The boys walked home in silence. It wasn't because either of them felt awkward but because they were both afraid to let words ruin such a beautiful moment. Every once in a while, they would glance at one another and smile. Gone were the awkward, furtive glances of the past; they were replaced by a loving, open gaze through which both wolves communicated their affection without a need for words.

As they made their way back to Jake's house, Danny quickly grabbed the other wolf and pulled him into a deep kiss. Jake was slightly surprised, but he wrapped his arms around Danny and returned the gesture.

After they finished kissing, they looked at each other in a moment of silence. Just then, Danny broke the silence.

"Jake. Did you really mean the words you said back there?"

Jake looked surprised to hear that. "Of course I did. If I hadn't, why do you think we're here now?" Jake said smiling.

Danny smiled back and looked at his phone. 7:46 it read. "Well, I have to get home now. It's way past dinner and my mom's probably worried. I'll catch you tomorrow at school, k?"

Jake simply nodded and kissed the wolf one more time before they parted.

Danny made it in time to his house and quickly went in. He tried sneaking in quietly and hoping he could make it to his room, but his mother caught on pretty quick.

"Mind explaining where you've been, Danny?"

"Oh hey mom. I'm sorry I was late. I was helping Jake because he recently broke up with his girlfriend whom he'd been for a very long time. He looked like he needed my support, so I helped him."

"That's awfully nice of you," His mother said. "Next time, just tell me you're going to be late. You know how I get worried."

"I will mom. Anyways, got any dinner? I'm pretty starved."

"Yeah, food in the kitchen. Make sure to heat it up before eating it."

"Okay, thanks mom." Danny made his way to the kitchen, heated his food, and ate it. After he was finished eating, he quickly went up stairs and took a long, hot shower. He started thinking about what happened. He and Jake kissed. Even after what happened, he still couldn't comprehend it. But, he was happy he got to share his feelings with Jake; especially with a kiss. He remembered how warm that kiss was, how both wolves explored each others tongues, just thinking about it aroused him.

Now, Danny understood; he understood why kids felt the need to stop in the middle of the hallway and try to stuff their tongues down each others' throats - the feeling was phenomenal. It was like orgasm from all those nights before but longer lasting, more passionate. It filled him with warmth from the tips his ears all the way down to his footpaws, forcing out all the fatigue, sadness and self-doubt.

Danny quickly finished his shower and went to his room. He lay in bed thinking, what's going to happen next? Many questions spiraled around his mind, but just thinking about everything that just happened just caused a stirring in his sheath.

"Oh, what the hell." Danny said taking over his boxers to reveal his hardened sheath. "Might as well celebrate."

With that being said, he started tenderly stroking his growing maleness.

Danny never considered himself to be much into masturbation, but thinking of Jake, it just turned the whole subject around.

Each slow stroke sent waves of electricity through his entire body which made him shiver and moan, pleasingly. He wanted to make this feeling last forever -- he wanted to feel this sensation forever, but his mind was no longer in control.

He then began to stroke faster. Up and down, faster and faster he stroked. His tip had already begun to leak of seamen, which made everything lubricate nicely. As he began to feel the climax, he imagined Jake's hand there instead of his. He imagined Jake licking his chest, and then finding him to go lower, and lower. He wished this sensation would never end. Finally, after a few glorious minutes of stroking and panting, it happened. His back arched, his muscles tightened, and the lightning storm inside his body escalated beyond anything he could imagine. With a throaty moan, Danny released himself all over his paw and stomach. The sensation was so unbelievable, Danny moaned loudly. He tried keeping it low, but he couldn't withstand the sensation.

"Danny, hon. Everything alright?" Danny heard.

"U-uh, yeah mom! Everything's fine."

"Okay, just wanted to make sure." He heard her mother saying; walking away.

For several minutes, he just lay there panting and enjoying the warm after-effects of the orgasm. Any doubts he may have had lingering in the back of his mind were released with the rest of the warmth that now covered the beige fur on his stomach.

As the sensation feeling ended, and his sheath started to retreat, he decided to clean up before falling asleep. After he finished cleaning, Danny drifted into a nice, relaxing sleep.

======================================================

School went by like a breeze as always. He attended his first 3 classes and went to lunch. Danny was excited to see Jake since it was the only time of day they actually had time to spend together during school hours. Danny got his lunch and quickly went around the quad to check where Jake was at. After a while of looking, he just sat down and ate his lunch. He was pretty disappointed about not finding Jake, but he can cope. Just then, he heard Jake calling to him. When he turned, he waved and saw him walking towards him.

