Veemon went for a ride a Kotemon drove him and Kiff on a trip to find weapons. They saw a hitchhiker waving at them as Kotemon just kept going. No one said anything as the man tried to give chase. They made enough distance to get away from him. Kotemon slowed down as vehicles were in the way. He started to head around and got stuck. Walkers suddenly surrounded the car trying to break in. All three of them remained calm. Veemon rolled down the window just a bit and shot one of them. Kiff killed them with ease. Kotemon killed some too using his sword. Veemon and Kiff got back in to drive up to some town. There were long peaces of wooden spikes all gathered together and bribed wire as well.

Veemon said, "This place is a death trap."

Kotemon asked, "You sure will find guns here?"

Veemon said, "I marked it on the map. There is a police station up ahead."

Suddenly gun shots were fired from one of the rooftops. Veemon, Kiff and Kotemon took cover and tried to fire back at the armored figure on the roof.

Kotemon said, "I'll try to get him."

Kotemon went further off to the side coming around the building. The firing stopped for a moment. Kotemon got up to the roof from the back and Veemon aimed but then stopped. Veemon saw the figure come out and ally. Kiff moved off the other side as Veemon kept firing from beneath cover. The figure got closer and Veemon was about to spring out but then Kiff and from the other side and shot the figure in the chest. Kotemon joined them as the stood over the fallen body. Veemon removed the mask and his eyes widened as he couldn't believe who it was. It was Stitch.

Kotemon asked, "Are you going to kill him."

Veemon said, "I knew him...Reemon knew him. I remember everything they did with each other. If it wasn't for him I might have never made it back to the real world. I would have been torn to bits."

Kotemon asked, "So what do you want to do?"

Veemon said, "Come on."

He started to pick Stitch up and they came up to a welcome sign. Kotemon stopped them and then lifted the sign to see spikes underneath.

Veemon said, "Thanks."

They proceed upstairs and got past a trip wire set and right near the top was a bloodied up axe. Kiff followed behind them also making sure not to set off any traps. They entered the floor too see all the guns stashed against the all around the room. On the walls were writings and several of them said clear. They put him on the bed that was there. They started taking ammo.

Kotemon said, "I don't like this."

Veemon said, "Were waiting until he wakes up."

Kotemon said, "Look around, he's dangerous."

Veemon voice raised, "Were waiting."

Kiff said, "Well then I'll get the crib from that baby store."

Veemon said, "There is no way your going alone."

Kiff crossed his arms, "I can take care of myself."

Kotemon said, "I'll go with him."

Kiff started to head out, "I can do it myself."

Kotemon asked, "Does that include carrying the crib? It's most likely going to heavy. I'm going with you."

Kiff said, "Fine."

Kiff went back down and started to head for the store.

Kotemon caught up, "What are you trying to prove?"

Kiff said, "Nothing, I just meant that I had this handled alone."

Kotemon said, "That's careless to even say and even more so to try."

Kiff said, "Look you're new here as far as I'm concerned. You don't know what I've been through."

Kotemon said, "You lost someone you cared for then."

Kiff asked, "What?"

Kotemon said, "I know that pain all too well."

Kiff said, "Fine, help take out that walker then."

Kotemon saw the walker coming in. Kotemon went in and Kiff tried to run off. Kotemon stabbed it then saw Kiff run off at the corner of his eye.

Kotemon said, "Damn it."

Kotemon rushed up as they came to the store.

Kiff yelled, "Look I just needed to do this alone ok."

He kept walking past the house further up north.

Kotemon caught up, "You past the baby store."

He went up to the place him and Yill were held up for some time. Kiff slid the door opened and peaked in to see walkers just dormant almost. Kiff took out some of the caged rats he took and threw them in to distract the walkers. They took the bate and Kiff sneaked in and Kotemon prepared taking out his katana slightly. Kiff said, "Dammit."

Kotemon said, "I understand now. You wanted it that bad to remember. That's fine. Thing is you didn't want my help but you can't stop me from helping you. So enough bullshit, you want that picture?"

Kiff asked, "Yeah."

Kotemon said, "Then stay here and keep the door closed."

Kiff said, "But..."

Kotemon interrupted, "If you want it then we have to work together. Stay here."

Kotemon went around the other side. Kiff pressed against the door. Only moments later Kotemon returned with the picture in his hand and handed it to Kiff. Kiff smiled, "Thanks."

Stitch finally awoke and Veemon stood there then turned slightly.

Veemon said, "You remember me don't you."

Stitch muttered out, "Everyone is dead. They all where faced of the dead, it isn't clear."

Veemon said, "I'm not dead. I'm right here. I here because of you, what you did with Reemon..."

Stitch pulled back, "Veemon?"

Veemon asked, "Where did you go?"

Stitch said, "I went back to the islands ofHawaii. A plane came in and a report of infected was talked about. Lilo died before that...She just turned like that. She tried to bit me. I had no choice, I had to shoot her."

Veemon looked down, "I had to shoot my own father."

Stitch said, "Thing is whatever this is, that was when I learned we all have it. It doesn't even take a bite. No, no that just speeds up the process. We are all in infected."

Veemon said, "That can't be right..."

Stitch yelled, "I saw it happen with Lilo and most of the other humans. I have no one know. I am truly alone."

Stitch was motioned back in fear as Veemon looked passed him pulling up his gun seeing Yill again. Veemon yelled, "Just get out of here! Goo! You sick fuck I don't want to see you!"

Kiff slid over and grabbed Stitch out of the way as Veemon shot the wall. Veemon shock his head and cried and kneeled down, "I'm sorry."

They started to head out. Kotemon stopped Veemon as Kiff lead Stitch to another area.

Kotemon asked, "So you see someone do you?"

Veemon looked down, "Yeah. It's Yill. I know she's not really there..."

Kotemon said, "Its ok. I used to talk to someone I knew too."

Kiff pulled Stitch to the side.

Stitch said, "I can't go..."

Kiff said, "Reemon isn't dead."

Stitch asked, "What?"

Kiff shifted uncomforted, "I saw him. Once like Veemon and him were one as how I am with him now. Reemon is inside me..."

Stitch asked, "How can you even tell?"

Kiff rushed up and kissed Stitch and said, "Because I still love you."

Stitch body started shaking, "It can't be. Just go I can't be seen with you like this."

Kiff looked down, "One day maybe..."

Kotemon got in the car and pulled Veemon in. Kiff caught up and got in as well. They drove back along the way to see the hitchhiker had died. Kiff looked out the window so spaced out from everything. Veemon till was still so distraught.

Stitch started stacking up the bodies of all the Walkers killing them. He looked in the grass to see a black sliver of goo.

Stitch grunted, "Damn it Reemon. I can't keep doing this...Angel..."

Stitch stood there crying but sucked it up. He went back to his house. Kotemon continued to drive Veemon and Kiff back.
