Micro May Day 5: The Littlest Reacted
This story's prompt was: Forgotten micros, government secret. Two people investigate a mysterious disappearance on a military base. This is also one of the few of the stories that don't really focus on erotica.
"A few months back, there was an explosion that took out a good chunk of a nearby military base. The strangest part was that no one was found dead but missing instead. I'm here today to explore this abandoned base to try to find the truth of what happened on that day." I finish reading out my intro as my friend stops recording. "How was that?"
"Good, but what if someone finds out?" My friend replies nervously.
"Relax; this place has been cleaned out and abandoned for over a month. There isn't anything left, I'll bet, but our fans will eat this up." I walk forward looking for a place to take our next shots as he struggles behind me, still scared about getting caught or what really happened all those months ago.
"Here's a good spot; you can see some of the wrecked buildings!"
He starts to record as I begin to speak again. "So, dear viewers, what do you believe happened on that day? Many people speculated that they were working on some kind of weapon that got out of control. The effect was somehow making them vanish off the face of the earth. Other people say it was some kind of alien attack. I'm not sure, but who knows? We-"
As I'm talking, a hatch from the ground opens up, and two people dressed in all black come out. One is a wolf, and the other is a labrador with gold fur. Both are very ripped men.
"What are you two doing on government property?" The wolf coldly asks.
A little afraid, but still mindful of the rolling camera, I try to get closer to ask them something. "Oh, this is a great turn of events. Would you two have time for an interview?" They both look at the camera. The labrador gets closer to my friend while the wolf comes to me.
"You shouldn't be here." The wolf says as the labrador smashes the camera.
"Hey!" my friend calls out. They then pull out some kind of strange gun, and before either of us could react, they shoot and things go black.

I wake up in a sprawling city, confused.
"Welcome!" a gorilla man greets me. All of our clothes are gone, but it is a fuzzy memory how many I even had now.
"Hi? What happened?" I ask
"Don't worry, it happens to all the new arrivals. Come on, I'll get you settled in." Something felt off, but you had a hard time remembering what. I looked over to someone else being dragged off on another path; something looked familiar, but I couldn't put a name to them.

Meanwhile, the wolf and the labrador seal up a dome over a tiny city. "The intruders were dealt with. Return to your post." The wolf said. The labrador walked away as the wolf locked the door on their smallest secret they were tasked with keeping.
