A Wonderful Wish

"Cheer, where do baby cubs come from?" Wonderheart Bear asked, as she stared up at Cheer Bear, her eyes quivering with wonder as she clutched a glowing star buddy in her hands.

"Well umm..." Cheer stumbled, "It's hard to describe I mean..." Cheer stared at her rainbow tummy symbol, "You see when a man and women love each other they do... something..." She put a hand to her forehead, "it's so hard to explain, I wish I could just show how you how a baby grows- eep!" A warmth suddenly spread across her tummy as the star buddy in Wonderheart's arms had lit up and had bathed Cheer's tummy in a bright yellow light.

Before their eyes Cheer's tummy began to swell outwards, making her stumble slightly before she caught her balance. Her hands shot to her tummy as it rounded off into a dome, then a weight on her chest alerted her to her breasts swelling from flat to visible mounds.

Wonderheart just stared as Cheer gave a nervous chuckle, "You see, a baby grows inside the mother's tummy like this. They carry them for a few months, nine for humans, and then they're born."

"Why did your chest get bigger?" Wonderheart pointed at Cheer's breasts.

Cheer prodded one of her breasts, "These are breasts, they fill up with milk and the baby drinks it until they're big enough to eat."

"So how does the baby come out?" Wonderheart paused as she saw Cheer trying to form an explanation again, then looked down at the star buddy still in his hands and grinned. She knew how to get her answer. "I wish your babies would come out now!"

Cheer's eyes widened even as the star buddy lit up again, "No, Wonderheart, not now!" Her protests were too late as she was bathed in light again. Cheer gasped as her belly surged up in size again, growing larger and larger under her hands and dropping while her breasts swelled even larger. A sudden rush from between her legs as her water broke made her feel weak, even as the clouds absorbed the liquid, and she fell backwards, thankfully landing on the soft clouds with a gentle *thud*.

Cheer panted as she felt a sudden contraction, not painful like she suspected but making her entire lower body tingle. She felt the sudden urge to push and did so, pushing as hard as she could. Wonderheart watched in amazement as Cheer's nether lips spread and a red snout poked out, followed by the head of a red bear then the rest of it as it slid carefully onto the soft billowy clouds.

"That's...how...it...happen...errgggggg!" Cheer realized her belly had barely shrunk! How many were in her?! She had no more time to think about it as the next tingly contraction hit and she started to push again as hard as she could.

Wonderheart could only stare as Cheer Bear pushed again, first an orange bear cub being birthed followed by a yellow cub, a green cub, then a blue cub and finally a violet cub as Cheer's tummy finally returned to it's original size. The six cubs just lay there, making soft whimpering noises as Cheer managed to sit up, somehow having enough energy to scoop them up.

Wonderheart giggled, "Look, Cheer, your cubs are all the colors of the rainbow just like your tummy symbol!"

Cheer nodded as she held the red and orange cubs up to her chest, where they latched onto her nipples and greedily drank of her mother's milk. The green and blue cubs reached up to try and pull their siblings off while the yellow and purple cubs tried to push in. "Hey! Wait your turn!" Cheer tried to adjust herself and carefully push the other four cubs off.

Wonderheart watched them struggle for a moment then looked down at the star again and grinned, "I can help you! I wish you could feed all your cubs at once!" The Star Buddy lit up again.

This time Cheer was relieved when she felt the warmth of wish spread across her torso. She gasped as she felt the swelling on her chest, unable to feel as two more pairs of breasts grew on her chest, all four swelling up as large as her first pair. On instinct the other four cubs stopped trying to fight with their siblings and each latched onto a free nipple, all drinking greedily from their mother.

Wonderheart was smiling as she watched Cheer, who now looked more relaxed and calm as she nursed her newborn cubs. "Thanks, Cheer, that told me a lot." Cheer just let out a contented sigh, either not hearing or not wanting to respond to her. "Gee, she looks so happy. I wonder what it's like to go through that experience.

This time it was the Star Buddy's turn to get a devious smile on its face. With the three wishes it had granted it was feeling mischievous and pulled itself from Wonderheart's loose grip and flew up to circle around her, bathing her in its brilliant light.

Wonderheart felt the tingle through her body and realized too late what was happening as he tummy began to swell, "No! I didn't wish for that!" She grabbed her tummy, as if trying to hold the growth in, "Oh me and my ideas!" She stumbled as her tummy swelled outwards and her flat chest grew into a pair of breasts. The growth didn't stop until she looked as full as Cheer had on her smaller frame, which forced her to fall into a sitting position.

She gasped as she felt her water break, "Oh my stars!" she was forced to lean back as she felt her tummy contract. Was this what Cheer felt like? She didn't have any more time to contemplate as she pushed, feeling the cubs slide out in a tingly cascade. Moments later both were latched onto her breasts and began to drink her mother's milk.
