The True King of Egypt 2
The museum halls were silent as two men dressed in suits walked down them, one of them holding a portable television while the other had a bottle of champagne. Both of them had been attending the gala that was going on in the main hall of museum's atrium, but had stepped out to check the results of their latest betting ventures. "Ah man, I can't believe that you actually won on that game Chatan." The younger man said right before taking a drink from the bottle. "The timberwolves were slated to get crushed."
"Just lucky I guess." The other man said with a grin, adjusting his tie in pride. "You still have that Eagles game that's coming up tomorrow Aaron, have a chance to make some pretty good money off of that."
"I guess." Aaron replied, passing the bottle to his friend as they got to the doors of the atrium. As they got there both of them paused, hearing strange sounds that both of them could easily identify as being of a sexual nature. "What in the hell did we miss?"
"I don't know, but I don't like it." Chatan replied, hunching down as he quietly made his way up to the doorframe. Aaron quickly followed, trying to stay as quiet as his friend as they moved up to the door frame. As they reached the entranceway both men slowly peaked around, and when they did they quickly jerked back to the cover of the wall as they exchanged shocked glances.
The party had devolved into chaos; the band and servers had been transformed into giant, shiny black anthro crocodiles as they continued their tasks of playing music and serving the guests while a massive, well-hung latex crocodile sat in the middle of it all with a smirk on his face. The guests themselves also had started to gain reptilian features as well, though the more shocking observation that most of their friends had stripped their suits and dresses off and had begun to pleasure each other. Some had hardly begun to change, those who were near the back merely kissing their partners, while one lady of some repute had a shiny black tail swishing back and forth as a server took her mouth and another man slid in and out from between her butt cheeks. The reason it wasn't in her vagina was because it had vanished beneath a layer of black latex aside from her clit, which had ballooned out into a very phallic shape between her legs.
"What the hell are you two doing?" The two men suddenly heard behind them, causing them both to spin around and see a waiter with a black crocodile mask on and a tray of snacks in his hands.
"Do not go in there!" Chatan replied in a hushed voice as he took a deep breath to try and calm his now-racing heart. "Something real weird is going on there, we need to call-"
"Whatever guys, I'm late back from my break as it is." The server interrupted dismissively as he looked down at the champagne bottle they were holding. Before the two could get out another warning he walked right past them and into the atrium, getting about two steps in the doorway before he let out a loud gasp and dropped his plate to the ground with a loud clang. At first it looked like he was about to bolt, but a sudden calmness swept over his body and his pants began to tent. Aaron took a quick peek into the room and saw that the huge crocodile creature was staring right at him, grinning as the mask the server wore began to twist and warp.
Aaron urged for the both of them to go, but Chatan was so astonished by the transformation taking place right in front of him that he hardly heard him. The black scale pattern of the mask stretched as the edges began to take a fluidic quality, two small tendrils pushing into his ears and causing the enraptured man to shudder. He began to grope himself as his pants tented out, his bulge growing bigger as his entire body began to grow. The already tight-fitting clothing strained against the new musculature, the seams popping on his pants as his impressive nine-inch member flopped out of his ruined crotch. As the server's hand, each finger tipped with a black claw, darted down to the hard shaft as the former server's head turned towards them with gleaming yellow eyes.
Chatan stood mesmerized by those eyes, a small voice in his mind commanding him to come inside the atrium. His own mental voice shouted no, but every time it did the alien presence seemed to worm towards it and dampen its cries. Images of the massive crocodile began to flood his mind, a godly body complete with a godly cock as his he felt his own member begin to stir...
Aaron shouted at Chatan and shook him roughly by the shoulder, finally snapping him out of it enough for them both to start running back down the hallway. The changing human thankfully didn't seem to have the capacity to follow them as they bolted towards the security office. They panted and struggled to catch their breath as they pounded on the hard wooden door. Inside they heard the sound of some people shouting, and after several more insistent knocks a larger man opened the door.
"What do you two want?" The security guard said angrily, holding a set of cards in his hands. "You should be in the atrium with the other guests, not wandering the museum-"
"You have to help us!" Aaron shouted. "There is something really fucked up going on at the party!" As the flustered man continued to try and explain what they had just saw two more guards showed up at the door, all three of them looking at the two of them with more than a slight bit of skepticism.
