Death of the shepherd (Part 5)
"What are you going to do shoot me?, your to much of a pussy!" He pulled the pistol away from jason's head and pointed it at me,"Shut the fuck up!"
'BANG!BANG'
I felt two forces hit my chest. They sent me flying backwards, my body hit the police car behind me. After that everything felt like it was going in slow motion, I saw Jason pull out of markus's arm just enough to bite it. As soon as Markus let go Jason ran away, asoon as he was far enough away the police took their chance. I couldn't hear the shots but the pistols flashs lit up my vision. I saw Markus get hit. His chest explode with blood. He collapsed, he was dead. Jason ran over to me, my vision was now getting blurry. He was crying, he held my chest trying to stop the bleeding. Time slow came back to me.
"Jacob!, Please don't leave me!" Jason yelled. I used all my energy to grab jason's paw. I looked him in the eyes. Slowly everything went black.
I slowly opened my eyes,but saw nothing. I was somewhere dark. So dark that it like it was alive. I couldn't make out what it said though. I tried to scream but couldn't. I looked around to find some source of light,but there was none. I tried to move my arms, but couldn't. Then I tried to stand but couldn't. I couldn't do anything,I was stuck here,where ever here was. Where was I? Was I dead? Was this where I go when I die? No! I can't be dead! I wanted to cry. I closed my eyes.
Just then a tv lit up showing a white screen, when did that get there? It lit up the room, i looked around. There was nothing around me, just darkness. I looked at my arms and legs, what ever was holding them still was gone. Just then the blank image on the screen changed, I saw Jason at the hospital surround by my parents, Danny, Ian, and some freinds. Jason was crying, his eyes red and his fur soaked with tears. Suddenly a doctor came into the room. Everyone in the room jumped up, he looked into Jason eyes full of sorrow. The doctor answered what they all wanted to know. My dad held my mom as she started crying again. Danny sat down in shock and started to tear up. It was strange seeing him tear up, he had never cried at least infront of me, even when that slut he was dating kicked him in the balls for breaking up with her. Jason started crying again, Danny got up and pulled him into a hug.
The tv cut off, leaveing me in the darkness. Suddenly a strange voice in my head started chanting something I still couldn't make out. It started chanting louder, and louder. I tried to cover my ears but felt my arms begging held down again. I felt a sudden feeling of helplessness. I lowered my head when the tv turned back on., showing a blank image again. Suddenly the image changed, it showed jason and my parents looking at my body, my mom and dad hugged Jason and left the room. Jason stood above my body thrn bent down and kissed my head. Jason then sat down next to my body, he grabbed my paw from under the sheets and held it then he said "I love you"
Those words, those three words comforted me. He started crying again into my paw. Suddenly the tv moved to the side. What made it move? I thought. Then a door on the wall behind it opened up. The room lit up even more from a light on the side of the door. The light was so bright I couldn't see anything outside. I tried to get up but couldn't, "What the fuck!" I yelled. Trying to get up again to be pulled back down. I looked back, the darkness that once surrounded me was pulling me in! I pulled away but couldn't break free. It started to drag me backwards into it, tried once more to pull away,but again I was pulled back.
I sat there and looked at the tv, "Is what you want god? To watch me suffer?!" My vision was blocked by a tentacle of darkness that covered my face, leaveing a small patch where my eye was so I could see. It pulled me into the darkness. The darkness was avout to consume me when suddenly the voice in my head sounded clear and I could understand it. I slowly repeated,"Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me" The darkness around me began to melt into a liquid. I looked at my body that was now free. I stood up and looked back, the darkness that was just about to consume me was now seperateing into tentacles. I started to run for the door that now felt like it was a mile away. The tentacles shot forward chaseing me. I finally reached the door when they caught up to me, I gabbed the handle. I ran through the door and slammed it behind me.
Jason put the paw on jacobs chest, there was no pumping though. The doctors siad they were able to get the bullets out but His heart failed. He then kissed his head again. He turned around to leave the room tears still flooding his face. He reached for the handle when he felt something tug against his shirt. Jason shrugged it off at first but as he opened the door he felt it tug again he looked back and saw facobs foot, his shirt in between his big toe and other toe. Suddenly the toes clamped together and tug on his shirt again. Jason was in shock, he looked up and saw his love trying to smile. Jason ran back to the bed and looked down to see Jacob's blue eyes open looking back at him. "Are you really alive?" Jason asked. Jacob smiled,"What? You didn't think I'd just leave you did you?" Jason smiled happily. He bent down and wrapped his arms around the shepherds neck. Jacob wrapped his arms around Jason, when he suddenly relized the pain in his chest. "Hey umm I live the hug but could you go get a nurse?"
Jason jumped back feared that he might have hurt him then hit the emergency button. Butbefore he could hit it a paw grabbed his, he looked over to see Jacob smiling, "Help me up please?" he helped him up to his feet. Jason held him up when jacob pulled him into a passionate kiss. Jacob broke the kiss and looked into jason's eyes, "I love you" Jason smiled, "I love you too" They held each other there knowing that this was all over.
