Wolford's Unveiling - Part Thirteen
#27 of Wolford's Unveiling
Wolford is continuing on with his usual duties, bu he has a few random meetings that will end up in a more awkward meeting...
Thirteen: A Surprising Coincidence
Wolford had a bad feeling, the next week when he was out on the beat - he was back in his usual spot near the bank and the hospital and things were calmer, but he had an odd sensation. He hadn't seen the red van and he heard nothing about anyone getting bothered by the foxes or even seeing them. He guessed the pair were practicing their trade elsewhere and probably with something else, that did not bother him at all but he found himself still feeling a little cautious on the matter when he was considering his own situation with the spare room in the apartment. He was going to offer it up to Finnick as somewhere to go, if he ever got to see the fox again!
There'd been a lot of talk at the office too about trouble at fox bars in Tundratown and how there was word a couple of foxes were being put on a hit list. Wolford wondered if it was one of the reasons the wolves and bears in the squad were being kept around the Savannah and warmer regions rather than get anywhere near cold territory. Wolford was hearing Delgato grumbling about needing to wear a woolly coat from the sheep to go out there... helping his seeming uncle out with the sheep vote along with his weird little ewe side-kick. Wolford was not keen on the politics here, but this was going to be his first time to vote and his mind was spinning in anxiety over whose policies would best help what he was seeing with the foxes.
But it was as Wolford was strolling on the beat around the hospital road that he heard the sounds of someone yelling at a fox. To his surprise he saw a cute little Kit fox vixen pushing out leaflets encouraging animals to consider the candidates and their views on the lower species. She was trying to give out the leaflets to the bigger mammals that were clearly oblivious to her and trying to look away from her as some kind of trash. Wolford grimaced at the thought that she was clearly in one of those situations where her group had put her with the kind of beasts that were against them and it was clear, though she wore the gear of a nurse, she was being treated as an annoyance.
"Excuse me miss, have you got your permit to pass the pamphlets here? I'm just making sure everything's in order... I can see you badge..." Wolford stated as he stepped over to her, just when a large sable antelope looked to be about to push her aside. The antelope took the moment to pull back with a smirk, expecting to see that Wolford was going to give her a telling off. However, she pulled out the permit along with her badge and let him read it over, check the numbers and then he smiled as he passed it back and then beckoned for a pamphlet to read himself. It made the antelope hurry off in embarrassment, but Wolford smiled down at her kindly and gave a soft chuckle. "I haven't decided who to vote for yet because I don't know which of these candidates will help the situation with for example, the foxes around here... I mean... are any of them planning to help out?"
"Good question... no, the candidates haven't got any specific aim to remove the slum dwellings for the lower animals, it's not just the foxes but the meerkats, mongoose, rabbit and gophers are all in a situation where they're large communities mean they have no suitable housing but the cheapest things going. Its criminal, they make up a huge majority of the work force but even the unions don't speak up for them, the beaver's union gets the closest but with the rats, mice and gerbils all having their own area it causes some real frustration for representation in government or even in decent careers." The little vixen began with a cute smile upon her face as she then pointed out to the horse candidate and the list of policies upon the bottom as Wolford gave a soft expression of fascination before she then gave a soft sigh of irritation. "You'd think the lion candidate would think of all predators, but he's got harsher policies regarding mustelid and hyena gangs and a real attitude about foxes. Even the equine candidate has made it clear from previous rhetoric that they do not view foxes as having the same rights, but they a least have identified the housing crisis for the small mammals in the Zootopia."
"Fascinating... but it's not easy to choose between a seeming lesser evil when both are so biased. I can't help but notice that even my own precinct can show racial profiling particularly to red foxes, coyotes, weasels and spotted hyenas." Wolford stated and the little vixen nodded her head eagerly before she smiled up at him in gratitude that he understood the situation. But Wolford then turned to head on back to work before she raised her paw towards him and gave a nervous looking blush. Wolford was a little worried that she was going to flirt or something, aside from how oblivious he'd been to Priti, Wolford had no memory of any girl even when he was a pup turning around and flirting with him, they usually tended to know. But he could see there was something in her expression that was almost fearful. "Is something wrong, miss?"