"All right, we will take a look." The original guard said, pointing to a slightly taller man just behind him. "Joe is going to stay back with you two, and if this doesn't pan out then you're both going to be taking drug tests to find out what you're on that could make you see something like that."
The two men just nodded, watching as the three security guards put down the cards they were playing and started out into the dark museum hallways. "You guys had better not be lying." Joe said as he watched his two co-workers start down the hallway, flashlights shining on the polished stone. "Your gallery director paid us quite the bonus to make sure that the party wasn't disturbed by our security sweeps. Even made us take down the cameras for the night."
"Wait... don't you think that request was just the slightest bit unusual?" Chatan asked.
"We thought so, but we don't get paid high enough to object." Joe replied with a bit of shrug. "Besides, if the museum coordinator okays it then there's little... what the?"
Joe was cut short as the three of them saw several figures approaching the two guards before they even had a chance to turn the corner, the light from their flashlights glinting off black skin as the two men told them to stop. The figures seemed intent on doing the opposite however, as soon as they were shouted at the creatures broke into a run, gaining on them before they even had a chance to turn around. The three watched in shock as the muscular creatures lifted the guards like they were rag dolls, even as the two men fought back they merely ignored the glancing blows and dragged them off while two more looked at the rest of them with a hungry glint in their eyes.
"Dear god..." Joe gasped before the three of them turned to run, the security guard pushing them through the stairway doors before locking them behind him. "Keep going!"
Aaron and Chatan did not need to be told twice, the two young men running through the utility hallway before they reached the doors to a large storage room. They could hear the sounds of wood splintering echoing down the hallway as the guard joined them, his hands trembling slightly as he stuck in the correct key and wrenched the lock open. Once they were all inside Joe closed and locked the door as well, the heavy fireproof doors clattering slightly as he made sure that it was secure.
"Alright, now where?" Aaron said nervously as he looked around.
"Actually... we're kind of trapped I'm afraid." Joe replied. "This is the vault area where all the high-insurance items are kept. The doors are strong but unfortunately there's only one way in and out." The guard held up his hands as the other two glared at him. "But there is good news! There's an emergency phone in the back for times when things like this... well, sort of like this, happen."
"So our plan is to just... wait here and call the police?" Aaron asked incredulously. "Besides the fact that I don't think we'd survive until they got here, I'm not sure what they could do against a giant gay rubber crocodile. God, even just hearing that last part come out of my mouth makes me think I'm crazy, I can't imagine what they're going to do once they hear this."
As the two continued to argue with each other on the futility of their situation Chatan decided to look around, the Native American man something that could help them with their situation. Most of the crates were already boarded up and sealed for shipping, but as he continued his investigation he found several shipped from Egypt that had been recently opened. Most of it was just ornamental stuff that most likely the museum rejected for the exhibit, but as he continued to shuffle through the straw and other filler a pair of silver bracers etched with a feather pattern on them. The identification tag that went with them described them as dedicated to Horus, found on an ancient statue where they had also found the Sobek relics.
"Horus..." Chatan whispered, holding the bracers to his chest. "If you're out there, we could really use some help here... they put your statue in there for a reason, they must have."
As he closed his eyes and sighed he suddenly heard something that caused his body to stiffen. It sounded like a voice, a mere whisper in the wind yet he could hear it perfectly. It was not his friend or the guard, a quick glance back revealed that the two men were over by the emergency phone trying to contact the outside world. Plus the voice sounded... otherworldly, continuing to whisper its desperate message in his mind.
Put them on... we must speak...
Conflict rose in Chatan as he looked down at the bracers. Even though it seemed that his prayers were answered the fact he had already seen the corruptive effects of one Egyptian god. Could it be possible that he would merely be compounding the problem by setting loose another of their kind on mankind? He hardly had time to ponder the situation too much as the three suddenly heard a clang of something hitting the door, causing a sizeable dent in the structure. With the enemy at the gates Chatan took a deep breath, and as he let it go he clasped the bracers onto his forearms...

Meanwhile the two guards that had been captured found themselves in the atrium, surrounded by a small horde of shiny black-scaled crocodiles that continued to party. The band continued to play as food was still brought out from the kitchen, though instead of the usual dancing and mingling a much different activity was happening between the males. A growing number of them however started to hover around their location as the two were dropped unceremoniously in front of the largest of them all.
