Bits 'N' Pieces

A new story! Ever the great friend, Sami decides to take Jordan out to enhance his experiences as a newly modular fur. Of course, that means Sami gets to have his fun at Jordan's expense.

Ever since he had become modular, Jordan had been stunned to discover that he was far from the only one. The weasel had been able to reach out and find others like him, all able to fall apart and rebuild themselves in any way they wished. It appeared that Sami’s store was far from the only one that dealt in magical transformations.

Pushing back from his desk, Jordan took his headset off and stood up, stretching his arms above his shoulders. He had just finished talking to a modular friend he’d made; a deer from the other side of the country. She had told him about a store that was meant to be in his city, one that catered exclusively to modulars. More and more of these speciality stores had been opening up as the new transformations were becoming more prevalent. Modulars, multis, hypers, all had their own specific needs and those with the skills to do so were making sure those needs were met.

Taking a few steps away from his computer as it started to shut down, Jordan shuddered as he felt a pair of lips around his cock. He almost stumbled, hands instinctively going to his crotch in a habit he hadn’t been able to train himself out of. Nothing was there, just bare fur without any trace of the cock and balls that should have been there.

“S-Sami, what have I told you about doing that?” he called out, holding one hand against his crotch as he started to cross the room towards the bedrooms. He could feel the mouth clench around his cock as the otter laughed, even if he couldn’t hear it yet.

The otter frequently stayed over at Jordan’s house now, it being much closer to work for the aquatic mustelid. That said, Sami would often find absolutely any excuse to stay over, if only for the sole reason of tormenting the modular weasel. The easily detached cock was a particular favourite of Sami’s, though Jordan would also often wake to find his head in Sami’s arms, body still left in his own bed.

As he expected, Jordan found Sami in the spare bedroom, sprawled across the bed with the weasel’s cock in one of his mouths. What he didn’t expect was to find Sami completely naked, his crotch just as bare as Jordan’s.

“Is there a problem?” Sami asked, grinning as he slowly took Jordan’s cock from his mouth.

As always, Jordan wasn’t quite sure where to look, settling for a spot between Sami’s two heads. He made no attempt to retrieve his cock, knowing that Sami was quicker than him. And less prone to falling to pieces from the wrong impact. “Yes. I’m about to go shopping, so I’d rather you not do that when I’m out,” he huffed, crossing his arms in front of his chest.

Immediately Sami sat up, holding Jordan’s cock in his lap. “Shopping? Where abouts?” he asked, using both heads to speak alternatively.

“Heard about a store for modulars in the city. Wanted to go and check it out,” the weasel said.

“Mind if I join you? Wouldn’t mind having a look myself,” the otter replied, carefully lifting Jordan’s cock up and placing it on the bedside table, on the opposite side of the room to the weasel.

Jordan shrugged. “Yeah, sure. Do you mind giving that back first though,” he asked, pointing to his cock.

Sami grinned with both heads. “Nah, I think it can stay here for now. In fact, I have a good idea,” the otter said as he swung his legs over the side of the bed and stood up. He approached Jordan, pushing the weasel out of the room and closing the door behind them.

Jordan attempted to back away, but Sami grabbed hold of his wrist and started pulling the weasel towards the kitchen. “I should… go get dressed first,” Jordan stammered, trying to pull back still, but the otter wasn’t having any of it.

“Why? What have you got to hide?” Sami said, one head glancing down to the weasel’s bare crotch. “That’s what my idea is. We go there naked and I pay for whatever it is you want to buy. Deal?”

“Only if you do so as well,” Jordan said, speaking before he had chance to truly think about what it was he was agreeing to. He didn’t have a chance to take back his words before Sami agreed, holding out his hand for the weasel to shake. Knowing he had no choice but to go with Sami, Jordan bit his lip and ran one hand down his crotch.

A few minutes later they were ready to leave. Sami had a small backpack slung over one shoulder, but apart from that neither wore anything at all. The otter strode down to the road without any sort of shame evident, while Jordan followed a few paces behind. The weasel was bright red beneath his fur, eyes wide as he stared at everyone they walked past. But though they had a few curious cursory glances, no one at all commented on their lack of clothing. It was as though not having any genitals was enough for them to pass as decent. The longer they walked, the easier it was for Jordan to ignore the fact he wasn’t wearing any clothing. By the time they made it to the bus, he had pretty much forgotten about it entirely. If anything, Sami’s two heads got more attention than their bare crotches.

