Chapter 5

Secret Date

Morning....

Jess woke up by feeling some unfamiliar covers and notice she's on Dane's bed. She sits up quickly and looks around then found Dane levitating above the floor in a meditating pose, taking in each breath to calm his senses. "Morning, my love. "He opens his eyes and walks to her. "What am I doing back here? "She asked. "Well, I already notice your team already defeated my master's army, but you already defeated my monkey formless. No one ever defeated them, but you. I decided to take you back with me, so I can sleep better with you close to my side. "He sits by her and put his arm around her, bringing her closer to his side. She notice the scratches on his back is inflamed, "Your back. "She touches it then he let out a loud snarl, "Damn it! That hurts!" She uses her paintbrush tail to paint a bowl of water and a rag to life. She dips the rag into the warm water and applies gently to his scratches and listens to his growls and snarls. "There we go." As she finished, she uses her Eraser Paint to make the bowl and rag disappear. He holds her close then licks her cheek. She smiles and leans on him for a while till she remembers something,"Chiro!" Dane grabs her arms to keep her from getting off the bed, "He is alright. My whips injected weak venom, not the strong ones that kill you in minutes." holding her tightly making her from leaving. "But I still want to see if he okay." She takes his arms off her and jumps off the bed.

She walks to the door till he put his hand on it, "Just stay for a little while?" He begged like a puppy. She refused, "I can't. The hyperforce might be looking for me right now." She tries to open the door, but he still keeps it shut with his hand."Dane!" She shouted his name. "I want you to stay with me."He said. "I said I can't. Look, we will meet again at the lake at night. I got to go." She disappeared in sparkles before he can stop her. She appears on the robot shoulders then runs inside to the medical bay doorway. She let out a relieving breath when she sees Chiro alive and sitting on the metal table looking at her. "Jess!" Nova runs to her and hugs her, "We had been looking all over for you. Where were you?" She asked. "Well...I have to chase down that bad monkey down, but I lost him. I got lost and it took me forever to find my way back." She lied then walks to Chiro."Are you alright?" She asked looking up at him. "I'm fine, thanks to you. I would have been dead already if it wasn't for your help." He smiles at her then pet her head. The team gave her a pat on the back and says "Good Job.", "Thank you for saving our leader.","Well done.", and "Way to go, Jess."

She smiles then her eyes fill up with tears and wipe them away. "Are you okay?" Otto asked. "I'm fine, Otto. I'm just grateful that Chiro is alive." She looks at his bandaged wrist then frowns."Hey, don't worry about me. I'm fine. Team, let celebrate a special day for Jess." Chiro looks at his monkey team, which they nodded in agreement. "Let go eat some hoverburgers!" Otto shouted. "Um...Otto, she doesn't like hoverburgers." Sprx winks at Jess and watch her smile. "Don't worry; I'll use my tail to change a hoverburger into something else." She smiled. When they ate and were surprised that Jess change a hoverburger into pepperoni pizza then they play at the beach throwing and catching a hover frisbee, and splashing and swimming in the water.

After a fun day, Nova and Jess sits on the edge of a cliff near to the water watching the sunset. "Hey, Nova?" Jess speaks her name."Yeah, Jess?" She answered. "What does it feel like to be the only female monkey in the team?" Jess asked. "Well, it's not that bad. Sometimes you will feel surrounded by a bunch of boys, but you'll get used to it after a while." She replied. "I see. I'm glad I am on this team." Jess still looking at the sunset. Antauri sees the two female simians talking and laughing, "I see Nova and Jess getting along very well." "Yeah, I'm glad. I can tell Nova been wanting a female simian friend like her." Chiro agreed. "Well, I can tell Sprx have an interest on both of them." Gibson points at Sprx and Otto hiding behind a rock spying on them.

Nova looks back and sees Sprx and Otto spying on her and Jess. She activates her fist till Jess stops her, "Let me do the job." She paints a crack on the rocky ground then breaks. Sprx and Otto screams as they fell in the water. They rise to the surface and sees Nova and Jess laughing at them, "What the heck did you do that for?!"Sprx shouted. Jess blows a raspberry at him then snickers making him angrier. He growls at her till Gibson shouted at them, "Time to go back to the robot!" They groaned.

Midnight...