"Uh... yeah... I don't know if you can help me with something like this but... I uh... I've just broken up with a particularly troublesome boyfriend and, he's threatened to hurt me if I go back to the apartment and get my stuff let alone burn down wherever I say so..." The kit fox began and Wolford's eyes widened in surprise, then his stomach knotted and he had a very, very curious sensation that his life was going to change.
"Are you sure about this Wolford? I mean... this is a great apartment, don't get me wrong, but isn't it going to be awkward with a vixen hanging out in such an important area with a police officer?" Her name was Sandy, she was exceptionally sweet and to say the least, Wolford had been quite startled when the boyfriend she'd been talking about had turned out to be a bobcat that was wanted for a string of arsons. Wolford had gotten himself a surprising arrest and then found himself giving the spare room to Sandy until the court case to ensure she was safe and content. He'd cleared it with Chief Bogo, who'd actually stated that Wolford being around a female and a nurse at that for the clinics was a good idea for his reputation. Wolford had not realised there was anything wrong with his reputation, but he'd obeyed and decided not to make a question about it. "Is there nothing I can do to make up for this?"
"You pay your half of the rent; you've made food for me when I'm on a late shift and vice versa... we're fine Sandy. My only concern is that next week I've got an old friend coming to stay over for his bachelor party, though its more just buddies hanging out. I also... I might be inviting my boyfriend or indeed another male friend around tomorrow so... I was a little worried how you'd react to that." Wolford stated calmly, he was just prepping his lunch to head out for night duty around the football stadium with Delgato and Rhinowitz, as well as having a rather uncomfortable meeting with the Timberland security team that were hired for it. He was worried over whom he might meet, but he knew that Gary and Larry were on different areas this week and yet, he was hoping that tomorrow his meet up with Finnick... something rare and random but arranged this time, would allow him to bring the little fox up to the apartment for the first time! "Is that troublesome?"
"What? No way... I've got my new boyfriend coming over tonight anyway... don't worry about him either, he gives off a bad vibe but I've known him since school and he always used to like me but, I was the nerd so no one went up to me and well, had a feline fancy." Sandy stated, stepping into view to go out on her cinema date in a neat black dress that rather showed off her neat little figure with her big ears bearing some pretty chained earrings that made her look very fancy. Wolford nodded his head, he'd had her living here a week already and they were doing fine together. As he then finished up and waved on his way out, Sandy paused to gently tug at his tail and he turned around to her smiling face. "Have a good shift, if you wanna talk when you get back, I'll probably be awake."
"I wouldn't think to disturb you." Wolford grinned as she let go of his tail and he closed the door and then marched off. As he padded off, he considered just how similar he and Sandy were, he'd found it easy to open up to her about being gay and then about his fox interest. At first she'd been a bit cautious until he'd explained the reasons, his experiences and though she'd given him a smack on the nose about the situation for being so stupid about Artem but she'd also understood about Vic and insisted that he'd probably realised and just felt pity for him. That conversation had been oddly relaxing as it always was, but thinking that Vic had done what he'd done because he couldn't feel the same way completely made next week feel incredibly more daunting.
Wolford's brain kept rolling in his skull when he arrived at work and then met the wolves and dog working from his hometown and was oddly greeted and though they joked about him being in blue not black, they'd been rather haughty than aggressive. Delgato had been impressed, making Wolford realised even more how rather dumb that lion could be about things but he was glad as they filtered the crowd coming in to watch the Canyon Buffalo against the Tundra Musk Ox for a really harsh game of football that had everyone divided as the winner would be the challenger to the Savannah Bulls taking the Cattle Cup this year. Wolford was quick to use his nose to mark out anything that smelt unusual and he was also quick to spoke a few ferrets on the edge of the crowd who looked to be scalping tickets.
He'd been worried he was just making assumptions as he eyed them up in their beanie hats and hoodies, beckoning a few gnu over and offering what looked like genuine tickets but might not be. With a sigh as he realised that one of the big brown wolves from the security team was curling his lips into a vicious sneer as his nostrils widened. This was Wolford's territory though and he eased through the crowd on this gate to go over to the pair of rather young ferrets and clear his throat. They immediately froze when they looked at him, before showing him the official tickets.