"Greetings humans." Sobek said with a grin, watching as the two continued to struggle against the beefy men that held them in a kneeling position. "Welcome to the party."
"What have you done to these people!?" The older of the two guards named Antonio said as he tried to get up, only to be immediately forced down again.
The huge crocodile laughed, his voice booming in the atrium as the others followed suit. "I merely remade them to serve a higher purpose... the same thing I'm going to do to you." As his white ivory eyes locked onto the struggling human. "I can see into your thoughts... a man who has lost his purpose and foresight in his life. Would you like for me to give your life a new direction?"
The guard was about to respond when their gazes locked onto each other, the human's body shuddering as his eyes went wide and his mouth opened in shock. The second guard could do nothing but watch as his friend's body began to shake, the whites of his eyes beginning to overtake his iris as a tent in his uniform began to form. The two crocodiles that held him smirked at each other before their claws went to work on his shirt, slicing the cheap material off of his body and revealing the man's out of shape physique.
"Don't think I forgot about you." The other guard heard as his vision was ripped away from the sight of the other human's body by a scaly hand under his chin and set on a chiseled eight pack right in front of him. "You are different from your friend, you still have quite the spark of life in you, a thirst for power, and an... appreciation for the male form, am I right Simon?"
The man gasped slightly, not only from the fact that the massive reptile knew his name but also his sexual preferences. "What... who are you?" Simon asked, his entire body shaking not only from the fear of the situation but from the sheer force of power that radiated from the god-like creature in front of him. "What do you want with us?'
"My name is Sobek, little one." Sobek replied, grinning as he watched the human's face turn red. "The new god of this world, one that you will help in shaping. Now I'm going to offer you a choice, one that your friend was obviously too stubborn to ever accept. If you choose to follow your friend you will be turned into one of the many servants that I have acquired. If you follow me I can promise you that the rewards will be far greater. You will become my acolyte, one of my closest followers... a body and soul so powerful that you will be like a demi-god to those beneath you. All you have to do is give in of your own accord to my power."
Simon swallowed hard as he considered his options, however few they were. The hulking crocodile had been right, he did have a want for more power and adventure in his life. The only reason he was a security guard was that he was trying to put himself through college and it fit into his schedule. What Sobek offered was tempting, but he knew that like anything else in his life there would be a price. But as he glanced over at his friend, still frozen in position but now completely nude, he realized that the price he would pay for refusing his offer would be even more costly. "What must I do?" Simon finally asked, ushering a clap from the crocodile that nearly deafened him.
"Well, I think a simple test is in order first." Sobek said as he pulled the human up, clasped him by the shoulders, and turned him roughly around until he faced the other security guard. "To prove to me that you have what it takes to wield the power I'm going to give you I want you to turn him into one of us. If you can then you will take your place at my side, if you can't... well, you will face a similar fate as your friend. Now let's get you out of those clothes and started on the task at hand, hold still."
Simon shuddered as he felt the crocodile god slash through his uniform, mere millimeters from his skin as the tatters fell away from his body and revealed his toned body. Unlike the other guard he had not let his body apathy, going to the gym whenever he could to make sure that he was in shape. As his naked body stood amidst the growing band of rubber crocodile men he saw the eyes of his guard return to their normal coloration.
"Simon? Simon!" The guard shouted as he tried to run for it, the two crocodiles flanking him hardly moving as they held him place. "Simon, make a run for it and get help! Stop standing there and get help for god's sakes!"
Simon didn't move as he watched the fury of his friend in front of him continue to rage, though with the strength of the creatures it was mostly a blustering effort at best. He felt the warm, rubbery skin of the crocodile against his back as the god whispered something in his ear in a language that he couldn't understand. Whatever Sobek was doing seemed to be having an effect on him, as the human continued to watch Simon he began to see bright lines of white shimmering around the other guard's head.
"Simon!" Antonio shouted futilely, his strength ebbing as the fight was slowly draining from his body. He saw a strange look on his friend's face as Sobek continued to stand behind him, the bewildered guard watching as the whites of his eyes began to creep into the human's irises and even into his pupils. It was more than that though, Simon's eyes began to take on an iridescent sheen as they continued to stare at him. The older guard's anger turned to fear as he saw the demeanor change on Simon's face, the younger man's demeanor growing placid and calm. "Whatever he's doing to you, just fight it..."