Jess sneaks out by flying to the lake, excited to see Dane. When she about to touch the ground, Dane tackles her and licks her like an excited puppy, hearing her laughter making him smile. He let her get back up and hug him, "You seem in a very happy mood. "You are too." She gasps when she sees some bruises on his body, "What happened to you?!"My master punished me for failing. But I'm alright."He said. She hold him, but not too tight,"You should have told me this was about to happen and I would have stayed." She speaks in a worried tone. He holds her close, "Don't worry about me. Let me worry about you." They hear thunder boomed and drops of water begin to pour from above, "Let get out of this weather!" Jess shouted.

They run to the same cave where they met then shake the water off their fur. Dane sees Jess started shivering till she paints a couple of small logs and blows fire at them. She kneels by the fire and Dane sits by her. He brings her close to his body trying to keep her warm, "I love you." He licks her forehead. "I love you too." She replied with a smile with her head resting on his chest. He purrs then his eyes glowed red and a big soft warm red blanket appears under them. He pins her down by straddling her then swiftly cut her chest with his metal talons hearing her gasps. He licks the bleeding cut slowly, listening to her moans. Dane rolls her on top of his body, "Your turn." He grins at her, putting his hands behind his helmet. "But where do you want to me to start?" She asked blushing with her hands on his furry green chest. He points at his chest where his heart is with spikey tail, "Here." She cut his chest where he wanted with her ghost claw, and bends down to taste the blood slowly by each lick then starts sucking on it. A growl escaped from his throat, clawing the ground with his metal talons.

Jess lifts her head to stop till Dane push her head forward back to the bleeding cuts, "Don't stop. A little longer." He looks at her with passion in his eyes. She blushes, licking continually, and listening to his moans. After a few minutes of licking, she yawns then fell asleep on his chest close to his body. He smiles, and pick up the tired simian, flying back to his master palace again.

Morning...

Dane opens his eyes, and notice Jess isn't by his side anymore, but a rainbow rose on the pillow. He picks up the rose looking at it. Then put it in a hiding place by a black rock, and went to see his master. The orange simian walks out the shadows grinning at Dane, watching him walking away then sneaks in his room.

At the robot, Jess woke up with her fur and tail all ruffled up, and rubbing her eye. "You look like a mess, Jess." Nova spoke."Yeah, I do." She replied, looking at herself. She combs her fur and tail, straighten them out into a smooth and silky look, "I'm going outside." Jess walks on the city streets enjoying the view then noticed something, "I stopped coughing black blood. Now I noticed." her thoughts returns to Dane. "Could he be the cause?" She asked herself."Hey, Jess." A familiar voice spooked her. She turns and sees Dane holding a white lily in his hand then handed it to her, "For you, my lady." "Dane? What are you doing here?" Jess asked. "Well, since you gave me the best night and a rose." He grabs her hand and bows "I decided to give you a lily and a very special day for you." He kisses her hand then holds her close."Oh, Dane. Thank you. But what if the hyperforce see you?" She asked. "Don't worry. I got a backup plan." He whispers to her metal antenna about the plan.

They walked through the city, playing games in the arcade and went on rides at the fair spending a romantic day together. Next, Dane throws a baseball knocking over the milk bottles tower completely. "Yes!" He shouted with his arm in the air. Jess claps and cheered for him "You did it!" He rubs the back of his helmet blushing happily till a man handed him a medium size stuff panda bear"Here,"handing the bear to Jess "For you." "Oh, thank you." She takes the stuff bear then holds his hand and give him a peck on the cheek "I love you." He smiled then sees a ferris wheel, "Want to go for another ride?" "Sure."She replied. As they approach to the ferris wheel, Jess hears a familiar voice, "Let get on the ferris wheel!" Otto voice shouted far away. "OH NO! They're here!" she panicked. "Not for long." Dane let out a loud whistle and formless monkeys appeared around them "Distract them and make sure they don't see us. Go!" The formless monkeys nods and runs toward to the hyperforce hissing and surrounding them.

"They won't hurt them unless I tell them to. Hurry! Before they see us." Dane grabs her wrist and pulls her on the ferris wheel car then close the door. As the car rose up, they sigh in relief, Dane pulls her close to his body, but Jess is still worried about her team."Jess!"Chiro shouted."Oh no."She panicked till Dane in his demonic form grabs her wrists and pins them behind back. "I have one of your monkeys, boy!" Dane snarled, "Just play along." he whispered in her ear. "Let me go! Help me!" She shouted, pretending to be kidnapped. Antauri appears behind the demon till the evil black simian turns around and scratch him, but the sliver monkey dodged his claws.