"Hey Danny!" Jake said smiling, sitting down with him.

"Hey Jake!" Danny said, returning the smile.

"So how were your classes?" Danny asked Jake.

"Oh you know, the same as usual."

As they began to conversate, they saw a big shadow covering their sunshine. When they turned, they quickly noticed it was some of the basketball players from the team. "Hey Bryce," Jake said. "Hey, Jake." Why aren't you sitting with us? We always hang out."

"Today I didn't feel like it." He said. "Just talking with my friend here."

"Ah, your boyfriend I see?" Danny was trembling. He didn't know what to do, he just sat there waiting for the next thing to happen. "Hey Bryce!" A loud bark came from behind them. "Why not leave them alone, and find yourself a couple of real friends? You still have a couple of minutes before the next class, so why not hop to it?"

With that being said, Bryce and his boys left, muttering a curse under his breath.

"Hey guys, you okay?"

"Yeah, thanks Josh. Those guys are really becoming such jerks."

"Oh, it's no problem. Just let me know if they bother you again, k? I can get them kicked off the team in a heart beat."

"Yeah, we will, thanks. Oh yeah, and I'd like you to meet my friend, Danny."

"It's nice to meet you Danny" Josh said extending his paw.

"It's nice to meet you too, Josh." Danny extended his paw and shook it.

"Well, I best be on my way, I don't want to be late for class when the bell rings." Josh then turned the opposite direction, and left.

"You sure have a nice friend" Danny said. "Yeah, he's one of my bestfriends. Don't know what I could do without him."

Just before Danny could answer, the bell rang.

"Aww, it rang already." Jake said in a disappointing tone.

"It's fine, I'll see you later after school."

"Yeah, I guess so."

"Hey, after practice, wanna head down to the smoothie shop?" Danny asked in a cheerful way.

"Yeah!" Jake said cheerfully.

Danny couldn't help but smile. "Well, I'll see you later. I don't wanna be late for class!" Jake said running off towards his class. Danny didn't want to be late either so he swiftly picked up his tray, threw it in the trash, and ran to his next class.

Once practice finished, Danny went over to the gym. When he entered the gym, he saw the players were still practicing. To kill time, he went towards the bleachers and sat and watched. He noticed it was a 5 on 5 game being played and watched carefully. He then noticed Jake was at the far right corner side of the court. "Must be a point-guard." Danny thought. One of his teammates past Jake the ball, and he dribbled the ball swiftly down the court. Each step he took, seemed like a delicate dancing pattern; like a ballerina. Jake then stopped, jumped in the air, and went for the shot. Danny was amazed at his stance. His arms rested on the ball, in a comfortable way, as he released the ball from the 3-point line; making it. He was amazed by his skill at basketball. He never knew he could play that well.. He now knows why he was one of the best basketball players in his freshman year. The coach then called the players up, and told them practice was over. When all the other players went towards the locker room to get changed, Jake noticed Danny in the bleachers. Danny saw him and waved. He swiftly made his way down the bleachers platform and went down to greet Jake.

"You played so well" Danny said. "I never knew how awesome you were! I see why you were the best during their freshman year."

"Oh.. It's nothing, really." Jake said; turning his face away to disallow Danny to look at his embarrassed face.

"Anyways, you should probably go get changed. You reek." Danny said in a playful way.

"Yeah, thanks for the compliment." Jake said. He then wrapped his arms around Danny. Danny looked surprised. "No need to worry, no ones here to watch us." With that being said, Jake kissed Danny passionately. The kiss lasted for a few minutes, until their muzzles parted. "Okay, you should really shower. You really reek." Danny said covering his nose; laughing.

"Yeah, Yeah I know. Thanks for telling me, Mom." Jake then went toward the locker room to get changed. Danny then stopped outside only to be greeted by the cool, fresh breeze of mother nature. Danny knew he was happy. But he was still afraid.

"Afraid of what?" His inner voice said. "This is the best thing of yourself, and you're afraid?!? I mean come on now, you should at least be happy."

"I am. Really, I am. I'm just afraid of getting ridiculed. I love Jake.. But.. I don't like to hear what others think of me, or us."

Jake then opened the door and came out of the building.

"Ready to head down to the smoothie shop?" Jake asked.

"Definitely." Danny said.

Danny then forgot all his feelings, and held Jake's hand.

"Lead the way." Danny said. Both boys then started walking down the streets toward the smoothie shop, with no feeling of regrets. The only feeling they felt, was the feeling of holding eachother's hand.
