12 Days of TFMas Day 2 - Kobold

TFMas Day 2! I did dragon last year and wanted to do something similar-ish, and because I've been learning Norwegian for the past LOTS of years, I figured it would be fun to incorporate a bit about the Julenisser. Lots of old folklore is uh...very violent. And this one is no exception! But when you have weird goblin elf-like creatures that cause pranks, it's something that screamed 'kobold' to me! Thanks again for bidding on the day Sandr032, and I hope you like the story!

On the second day of TFMas Kaevon gave to me,

Two yipping kobolds

And a werewolf who is knotty!

The holidays aren't uniform across the world - there are lots of interesting traditions! Old Scandinavian lore speaks of the 'Nisser' which were elf-like creatures that would either bring Christmas joy or play nasty 'pranks' on others. Sandr032 always thought that was a goofy tradition, but it didn't stop them from putting multiple Nisser around the house! Unfortunately, it looks like they're one short this year…

“No, you're pronouncing it wrong!"

Mira had her head tilted to the side as she kept her cell phone between her ear and shoulder, putting another strange draconic elf-like creature on the fireplace. “It's like yule log. Not jewel. So Julenisse! Yule…ehh…KNEE…sir! See, easy?" Her smile easily spread across her entire face, switching her phone to the other side as she brushed some dust off of her green and red knit Dungeons and Dragons holiday tarrasque sweater. “Yeah, It's this really weird but kinda cool Scandinavian tradition where these small little elf-like creatures expect a lot from you but will prank you and completely mess with you if you don't celebrate Christmas right…what? Oh, you know. Was just looking around some Christmas stores and found it. Hey, stoppit! I like learning new things, ok?" She laughed softly to herself, adjusting the small 'Nisser' creature so its legs were hanging off of the mantle. It looked like a demented Elf on the Shelf crafted by the furry fandom, and it brought her so much joy to look at it. With a soft nod to herself, she shuffled in her peppermint themed slippers to the other end of the mantle to place another.

“Yeah, a KNEE-sir. I bought a buncha these cute lil guys from the Nordisk Market downtown and just had to put them up right away. They're basically like little gremlins - if something goes wrong or they're unhappy with something happening, they make your life miserable." She adjusted the box she was carrying before tugging her ugly Christmas sweater down over her comfy gray sweatpants, her hips and chest filling out her clothing quite well. Another of the small dragon creatures was put on the mantle, lopsided and about to fall before she walked across the room once more.

“No, I'm not pretending they're magic! Just having a little bit of international Christmas fun! Nothing wrong with that." There were a few more of the strange Nisser creatures in the box as Mira put

one on her desk, paying less and less attention to the orientation of the figures. Instead, she was getting more involved in the conversation with her friend as she haphazardly placed the things all over the place. The locations made sense, but a few of them fell onto their sides and one laid down flat. The one on the mantle she hadn't paid attention to was tilting more and more forward, precariously perched on it as the knit dragon looked close to tumbling toward the ground. Finally, Mira decided to take a break as she put the box on the table and brushed her long reddish-brown hair behind her shoulder.

“But I should probably get going. I'll send you some pictures of how the place looks after I'm done, ok? It'll look SO cool, and I'll have my classic popular video game character Christmas village scene set up, too. Yeah, you take care!" She took the phone off of her shoulder before ending the call and digging the receipt from the store out of her pocket. Her fingers flicked it open as she read the name of the store one more time. Den Flyengde Reven…something Scandinavian and worth translating later as she put the receipt in the box before a soft 'thunk' grabbed her attention. Mira turned back toward the fireplace as it now only held one of the two small Nisser she'd put up just moments before. Her head tilted to the side in confusion, looking around before seeing the second one sprawled out on the floor in an almost comical pose. Mira let out a sigh before walking over to it and bending down with a soft huff to pick it up. She brushed the dragon figure off before turning it over in her hands, noticing this one in particular was pink with bright blue eyes.