"Why should I fight it Antonio?" Simon replied, his hands reaching out towards the balking human.
"This is something that we always wanted..." Sobek whispered into Simon's ear, watching as his new acolyte began to manipulate the strands of consciousness that he saw.
"This is something that we've always wanted." Simon repeated, feeling the power as he held onto the memory strand of his friend. It was an exhilarating experience, watching his friend's face slacken as he could see the mental images in his mind changing. Sobek also saw the mental manipulations, smiling as he watched his new protégé insert a fictitious conversation about how they wished someone would come by and take charge of their lives and give them a purpose in their otherwise pointless existence.
But Sobek was not content in merely guiding the human he held through the motions; the crocodile god looked at Simon's mental strings and found what had attracted him towards the human in the first place. It was the thirst for power, Sobek grabbing hold of the spectral line and filling it with his influence.
Simon let out a gasp as he felt the very core of his being become flooded with corruptive energy, his eyes blackening as a smile began to form on his lips. The human began to 'realize' that true power came not from climbing up some corporate ladder or scrambling for money... it came from the domination of men. He could be like the pharaohs of old, dominating the slaves beneath them... no, not like a mere mortal leader, he could be a god amongst them. Yes, he thought as he focused his own energy on the other guard, with Sobek behind him he could rule the others like he did...
"Good..." Sobek whispered as he watched the human's thoughts darken with his corruption, the crocodile god transplanting memories of his conquests into the human's mind in order to hasten his thrall's rising power. As he did so he placed a hand on the human's already ridged member, his own godly rod already pushing against the man's backside. A thin dollop of black pre had already formed on the tip, smearing it against his latest convert's hole...
****************************************
When Chatan opened his eyes once more he no longer was in the dank basement of the museum; a hot, dry wind blew across his face as he found himself on a sandstone balcony overlooking a desert landscape. In the distance was what appeared to be a city, the buildings shining as though made of metal as he carefully looked over the edge of the balcony to the sand far below. "Quite an enchanting sight, isn't it?" A voice said that made the man jump, a clawed hand clasping onto his shoulder to keep him from tumbling below.
Once he regained his composure Chatan looked over at the man who stood next to him, his mouth opening slightly in both shock and awe. The creature stood nearly a foot taller them him as he leaned against the balcony's edge, his form a mix of human and Egyptian falcon complete with wings that flapped slightly in the strong desert breeze. The strange man was also dressed in traditional Egyptian garb, a bright blue loincloth hanging between his legs adorned in a belt of bronze and leather that was partially hidden by his sandy brown feathers as a taloned hand fiddled with a gold ankh necklace around his neck. Chatan was at a loss for words, though in the back of his mind he knew exactly who stood next to him.
"Horus..." Chatan finally whispered, the hawk man nodding slightly with a slight grin on his beak. "But... I didn't think that you really existed. I thought Egyptian mythology was just a... well... myth."
"All truth eventually becomes legend when subjected to enough time, Chatan." Horus replied, the human slightly surprised at the mention of his name. "When the others and I withdrew from your world that was our intention, to leave a mere outline of our footprints behind. Sobek, however, had other plans for your world, and as a result we sealed him away with ancient magic before we left. It appears that his evil has been released unfortunately, and if given enough time will wreak havoc across your world like a plague. That is why the others and I left relics behind to prevent such a fate from happening."
"But why not just go down and fight him yourself?" Chatan asked, the question causing Horus to turn away grimly.
"The tunnel between worlds is not an easy thing to cross." Horus replied. "It took all our strength to leave your planet, and even then we did not have enough energy to take the trapped form of Sobek with us. Now the passage has decayed so significantly I fear that going through it just once would cause it to collapse completely. The only reason that you are here now is that with the bracers I'm able to shift your spiritual form here, your body still resides in your world."
Chatan tried to ask another question, but the Egyptian god quickly shook his head to stop him. "You do not have enough time to tarry, even now the danger at your doorstep is bearing down on you. If they convert you before we're done then this is all for nothing and I have failed. I ask you this only once Chatan, do you wish to become my avatar and stop Sobek from corrupting and destroying your world and everything you love?"