If anything, the thrill of it was actually turning Jordan on. It took all of his resistance not to start rubbing his crotch again. His distant cock twitched a little, uselessly hard. Thankfully for the weasel, the bus ride wasn’t a long one. Their stop was right in the middle of the city. The busy lunch rush was in full flow, and mixed amongst the normal folk was the occasional altered person. A few extra heads or legs here and there as well as a few more exotic forms, the magical transformations were certainly starting to gain popularity.

They found the modular store easily enough. Bits ‘N’ Pieces was a large department store right in the very centre of the city. Jordan didn’t know how they could be doing enough business already to justify the massive rent costs. Either they were hoping business would pick up dramatically soon, or the modular movement was already popular enough that they were earning more money than the weasel had anticipated.

Appearing much like an ordinary department store from the outside, Sami and Jordan approached the shopfront and peered in through the windows. What appeared to be ordinary mannequins lined the windows, but on closer inspection the weasel was surprised to discover that each was made of a mix-match of various body parts, all seemingly made of flesh. From mammalian to reptilian to avian and everything else, there seemed to be few types of species that wasn’t represented in the shopfront alone.

“Come on, let’s go inside,” Sami said, tugging on Jordan’s arm with enough pressure to pull the weasel’s arm away from the shoulder. The otter bashfully pressed the arm back in place. “Er, oops. Sorry.”

Jordan rolled his eyes, pressing his fingers to his shoulder to make sure the arm was properly secured back in place, before leading the otter towards the shop’s front door. “Try to stay out of trouble, won’t you?”

“Trouble, me? Wouldn’t even dream of it,” Sami replied, his speaking head doing a passable impression of looking shocked, though his second head ruined the already thin façade by giggling.

Shaking his head as he stepped in front of automatic doors, he shivered as a strong blast of air-conditioning washed over his naked body. Rubbing his arms as he hugged himself, he glanced back at the otter, who had also shivered a little from the sudden cold. “Still fine without clothes?” Jordan muttered. Sami just stuck his tongues out.

Bits ‘N’ Pieces was large enough to rival most department stores. The weasel quickly counted around a dozen other customers in the store, and almost as many staff. About half the customers were obviously altered in some way, though whether the others were merely more discreet or simply curious, Jordan couldn’t tell.

Picking up a small store guide pamphlet from a display of them just inside the door, Jordan quickly scanned to see what he could expect. A large portion of the brochure was dedicated to a new line of reptilian body parts they’d just acquired, whilst the rest showed off their new custom-tailored clothing that allowed for even more limbs than even before. Almost hidden off to one corner was a small map of the store, showing just where everything was. There was so much more than Jordan could have ever imagined.

A mouse with four arms approached them, her white shirt bulging with what was quite clearly three breasts. Her long, fleshy tail whipped around behind her, branching off into two about halfway down. The little badge on her shirt said her name was Abby. She beamed as she extended a right hand towards both otter and weasel.

“Welcome to Bits ‘N’ Pieces! Is this your first time here?” she asked, giving the two mustelids a firm handshake, before gesturing with one of her left hands at the store in general.

“It is, yeah. Only found out about it yesterday,” Jordan said, finding it hard not to stare at the diminutive mouse before them.

If it were possible, Abby’s grin became even wider, especially when her eyes flicked down. “That’s wonderful to hear then. Glad you were able to find us. And I can tell exactly what you’re here to find. Lost something important did you?”

Jordan turned deep crimson beneath his fur, scratching the back of his head while Sami’s two heads both snickered. “Not exactly,” the weasel muttered, trying to slap the otter with his tail. “I know exactly where it is. More here to just look and see what you have.”

Abby wasn’t perturbed in the slightest, nodding quickly as she listened. “Ah, of course. Well we have a bit of everything really. And with our custom department, the only real limit is your imagination,” she explained. She placed a hand on Sami’s wrist. “So, why don’t you both come with me and we can get an account set up for you.”

