Through the next few days, things have been strange for the little fox. Takiro stayed home since the day at the gym, spending time with Kane when Tao wasn't up his rear, and while avoiding the grumpy she-wolf.

Kane had shown and taught her a few things, one that interested her was the video games, as she remembered it, that was connected to the television in the living room. He showed her this white box with silver trimming, vents along each side as it lay flat.He taught her how to turn it on, which caused a green ring on the button he pushed to glow to life. The box purred before the television also glowed to life with the game menu.

"See? You just take a remote and you can play games whenever I'm gone, instead of watching the tv all the time." Kane explained to her, giving her a second remote as he opened a tray on the box, putting a disc in and closing it.

"I'll let you play something easy." He spoke as the title screen read 'Skylanders'. She frowned a bit as she stared at the screen for a moment, then looking down at the controller in her paws. There were so many buttons, but the screen said to press the button with the right arrow on it. When she pushed it, she jumped a bit when the screen changed. Her head tilted a bit to the right as she followed the directions on the screen. It seemed to be a puzzle game, and apparently, to Kane's surprise, she was really good at it.

She played the video game for the next fifteen minutes, with Kane watching and helping her in a few spots. She seemed to be really good at it, until a certain she-wolf walked in. Noticing that Kane's attention was on the little fox, Tao snorted and snuck up behind Ryn while both were distracted into the game. She noticed the metal collar around the fox's neck and, with a tilt of her head, noticing a strange symbol along the metal. A 4-sided star with two side-way diamonds linked together in the center. She grinned slightly and got up, Kane glancing up at her with a slight frown before the she-wolf walked away, Takiro completely oblivious to everything around her other than the game she was focused on.

*** A Few Days Later ***

"So, Takiro. Where are you from?" Tao asked, breaking the awkward silence as she sat across the small table while watching the fox eat the breakfast Kane had made before he left for work. Ryn looked up from her meal, a bit confused and reluctant to answer.

"I dunno, the forest I guess..." She muttered quietly, looking back down at her food. All she wished for right then was for the she-wolf to leave and let her eat in peace. It was hard to swallow every bite when she knew those devious, red eyes stared her down.

"But don't you have a family or a home?" Tao prodded, leaning in a bit as she rested her chin on her paw. The she-wolf knew she hit a nerve by the way Takiro stopped in mid-chew. She didn't look up, but shook her head and continued to eat.

"Well, what about... Evan?" The she-wolf smirked. The fox's head shot up, her eyes wide and her face expressed extreme surprise. Tao knew she hit the jackpot on getting this fox to crack.

"Weren't you a part of his brothel before you ran off?" Tao pushed even more, getting even more of a reaction from Ryn as the fox just simply dropped the fork from her paw, landing with a small clatter on the plate. The accusation caught Takiro so off guard, she was frozen in shock and fear. How did Tao find out? Did she contact Evan to take her away from her safe haven? The next sentence hit her like a ton of bricks.

"You're just a sex slave, nothing but a little slut, huh? I bet that's all you're good for anyways." Tao snorted, leaning in closer as she spoke. In Takiro's mind, the last line was what made her crack. "That's all you're ever good for, an easy fuck." Those words Niel spoke many times rang in her ears before she slammed her paws on the table, standing suddenly.

"You think you know everything about me now...?" Ryn muttered quietly, her hair covering her eyes as she spoke before she looked up, the she-wolf taken aback by the look of rage on the innocent fox's face.

"You have never been forced into something you never wanted to do. You were never punished for the slightest mistake or the smallest complaint. You have never been raped every night by brutal men that don't care how hurt you end up by the end of the night. You know NOTHING!!" Takiro yelled, her paws clenching into fists as a stunned Tao just stared at her with wide eyes.

There was silence for a moment before the fox turned, walking off with clenched fists down the hall and to her room to slam and lock the door behind her. Once she was alone, her demeanor changed as she leaned against the door, sliding down to sit on the floor before she curled up and cried. She cried as all the past hurt, the emotions she's been bottling up inside, and the anger she never had come out all at once. Her heart ached, and she only wished she had some kind of comfort at this moment. Even hugging her tail wouldn't chase away the emotions that were wreaking havoc on her body, mind, and heart.
