And so it begins! The Ultimate Furry Crossover begins in earnest at last.

Bear in mind that this first post is intended to start the process of narrowing the focus of the series. Since the very nature of this sort of project means there are a massive number of possibilities, I had to deliberately limit the number of possible members of our starting group, simply to make the story manageable. This will almost certainly mean some very hard choices for you, the readers, for which I deeply apologize.

While this author has a very general overarching plot in mind, the tone and flavor of the story itself, what characters will receive the most screentime, and the direction that we take in order to reach each plot point - or even if we go off the rails entirely - is left in your, the readers', capable hands.

Choose. But choose wisely.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oF2UrYSDb3k

Ultimate Furry Crossover: An Adult Choose Your Own Adventure

Entry 1: Path and Character Selection

By Gideon Kalve Jarvis

Copyright Disclaimer: All copyrighted characters that appear in this series are owned by their respective creating companies. No profit is made by this work.

The basic rules for this interactive adventure are as follows:

1) This is an adult-rated adventure. This work will contain adult content, and this can easily include consensual sex, rape, impregnation and pregnancy, voreaophilia, BDSM, slavery, prostitution, various other deviant behaviors, general violence, character death, and other unpleasant subject matter, and as such should not be viewed by minors, whatever age that might be in your country of residence (generally below the ages of 18 or 21). The exact content of the story (including the presence of m/f, m/m, f/f, and various other pairings) is left to the interaction between author (still me) inspiration and reader participation, and so all readers should be aware of this open-ended nature.

2) All major decisions as to the course of the plot and the actions of characters will be decided primarily by reader voting and participation, coupled with percentage chances of success. Unless otherwise noted, it may be assumed that our base chance of success in any endeavor is 40%, which may rise or fall based on our other decisions and circumstances. Besides the voting options that will be provided, readers may also make their own suggestions of courses of action. The author reserves the right to veto any and all suggestions, but will try to incorporate as many as possible into the course of the story.

3) This interactive story will continue until the end of a chosen plotline, or until reader or author interest wanes. The author will indicate when a plotline has reached its end, whatever that might be. Be advised that "bad ends" are possible, especially in the case of total party incapacitation or death, though these sorts of endings will generally also be accompanied by a vote for the readers about whether to continue the adventure with a fresh party until a "good end" is reached, or to really end there. All reader choices that will lead to a "bad end" result will be clearly labeled as such, so there will be no ambiguity.

Besides these more generic rules, readers should also know the following rules regarding interspecies breeding compatibility. First, humans are cross-compatible with everyone, including humanlike species (such as elves, asari, Mushroom Kingdom inhabitants, and similarly smooth-skinned species). Second, furries are cross-compatible with other furries (including scalies). Third, other aliens are incompatible with different species, unless meeting one of the two rules above. As an incidental side note, humanoforms are highly sought-after as slaves by various illicit organizations and individuals.

Introduction :

Recently, there have been strange rumblings from the dreaded Selected Universe realm of Dark Space, but little actual visible activity. The Space Pirates of Dark Space, in fact, seem to have reduced the number of their attacks on the spaceways, and the militaristic vestiges of both the Venomese lizards and Toad Empire forces have grown suddenly and strangely quiescent. Even the constantly warring Mutants of planet Plun-Darr, in the magic-heavy nexus galaxy of Limbo, have gone strangely quiet, temporarily drawing back their forces from the semi-constant war between them and the Thundarians. Organized crime across the entire SU, in fact, has taken a sharp downturn for several months now. Perhaps this drop in activity by these malevolent forces is a good thing. Perhaps it's just a precursor to worse things to come.

At the same time, spies for the Aniverse, working on the boundary between the Sol Imperium and the Realm of Magic, where those realms draw closest to Dark Space, have discovered quiet meetings between two powerful figures who live in those realms: King Bowser Koopa of the multi-world Koopa Kingdom, and the Dark Queen Maleficent of the planet Agraria, which she shares in relative peace and quiet with a small human-ruled protectorate tied to the Sol Imperium. While Bowser is well-known as a conquering power, who only refrains from galaxy-spanning domination due to having had his plans regularly thwarted by various do-gooders, Maleficent is an almost totally unknown factor, and her exact capabilities and potential military might are obscured from the best that Aniverse intelligence can bring to bear without extreme hazard. There are rumors that these two might be meeting with other figures of importance, especially the astonishingly wealthy (and unrepentantly ruthless) business mogul Shere Khan.

Again, at the same time, there has been word on the streets of numerous planets that a bounty has been put on the heads of numerous figures of royal blood, specifically young and beautiful princesses. The bounty is for those taken alive, only, and is payable upon delivery of the kidnapped noble. Who set such a bounty is unknown, as whoever they are, they are working through numerous go-betweens and false fronts. Surprisingly, such a desire for those of royal blood wouldn't be nearly as difficult to fulfill as might be expected, due to the large number of nobility present in the galaxy-spanning kingdoms of the Big Three.

These three seemingly unrelated events have made some well-connected persons in the Big Three regions of space (the Sol Imperium, the Realm of Magic, and the Aniverse) slightly nervous. A much larger scheme is suspected, but what it might be is completely mysterious, as no overt proof of what might be going on exists. In the hopes of stemming any potential troubles that might arise from whatever is afoot, the Big Three have sponsored a secret diplomatic meeting between members of several of their royal houses, to build up trust between the planets of the Big Three in the face of any potential future conflicts. Strangely, these greater powers have decided that the diplomatic envoys should be headed by princesses from the various space nations.

