The Hungry Elephant By Game-BeatX14

It was late in the evening, and the local zoo was starting to get quiet. Most of the visitors had left, but a group of three girls were still browsing the exhibits, slowly walking and chatting as they approached their final stop. Sammy, Trisha and Jen enjoyed the period of low traffic since they could interact with the animals without feeling rushed.

"Okay girls, looks like this is the last one." Jen pointed out. Sammy looked ahead, spotting a group of elephants hanging around behind the clear plexiglass fence.

"Ooh, it's the elephant exhibit! I've always wanted to see one up close before." She spouted excitedly. Meanwhile, Trisha was nibbling on a plate of hot dogs and fries which she had just purchased a few minutes ago from the zoo's food court.

"Wow. They look so much bigger than I thought..." She gawked, pausing her snack time to appreciate the size and beauty of the massive gray creatures up ahead. As they approached the tall exhibit border, they noticed a rectangular opening in one of the panels. A carved wooden sign above it read 'Feeding Station'. The gap was not big enough for the animals to climb out, but spacious enough to allow one to push its head and trunk through. Located several feet away from it was a food dispenser, which was full of nutritious vegetable pellets. One of the male elephants saw them coming and immediately stuck his head out, pointing his nose towards the container with an eager expression. Sammy couldn't help but giggle at how excited he looked.

"Wow, you must be hungry! Don't worry boy, I'll get you an extra snack."

Sammy pushed the lever and dispensed a plentiful amount of pellets into her cupped hands, completely ignoring the warning labels stating not to feed the animals without supervision of zoo staff. She figured they were pretty gentle creatures, and would simply eat the food without a problem. She turned around and held out her hands, offering him the pile of treats. The elephant reach forth and greedily stuffed his trunk into her palms, sucking them up like a rabid vacuum cleaner which adhered to her fingers with a 'shoomp' sound. The force was much stronger than she was expecting, as her fingers were yanked up partway into his flared nostrils. Luckily the elephant exhaled, releasing her fingers quickly.

"Ehee! He almost sucked my hand up. It's so wet and sticky in there..."

She went to get more food, but unfortunately the nosey mammal was already setting his sights on something else. Trisha had forgotten about the plate of hot dogs in her hand. He extended his trunk and began sniffing eagerly, taking in the scent of her steamy snacks. Trisha stepped backwards so it couldn't reach her, but that didn't seem to stop the persistent pachyderm. Suddenly he inhaled sharply, creating a raging funnel of suction that ripped the entire plate straight from her hands. The plate flew through the air at lightning speed and folded with a loud 'SLWOOMP' as it reached his trunk, being effortlessly slurped into the greedy tubular nose all at once. The bulge of food rippled up his nostril until reaching his throat seconds later, to which he gulped it down in content. Trisha was shocked at the range of inhaling power she had just witnessed.

"Woah. That's crazy..." She stepped back a few feet.

"Yeah." Jen agreed. "I didn't know elephants could do that."

"Me neither." Sammy added. While the girls had their backs turned, still mystified by the elephant's nasal power, the beast raised his trunk and started sniffing again. But this time, he set his target on the smartphones hanging from their back pockets. He inhaled once more, creating a powerful current that whisked the phones right out of their shorts. The three girls turned around just in time to see their prized devices disappear into his greedy nose like it was a black hole. Shoomp! Ploop! Shnrck! The bulges traveled even quicker than before, subsiding in less than a second. Trisha glared at the elephant, quickly approaching him without fear.

"Alright, that's enough mister! You give our phones back right now!" She marched over and poked the tip of his trunk harshly, glaring down the wide nostrils just inches in front of her face. Even though they were long gone, she was insistent on making him snort them back out. She smacked his trunk in anger, feeling no sympathy for the thieving animal. Unfortunately, he didn't take too kindly to physical confrontation.

With one swift motion, he lifted his trunk above her head and starting sucking, lifting her body off the ground. PLOOP. Her head was now lodged fully inside of his right nostril. He visibly stretched his nose, folding the septum to one side and creating a wider passageway to accommodate her body. As she was pulled further in, the tip of his nose momentarily got caught on her boobs, but even her impressive bust was not enough to save her. With one deep breath he sucked Trisha all the way up, swallowing her whole and squeezing her though the pulsing nasal passage. Trisha could hardly move inside his hot and stuffy trunk, let alone find any breath to scream. There was a harrowing_shlurkooomp_ as she completed the journey through his nose and fell straight into his throat.

Jen and Sammy froze in shock. The elephant glared at them and prepared his trunk again, drawing in a tornado of air that dragged them towards the same fate. "AAAAAGGHHHH!" The girls screamed in unison as they were forcefully ripped off their feet. This time he was ready, flaring his nostrils ahead of time for the approaching bodies. SHOOOMP! SHLUCK! Two huge lumps cascaded through his stretchy, twisting snout. Jen and Sammy didn't even have time to struggle as they were effortlessly gulped away like a dust bunny in a vacuum hose. Further down, the three girls were briefly reunited, albeit covered in snot and cramped in the animal's hot and wet gut. Stomach acids were rising, and in a few minutes the trio would be no more, dissolved away like a common dinner meal. They hugged each other tightly, unable to speak from the suffocating fume of digestive enzymes.

From the outside, a lone zoo employee approached the exhibit to investigate the strange noises. He had heard a scream, but there were no signs of anyone around except three pairs of high-heeled shoes lying on the concrete pathway in front of the exhibit. He noticed the open container of vegetable pellets and sighed dejectedly, piecing together what had happened from previous experience. There would certainly be some interesting reports to file tonight.

"Damn, not again... I knew opening this feeding station to the public was a bad idea."
