Hello everyone. I am a new member to SoFurry and I have been reading many stories and here and I've been waiting to publish my own! I am no english so if I make mistakes, please do correct me. It's my first story and I hope many enjoy it :).

The 3 dead man were lined up neatly against the wall of the board house. Cody Lambork, along with is fellow militant lover Zachary, each examined the dead men. Cody started with the man on the far left, and Zachary started with the one on the right.

Cody examined the bearded face, the dark, lifeless eyes, and the quarter-sized bullet hole that had penetrated the young mans head. All of this was too neat. It would have been the way Cody would have done it, but it had seemed it was far too late.

Zachary too saw the reselemblance of the quarter-sized bullet hole that had marked it's self within the mans head on the right. He could smell the attrocious musk smell of lifeless meat fill the room. Zachary looked at the middle man, he too had the quarter-sized bullet hole straight in his head.

"This seems too perfect." Cody had said.

"Yes, it looks as if you could've done it, love." Zachary replied covering his nose from the foul smell. He made his way towards Cody and gave him a peck on the cheek.

"Can we leave now? My nose is going to die from the smell. We can report this back at HQ, hopefully we'll have some lead."

Cody gave a nod of approval and both lovers exited the small board house building out towards the jeep.

As they both walked, Cody wondered how it went down in there. As an expert in the military for over 20 years, he could have a good guess on how it could have gone down.

The assisination must have been a well coordinated, and organzied assault. Security was probably breached, phone lines cut, and cameras disabled. Though they were in Iran, security could have at least been a little better.

Though this has worried Cody, he wasn't too worried as long as Zachary was with him. As a tough wolf, Zachary stood at 5-foot-10. He wasn't too tall, or too short for him. He had beautiful crimson eyes that would always glisten when they made eye contact in the night sky. His eyes were like his lantern in the night, without them, he would be forever lost.

But even without his mates beautiful eyes, both males had the muscle and strength to handle situations even on their own. 20-years together in the military really gave them a large advantage with muscle and strength. Though he knew they were strong in physics, he knew that they were both weak in emotion.

Cody, on the other hand was different looking. He stood at around 5-foot-8 with sapphire blue eyes. He hadn't always liked his eyes, but when Zachary told him he looked handsome with his eyes, he couldn't help but blush. Oh how he loved his handsome wolf.

The blazing sun beat down on the lovers heads, but it did not slow them down. Both have been to many countries around the world, so they were quite used to the weathers they'd encounter. Zachary looked at Cody and put his arm around his neck.

"Hey, love, do you think the attack back at the board house could have been a distraction?" Zachary asked, looking at the sun.

"What do you mean?" Cody asked slightly tilting his head in confusion.

"Well, all 3 men were killed by only 1 bullet from what we saw. And all 3 bullets were perfect shots. It wasn't any militias, or amateurs as we saw. If it was, there would have been empty hollow bullet shells scattered all over the floor. But that wasn't the case."

Zachary was correct. If it had been any Iranian militias or soldiers, he knew they'd just shoot all their bullets at once, but there were only 3 shots and they all hit the mens head with a clean, perfect shot.

"This probably could have been the work of an assassin, one exceptionally expert in the field."

This had worried Cody, he had started to shaken up.

"You're right. All 3 shots were clean and perfect, and there was no sign of forced entry or struggle. It seemed from what I saw, it was a Nine-Millimeter for all 3 of them."

"So no signs of struggle or forced entry, 3 dead bodies, 3 accurate shots... It's really suspicious." Zachary said wiping sweat of his forehead.

"This means that the assassin could still be around, probably watching us."

Cody's comment made both male lovers stop dead. They examined their enviornment but found it to be empty. The only sound that was made was the sound of the wind blowing sand around, and the sound of their hearts racing.

They both gripped their AK-47's with all their might, and hide behind a broken down car. They knew someone was watchin them, and that someone was out to kill them.

"Do you think it's "The Beast" HQ has been talking about?" Zachary said with a worried face.

"If it is, then we have to be EXTREMELY careful. This man, or woman, has killed many casualities in a split second. Most of them died without even knowing."

The facts of "this beast" had really shooken both males up to the point they weren't sure if they were going to make it our alive or not.

At that split second, they could hear a single gun-shot fire and a piece of flesh being pierced. Zachary looked up at Cody and fell to the ground.

Zachary could hear Cody shouting his name, but it seemed too late. As the echo started to fade, Zachary could feel himself lose concious.
