“Hello, mom, dad, Kiara.” Kion said, nuzzling each as he greeted them. He backed up to let Rani do the same and looked back over his shoulder at Janja, who was still sitting awkwardly further towards the back of the rock. He could tell the hyena was trying to hold back a nervous giggle and went back to fetch him. “Come on,” he said, nudging Janja so he would get up.
Janja let a slight laugh slip, standing up and letting Kion usher him towards the family of lions, my family too now, I guess the hyena realized as he nervously approached.