"We're just selling the ones we won on a radio show... when we tried to go and take our seats, no one believed we were the official winners, but we have the letter and everything so, we were hoping maybe some of these guys might do better." One of the ferrets grunted and Wolford took the letter and then checked the ticket, yep he recalled the contest on the radio and well, it would be natural anyone was suspicious of ferrets watching this game, but it was exceptionally popular and with them both wearing Canyon Buffalo shirts beneath their jackets, Wolford gave a grunt and beckoned them to follow him over to where a familiar looking Moose from television was looking impatiently around the place, when he spotted Wolford he was curious until the wolf stepped over.
"I hate to be a bother, but perhaps you would know where the radio announcers that these guys are supposed to meet up with would be waiting. I'm not sure myself which entrance the press and the special guests are going to." Wolford stated, his tail wagging gently and the two teenager black-footed ferrets grasping for Wolford's jacket for protection, clearly they felt this had all been one big risk for the game they enjoyed. But the moose, who Wolford had picked on because he knew this guy was working for a channel that was trying to fight the misrepresentation of certain beasts could see the potential in this situation and was quick to beckoned his black bear cameraman over to turn it on. He was introducing the boys, asking them about their favourite players and getting the kinds of answers only fans would know before Wolford slid out of the way and left the boys to themselves.
When everyone was in and the game was on, the police and security remained guarding the entrances in case of anyone trying to cause trouble and the brown wolf from earlier strolled over to him. As the big beast approached, Wolford's nostrils flared and he recognised that this canine was one of his old bullies from high school, a guy who'd always picked on Vic and then pushed Wolford around when Larry was not looking for being all friendly with a fox. The wolf was taller, broader with a coat splashed in black and a white throat as he eyed Wolford up and then asked him rather causally if he liked it here in the city. Wolford nodded his head, the wolf then grunted that it was a place a wolf like him would find more accepting and then the wolf stepped back before casually remarking that the city was the best place for 'rogue queens' to settle. It made Wolford's ears pull back quickly and he almost snarled at the figure, when the wolf seemed to jump in shock as a curiously large paw dropped onto Wolford's shoulder.
"You got a problem with my little brother there Sam? Only, if I recall... you've been put in for the sensitivity course three times before and if you get another referral you get fired." Wolford's fur shuddered in absolute disbelief, he noticed the big grey wolf beside him with the black ears, that look so close to his father's but just the slightest fluffiness and softness to the cheek fur that screamed of their mother. Sam apologised, insisting he'd been trying to make a bad joke, but Barry looked down to his baby brother with a gentle chuckle of amusement before grasping his shoulder firmly as the wolf just grinned. "I heard from that rhino you were on this entrance so I thought... dad's not about and neither's Larry so... its alright for us to talk again."
"Oh... Larry?" Wolford was confused, the way he'd been hearing it from home, Barry was the one that was not happy about his little brother but the youngest went quiet. He did not want to hope too much in case he was getting mixed up, but Barry opened out his jacket and pulled out a small packet of photographs and passed them over to him. Wolford stared up at his eldest brother with a happy smile and he was about to ask when he opened the first page and got the wedding photo. "Oh Barry... you both look so happy, look at dad... he's actually crying."
"Yeah... I was gonna see if one of your officers could pass on the photos to you but, the rhino said you were here so I had to bring it over to you. I'm sorry you missed the wedding and I'm sorry about everything. I mean... I couldn't understand any of it and then, when I realised at last that you weren't even able to say anything to us, that Vic was trying to help but none of us expected... it took till my pup being born before it slapped me in the face that I hadn't been a brother to you at all." Barry stated, indeed it made Wolford very happy as he was grabbed in a tight hug and then his brother even licked Wolford's eye to make him chuckle. Then he stroked his little brother's ears before heaving a sigh and then flicking through the pictures with him. "We went off to the beach for the first time thanks to Vic's girl so he begged we take photos for you and even Gary came so we had to get good shots with him, Vic wouldn't stop making him pose it was fun but... its not the same as you being home its just... just something so... but I'm glad you're with Gary. He's good for you."