It wasn't a hard choice for the human, with what he had seen in the atrium he shuddered at the thought of it spreading to the rest of the world. "Yes, I will." Chatan replied stoically. "What must I do?"
"Open your mind and receive my gifts." The god said, Chatan closing his eyes as the rough, scaly hand pressed against the skin of his forehead and guided him down into a kneeling position. When the human was in place the hand ran through his long black hair to the back of his head, Chatan closing his eyes as he heard Horus speak in a language he guessed was Egyptian.
Horus watched as the human's mind opened up before him, tendrils of consciousness swirling around him as his talons brushed against some of them. He soon realized that the one before him had been touched by Sobek's power, one of the lines darkened slightly from the exposure to the crocodile god's magic. At first he went to remove it, but as the sharp claw was about to slice through it he realized that he would be wasting a potential advantage. The god instead drifted over to where Chatan was expressing fear and doubt and began there, cutting it away and replacing it with a golden strand of his own power. The human shook slightly beneath his grasp as he felt the change, his body shivering as Horus connected those golden lines to the sense of accomplishment and bravery that the human was experiencing.
"I apologize for this intrusiveness." Horus apologized, Chatan unsure of what the god meant until sudden images flashed before his eyes. Images of battle and training flooded his mind, the human's heart racing as he was given tactical and fighting knowledge as well as insight into the mystical and the arcane. It wasn't just seeing the stances either, he began to 'remember' things like studying late into the night with Horus in a room filled with ancient books or fighting another hawk warrior in the training arena. Part of him knew that these memories weren't real, but the longer he knelt there the more this other life seemed to overshadow his own. As he continued to watch his new life unfold before him another significant change seemed to take place, in the beginning it was his human form that was seen studying or training but as the memories continued on his body began to adopt the appearance of the god before him, shifting subtly but noticeably until near the end he had realized that all his training was for the purpose of becoming a hawk warrior just like his brethren.
Once it appeared the human had adapted to the role that Horus had given him there was only one thing left to do; the hawk man plucking a feather from his arm and touching the tip against the human's arm in the same place. Almost instantly the area began to bulk up, the feather attaching seamlessly to his skin before more began sprout out next to them. The muscles underneath the new covering bulged and writhed as his arm bulked up but not overly so, retaining a litheness to it as the changes spread up to his shoulders and chest. The fabric of his suit began to tighten around his frame as his body swelled, the buttons of his white shirt popping off and revealing broad pecs and washboard abs before they too were awash in the sea of feathers that cascaded down his body.
"Ahhh..." was all Chatan could muster to say as his body matched the self-image in his mind. The sensations he experienced was more pleasurable then he had ever experienced before in his life. He felt his belt give way as his waistline and groin expanded, the changes accelerating as they reached his feet. The leather of his shoes ripped as black talons emerged, followed by his feet as the skin grew yellow and scaly.
The most important changes though had just begun, the feathers creeping up his neck as his mouth opened in a silent gasp. His lips began to push out and harden as they turned yellow, his neck thickening slightly as his hair fell out and became replaced with more of the thick feathers that covered the rest of his body. "You have been reborn as a Brother of the Hawk Chatan, arise and receive your vestments." Horus said as he took his hand off the former human's head and allowed him to rise.
"Thank you." Chatan said in reverence. With a wave of his hand the Egyptian god made the suit on his newest warrior shimmer and disappear, replaced with a set of leather bands and a similar white loincloth with a bronze and leather belt just like Horus. At his side hung two bronze ko'pesh and his hands held a spear and shield.
"These weapons are for the others, since in both of them beat the heart of a warrior." Horus instructed as the god and balcony began to fade from Chatan's eyes. "The weapons will tell them how they need to be wielded, they just have to accept it. The bracers are for you, they will give you access to the magic that I sense inside you. Good luck..."
Suddenly Chatan was back in the basement, the sound of roaring filling his ears as he took a startled breath. As he looked down at himself he found that the changes that had taken place in the strange spirit realm had also happened to him in real life, complete with the weapons that Horus had given him. His first thought was how his friend and the security guard were going to take his sudden metamorphosis, but as he looked around he saw that his change were the least of their worries. Both men had their backs braced against the steel doors as the metal shuddered from the force of the creatures beyond it.
