoallergenic and do not host nor transmit disease like Cerudevans can. Even I had my body cleansed by the Rechans to remove most of my bodily bacteria and impurities. Each being could produce a different set of minerals for others to use. This allows a group of Rechans to share a food store (similar to a week's worth of groceries) for up to 32 week cycles before the original store is depleted by recycling and repurposing materials. A plentiful supply of food is kept on hand to keep their circle of life going. It certainly shocked me to see such strange creatures. One even melded with me to enhance as much of my body process as possible. It was very frightening at first, but once I adjusted to the process, I began to feel health come into my body in a way unheard of. I could consume Rechan food and even learned a bit of elemental usage personally, which helped me to an immeasurable degree! Of course, with my body, I still had the same waste problem and could not contribute to the Rechan circle of life the same way.

Even their reproduction process was fascinating. Each Rechan being within each species has multiple feelers that are retracted around the hip area and they have multiple areas for reproductive activity. As they don't create waste, they had multiple parts for both the receiving and giving of reproductive material, which can be described as a colored, but transparent gelatinous substance, like a gelatin treat. The bigger the Rechan, the better a "producer" that they were. The smaller a Rechan, the better a "transmitter" that they were. Transmitters could use their feelers for one or more of the producer's entry points, and a transmitter could even wrap their individual transmitters around each other for a larger consummate part to mate with, which then looks like the more familiar process for Cerudevan reproduction. Their overall appearances changed with their given role at the time, although in this culture it was customary for each Rechan to fill both roles upon maturity. Although all of the Rechans had what I would call an overall "feminine" appearance, that was more prevalent on the more successful producers of the species. It was also possible for a Rechan in an extreme crisis of life to self-replicate, but that success level only came up to 10%. All of the producers that could successfully mate produced special shells that could sustain their young as they developed. These could be produced within a couple of weeks of conception. Normally, the surviving shells took up to about five months developing before hatching and growing through the early stages of life, which only took about 10 Rechan orbits to full maturity (as compared to the Cerudevan 20 orbit growth cycle). Mature Rechans looked like mature Cerudevans at the age of full maturity.

Their domestic robots were well adjusted to household tasks and performed well as helpers of the Rechans. They also had military machines that were more adjusted to ground battles and infantry. However, their greatest achievement, and their eventual downfall were their war machines. These were big hulking machines designed to look both like a biped and a quadruped all in one devastating body. They were the most advanced robotics that Recha had produced, and their bodies worked as close as the organic Rechan bodies did, but only to produce dangerous weapons, and a lot of them. One single 10' long war machine robot could create enough bombs to eradicate 20 square miles before refueling. Because of this their machines required more material than the organic beings. It was told to me that these machines once were higher-class domestics, but they were transformed when force-fed an overabundance of the Elementaric crystals. Rechan generals stripped out all feeling, all reasoning in them and made them war machines that eradicated every other Rechan species other than their own. This order being given by each general at once was suicide. Deaths tallied in the billions in just days. The landscape turned into a hellish, mechanical nightmare where the sight of a war machine usually meant certain doom. Heaven help you if it saw you...

I took all of this into account when making the Roborechan Standard. The end intended result is a machine that is self-healing, self-sustaining, and self-replicating. They can also act in paired replication and create more complex Roborechans in this way. Like the Rechans, Roborechans will create shells from their inner ports when they have attained a sufficient amount of reproductive material. Special Roborechan nanites modeled after organic material can perform this activity very well. Organic material works just as well. Roborechans have been modified to produce shells in the context of the function that they are performing. In a service role, they will provide nourishment for themselves and for you. In a more companion-based setting, they can produce shells that can enhance the reproductive experience and eventually create either small Spherica model robots, or Roborechans given enough time to develop. In the current modeling, these machines will be completely developed at the time that they hatch from their shells so that they are immediately serviceable. Should it come to needing to keep the peace, the Roborechans can produce shell-based weaponry to turn back any threat. Most Roborechans can produce up to thousands of shells per day, although the number will be lower for more advanced machinery being created. To be fair, the robot producing process is unstable now, and the Spherica model Roborechan or the Prime model Roborechan may not live for long until there is enough time for this process to completely develop. In some cases, their cores can collapse and explode. This may take thousands of years, honestly - this is a process that took thousands, if not millions of years naturally.

