It had been three years since Spyro defeated Malefor and saved the world from destruction, and in those three years many villains showed up such as Gnasty Gnorc and Ripto. But the most dangerous of all the villains was Stranger the first of all purple dragons and by far the most powerful. But in the end Spyro managed to beat him and all the others, some turned to the good side while others made a anti-Spyro group that still caused trouble. But other then that there was peace and everyone was happy... Well almost everyone.

"Ah come on, I don't want to do this." Said Cynder who was at the Dragon Dojo with the Dragon Elders, she was not happy with the situation.

"Cynder! It is necessary for dragons to become apprentices, if they want to become Dragon Elders." Tomas the head Elder said sternly.

"But I don't want to be a Dragon Elder." Cynder whined.

"But you still have to become an apprentice and train, all dragons of the age of 18 go through this, even Spyro has become an apprentice so stop whining." Elder Titan said annoyed.

"Now Titan." Said Elder Astor approaching his friend. "Don't forget you where like that when you where her age."

"I was not!" Shouted Titan defensively, Astor only rolled his eyes at this.

"Where are you going Cynder." Said Elder Red when he saw her leaving the Dojo's temple.

"I'm going home I don't want to deal with this right now." She said annoyed.

"Wait Cynder!" Shouted Elder Tomas as he was about to go after her but was stopped by Elder Magnus who put a hand on his shoulder.

"Let her go Tomas." He said. "she just needs time to calm down."

As Cynder left the Dragon Dojo she muttered unhappily to herself. "Stupid Tomas, Thinking he can tell me what to do." It was just then Cynder saw Cyril the Ice Guardian and Tomas's spouse Sleeping under a tree, He had finished training the apprentices who had come to learn the ways of the ice element for the day and was now resting. Cynder didn't like the fact that Two males are a couple, she didn't like any same sex relationships at all and she was going to do something about it.

"If I'm unhappy Tomas, then you should be too." She said as she walked up to the sleeping Guardian and grabbed him which woke him up.

"What th..!" was all Cyril Said before he was silenced by a paw like hand going over his mouth, he tries to struggle free but couldn't.

"Hello Cyril" Said Cynder mockingly and then she uses her tail blade to stabbed him in the side of the chest the guardian tried to scream but he couldn't do to cynder's hand covering his mouth.

"Shhh, shhh it's okay." Said Cynder evilly as she pulled her tail blade out of him then stabbed him again and then did this over and over again until he stopped moving. She then stabbed him in the heart just to make sure his dead, she then got off his body and looked at it, and it looked like some wild animal had attacked him, she smiled to herself and looked around to make sure no one saw her, but unfortunately someone did.

Spyro's POV

Me and Flame where just returning to the Dojo from a sparing practise when we saw something that horrified us, Cynder had stab Cyril and she looked like she enjoyed doing so. She had seen us and was trying to escape but we give chase. Flame was trying to hit Cynder with his ice breath by spitting ice balls at her, a technique he had learned from Elder Astor after learning the basics from Cyril, I guess this makes it personal for him as it was for me as I too learned a lot from Cyril. I was using Chi Punch, a Chi ability I learned from Elder Ragnar who preferred to be called Sensei. Cynder was avoiding all of our attacks thanks to the distance she had and was heading to the Dojo just as the Dragon Elders came out.

Tomas's POV

Me and the other Elders where just about to go home when we saw Cynder heading this way, she came up to us panting.

"Please help me." She said with fear in her eyes. "They're going to kill me."

"Who's going to kill you." I said but just then I saw Spyro and Flame coming this way they stopped just a few feet from us with rage in their eyes.

"Elders get away from her!" yelled Flame angrily, this not only confused us, it also caused other apprentices to come a see what was going on.

"What's going on?" Said Master Conan with confusion.

"Looks like Cynder has done something wrong ... again." scoffed Zinc master Conan's younger sister who didn't like Cynder, and wasn't afraid to let everyone know it.

"I didn't do anything wrong." Snarled Cynder defensively. "stop harassing me!"

"Not until you pay for killing my father!" Screamed Zinc who looked like she was going to attack Cynder but was stopped by Master Conan who stood in front of her and shook his head disapprovingly, She huffed in annoyance but didn't make any attempts to get past her brother.

"My brother and Spyro don't just attack people for no good reason Cynder." Ember said but before she could say anything else, Flame spoke with anger.

"Of course we got a reason!" His eyes glaring at Cynder. "She killed Cyril!"

"WHAT!" We all said in surprise, this cannot be. Cyril ... my spouse ... dead? This had to be a joke.

"You're lying!" yelled Cynder returning flame's glare, the other not even fazed by it.

"His is not lying and you know it!" Roared Spyro which coursed Cynder to flinch in fear, if there was anyone Cynder did fear it was Spyro, I clenched my fists in anger.

"Did she really kill my love?" I thought, Cho-Lei was the only one who notice my rising anger so she worked up to me and put a hand my shoulder. I relaxed my hand and saw Terrador and Volteer coming this way, they where probably wondering why none of the apprentices came to their training lessons.

"What's going on here?" said Terrador with confusion.

"Cynder killed Cyril." Flame said with anger and hate in his voice.

"Liar!" shouted Cynder glaring at Flame.

"Then where is he?" Spyro said getting in between Flame and her.

"How should I know." Cynder said trying to sound braver then she really was.

"Then who's blood is on you're tail blade Cynder?" questioned Flame it was then I too notice the blood on Cynder's tail blade, she then saw the blood and then panic overtook her.