"Catch!" Aaron and Joe looked at Chatan, their looks of horror turning to shock as the falcon man hurled the weapons towards him. Aaron managed to catch both ko'pesh while Joe fumbled with the spear before gripping it tight as well. "Good, now stand aside..."
Both men were at a loss for words, but as Chatan once more gestured for them to step aside they quickly did so. Without their weight against it the steel lock snapped easily, the two massive crocodile men barging into the storage room. When they saw the hawk warrior it caused them to pause slightly, unsure of what to make of the situation until they shrugged their shoulders and continued their charge anyway.
"Sands of Egypt, aid my fight..." Chatan whispered, speaking in Egyptian as the bracers on his arms began to glow. The rubber crocs were only two steps away when suddenly they were pushed back by a sudden force, their eyes stinging as they were caught in a small whirlwind of stinging sand. "Now!"
Aaron and Joe did not need to be told twice, gripping their weapons tightly they lunged forward at the two disabled reptilian men. Unfortunately their enemies were not completely incapacitated, as Aaron slashed down the croc swatted it away, darting down and biting Aaron on the shoulder. At the same time Joe pushed forward, the other rubber creature also deflecting the first thrust. The security guard quickly countered however, twisting the spear around in a tight circle before thrusting forward again and pushing the blade into the crocodile man's abs.
"Ha! You think mere blades can stop us!?" The wounded Sobek warrior said as he looked down at the one who pierced his hide. "Our god has made us invincible! Your puny weapons can't... can't..." the latex croc's cocky attitude quickly evaporated as the black rubber of his skin grew even darker, losing its luster. As he put a scaled paw to the area he realized in horror that it had turned hard as stone, the hardening quickly spreading outwards. "No! NO!" The crocodile man shouted as his swaying tail became immobilized, his legs frozen and his now rock-solid arms unable to remove the blade from his abdomen. He let out one last roar that stopped midway as his throat and jaw were set in a permanent scream.
The second Sobek warrior looked over, his concentration broken as he saw his frozen friend standing in a near statuesque pose. This gave Aaron enough leeway to wiggle free from the crocodile's vice like grip, Chatan creating a flash-bang like effect that stunned the black reptile even further. With his mobility restored Aaron retaliated with a series of slashes that his opponent could not defend, the wounds quickly petrifying over like the other. Within a few seconds a second crocodile statue joined the first, its body frozen with his hands over his eyes still.
"Well that was fun." Aaron commented between heavy breaths, grimacing suddenly as he fell to his knees. Chatan raced over and tore the suit where his friend had been bitten, seeing his entire shoulder covered in the same black latex as the muscle beneath began to bulk up. "Damn... all that work just to become one of them..."
"Not if I have anything to say about it." Chatan replied as he placed his hands just inches away from the spreading infection, closing his eyes and drawing on all the power he could as he whispered. "Horus, lend me the strength to purify my friend..."
Aaron just watched as the hawk man's hands began to glow, the strange warmth that had been permeating his body growing even hotter. Slowly the latex began to recede, feathers sprouting up underneath it as the wound was healed. The muscle that had grown underneath it remained, though once the power receded the spread stopped as well. It gave Aaron a very strange look as Chatan opened his eyes and examined his shoulder again, breathing a sigh of relief when he saw that the corruption had disappeared. "I'm very glad that worked." Chatan said.
"Chatan? Is that really you?" Aaron asked as he was helped up by both the hawk man and the guard. "What the hell happened?"
"Hey! What's going on here?!" Joe suddenly shouted, both Chatan and Joe looking over to see the guard looking over his hands, feeling his thickening skin as short black claws began to sprout from the tips of his hands.
"You are holding weapons that belong to the Warriors of the Hawk." Chatan explained as he regarded both men as they examined the subtle changes that happened to their bodies. "If you so choose you can abandon them and the changes will fade, though I highly suggest that you keep them until we get out of the museum filled with Sobek's minions. Once we have escaped I will explain everything, including what will happen if we do not stop the crocodile god's plans... but now we must hurry, these two will not stay frozen forever and if we are captured then this world will be truly lost."