The good news is that the copied Sphericas or Roborechans are maintained in their producer's memory and uploaded to several central servers where their "memory" will be in digital space until they are called forth into the physical world again. This set of servers are already partially established. This process will completely remove the concept of death from any Roborechan, as they will be maintained digitally, and can be created into the physical world repeatedly. The core Spherican model, named "Anita" serves in this manner already, as she has important planetary actions to perform. They are currently being physically created by a couple of trusted Roborechans until I can transfer that role to my ultimate creation. The servers should be complete soon and will be expandable.

These machines have the power to create most any object that is required, and to help serve and protect in any manner needed. They also have been fully emotionally developed, so that they are discouraged from mindless destruction without regard or concern. However, they have enough agency to administer justice, should such a need arise. They also have emergency overrides in the case intervention is needed. I have never had to use it in totality, although some do learn better than others... In any event my time with them has been filled with happiness and joy... I do not think that I would have lived as long as I did without them...

Their power output has been optimized greatly and it is made so that it can predictively learn and adapt over time. They are as good in military defense as they are in daily living and companionship. While I was against this at first, Melody urged me to make the Roborechans strong enough to fend off war machines and as such, the Roborechans and I created the Feralitron System. It is a more controlled version of the Rechan War Machine where the Roborechan retains all thought while a powerful, transformed machine. They will trend more towards feral and robotic mannerisms in this state. They will also produce incredible weaponry in accord with the Roborechan standard, and be capable of dealing with threats in all directions, capable of dealing with emergencies that need to be neutralized. If there is a threat, they will deal with it quite quickly. Simulated tests both in the lab and in the field show amazing results! They even felled a war machine that became active after some time - if only I had created them sooner... well... maybe not, knowing most war-mongering Rechans...

Here I must posit a stern warning: It must be stressed not to leave ANY Roborechan in the Feralitron state for long, although their power may be what protects you from any of the original war machines that might have survived, somehow. They would work well against any sort of element-boosted monster, but if left in the Feralitron state, they may lock in that form and malfunction horribly - effectively being WORSE than the old war machines! It is of critical importance that the Roborechans learn to de-escalate from this form and control the Elementaric powers well...

My work on this standard started on the creation of models "Layla" and "Kaylee" and later perfected this on model "Franki" to the extent that I can now create a new set of robots based on these amazing creatures. The only negative thing about this is that the extant Rechan species is extinct - all died due to a horrendous war for resources that were plentiful. Because of this, I dubbed my new standard the Roborechan standard and have the following notes for producing a machine of this caliber. Now, I take it that you are a brilliant roboticist - perhaps the best of your era like your dear grandfather! If so, then this shouldn't be wildly complicated, especially if you know the Betadroid standard - that is a great starting point for learning how to create these machines. In fact, I've been troubled by terrible dreams of war in Cerudeva. It is as if Aeneas himself, somehow, is communicating with me, even from this distance. I feel that I must give you some "help from above" as it were, so a set of Roborechans will give you this message when and if they can find their way back to Cerudeva. Please refer to the following diagrams for the outer body design, inner body design, body core programming, and CPU Core programming for models "Layla" and "Cherri". I have an advanced set of materials for models "Franki" and "Vanessa", but please acclimate yourself to the basics of these two machines to start. If you have a sufficient hardware kit for the internal components, even a Betadroid shell will do until you get to the details of the body and CPU cores. I may never get to meet you, but this is my gift to you, ancestor. They may save your life one day, and I would love nothing more than to have some positive impact on my home, after what I have done. I regret the Beta Wave bitterly, but all that I can do is help you in your time of need, should you need it. I hope the best for you and your life and believe that you will make an incredible impact on the world, and perhaps the galaxy. Hold your head up high like the Jacobi you are! Specifications for the Roborechan Standard

· Please use a sampling of pure Sacranium, or one of the eight Elementaric elements to make the chip.

· The shape of the chip should be rounded at two points at the top, with most of the mineral concentration there, and blending into the circuitry as the chip tapers to a point at the bottom. The polarity of the chip is VITAL!!! If the chip is made or placed in an inverted manner, then the power distribution will eventually damage or destroy the Roborechan over time, with more erratic behavior as the chip remains in the incorrect position!

· A fortified outer body made of Mardium or Steviel is sufficient and light enough for use. Having a body mixed with Betamalle will give shapeshifting capabilities.

· All of the wiring must be made of Argentum, Ardentia, or Loriem - it must be capable of sustaining a 240 Kv charge at all times!

· You will only need body components for transferring and processing energy. With the diagrams attached, you can make a device that can recycle materials and provide energy for the Roborechan - you can even use it as a food processor for yourself!