“Aww, of all the ones to fall it had to be this one." She sighed softly, turning it around in her hands as another soft thunk made her turn toward the other side of the room. Another of the Nisser fell to the ground, this one having been at her computer desk as she didn't think much of it. She simply walked over toward it before picking it up…followed by yet another thunk. The one on the other side of the mantle fell down this time. Another thunk, the one on the table…which was in the center of the table just moments earlier. But now it was on the floor. If Mira wasn't worried before, she certainly was now. Each of the Nisser she had placed fell to the ground one after the other, her body turning every which way to watch as they actively fell to the floor even when in perfectly stable positions. She held onto the two she grabbed at first, squeezing them softly before they shifted around in her hands. The sudden movement made her jump with a soft yelp, though there was a strange sort of timber to the yelp. It seemed a bit more high pitched than what she was used to, and it sounded a bit off. She couldn't put her finger on what it was, but all she knew was that the floor was now littered with her newly bought dragon elves.

“Wh-what is…" She stammered, unable to finish the sentence as her hands nervously grasped at the end of her Pokemon sweater. Her feet slowly shuffled backwards, Mira bumping against the wall with a soft gasp before wringing her sweater in concern. She could feel a bit of the hair on the back of her neck standing on edge as her eyes darted from one small dragon to the other, waiting for them to move or come to life or do something. Perhaps it was a childish thought, but when each and every one of them fell almost as if someone pushed them down one after the other? It didn't feel like too abnormal of a thing to think. She swallowed nervously, shuffling around against the wall as the seconds passed by…and nothing changed. At least, nothing she could see. Still, it took her a bit longer than she was expecting before she felt comfortable moving off of the wall and walking toward that first Nisser doll. “H…hello?" She asked no one in particular, looking at each of the decorative dragons one after the other. Eventually she inched over to the pink colored dragon doll, dropping down to one knee before reaching out to it and-

“Yipe!!" She cried out in a yelp of pain, pulling her hand back as the Nisser was burning hot. Her fingers tingled dully as if burnt, but there was no pain. Only a strange tingling as if her fingers were falling asleep. “How…" She said under her breath, completely confused at how any of this was possible. Her eyes didn't move from the dragon, waiting for it to jump up, kick her in the shin, and then run away cackling…but no such thing happened. The small decoration just lay there motionless. Silent. Lifeless. Did…Mira imagine it? Was her mind playing tricks on her? “...Mira doesn't think she-"

The words cut off mid-sentence. Mira had to stop before putting a hand to her mouth, trying to comprehend what noise she'd just made. She referred to herself in third person? That had never happened before, but it felt so natural as if it's how she'd been speaking her whole life. Her hand dragged down her chin lightly, twitching as her nails felt weirdly sharp. She'd just trimmed them…but putting her hand out in front of her, they were sharper than ever before. not only that, but her nails were looking almost circular. Curved. Pointed. As if they weren't nails at all, but claws. The thought sent a chill down Mira's spine, but even more concerning was how her hand was looking dry, flakey, and…pink. A very bold pink. Her breath caught in her throat for a moment before she reached out to touch her nails and finger, drawing them back immediately when it felt smooth. Cold. Familiar. Like a scale.

A sudden pressure at the base of her spine as Mira let out another loud 'Yip!!', going a higher octave than she was used to. Her hands immediately went to her rear, feeling along her back as her pants were suddenly very tight. They already fit her fairly snug, but her curves both felt like they were getting too big for the sweatpants…while also feeling as if the pants were slowly slipping down her waist. The weird pressure left her thoughts for a second as she couldn't stop herself from feeling around her sweater. Normally it was a pretty cozy fit. But…for some reason? It was baggy. Very baggy. There was more space in it than she'd ever felt in her life, taking an awkward step to the side before her feet caught on something. Her balance was suddenly thrown off, her body shifting and swaying in the air as she lifted one leg to try and catch herself. Her pants got stuck on the ground though, hanging around her ankles while her free foot pinned them down and sent Mira sprawling forward. Her sweater sleeves flailed in the air like giant tubes of loose fabric, Mira's body tumbling down before she landed flat on the ground with a heavy, dull thud.

