She is one of the force's many stronghold members (alongside Verona, and other comrades), working to take down high-level criminals and other dangerous law-breakers. She herself is reputed for her high rank, and her high success rate in action.Foxy appears as a simple red fox; red, with cues of black on the forearms and forelegs, and white on the tip of the tail. Her eyes are a simple green, with slit-type pupils. Her tail is large, and oddly wispy and flexible, being able to coil it once around herself. There are times, however where seemingly more than one tail shows.Foxy is accustomed to wearing a blue-plethered uniform resemblant of something between law enforcement wear, and more formal clothing. It is a one-piece gown, colored a light blue, with black striping up the centers both front and back. This attire is paired with glossy black boots, a blue police-style hat, and her insignia badges lined upon her torso. Her weapon: "Creed", is usually wrapped up by her hip.
Foxy is generally somewhat perky, yet collected. She at times can become clever and sly with her iron wits, and often can crack some staggering remarks and statements. This trait makes her job somewhat more convenient if she can outwit others to get the desired result. However, her job aside, this can label her as something of a tease to many people. When it comes to her job as a law woman however, she takes all seriousness to it.History:Despite being in New X now, Foxy was born, and still technically resides in the town far away from her station, and could only visit there a few times a month. As a child, she was often know for her mischievous behavior that many found amusing. One day, however, she seemingly changed, as she had desire to pursue a dream of hers.When her dream of making it into law enforcement came true, she spent her latter years away from home, and now only visits on occasion. During this period, it is said that she'd become obsessed with chasing down wanted outlaw, Tanuki Take'ichi, to the point that she even tried taking him down while off-duty. Despite this, her failures to apprehend him are countless, and to this day, heads the specific operation in order to capture him, yet still only to fail...
Weapon: CreedWeapon Type: BullwhipDiscapline: Task Force Standard Self-DefenseBattle and Abilities:Foxy is a trained officer in the Special Task Force, knowing self defense and tactical placement during arrest. As well, she can efficiently use whips as a weapon of choice. Because of this and her high-success rate at work, she's commonly a subject of fear for both criminals and
co-workers alike. Although she can wield unyielded variants of whip, she prefers to use her trademark bullwhip, "Creed".Spanning 11' 5", Creed has an incredible range comparable to those of pole weapons. Like most whips, the weapon is composed primarily of braided, coiled rope, with a combination of thin, knotted cotton thread, and thin, metal, mini-barbed wire at the end. With a bit of weight pressed into the holding end of the whip, whipping is slightly easier, as well as the base being slightly harder, helping to provide bludgeoning at closer range.Her skills in whip cracking and meleé combat make getting hit by this weapon especially painful, yet barely lethal. If placement is right, she can also grapple her whip around appendages of her opponent. Her self defense and tactical training help her fight in close hand-to-hand combat in many cases, especially when using the whip proves too impractical.
With this in mind, whips only have a slim effective range, so using it for whipping can be difficult if the opponent isn't at an ideal range from her. At that, the whip is a soft weapon, and very bendy and pliable. Not only is whipping oneself a potential hazard, but the flimsy structure of the whip can make it rather unideal for things such as striking as a bludgeon, or blocking attacks, although the flexible solid base near the handle and base counteracts this to some degree (the pliability near the handle is harder than the base of the actual whip). In such cases as having to strike with the whip as a bludgeon as well, the whip's long length may also make it rather hard to control when swinging. However, this also depends on the whip in question (in the case where she may not be using Creed).