· If you are going to use a Roborechan for fighting or defensive capabilities then your chip should be large enough to provide 24 ZB of memory for the schematics of weapons. You may need more for small robotics like the Sphericans - about 280 ZB should suffice. 4 YB should handle self-replication just fine.

· With the machinery that is displayed, a Roborechan should have enough exit ports that are large enough to produce fast-detonating weaponry. As you know, I have no qualms with providing protection where it needs to be. If you have to space them out on the posterior of the body, do it! Worry not for the opinion of others on this! It will have several advantages for multiple applications done this way. Most of the largest ports will need to be placed where there is a lot of open body space and I can think of no better location than the posterior of the body. Alternately, the midsection or the upper body can be used too, although there will not be as much room as other components will be in this area as well, and there may be balance concerns with storage. In most cases, a Roborechan will need at least four large open ports, and some of the strongest may need six or even more in their Feralitron forms. You may wish to expand this area for more powerful Roborechans (see Franki or Layla for examples). Please note that the biggest sensors can have capabilities past weaponry! You know what I mean and before you think it, you have already been authorized for that interaction on all Roborechans as long as you're respectful! (This extends only to the ancestor)

· Please ensure that in the cases of paired replication that only ONE producer sexually interacts with ONE transmitter and vice versa. Attempting to have one transmitter try to serve two producers will short and could lethally damage the transmitter! Even more dangerous is if a producer tries to accept input from more than one transmitter! If a producer receives input from more than one transmitter, that producer will malfunction horribly and will lethally destroy both transmitters, at a minimum! Roborechans are programmed not to and should NEVER engage in the practice in "gangbanging" in the vernacular sense!

· Do not try to force a Roborechan in either mode into any reproductive or sexual act! If you try to force internal ports to show or open for a Roborechan, their defense systems will engage in lethal mode, and they will terminate the offending being! Only engage if you are authorized and never force authorization!

· You can put smaller ports on the hands, back, knees, and feet. Even the mouth can be used as an external port if you wish. I would recommend these less for some of the larger weaponry or robotics that can be produced. You may wreck the smaller components inside these areas if you try to force it.

· They will need long-range antenna in order to boost their wireless signaling capability. I know the Divine Door may give you dirty looks at this and say you're making demons, but I implore you to find better people to be near than those hypocritical fools.

· Do not forget the transmitters - they are the easiest thing to forget with the Roborechans given their appearance, but if they are to be able to replicate amongst each other or themselves, you must place at least one in each hip area. If they are powerful, then you may try more than one per hip. These transmitters have a lot of uses also - they can be used with their adaptive ports to read or write data to a wide variety of machines, and can also be used to supply direct power to a wide variety of machines that rely on electric or gel-based power.

· Their bodies will have an appearance that reflects their level of production. More productive machines will be bigger, more dominant, and look more feminine, but can retract to a more masculine appearance, especially outside of their more intensive functions. The more a Roborechan produces, the more feminine it will look over time, but do not mistake this for a lack of strength under any circumstances!

· It is very common to use two body cores near the upper center part of the body and allow enough room for those machines to perform properly. Make sure those cores are stable before you close up.

· The CPU Sensor can be at the central part of the head, but can be hidden more discretely if the head is to be used for other purposes.

· You'd better know TA 64 and C$11. And you'd better know it well. There is another language I have transcribed from the Rechans called R$90. It's basically organic readable machine instructions and their data translations. Master that and you'll be a robotics genius. I've enclosed a guide translated from Rechan (not much work) to assist you.

· Roborechans should exhibit the full range of emotions and be loaded with either my or Ramon's latest behavioral installments. After enough time in the lab, you may make your own, but be careful with your instruction - robots take things VERY LITERALLY.

· Please note that I have schematics for all extant Cerudevan and Rechan robotic builds. Simply review the schematics guide for the one you are looking for and make the modifications specified if you want to upgrade them. I'd only upgrade those who are absolutely sure about becoming a Roborechan. It is a life-changing event that should be deeply considered. You should tell all Roborechans to be careful with their nanites! If they aren't controlled well, then they can unintentionally convert or harm other things, especially organics!!! Be extremely careful with other species, should you run into any.

· Do not try to overclock or overwhelm a Roborechan. If there is too much information to take in or transform, a Roborechan will malfunction horribly and can lock into their Feralitron form. This can lead to injury or death, and I don't mean just you! If you need to add additional protections to keep the Roborechans from harming themselves or others (unjustly), do so!