We start our adventure with one of these diplomatic envoys. Since this mission is supposed to be multi-cultural, to improve relations between the Big Three space nations (so as not to waste the opportunity for improved intergalactic relations, just in case everything turns out to be a false alarm), there are no restrictions on who might find their way onto our starting ship. All that is required is for us to select a captain and crew, an escort for the diplomats, and, naturally, the diplomats themselves. Once we have our characters selected and ready to go, the stage is now fully set for the adventure to begin.

The following choices need to be made by readers. Please vote on the following bolded and underlined headings, and don't forget the final vote way at the bottom. All votes will be decided by a general majority, with a coin flip to decide any ties.

Power Level

Choosing our power level will strongly influence the overall tone of the adventure ahead. Stronger characters will tend to succeed more frequently, having greater powers and more competence, while weaker characters tend to fail checks more frequently, and are less competent overall. There are power levels listed for both protagonists and antagonists, so that you can give the author a more precise idea of how you'd like the overall story of the adventure to play out.

For example, Krystal and Supergirl are about to be ambushed by a mixed group of gamorreans, sharpclaws, and skaven in an old ruin. Some of the villains are armed with kryptonite weapons, as they were expecting Supergirl. Three basic possibilities exist for how such a scenario might play out, including the sex scene that would come after.

1) The heroes are higher-powered, and the villains are lower-powered: the bad-guys tried to sneak up on the duo, but Supergirl's senses easily picked them up, and she promptly closed to melee before they could bring their weapons to bear, with Krystal disarming the ones with kryptonite, allowing the duo to swiftly mop up the opposition. Returning to the Great Fox after the battle, and still riding high on adrenaline and the rush of victory, Krystal engages in a steamy threesome with Fox McCloud and Fara Phoenix, while Supergirl watches via x-ray vision from a nearby room. Samus Aran and/or Falco Lombardi may or may not make an appearance, based on reader preference, walking in on the teenaged superheroine right as she starts to pleasure herself.

2) The heroes are the same power level as the villains: the bad-guys avoid Supergirl's super-senses with skaven stealth, but Krystal, with magical attunement, senses the subsequent approach of the gamorreans and sharpclaws at the last moment, placing the combatants on an even footing. The fight that follows is anyone's game, with the skaven able to attack from stealth as a wildcard factor, while the others brawl it out.

3) The heroes are low-powered, and the villains are high-powered: the skaven start the assault by using kryptonite-based darts to weaken Supergirl, attacking from ambush and taking the pair totally by surprise. Krystal manages to keep the skaven at bay for a while with her magic, but before Supergirl can recover, the porcine gamorreans and saurian sharpclaws charge, and swiftly overpower the pair, stripping the kryptonian and cerinian down to bare pink skin and naked blue fur. Bound to poles like spoils of the hunt, the defeated pair are carried back to camp, where they are gang-banged for hours (and very likely impregnated) by filthy rats, greenskinned pigmen, and hyper-muscular dinosaurs, before being collared and branded as slaves. If we continue to follow these characters, while their bellies grow round with their pregnancies, escape options would then become available to the readers, as would options to find out who leads the bad guys, from one of the best positions possible for such discoveries...though not necessarily so good for getting out of such a position.

Now understanding the impact power level has on the adventure's overall tone, please vote for the power levels you like best:

Protagonist Power Level:

High/Medium/Low

Antagonist Power Level:

High/Medium/Low

The base chance of success, all circumstances being equal, and not including any specific abilities of the characters in question, is 40% (typically, circumstances plus character abilities would make this percentage chance much higher). In general, each level of power difference between the challenger and the challenge (be it an obstacle or an opponent) will mean a plus or minus 10% chance of success, plus the addition or subtraction of additional bonuses due to changes in character competence.

Power levels may be changed later, if readers call for a recount vote. The author is unlikely to make any such suggestions, requiring readers to take the initiative if they ever become unhappy with the initially-selected power levels.

Character Selection

Now on to character selection. The following character options are available (with series or franchises in parentheses):

Princesses

Select 3 total princesses from the following options. These are the members of the diplomatic team being escorted. The regions of space from which these princesses come are listed for informational purposes, and should not be construed as a limitation on selections. Please note that not all princesses are created equal, and while some could easily take care of themselves in an active combat situation, others tend to be much less effective, or even ineffective. Additional options listed in parentheses only need to be selected if you vote for that particular princess.

Note that all characters, regardless of canon age, are aged up into puberty and sexual maturity as a minimum for this series.

Please also bear in mind that characters not presented or selected here and now may easily appear later on. So, if your favorite character wasn't listed as an option, or didn't win the vote, don't despair: there will be plenty of chances for that character's appearance later on.

One Last Vote

Most normally feral characters (such as Pongo and Perdita, Balto, Spirit, Simba, etcetera) are going to be portrayed as anthropormorphic humanoids instead, to make their integration into the spacefaring setting of the present adventure more smooth. Similarly, all characters are corrected and equalized for size; thus, Fox McCloud, for example, would be able to look Samus Aran in the eyes, more or less (Samus is a very tall woman, after all), rather than being roughly two-thirds her height, as he is portrayed in Super Smash Bros.

However, the My Little Pony characters are a special case, since all of them, even earth ponies, can manipulate objects perfectly well, despite not having hands. Which leads us to the vote:

Should My Little Pony characters be anthropomorphic or feral? Yes/No

A Final Word

Finally, please feel free to list characters you'd like to see appear later on, or character races in the case of more general series, such as Mass Effect or The Elder Scrolls or Guild Wars. All such suggestions will be noted for later, and recorded for inclusion at the earliest possible opportunity. Anthropomorphic characters will be given higher priority, but not to the complete exclusion of non-anthropomorphic characters.
