Fier's Nethershade Adventure
#1 of Vore RP
A little scene I did to indulge a friend of mine, as well as indulging in an experiment.
My friend, a grounds keeper called Fier, is tasked to set out into his Queen's woods to find and destroy a nest of Nethershade growing within, a nasty plant that consumes all around it to grow it's nest.
Features plant vore, absorption, mutation, TF, and hypnosis. You've been warned.
F - Pack slung over his shoulder, the grounds keeper Fier would squint up at the road ahead of him, a sigh escaping his lips. Trudging the dirt path, he'd check his belts to make sure he had his knives before starting the hike into the woods, making it into the forest just before sunset. Not afraid of the dark nor worried for finding his way without light, Fey would continue on, wondering why Drae had asked him to venture out to this end of the valley without further question.
D - The Queen had quite the expansive forest about her home, and so needed a few people to venture forth to ensure things remained tidy. With a rather active eco system, the job had... Some risks, that came with it. The instructions were simple, venture into the darker parts of the woods, and ensure everything was alright. If there were any strange plant life, then it was to be destroyed without damaging the woods.
F - Thankfully for Fier, he had already made some tracks through the forests in past explorations, and soon he was following old trails and markings he'd left for himself in the form of small rockpiles, leading into the less explored reaches of the forest. If he was to find anything unusual, it would likely be along these paths.
D - The forest slowly got thicker the deeper he went, the leaves overhead growing larger and denser, cutting out more and more light until it almost felt like he was walking through the night. By now, the forest had grown almost eerily quiet, most of the animal life having not venture this deep. After a while of walking, he'd soon find some extra light, in the form of a gentle glowing dust of sorts that decourated some of the trees.
F - Trudging through mud and dirt, the Fier would note the eerie silence, noticing quickly that their was little wildlife - if any at all - nearby. Moving deeper into the heavily forested path, Fey would squint as he saw something glowing ahead of him, his keen gaze spotting the glowing patches ahead, curiosity drawing him closer, paced by caution for the task given to him. "Hmm... That wasn't there last time..."
D - The forest only got darker, and thusly those glows appeared to get brighter. The deeper he headed, he almost seemed to hear a singing, of sorts. A gentle tone on the wind that was hard to place, but hard to ignore. A singsong that almost felt like a beckoning lullaby.
F - His ears flickered as he approached a bend in the path, eyes drawn away from the luminescent dust as he trekked deeper, hearing a sound... Singing? Could someone possibly be out here, tampering with the forest? Whatever it was, it had to be the cause for all this strange, glowing stuff. This must be what The Queen has told him to look for, and he should probably head back; but the song was oddly enticing, as if it were calling him deeper...
D - The singing only grew louder, and clearer as he grew closer. The lyrics couldn't be made out, but they almost sounded loving, caring... Up ahead, gentle glows beckoned forth, a warm bluish that almost felt safe, warm. Small flowers decorated the trees nearby now, almost hidden against the darkness, only the barest of glow visible between their petals. One could easily miss them if not looking.
F - His ears alert, flicking this way and that as the singing voice grew clearer, though not a word was made out even as he delved further and further, noticing the flowers but pushing the thought of them to the back of his mind, dismissing all but that sweet, inviting song. He felt like their should be a clearing here, but maybe he had forgotten the path, and it was somewhere further in...
D - His feet stepped through the thick undergrowth, the gentle brush of vines scraping against his legs. Subtle nicks that were unfelt left their unnoticed itch, a slow poison seeping through him, working to melt his thoughts that bit more. The gentle brush of thick leaves against his face, hiding the thin clouds of blue that even the lightest of breaths would draw in to line his lungs. Warm tingling that further poisoned his body and mind, eroding his cautiousness as he stepped forth past the limits of the nest.
F - A few scratches unnoticed in the dark, Fier tread without care, his path growing narrow as he brushes through leaves, branches, his breaths steady as he walked without concern. A blossom of warmth filled his chest as he followed the song, wondering if The Queen might like to hear it, if only he could figure out the lyrics...