Jordan nodded, allowing himself to be led away to the counter in the middle of the store. He longed to have two heads like Sami so he could take in everything around them. He noticed a pair of wolves trying on a new pair of arms, passing them over to each other to test them, their own original sets left detached on the floor. On their other side was a three legged horse attempting to pull on a custom pair of jeans, struggling with her middle foot.

The weasel was then forced to focus on the few forms Abby passed him. Mostly it was all filling in his personal information, but there were a couple of pages regarding the terms and conditions associated with setting up a customer account at Bits ‘N’ Pieces. There was nothing there untoward, so Jordan felt more than comfortable providing all that was asked. Sami also signed up, the otter noting that it would be a great place to get clothes for when he took on some of his more outlandish forms. It took them both around ten minutes, after which Abby instructed them to pass beneath a full body scanner, much like one found at airport security. Once that was complete, the mouse handed them both a membership card.

“Alright, you’re all set up now. Any parts that you purchase can be activated to your membership number, and all your modular parts have been added to your system,” she said as she started filing all their paperwork. Though Sami wasn’t currently modular at all, she explained that if he did choose to become so, then the system would automatically register that.

Once she was done, Abby clapped all four hands together as she beamed up at the two mustelids. “So, what can I show you first?”

Jordan stuttered, his mind going blank with all the numerous possibilities laid out before him. He honestly didn’t know what he wanted to look at first. Thankfully he had Sami with him. “Let’s have a look at some new limbs for you, shall we? Some legs and arms?” the otter said, resting one hand on Jordan’s shoulder. The weasel nodded dumbly.

“Good choice,” Abby said brightly. She led them towards one end of the store, which had stacks and stacks of arms just lying on the shelves, with a few more varieties held prominently in some of the display cabinets. “As you can see, arms are a pretty common entry level item to pick up. Not only are they relatively easy to control, but you’ll also find that having a few spares can be quite handy – if you’ll pardon the pun.”

Jordan remained silent, just nodding along as Abby spoke, his attention more dedicated towards the many possibilities before him. He hadn’t realised he’d be able to swap parts out for others, rather than merely using his own body parts. His mind boggled at just what was possible.

“So these are the generic mustelid parts, though of course if you wanted something more exotic, then feel free to take a browse around. Everything here is a trial piece, so it will work if you attach it to yourself for a few minutes,” Abby said, breaking through Jordan’s distraction with another pat on his wrist. “I’ll let you take a look yourselves, but if you need anything or have any questions, just call myself or Zachery over.” She pointed out another staff member not too far away, what appeared to be a wolf.

“You’re not just going to get more of the same, are you?” Sami said with a chuckle as Abby left them alone. The otter guided Jordan away from the mustelid arms. Then away from anything mammalian. Fur gave way to scales on the shelves as he was led into the reptilian section. “I know you love dragons, so how about something like these?”

Jordan yelped as his left arm was pulled from his shoulder and thrown against the floor. “Hey, I can still feel that you know,” he said, rubbing his bare shoulder as he stepped forward to look at what Sami was suggesting. Before he knew what was happening, his right arm was on the floor too, and the otter was holding two of the most muscular reptilian arms he had ever seen. Dark green scales were mottled with yellow, all straining around the thick muscles. Each finger was tipped with a sharp, black claw. They looked like they belonged on someone at least twice Jordan’s size, but Sami ignored the weasel’s protests and pressed the two arms against his shoulders.

The effects were instant. The new arms tingled for a moment, before bursting into life. The taloned hands, dangling down by his knees, clenched a few times before the weasel slowly lifted them up. They felt incredibly powerful and strong, though he needed to lean back a little merely to keep standing, such was the additional weight. Most unusual though, was the feeling of scales, and he spent nearly half a minute running the clawed fingers over his arms, feeling the deceptive smoothness of the scales as they rippled atop the muscles.

“Hmm, nah… too big,” Sami said, distracting Jordan from his inspections and pulling the arms off again to return them to the shelf. The otter then started wandering off to browse, leaving Jordan by himself.

“Hey, Sami, my arms!” Jordan called out, but either the otter didn’t hear him, or was ignoring him. With a sigh, Jordan grabbed his ankles and followed after, arms dragging on the floor behind him.