Dane hissed then got hit with a red energy ball by Sprx magnets "Get away from her!" "Are you alright, Jess?" Antauri asked. "I'm fine." She replied and looks at her mate, which he disappeared. She looks around till Chiro shouted "Jess! Are you okay?" Jess looks down from the car and shouted back "Yes! I'm okay." She holds herself and wraps her tail around body looking down with a frown on her face. Antauri put his hand on shoulder to catch her attention, "Let go back to the robot."

The teams went back to the robot and do their usual stuff except Antauri. The sliver monkey making dinner for the team till the black simian enters through the doorway. "Can I help?" Jess asked. "Of course." He replied. She picks up a knife and starts mincing the vegetables putting the chopped pieces in the large pan of water. He hears humming and watches Jess stirring the soup humming beautifully till she let out pretty "Laaa." She hears clapping then looks at Antauri blushing. "Uh...Thanks, I'm just humming." her face almost turns red. "Where that singing coming from?" Sprx asked standing in the doorway by Chiro and Otto. "It sounded beautiful." Chiro said. Otto sniffed the air and smacked his lips,"Mmm, I smell something cooking." "The soup is almost ready, Otto." She spoke still stirring the soup.

When dinner is ready, Antauri and Jess, who is half covered in flour, put the silverwares, plates and cups on the table. "Dinner ready!" Jess shouted. The whole team runs in the room then sit by the table. Everyone put some food on their plates and starts eating."Hey, Jess. Why are you covered in flour?" Nova asked. "Antauri and I baked up a surprised." Jess smiled then went back in the kitchen to clean herself up.

After dinner, Jess brings a sliver pan with brown cake like stuff in it to the table. Chiro takes a piece and take a bite out of it"Mmmm, this is delicious! What is this new recipe?" They are called brownies. It's kind of like chocolate cake, but warm and fresh from the oven made with love from eart-"Jess shut her mouth. "From where?" Sprx asked. "Just forget it."She replied. "Come on, Jess. Tell us." Otto spoke cheerfully. "Nowhere. Excuse me."She answered then walks out of the room to outside. "What wrong with her?" Otto asked. "She looked sad." Nova feels worried for Jess.

"I'll go check on her." Antauri walks outside on the robot shoulder. He uses his psychokinesis to find her, senses a little energy close by then levitate to the other side of the robot head and found her looking at a photo in her hand. "Sliver monkey behind you." Her pendent spoke. Jess looks back and gasps in fright as the photo disappeared in sparkles. She stands up in front of the sliver simian, "Antauri, you scared me." He chuckled, "I see your pendent watches your back very well."Yeah, she kind of protective sometimes. And bossy" She muttered. "I heard that!" Her pendent speaked. "What are you doing out here?" Jess asked.

"I sense a deep sadness in you." He spoke. "Depressed? Pfft! Nah! I'm a-okay positive happy monkey!" Jess smiled big till he raises his helmet brow at her,"Okay, I admit. I am sad, but seriously. I'm fine, Antauri." He grab her hands and hold them, "What do you feel now?" She looks in his eyes, "I feel...I feel..."Looking away feeling sick in her stomach then blacked out.

Morning....

"Jess. Jess. Time to wake up." Gibson shakes her gently awake. The black simian awoke from slumber groaning and sees the sliver monkey meditating above the floor. "What is he doing in Nova's room?" She asked. Gibson clears his throat, "I think what you meant is... What are you doing in his room in his bed?" Jess looked around then her tail perks up while blushing madly in embarrassment. "I fainted then that means I am in his room been sleeping in his bed!" She thought in squealy voice. She gets off of the bed then runs out of the room before Gibson say a word." Drat! I was about to ask her something." Gibson muttered.

Jess runs through the hallways after remembering one thing. She forgot to meet Dane at the lake at night. "Hi, Jess!" Nova spoke as she almost passes her. Nova grabbed her tail," Jess! Calm down! And where are you going?" She watches the black simian stops running and panting heavily," Jess, you need to relax and come eat breakfast with us." Jess smiled a little and nods, "Okay."

