Chapter 32: the dark future , the Tragic Fate Of Wolf Fury

Summary:

In a dark future with waning powers, the last of the Wolf Fury Rangers fight to survive and with hope, they help the town where they can.

At a ware house on the edge of town., The Wolf Fury rangers break in quietly, finding the crimson Wolf Fury Ranger standing surrounded by Lord avion's monsters. Riley with his 7th wolf Fury coin looks at Julian with tears in his eyes and shouts out his morphin' call.

"Okaythen, Ready?"?" Riley asks aloud as he pulls his morpher from his belt and then holds it high , "Ready!" The others respond, assembling around Riley, readying their own morphers. "Its morphin time - Wolf Fury - spirit unleashed!" the 5 say in unison.

" Navy Wolf fury ." With a wolf's growl, the morph activates, the Energy surrounding Riley the suit forms as well as the helmet hiding his identity with the spirits of wolves howling, the howls coming from nowhere.

"With the Spirit of a wolf, Navy Wolf Ranger !"

The Wolf Rangers stand there as the spirits of the wolves howling whispers fades, the Energy surrounding them also fading as they take shape. "Power Rangers Wolf Fury!" Guardians of the Earth, Together we howl! The 5 Rangers shout in a team role call.

20 Years later, the near future ,

The view moves through The small town of the once quiet Wolf Point, the buildings now run down and falling to pieces , the monsters of Lord avion Rome the streets every so often taking down anyone in their way.

Roen, Alex and Connor and Ace are just ducking around a corner as a laser blast just misses them, the 4 panting heavily as they catch their breath behind cover.

"Wow that was close." Alex pants out, with Roe now sitting on the ground next to his love and their two canines.

"How did it get to this Alex?" Roe asks aloud,

After Julian was brain washed by Lord avian with a final battle to brake the spell, Riley was given the powers of the 7th Navy Wolf Fury power coin, a twin to Julian's crimson coin. With that power RIley and the rest of the team

confronted Julian but he was killed by his former love and Julian having realized what he had done chose to let Lord avion's spell take him over again and killed Lord avion and then Julian took over Wolf Point.

This is where Roen, Alex and Connor and Ace where now, on the run from the monsters roaming the town. Their powers nearly drained completely. All forms of Communication blocked either in their dimension or inter-enter dimensionally. Unable to call for help from the United Galactic Federation of planets (UGFP) Starship Wolfpriden or the galactic Guardians , both inter-dimensional duplicates.

"I don't know how many more morphs we can manage." Alex says to ROen. "And the boys can't morph or shift without their power coins." He continues, as Connor nuzzles Roe and Ace nuzzles Alex.

"I know Alex, but at least they made it out with us." ROen says as he pets both Connor and Ace. "Did we get anything off those birdies?"

"Just a bit of tech, without Abbs. I don't know what I can do with it." Alex replies. "Let's get back to the the Wolf den and let's see."

The two pull open a manhole under their feet and lower the boys in and follow down the after their safetly down.

At the Wolf Den under the destroyed Oliver-Sage mansion grounds:

The Caverness space under the Sage mansion grounds lit by dim lighting, the natrual rock formations visible .

multiple walk ways suspended from cabling from the roof of the cave system .

The 4 weary Rangers make their way through a small tunnel into the Wolf Den scrabbling up onto one of the suspended walkways, and then slowly over to the ancient WolfComputer system.

Alex dumping the contents of his backpack on to the table next to the system, Roen getting close to feel what they manage to scavenge,

Connor and Ace piling up on a couch.

With the random parts of Technology scrap spread out before Alex and Roe, they started the laborious task of searching through for useful and salvageable pieces.

It was a few hours later that Alex and ROen where stretching their arms above their heads and both yawning as they stood straight , ALex rubbing his tired eyes. ROen rubbing his lower back to loosen it.

"We got a few usable pieces, but not much." Alex says looking over the few parts that where left on the table before him.

"What are they good for though?" Roen asks, fingering a part laying on the table.

"There might be enough storeed Energy in this power cells to give us just enough for a few more Morphs , but we'll have to use them sparingly." Alex says, "But the boys couldn't shift with that little power."

"Its better then nothing." ROen replies, as he " looks over towards the boys who were looking back at them hopefully.

"Then lets convert some power cells." ALex says, as he goes to work disassembling the power cells to their component parts.

It was a few more hours that took Alex to get the power cells disassembled and switched over into their power morphers. the power coins once again shining with their wolves' inner light.

"Its done, and their glowing ." Alex said as he looked over the glowing silver coins.

"The Silver Wolf...I can hear him." ROen says with a growing smile on his lips.

"Same with the purple wolf." Alex says, Connor and Ace coming over to sniff at the glowing power coins, "Sorry boys there's not enough power to let you two shift." ALex apologized, Ace giving a groan and going to lay back down on the couch, Connor soon following.