For the next half hour, Sami passed Jordan a wide variety of arms, pressing them against his shoulders and pulling them away again. He barely had a chance to react to each set, usually ending up with mismatched pairs. Most were reptilian, but before long some more mammalian arms were thrown in, from canine to feline and beyond, but never anything from a mustelid. Sami seemed adamant to avoid anything that would properly match with the rest of his body.

“You know, if I’m buying them all for you, then I think it should be my choice, hmm?” Sami said, one head grinning back at Jordan, currently sporting one leonine arm and one eagle wingarm.

“I, uh… I guess that’s fair, yeah,” Jordan replied, scratching the back of his head with his feathered talon.

Sami grinned as he tugged the last pair of arms from Jordan’s shoulders, before holding up and reattaching the weasel’s original set. “I’m glad you said that. Going to keep it a surprise for you I think, so why don’t we go and check out the legs?”

Already Jordan’s arms felt strange. They matched perfectly, the correct fur colour and size, but they just felt wrong. He tensed his fingers, staring down at them before shrugging and making sure the arms were connected properly. The legs section was very much the same sort of set up, with rows upon rows of legs resting on shelves. The same sort of process began anew, with Sami selecting and trying out many different types of legs on Jordan, who had been able to rest himself onto a provided chair before the otter popped off his legs.

Then came something Jordan didn’t expect. Instead of a pair of legs, the otter returned with what looked like a long snake-like tail. Sami carefully attached it beneath his hips, and with a shivering jolt Jordan started to feel through it.

“Found it in the naga section. Thought you might like to try it,” the otter explained, taking hold of Jordan’s hands and helping him off the chair.

Jordan swayed on the spot, finding it hard to find his balance on the tail. It was most unlike having legs, instead just feeling like he was balancing on an extension of his torso. He tried to shuffle forward as though he still had two limbs, but only ended up toppling over, only saved from hitting the ground by Sami’s intervention.

“Think this one would take some getting used to,” Jordan said, trying to drag his way back upright by pulling on Sami’s shoulders. Despite the length of the tail, his overall height was actually shorter as he found the best place to balance on the tail was roughly as far down as his knees normally were. Still though, the tail trailed out a good distance before it reached the quivering tip.

Before he had chance to get used to it, even the naga tail was whisked away by an excited Sami. Everything was tried, even a mermaid tail and a taur body, but each one only for a minute or so at a time. On more than one occasion he was left to hop around on a single leg while Sami wandered off to make up his mind on something else. Whatever it was the otter was deciding to keep, he wasn’t telling Jordan at all.

“Hmm, I think I’ve chosen enough of everything here. How about we look at some more fun things?” Sami said, reattaching Jordan’s legs and helping the weasel up to his feet. Like the arms before, his legs felt strange and he swayed as he struggled to find his balance again.

“Fun things? What did you have in mind?” Jordan asked, feeling almost in a bit of a daze as he struggled to get used to his own limbs again.

The otter merely grinned, sticking one of his tongues out. “Come on and find out,” he said, reaching out to take hold of Jordan’s hand. Sami led Jordan back through the store, and if the otter had made any attempt to communicate with the staff to indicate what they were purchasing, Jordan didn’t witness it.

At first, Jordan thought he was being led towards the genitals section, but at the last moment he felt Sami’s hand squeeze against his shoulder and guide him away, instead leading the weasel towards miscellaneous parts. Here was a wide range of small items, ranging from facial fingers to the likes of additional fingers and toes for a large variety of differing species. There was also a small area for items labelled software updates. Jordan frowned and approached them, picking up the closest to him.

“Ah, these will upgrade your body, making you more modular or capable of adding more limbs, that sort of thing,” a voice said over his shoulder. Jordan turned to see the wolf he’d spied earlier, Zachery. But that wasn’t the first thing the weasel noticed. That would be the hole where a chest would usually be. And that wasn’t even mentioning the two mouths he had on his muzzle, one above the other. Or the three breasts he had side to side overhanging the hole with little more than a strap of fabric to cover them.

“Um, hi…” Jordan said, trying to keep his eyes away from the space where Zachery’s chest should be, clearly able to see the floor and shelving behind the wolf. The canine didn’t seem to show any embarrassment or discomfort over it, and in fact grinned from both mouths as he passed a hand through the hole.