Another yip escaped from the back of her throat, eyes shut as her glasses hung loosely along her nose. She could barely see through them, but her vision felt…clearer? Another oddity, but one that was ignored from that renewed pressure along the base of her spine. The number of grunts, rumbles, and soft yips that escaped from Mira spoke to how confusing everything was as a small bump pushed up against those loose sweatpants. It wasn't entirely unrestrained though, Mira gritting her sharpening teeth as she reached back and tubbed at the waistband of her underwear. Something was caught on it, tugging upwards and pulling it against her waist as she let out another few 'yips.' The sharpened nails at the edge of her fingers felt at the strange thing that had caught her undies, managing to flick it around as she let out a long, relieved sigh. “Ahhh…Mira likes that b…u-uh…I-I mean…M-Mira isn't…" She couldn't stop herself, eyes opening as her face turned a deep flushed pink in embarrassment. Her hands fidgeted awkwardly with her sweater, rumbling as everything was moving so quickly. Her voice. Her clothes. Her body. And now? There was something else that was impossible to ignore.

A burning, aching heat.

Mira shifted around, rolling onto her back as she moving her legs around until her socks and pants were kicked off of her legs. Her underwear loosely hung on, practically overshadowing her waist as she bit down on a lengthening lip from a familiar tingling, an impossible to ignore sensation. “M-Mira doesn't *Yip!* k-know…w-why she…" It was impossible to figure out, the pressure increasing all over her body as she arched her back with a gasp and felt more of that pressure jutting out from just about her rear. It threw off her balance as she sat down, getting completely tangled up in her Christmas sweater before she looked down at her face. In that moment, her eyes went wide in sheer shock and confusion. Her glasses had slowly rolled further down her face, but she figured it was just because they always slid…not because her jaw was pushing further out into the air. That pink flush spread all across her face, only it wasn't from embarrassment. That same strange scaled texture had spread up to her face, nose flattening as it pushed out with her upper jaw. She shut her eyes as the glasses fell down on that snout before it slid further and further down, finally falling off of her longer face with a soft 'plop.'

“M-Mira needs her glasses!" She cried out, reaching out for them before she shivered heavily and let out a low, eager growl. Her whole body tensed before her back rolled, legs shifting out to the sides as the sweater seemed to be growing ever longer around her. Or…maybe the sweater wasn't changing? Maybe it was Mira that was getting smaller. The pink continued to grow out along her body, covering her like a new coat of armor before a lighter, almost peach shade grew in along her lower jaw. Her neck. Her chest. Her belly. Between her legs. Another shiver racked her body, maw opening as sharpening fangs pushed out into the air and her tongue grew out over her lip. A weak plume of smoke floated up from her snout, hands pushing down into the floor and scratching through the carpet as she had to shift her body from the large growth pressing out of her spine. She knew what it was at that point, but it was impossible to wrap her mind around. The scaled length poked out from the comically large sweater, thumping on the ground as sharp spines slowly poked up along the top. Her tail was moving of its own accord, flicking and wagging and twitching with every pulse of heat that rippled through her body. It was like a constant wave washing over her, tingling down through the claws sharpening along her toes before flowing all the way up to the tip of her elongated ears. She knew that feeling, but never like this. It was…raw. Deep. Almost burning, like a spark. Like a flame.

Like a dragon's fire.

…only smaller. Even as she looked down through the neck of the sweater, she could see her entire body continuing to shrink as she shifted into something more draconic. Her breasts had diminished notably, but that pink and peach color flashed along them before rolling down her sides, wrapping along her waist, and even dotting her inner thighs. Her eyes were trained there for just a moment, eyeing herself. Watching the changes. Moving her hands to her changed chest. Groping them. Stroking them. Moaning with another yip as she bit down on her lip. The thoughts…the urges…they were impossible to fight. Impossible to ignore. “Mira…M-Mira shouldn't *yip!* r-right now…b…b-but…" Her body was begging her at that point, Mira shifting around as she pulled the sweater over her head and let it fall to the ground. It got tangled for a moment around her growing horns, but was quickly discarded on the ground as she sat there completely nude on the ground. Those pink and peach scales shimmered in the dim light of her home, head and waist and legs continuing to shift and change and warp with each passing second as more and more of her humanity faded away. Gave in to her new body. Was shaped by a force she couldn't understand. And she hadn't noticed it, but the multiple dragon 'Nisser' she'd purchased earlier that day had moved. At some point during the confusion, they reorganized themselves into a circle surrounding her. All pointed at her. All watching her. Waiting. And almost? Grinning.