"I-I-I didn't do-o-o it, I-I-I swear" stuttered Cynder tears where now in her eyes. It sounded like she was lying, but then Flame spoke again.

"If you won't show them, then I will." he said with tears in his eyes.

"NO!" Yelled Cynder who looked like she was going to stop him but stopped when Spyro got in her way. This was getting out of hand, I need to know if Cyril was okay or not.

"Terrader, Volteer, please go with Flame." I said my voice a little more emotional then it should. "Please be okay." I thought.

Flame's POV

I was leading Terrador and Volteer to where Cynder had killed Cyril and when we arrived I couldn't look at him for more then a few seconds, and I could see the same was true for both the Guardians.

"By the heavens!" said Terrador who by the sound of his voice he was surprised, and I didn't blame him for it. "Cynder did this to him?" he said his voice almost cracking. I only nod my head as the sight of Cyril body and the smell of his blood was getting to me, tears were forming in my eyes but this time I let them go.

"We need to let Elder Tomas know right away!" Volteer said quickly before closing his eyes and so dose Terrder for some reason.

Tomas's POV

I was using my telepathy to communicate with both Terrador and Volteer.

"Have you found Cyril yet?" I said telepathically to them.

"Yes." Said Terrader telepathically back to me. "but I regret to tell you it is as Spyro and Flame said." he said with regret, no this cannot be! He can't be gone! I looked at Cynder who was looking to the ground. I got mad.

"You!" I said as tears formed in my eyes. "You!" I said again as I clenched my fists. "YOU SPINELESS LITTLE WORM I'LL KILL YOU!" I Said with rage that could make even Stranger back dawn in fear. But before I could do anything Titan and Red grab my arms to try and restrain me, this was probably the first time since Spyro Freed Red from Stranger's control that they did something together.

"Tomas stop!" Said Red but I was too enraged listen. I was starting to break free from their hold when the other Elders came over to help stop me.

"Tomas listen please." Said Magnus struggling with the other Elders to try and keep me back, I was going to yell back at him when I heard Zinc shout.

"She's getting away!" She yelled as Cynder took to the skies and Zinc was going to give chase but was stopped by Conan. "Let me go brother I have to go after her!"

"No she'll kill you!" Said Conan refusing to let her go, just then Spyro took to the skies himself.

"I'll go after her, everyone make sure those two don't do something stupid." I felt mad that Spyro would saying something like that about me but before I would say anything to him he was gone.

Spyro's POV

I was giving chase to Cynder who used Elder Tomes's anger as a way to escape when everyone was trying to stop him from doing something Stupid and Zinc's outburst didn't help either, I was using Chi Punch again but again she dodged it but this time she also tried to fight back by using her poison breath but I easily dodged it and hit her in the wing which brought her down. Cynder was never a match for me, not even when she was under Malefor's control, the only reason she seemed as strong as me was because I didn't want to hurt her because I cared for her. But now that feeling was gone, now only hate remains. She had killed an innocent person and this time no one was controlling her... this time she had done it of her own free will. I saw her go into a nearby cave so I went in after her but the moment I did she lunged at me pinning me down and digging her claws into my chest i was gritting my teeth to suppress the pain. I received quickly and just in time as Cynder was going to try and bite my throat, I quickly grabbed her jaws before she could do so and breathed fire into her opened mouth, she screamed in pain and pulled her head back giving me enough time to grab her wrists and rip her claws out of my chest, there was a sharp pain as blood came out of the wounds but I ignored it. Then putting both my hands on Cynder's right arm I pulled as hard as I could ripping her arm clean off, she screamed so loud that it echoed in the cave as blood came out of her now missing limb. She fell to the ground holding where her arm use to be.

"Please d-d-don't." Cynder begged.

"WHY!?" I yelled throwing her arm to the side and glaring dawn at her "YOU KILLED CYRIL!"

"I w-w-wouldn't kill s-s-someone without a r-reason." She struggled to say through the blood loss from losing her arm and pain in her throat frame it being burned.

"WHAT REASON WOULD YOU HAVE TO KILL HIM!?" I yelled grabbing her by the neck and lifting up so I could look her in the eyes.

"H-h-he raped me" She managed to say, I looked at her with shock, did Cyril really do that to her? A part of me wanted to believe her, but another part of me knew she was wrong. Cyril was the type of person who would let his words show his disliking of something or someone and not once had he shown any hated for Cynder, in fact he treated her same as everyone else. The fact that she killed him and even had the audacity to say he raped her only made me even more angry that I stared to strangle her.

"NO! I DON'T BELIEVE YOU!" I yelled at her but all she could do was make a choking noise as tears came out of her eyes as she knew there was no way of getting out of this one, but then something changed and I started to feel sorry for her ... just like that day I saved her from convexity so I let go of her and she started to gasping for air like a fish out of water, I took out my wallet and took out a jar of red butterflies, I took one out for myself and put the jar in front of her "this will heal your wounds" I said as I eat mine which did exactly as I said. Cynder looked at it for a second before reaching for it and as she did I told her. "I'm only Sparing you because you where my friend once, but if I see you in this land again." I paused so she could listen to me. "I ... Will ... Kill ... you." And with that I Teleported with the Teleportation powers I learned from Elder Tomes back to the Dragon Dojo the moment I got there Elders came to me, I guess they managed to calm down Both Elder Tomas and Zinc by now.

"Where is Cynder?" Elder Tomas asked.

"She got away" I said. I looked at the ground sadly knowing I had lost two people I cared about.