“Yep, nothing there,” Zachery said, clearly having some amusement at Jordan’s confused reaction. “I’m guessing you’re still fairly new to this all, are you?”

Jordan nodded, hearing Sami wandering off behind him to start browsing. He doubted he’d have much choice over what was purchased, but he’d still like to learn about all the different options for his next visit.

“You said more modular. How can I be more so?” Jordan asked, idly feeling one of the small ridges around his elbow that indicated one of the many places he could break apart.

“Facial features, fingers and toes, that sort of thing. Basically it expands what can be taken apart, allowing for even greater customisation,” Zachery explained, passing one of the upgrade cards to Jordan. It was little more than a cardboard strip with a sort of gift card attached to it. On the back was instructions merely to purchase the card, and the rest would all be done by the Bits ‘N’ Pieces staff. By the time he walked out of the store, he could be able to do even more with his body. He glanced back to look for Sami, before tossing the card in his direction.

“How about one of these?” he asked the otter. He waited to see the twin grins on his friend’s faces, before turning back to Zachery. “Alright. I’m going to let my friend look around for actual parts for me. But what can you show me that’s a little more… unusual?”

Zachery grinned his odd double smile. “By all means, follow me,” he said, placing his hand on Jordan’s arm and leading him away. Behind them, Sami grinned as one head tracked the wolf and weasel, his other head continuing to browse through the many options before him.

The weasel was led past a large clothing section. Getting little more than a passing glimpse, Jordan wasn’t able to properly browse what stock there was, but he was able to see that it was most unlike any clothing store he had ever been to. There seemed to be items tailored to almost any conceivable body type, with limb numbers from the standard amount up to dozens catered for. There was even a range of shirts without a neckhole for those who preferred to wander without a head.

“Naturally we can’t take into consideration every body type,” Zachery said, noticing the source of Jordan’s curiosity. “So we can custom-make any article of clothing to whatever you wish. Literally anything is possible.”

Jordan nodded, looking down at his body and finding it almost painfully boring at the moment. Two legs, two arms. One tail and one head in the right place. It had seemed so adequate until he’d learned of all the different possibilities he could explore.

The first thing Zachery showed Jordan looked like a large, black ring wide enough to fit around Jordan’s torso. The small pedestal it was sat on had a number of LED lights switched on, blinking red and green. A label in front of it identified the device as a De-Sensitiser.

“Could you give me a hand?” Zachery asked as he pressed a button on the machine.

“Huh? With what?” Jordan asked, looking around to see what the wolf needed help with.

“What? Oh, no,” Zachery said, attempting to suppress a giggle. “Literally. Can you give me one of your hands.”

Jordan blushed a little as he tugged his right hand from his wrist before throwing it across to the wolf. It felt so strange, feeling his hand in Zachery’s grip yet so far from his body. The weasel glanced down at the truncated end to his arm, running his fingers over the sensitive spot where his hand would normally have been.

“This is something a little bit fun, but useful as well, especially if you have a lot of parts you don’t really use. It basically removes your control and sensation to it, so if I do this,” Zachery said, gently stroking Jordan’s detached hand before placing it through the ring. “You won’t feel it anymore.”

Jordan yelped as his right hand went completely numb. He tried to move it, but while he could still see it in Zachery’s hands, it didn’t even so much as twitch. It was like it wasn’t even his anymore. He reached forward and cautiously poked the hand, but again could feel nothing from the detached bodypart.

“And how do I reverse it?” he asked as he patted the hand against his chest lightly as though to rouse it. Still there was no sensation.

Zachery grinned, a tongue lolling from his lower mouth. He pressed a button on the device, which beeped a couple of times. “Pass it through again and it will return all movement and feeling. Simple as that.”

Jordan nodded and did as the wolf asked. The moment his hand passed through the ring he felt a soft tingle before feeling flared back up. He curled up his fingers and found no difference or damage in them at all. He grinned as he reattached the hand, before turning around to try and find Sami. He found the otter close by, one head keeping an eye on them both. Giving Sami a quick thumbs up, he turned back to Zachery who had already gone to get something new.

Through the hole in the wolf’s chest, Jordan was able to see the shelves of collars. Once again he blushed deeply at the thought of wearing a collar around his neck. He wondered what these would do to him, as he was sure they couldn’t just be ordinary collars.