Later on in town Roen and Alex were hiding around a corner listening to one of Jewels birdie generals throwing one of the few towns' folks around, his cry making the two rangers grim-us in pain, hearing a few bones crack.

"C'mon Alex , we have to help." Roen says, a hand on Alex's shoulder. "

"Its morphin time - Unleash the fury of the wolf !" The two say in unison.

Roen's Morph

"With the cunning of a wolf, silver Wolf Ranger !"

ALex's Morph

"Purple Wolf fury ..."

"With the courage of a wolf! Purple wolf ranger!"--

ALex takes a fighting stance.

The two restored rangers appear in front of the General blasting him off his feet. The General smoking as he gets up.

"Wolf FUry Rangers!? But the master destroyed you. " he shouts.

"We had some mor e ass kicking in us bird brain." ROen says attacking the General, with Alex throwing in a few attacks of his own.

"Yeah, well here's some of mine you powerless rangers." The general attacks throwing the Silver and purple rangers back, the two on their knees.

The general walking up to them and blasting them point blank. Throwing the two a few 100 feet, their suits sparking from the energy discharge.

Alex and ROen struggle to their feet, a hand on their chests, their breathing heavy with the effort from standing after the blast's after effects.

" "The suits should have took that blast better." Roen's says, wondering if the powers were weakening already.

"We need to regroup ROe." Alex encourages ROen, as they teleport away, back to the ruins of the Wolf den.

At the ruins of the Wolf den,

Roen and Alex's teleportation beams appear on the pad, the lights fading out; the chill of the cave system hitting the two.

Connor and Ace greet Roen and Alex, following them back to the computers. The two sitting down, sighs leaving their mouths.

"We got our asses kicked out there, I guess those power cells weren't enough." Alex says , his hands running down his face in frustration with a groan.

"I know babe, but we can't give up. There has to be a way to bring jewels back to the light."

With those words spoken. A poortle opens with a loud ripping sound of space time being torn apart as five figures walk through.

"And your answer shows up in blinding light and colored armor, Roe." Says one of the figures says as one of them pass through the poortle.

"And here I thought interEnter Dimensional travel was broken." Current Alex replies to the now seen figure of Riley and their past selves in their morphed ranger armor.

"Well destiny and fate have a way of breaking that.." The silver wolf ranger says."So jewels went dark and you four are what's left of the Rangers?"

"Two of us really, Ace and Connor can't shift or morph." Current Roe answers.

"Yeah they're real pissed abbot it too." The blue wolf ranger says, looking at canine Connor. As canine Connor continues to grumble , and suddenly reacts a paw up and taps the morphin crystal on blue ranger's collar and shifts to anthrho form, Kanine Ace does the sam same with black Ranger's morphing crystal and shifts too.

"Ohh finally!" The two shifted canines shout, stretching out their human limbs,

"Nice to see you two shifted, how long is it going to take for the two of you to run off and make sweet bunny noises off in the cave?" Current Alex asks, the two moving around nervously .

"Never mind Ace and Connor needing to make up for lost time, with five Rangers here, we can defeat Jewels." Current ROen says, with determination in his voice.

"Sure. Jewels should have never fell to the side of evil.. Ready Rangers? Rangers together- Rangers forever!" ROen continues the 5 rangers doing a group high five,

On the moon, the Wolf Rangers teleport in at the former Lord aviane' throne room. Julian sitting there, looking expectantly at the Rangers.

"So you got your powers back you mutts?" Julian asks, "No problem. You're dead."

As Julian summons Monsters to attack the Rangers. The five over powered and being teleported back to the ruins of Wolf Point.

With the Rangers fighting on all fronts another portal opens, out stepping another crimson wolf Ranger. The six combining their weapons.

Form Wolf Pride canon! Lunar q, Wolf morpher, Wolf Shadow sabers .... Combin!"

The merged weapon forms As Alex and Roen stand, with Ace and Connor kneeling , supporting the heavy Canon, the crimson wolf ranger supporting the front with ace and Connor.

"Wolf spirits merge...Ready?... FIRE!" WIth the shout, the canon fires at the many monsters , with a final shout the monsters falls, and then explodes, the remains falling to the ground in pieces.

With the monsters defeated, the Wolf Rangers teleport back to the moon, the six rangers attack Julian, bringing him to his knees. The crimson Wolf steps up to Julian and striking with his saber, breaking the spell on his evil counterpart.

The full powered six wolves disappear. The Current rangers teleport in Riley with them.

Julian stands up looking around at Riley and his friends.

"Guys, I'm sorry. His power was too great." Julian says, hugging Riley and ROen,Alex and Ace and Connor.

The scene fades out.

Fading back into a view of the Sage mansion, Roen and ace riding up on their motorcycle..
