"Gosh... it's... huff... too hot..." Lioen panted heavily, his too-small shirt and overfilled shorts soaked by sweat. He thought he could make the quick jog to the cornerstore for a snack, but as his stuffed and blubbery form would find, the heat of the day outside seemed to disagree with him. "Gotta... hoff... stop for... a second."
Not paying much attention to where he walked, the tubby lion plopped himself against the side of a nearby fire hydrant, hoping to regain his stamina and quickly continue the jog. However, the overweight lion misjudged just how his body swayed and found himself cracking and denting the hydrant under the weight of his now more-than-drenched rump as water came surging out around him.
Lioen was shocked for a second at the sudden shift, but quickly found relief in the comforting, cool water that billowed out around his sides. He nudged his body more into the broken hydrant and basked in the euphoric relief, only to just as quickly realize how his body wasn't getting cool from just the outside. He tried to lift himself up, but quickly found the extra water weight that now rested in his gut, combined with the exhaustion of the heat, kept him chained in place as he blushed from the sudden surge of water that was quickly bloating out his middle.
"Well, not the way I wanted to cool off, buuut..." Lioen spoke in awe as his belly continued to rise.