Everyone eats their breakfast on the table and Jess tries to leave the table till"Uh-hum!" She looks at Nova, who has an angry look on her face then the team which have confusion on theirs. She sighed and sits back down."Sooo, did you have some good sleep?" Otto asked. "Yeah, I just noticed I didn't have a nightmare this time. "She replied and sips her orange juice. "I got to get to the lake! And fast!" She thought.

Jess put her elbows on the table leaning on her hands, "So Otto, would you like to go on a picnic with me to the lake? Hmmm?" "Yes, that would be fun!" The green simian spoke cheerfully. "Then I'll go get the picnic basket ready." Jess get up from her chair till Nova starts following her, "Do you need something in the kitchen? "I kinda want to go too." Nova replied. "I think all of us should go with Jess." Antauri speaked. "I agree. It's a nice day outside." Chiro smiled. "Oh, this is not good." Jess thought, "But I can't tell them they can't go. And it's not fair to them if Otto goes. I guess I have no choice." Jess sighed. "Then let's get the picnic basket ready." Jess walks to the kitchen with Nova.

At the lake...

Everyone arrived till Jess introduced Koi to the team with shocked faces except Gibson, Otto and Antauri. "That's one big fish!" Sprx said. "It looks kinda cute." Nova kneeled and pats the fish head. Koi turns around, looking at the forest area splashing the water with his fins. Jess looks at between the trees then sees a dark figure jump from the bushes to the trees,"Dane."She thought. "Jess? What's wrong? Did you see something?" Chiro put his hand on her shoulder. "No. Let go play." Jess turns around and smiled at the boy.

The hyperforce runs around playing hover frisbee, but the blue simian too busy reading his book and the sliver simian meditating under the shade of a tree. Jess caught the hover frisbee near to the group of trees, "Chiro! Catch!" She throws the frisbee toward the boy. The frisbee went pass the boy makes him and the others chase it. Jess was about to follow them till something grabs her and covers her mouth as it pulls her into the bushes.

Sprx caught the frisbee,"Hey! I caught the fris-Where did she go?" Chiro and the others looks around, shouting her name, but is nowhere in sight. Jess struggles against the dark figure grip and muffling under it hand. "Where have you been?" The stranger speaks in a familiar voice and let her go. "Dane?" she turns around and looks at his red eyes. He walks out of the darkness with anger on his face, "I was worried! I almost started freaking out. "I'm so sorry, Dane. I blacked out last night and I don't remember why." She looks away, feeling guilty for scaring her mate. He put his knuckles under her chin and turns her face toward to his, "All it matter now is that I know you're safe." He kisses her lips then stands behind licking her shoulder, hearing her moaning "But I will let you make up for it...With your blood." He grab and put her wrists behind her back then bites her shoulder, causing to gasp and let out a loud moan from her throat.

Dane moans at the taste of her blood till Chiro voice ruins the moment, "Jess?! Jess?! Where are you?" "I sense her nearby!" Antauri voice shouted."Damn! I want more of her blood!" Dane thought."Antauri."Jess whispered his name still feeling the pleasure of Dane's fangs in her. He let go and push her to a tree hard with his anger, "You stay away from that sliver freak!" He hissed. "You're my mate! And always will be! You hear me?!"He snarled. Jess activates her claws and tries to slap him, but he caught her wrist with his claws. "You are not the boss of me! Even if you are not the Skeleton King servant!" Jess shows her small fangs, growling at his face.

He sighed,"Just stay away from him. Alright? That all I ask." He let go of her wrist and caress her chest under her rainbow chest fur which is her weak spot of seducing. She tries to fight the pleasure till he stopped and runs off. Jess fell to her knees, trying to fight her red tears as team approaches her. "Jess! What happened?" Nova was shocked at her bleeding shoulder. Jess covers the wound with her hand and gets up, "I'm fine." She spoke in a stern tone. "You look like your about to cry." Otto speaked."I AM NOT!!"She snapped at the green simain then flies off, ignoring them shouting her name and following her.

She went back inside the robot running to Nova room and slams the door behind her, sliding down against it to the floor. She holds her legs and put her face against her knees crying. Nova knocks on the door, "Jess, open the door." "Go away!" Jess shouted. "What are we going to do now?" Chiro asked. "Let me." Antauri went into ghost mode and phased through the wall then sees nobody in the room.