With that, Barry left him be and Wolford settled back to work before the night was over and his shift was over. He didn't get to say goodbye to his brother, but he did get a ride home with Delgato in the guy's fancy new car from the headquarters and of course, he was grateful for the lion's friendship. Delgato mentioned he'd seen Barry and was pleased to see one of Wolford's family, but then he'd grabbed him in a tight hug and reassured him that he was better off in the police. Considering what they'd been like before, Wolford was thankful as he left and got into his apartment, as quiet as possible and almost regretting it. All he could hear was the soft panting and moaning of the little vixen and then the strong scent of foxes in the middle of it and Wolford could not help but give a heady gulp at the scent. He hurried into his room as soon as he felt the bulging in his pants and stripped himself down, growling silently that he'd not showered at work.
As he pulled his clothes off, the photographs fell onto the bed and spread out, with a groan he scraped them together and put them aside before he spotted the one left out. But, by luck the picture left on the bed was one with Gary sitting close to Larry and seemingly looking towards him in a very affectionate way but... that was not where Wolford's eyes went. The picture captured was of Vic asleep on the sand, his head in his girlfriend's lap but his beautiful silver and black fur visible down to the tight green speedos where something was rather bulging and Wolford blushed as he fell onto his bed and then stretched an arm out to the drawer, he yanked out one of the curiously shaped dildos and pulled it to his backside.
He didn't care about putting lotion or lubricant on it, he lay the picture on the pillow and rolled onto his knees, legs spread out as best as he could with an army stretching back with the awkwardly shaped object as he brought it to his hole. He pressed his forehead into the pillow beside the photo, panting and whining as he thought about those speedos, thought about what it had felt like with Vic's soft paws upon him and then as he stroked at his sheath with his other paw, he was distracted enough with memory of that digit that had taken all question on his feelings away as he penetrated himself with the device and then moaned into the pillow.
Curling up into himself, trying to lift his knees into his chest, Wolford panted and drool with soft moans as he remembered Vic and the smell of fox sex in the air. The toy was rough and harsh inside him at first, but the more he pumped it back and forth, stretching it in as far as he could and seeking out his tender spot, his over paw rubbed roughly around his slippery cock. He groaned, moaning and trying hard not to say Vic's name, tears in his eyes as he would look at the picture and wish that the lap his head rested in was his own. His backside was getting wetter and wetter as he gulped back his drool, rubbing into his backside with the toy more as his hips shuddered and he groaned out against the sweet spot. He dreamt what it might have been like if Vic had not stopped with his digit and instead the hard object inside Wolford's backside now belonged to Vic.
He moaned and shuddered, his cock weeping precum as he growled tightly into the pillow, imaging if that black fox had been the one to take his virginity. Would he have talked to him? Would he have just rammed in hoping to finish it up quick? Would he have given him a reach around? All the questioned flooded into his mind as the pressure built and he tried not to grumble about how he could not keep up his patience around his backside! But as he knew he was going to blow, he knew there was only one question important to him - would Vic have kissed him?
The sudden thought of Victor's lips upon his, kissing him as he drove into him made Wolford gasp out into the pillow, his backside tighten as his cock and he spurted cum onto the bedsheets. His backside suddenly got slicker and practically popped the toy right out as he shuddered, moaned and just fainted onto the bed. Tears of relief and exertion were falling from his eyes and Wolford flopped on his side, his hips jolting and his cock not flaccid yet. He gave a groan, he'd have to take a leak and relieve it, too tired for anything else to deal with, but guilt clouded his heart as he sighed heavily.
A few moments passed, Wolford grabbed his pants from the floor, yanked them right up and then he padded out of the room and to the bathroom. He stepped inside, locked the door and then quickly dealt with himself briefly before grabbing his wash rag and quickly scrubbed around his backside and his front with a sigh of frustration. Cleaned up, he then stepped to the door with his pants pulled back on and then opened it to the shock of the scent of sex, the scent of cum and the scent and sight of a familiar short but big-eared fox that was staring up at him and all either of them could do was step away from each other, let the other go and then Wolford stepped to his bed and swore softly.
"I knew he did this but... fuck!"