“M…m-maybe Mira will…" Her hand floated down toward her body, claws and fingers trembling as the warmth radiated from her. As she got closer and closer, the air surrounding her new scales practically burned while the last of her skin was overtaken by the pink. Her legs shifted further to the sides, tail keeping her balanced as it kept growing out before Mira reached further and…gently…experimentally…made her entire body tense up as a heavy, overwhelming shiver overtook everything. Her eyes rolled up, letting out a long huffing gasp as her fingers rolled back and explored herself eagerly. The touch was…otherworldly. That heat immediately intensified, practically burning into a roaring flame deep inside of her as she leaned back and continued to stoke the embers of her desire. “M-muh…*Yip!!* M-Mira c-can't…rrrrrgh~" Her voice hardly sounded like herself, a bit higher and a bit squeakier as her new kobold body went through its final changes. Those horns pressed out further from the back of her head, her toes curling as she shifted her legs and felt her tail thump harder along the ground. Even her hair, much shorter and thinner than before, fell over her face as she drank in greedy breaths of need. Her free hand rubbed up her body, tracing her curves and the outline of her breast before a finger rolled along the front and brought another strained *Yip!* from deep within.

She couldn't tell if the changes had finished or not, but she was far too distracted exploring her new body to care. Her legs kept shifting and moving, Mira eventually falling to her side while her thighs hugged down on her hand. She used that for extra pressure, pulling out more gasps and yips and chitters even as she looked blankly out toward nothing. Her other hand made its way up to her breasts again and rubbed all over, yiping as those sensations continued to build higher and higher. Her new body felt unbelievable as she enjoyed it alone…but strangely enough. She wasn't alone. She could see one of those Nisser sitting down and watching. The pink one. The one she held last. It was completely past her comprehension at that point, her body shivering as she struck another cord and arched her back with a gasp. Her maw hung open, panting more and more with every light brush of her fingers against her need. Her desire. Her instincts. She wanted to serve, wanted to find her dragon. Her…dragon? No…no, that…wasn't right. But…Mira didn't know why it wasn't right. She was a kobold…and kobolds served dragons…she thought? “M-Mira…nuh…n-needs to…*Yip* ha-hahh…" She gasped more, knowing that it was absurd but unable to fight the thoughts. She was too needy. Too worked up. Too far to stop herself as her hand brought more of those gasping yips and shivering rumbles. Her thoughts were so caught up in her pleasure that she didn't have the energy to think through how this happened or if she should fight it. All she knew was she needed it. Craved it. Lusted for it.

Lived for it.

And with that final thought and one more shift, her whole body tensed for a moment before she let everything go. Her spine tingled and shivered, limbs going limp before that fire spread through every inch of her body. It ebbed and flowed, making her head tingle and her limbs twitch while she rolled over onto her belly. Her maw rested on the floor, soft yelps and yips accentuating every spark of pleasure that roiled within. It was past her comprehension, drinking down greedy breaths as her hand was squeezed between her thighs and continued to explore her new need. It didn't stop, flowing through her more and more as she spent more time rolling on the floor in her bliss than she ever had in the past. The minutes ticked by, that heat refusing to fade away as the Nisser surrounding her all seemed to dim just after she hit her peak. The light surrounding them slowly dissipated, another shiver rushing through Mira as this one was cold. As if something was leaving. She hardly noticed though, still drunk on her pleasure as she rolled around on the floor and made full use of her new body. But outside, as the snow started to blow against the windows, a few small kobold-like imps watched Mira from inside before smirking and looking back and forth at each other.

“Yip!! Nisser make dragon happy. Go pick up new sister nowquick. More Nisser for more prank, MORE PRANK!!"
