Shadow had passed out in the middle of tails workshop Sora picks him up and sets him on another couch across from sonic " i sure hope hes ok" however unknown to sora Namine has returned namine being Kairi's nobody, She had started to peice together shadow's past with Kairi right there with her on the Space Colany Ark "Namine from what these reports show you should take it slow" Namine nodes in agreement meanwhile shadows memories were indeed returning as the two planed.
Shadow had taken Maria by the hand and was running with her down one of the arks many hall ways and into a room watching as solders from G.U.N ran by shadow holding a magnem in his other hand "that was close..... you alright maria?" shadow held her close as she seemed to be alright "yes shadow i am but.... the others.... i dont understand whats going on" *shadow at that moment in time didn't care what happend to him as long as maria was safe "Don't worry maria ill keep you safe i promised the professer that i would protect you" They node to eachother as they sneak around the ark shadow taking out the Chaos experiments that attacked them along the way
befor they reached a chamber to hide in and did so "we shoud lay low for awhile maria they'll be looking for us...." maria suddeanly hugs shadow and crys shadow placing a hand on her head "why shadow...... why does this have to happen? we are only trying to help people..... they said we were making weapons of mass destruction but i don't believe them in the least!" shadow would rub her head and sigh "i don't know eather maria but i will do my best to stop them" this seemed to cheer her up abit but it only made the fire burning inside shadow become fierce he hated seeing maria this upset it made him want to kill the solders but he promissed maria he wouldn't kill them
Kairi was searching through the arks memory banks with King Mickey and Rouge the bat mickey was sitting up against one of the walls "i can't believe the heartless found another world......" this made rouges curiousity rise abit as she floats over to mickey "tell me mickey..... just what are these heartless?" he would just look over at the bat and sigh "they are beings of darkness without a heart so they seak out other hearts they wernt really a problem until resently" *he holds out his hand and his keyblade appears it looked the same as soras but abit longer and a gold blade insted of white "this is the only kind of weapon that can release the hearts they have captured...... the keyblade...."
meanwhile in shadows memory they got to the capsule room shadow was suddeanly pushed by maria as he herd a gun shot and the capsule coems down on top of him traping him inside as he places his hands on the capsule "MARIAAAAAAAAA!" tears began to form in shadows eyes as he saw maria had been shot and blood sllowly leaking from her body "shadow.... please for me..... protect.... the people on that planet..... make friends..... good bye........ shadow.... the hedgehog" shadow jumps up from his sleep and screams as he reachs his hand out in tears "MARIAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!" he sta there panting as sora is reluctent to come close "you ok?" shadow looked over and wiped the tears from his eyes as he shaped up and was his normal bad attitude self "im fine..... im leaving CHAOS.......... CONTROL!" he vanishs and leaves sora wondering who maria was and why shadow was in tears.
