Zack sighed, he knew that the best chance for the crew would be to vent the atmosphere, but he couldn't bring himself to kill several hundred people. He didn't have it in him to cause death on such a scale. Instead with a few commands he sent a large power surge to the secondary generator. A few seconds later he felt the ship rock as a powerful explosion erupted inside it. Even though he was prepared for it, the force almost threw the golden rabbit to the floor, his gun slid off the console he had placed it on while entering the commands.

As Zack bent over to pick it up the door opened, the rabbit dove for the blaster only for a heavy boot to land on his back, "ha! I see that idiot Karlos couldn't even take care of a single escapee. Pathetic really." The rabbit looked up right into the barrel of a blaster, behind it he could see the sneering lupine face of Digsy. "Get on your knees scum." The wolf snarled lifting his boot and motioning with his blaster.

The rabbit knew that there was no option but to follow the wolf's orders slipping up onto his knees. He could hear alarms blaring, no doubt the ship was in chaos as everyone scrambled to repair the damage the rabbit had cause. His perfect distraction was in full force. With a quick glance Zack looked for some way to escape the wolf.

"Give me one good reason why I shouldn't just shoot you in the head," Digsy muttered an evil grin plastered on his muzzle. Zack's heart raced as he realised the wolf wasn't bluffing, he was just toying with him. Sooner or later he would take pleasure in the rabbit's death. His eyes drew down to the wolf's groin and he felt disgusted in himself, his lust bleedthrough could take over at the most inapproprate times.

Then it struck him, a way to distract the wolf and get himself a few extra minutes, it might even let him get his paws on a gun. His eyes returned to the wolf's crotch and he licked his lips, it was a not so subtle sign to the wolf. Zack struggled to remember if the wolf had a lust bleedthrough, he certainly had seemed that way given his advances on Qerry.

"Ha! Well if you are good for one thing it's that, "the wolf laughed as he reached down with his empty hand to pull down his fly. Digsy pulled out a hardening lupine cock. There was nothing for it, he had to stay alive anyway he could, just until he could figure out just how to get his hands on a gun.

The rabbit leaned forward and then froze as he felt the cold barrel of a gun pushing to his temple, "if I feel teeth your brain will feel the light of day, understand?"

Suppressing a whimper he nodded very slowly and carefully, as his paw reached out. The shaft felt warm and firm in his paw. With his eyes closed the rabbit let his lust bleedthrough take over his mind and before he knew it the lupine's cock was in his mouth and Digsy was groaning in pleasure as the rabbit bobbed his muzzle fast on the cock. Karlos spat on the body and snatched up a gun, he had bided his time for as long as he could before making his move. "Next time you stun me, I'd better not wake up you little shit!" Snarled the badger as he pulled the rabbit to the floor. "I assume that is good enough proof of my loyalty to the crew?"

"I... I ...sorry...I," stammered the rabbit in disbelief.

"Oh stop babbling like a moron, grab a gun and come on, whatever you did looks like our time to rescue the crew is now. Put it on kill, we ain't got time to pussy about and combat armour will dissipate most of the energy of a stun setting." The badger snarled as made for the door.

Zack looked about and grabbed his fallen gun, switching it to the maximum power setting. Then his eye caught the engineering console. Suddenly an idea struck him, leverage, maybe they could blackmail their way out. A few simple commands was all it took and he had something set up. "Hurry the fuck up you back stabbing fuck!" Karlos snarled.

"I didn't know if I could trust you, you could have been leading me into a trap," the rabbit muttered as they left.

The badger rolled his eyes, "little tip for the future you stupid bunny bitch; when bad guys have you completely at their mercy, locked on their ship surrounded by their troops they don't need to fool you they can fucking take what they want including your life. OK follow me and shoot any fucker you see"

With a roar the badger turned, a blaster in both paws and began to run. Zack gripped his gun tightly and followed, he was amazed by the badger's skill with a blaster. He gunned down a squad of troopers without even slowing down. Fortunately they weren't expecting pirates loose on the ship, their guns had been at their sides and as Zack ran passed he tried not to notice the sights, sounds and smells of their burning corpses.

Karlos charged like a man possessed, shouting abuse with each shot, "take that, fuck you, oh no you fucking don't." he screamed as he gunned down another squad. Zack's ears twitched and he spun around, just in time to see a door open and a trooper step through. His black armour erupted in smoke and flames as a blaster bolt caught him in the chest. The rabbit's eyes went wide, adrenalin surging through his system like never before. His gun barrel smoked as a second soldier came through, Zack's second shot went wide, but Karlos got him. "Nice shot, we're almost to the cargo bay. Come on!"

There was no time for the rabbit to dwell on the person he had made a corpse, they weren't people, not anymore, they were what was trying to kill him. They were monsters, it made it easier to think like that as the two ran, alarm bells ringing, new ones, an intruder alert.

With a joint battle cry the two burst into the cargo bay, Zack got one guard in the shoulder, Karlos gunned down three more before the rest even knew what was happening. As they turned to bring their guns to bear the guards failed to realised how bad their tactical situation was. Dozens of angry furry hands and claws grabbed them from behind. The fight was over in moments and the guards dead, or captured.

"Karlos!" Deju shouted with a broad grin. "You're late!"

"Yeah sorry, the bloody bastard rabbit stunned me!" The badger replied with a smug smile as the pirates armed themselves with the guards weapons. "Right I checked they have a dropship, but...well look even with the greatest pilot in the universe at the helm..."

"That's me," shouted Mike the sunbear pilot of the Harrier.

"We can't outfly this bird unless we cripple her before we leave," Karlos continued ignoring the sunbear's interruption.

"Or we could try and blackmail the captain," Zack added allowing himself a smug smile as he held up a small device. "I rigged the life support systems. We press this and most of the ships atmosphere will be vented, save for hear and medical." The rabbit enjoyed watching the shocked look on the pirates faces. "Hey I'm an engineer, I can cripple any ship easily."

Deju reached out a paw," I just press the button?"

"Yes I figure we call the captain and... " BEEP! The fox's finger cut the rabbit off and Zack's jaw hung open as he realised what the fox had just done. "You... you."

"I'm now the captain of the pirate destroyer the Harrier, Mark 2." The fox replied with a shrug as if killing hundreds of people meant nothing to him.

"I.. you... how could... I..." It was turning into a day when forming sentences was very difficult. "Why?"

"Why?! Did you think they would let us go, the second they found out we had this one of their engineers would figure out how to stop us, you gave me an advantage I used it. "The fox replied with a snarl and then his eyes softened and he placed a paw on the rabbit's shoulders. "Don't feel bad, this is war. You heard the captain, the Navy just hit every pirate ship they could. Think of the colonies, you realise what will happen if the pirate fleet is taken, everyone will starve. You parents will starve, everyone you grew up with, dead. With this ship we have a chance."

"One ship?" Zack asked in a whisper. "How can we replace the pirate fleet with just one ship."

"We can't, but we can go one better, we can give the colonies a planet, a fully terraformed planet!" The fox announced and the it hit Zack. In all the turmoil he had forgotten about the device. "I know where they are building it and with the ship... we could take that terraforming ship, pick a colony world a big one and give one giant fuck you to the Elitists, the pirate fleet might be dead, but we can have our revenge and save the colonies all in one. Or you can go, anyone who wants can take a shuttle, head for the core, head for home, head for anywhere you fucking like really."