D - He finally stumbled out into a strange clearing, large bulbous plants lifted from the ground, all surrounding a large, glowing tree coated in glowing flowers. Here, the air was thick with the glowing dust, every breath almost choking with a sweetness. Stumbling into the center of the nest, thoughts would become woozy almost instantly, limbs heavy as roots and vines curled about legs and midriff.
F - Tumbling out of the trail, Fier would stumble a few steps, gasping. His lungs ached, nose twitching as each breath filled his chest with the sweet, glowing dust that permeated the air of the clearing. Looking around in bewilderment at the glowing tree, he'd see the odd shapes above before his legs gave out under him; though he did not fall as thick roots curled up from beneath him, wrapping around his legs and lower body. His heart pounded in his chest, beating hard as he tried to breathe through the intoxicating spores filling the clearing; it was far too late that he realised this was the nest he'd been sent to destroy.
D - The vines and roots drew his back against a tree, slowly curling and coiling up across him, ensnaring his wrists and steadily securing him tight. Small thorns pricked painlessly against him, digging in as the tingling continued to permeate through his body. His thoughts continued to melt as the singing rang in his ear, vision blurring as a flower descended from above, wrapping tightly about his muzzle. Every breath then, was drenched in the spores, infesting his lungs with the corruptive substance.
F - He gave a weak protest as he was moved from the spot he'd fallen, arms twisting against the snaring vines, but quick to fall still once he was bound against the trunk of the towering tree. Dizzied already, Fier would barely manage a bark as his blurred gaze was filled by the sight of a pretty blue flower, watching it drape down in front of his eyes, covering his snout. Breathing in the tainted pollen, he'd sigh in delight as the tingling sensation spread through his body, his lungs feeling heavy and warm...
D - The plant already set about converting his body, the toxins flowing through to work over his muscles. Every breath filled him further, every heartbeat further poisoning his body with the corruptive influence. The seeping venom from the vines took over his skin, fur growing weak as his muscles relaxed, slumping against the tree as he was held tighter. His every breath only fed the plant as he was digested from within, muscles turning into little more then nutrient rich fertiliser for those vines to soak up. Minutes ticked by, melding together as his thoughts blurred, limbs melted away into the mass of vines, his shape deforming as he became less wolf, and more vine.
F- Fier groaned quietly, barely able to squirm any longer as his strength was sapped away. He felt so relaxed, so warm as the delightful tingles spread through his limbs, making him feel good... He couldn't feel some parts of himself anymore, but it didn't worry him the slightest as he kept breathing in the corruptive dust, puffing in and out slower and slower, gradually relaxing until all he could truly feel was the welcoming embrace of those tugging vines...
D - The wolf was melted bit by bit, the corruptive poisons melting his organs, rearranging them to best suit the plant. Those not needed, were melted into plant mush, the vines seeping deeper into his mass, further changing him into little more then plant food. His heart was corrupted, made to swell with poisoned muscle, to pumping faster as blood became thicker, helping to feed his melting mass to the vines that surrounded him. What's left of his mind was steadily sapped away, vines creeping up his neck, crossing over his face as vision faded, little more then the soft glow and echoing song filling his memories, and thoughts.
F - Tugging, pulling... Melting, oozing... It all felt so oddly nice, so mind blowingly wonderful... His heart was racing, feeling every pump of blood course through his withering body... Though it had never felt like such, and he couldn't think as to why he had thought such... He couldn't really think at all, lost to carnal pleasures as the vines had done their work. Everything began to fade, and soon their was nothing but the dull blue glow, the heavy feeling, and that beautiful song...
D - The plant kept feeding, until there was nothing left. His mind would be the first to rot away into the vines, mind melted and consumed before his head was. Chest left for his beating heart, more and more of his mass was absorbed into the hungry vines, muscles turned into rich fertiliser, pumped by his own engorged heart to feed the greedy plant. Finally, that too was consumed, little more then his soiled clothes left as evidence he was there, left to drop to the floor before they were hidden beneath the active undergrowth.
F - Drained and fed to the nest, nothing left but the tattered cloak and belts that had been clad to his now devoured body, and the simple leather collar around his neck now all lay littered on the floor, vanishing beneath the vines and leaves of the clearing; no trace left of the wolf now fertilising the glowing tree at its centre.