Zachery instructed Jordan to remove another part of his body to show off the features of the collar. Shrugging, the weasel took his hand off again as the wolf placed the black collar around his neck and clipped it in place. He waited for a few moments, but didn’t feel any different at all.

“Now put your hand back on,” Zachery said with another double grin.

Jordan tilted his head with a little confusion as he pressed his hand back to his wrist, then yelped as his right hand fell straight to the floor. “Ow, that hurt,” he said, wincing a little as he crouched down to retrieve the fallen hand. He wiggled his fingers, making sure nothing was hurt, before glaring at Zachery’s laughter.

“Sorry, I didn’t mean to hurt you,” the wolf said, patting Jordan on the shoulder. He then ran a finger along the collar. “It prevents you from adding or removing parts. And it’s charmed so that it can’t be removed by the wearer.”

Placing his detached hand on a nearby table, Jordan ran a finger around the collar. Sure enough he couldn’t find any trace of the clip, despite having heard it connect just moments earlier. There definitely wasn’t any way to remove it, and he was sure Sami was watching with some amusement. And probably some ideas forming, if the weasel knew the otter.

Reaching behind Jordan’s neck, Zachery undid the collar with the clip the weasel had been unable to find. As soon as he could, Jordan reattached his hand again then rubbed his neck. He was glad his cock wasn’t on show, as to his embarrassment he could feel it quite hard back at home. He was certainly enjoying this.

“And just to let you know, it doesn’t have to be a collar,” Zachery added, tightening the strip of black leather down to the size of a wristband. “So long as it’s secure on the body, it will work. And that’s any body part linked to you.”

“They sound like a lot of fun,” Jordan admitted in a small, voice. His hands kept on drifting towards his crotch even though he had nothing there to hide. He hoped the wolf didn’t notice the subconscious movement. “Uh, anything else to show me?”

Zachery placed his hand on Jordan’s shoulder. “Plenty more to see. Would take me days just to show you everything we’ve got. We have sections for all the different gender related items, there are clothing sections, as well as our section for more extreme modifications like this,” the wolf said, gesturing at the hole in his chest. “We can even have modular internals. Ever wanted to hold your heart in your hand?”

Jordan bit his lip and glanced back towards Sami. While he was eager to find out even more, he was aware that the otter would be paying for this visit. He didn’t want Sami to have to spend so much on him, no matter how eager the otter was to part with his cash.

“I think I might see what my friend has picked out for me, and come back next time for the more extreme things,” he said reluctantly. There was still so much left to explore, so he would have to come back again in the future. But for now, he was getting ever more curious to see what Sami had chosen for him.

“Of course. I do hope we will see you around frequently, and in more exotic forms as well,” Zachery said, both muzzles grinning widely. “If there’s anything else I can help you with, do feel free to shout out.”

“I will, thank you,” Jordan said, holding out his hand to shake with Zachery. The wolf had a surprisingly strong grip, and it was only then that the weasel noticed there was seven fingers on each of Zachery’s hands.

As the wolf waved farewell, Sami approached the weasel. In his hands he held a pen and what appeared to be some sort of list. The Bits ‘N’ Pieces logo was at the top of the page, but that was all Jordan could see before Sami covered it in his hand.

“No peeking. I want it to be a surprise,” Sami said while sticking out his other tongue. “Just need to take this to the counter and we can get you fitted out with some fun stuff to walk home with. Everything else can be delivered.”

Jordan nodded and wagged his tail eagerly as the two made their way over to the counter. Though he kept on trying to take a look at Sami’s list, the otter kept it completely covered.

“If you keep trying to peek at it, you won’t have any eyes to walk home with,” Sami warned, making Jordan squeak and find something else to look at. He watched as a two headed, four armed geckotaur left the shop, several bags of new body parts clutched in two of his hands.

Abby was there to meet them again, the mouse smiling as they approached. “Oh, looks like you’ve made your choices,” she said brightly, taking the list from Sami’s hand and browsing through it. She also took a couple of the software cards from the otter as she started to check off some of the items.

“Can we do these two first?” Sami asked, leaning over and pointing to a couple of items on the list. Still cautious of the otter’s warning, Jordan refrained from trying to see what it was Sami was indicating. Judging from Abby’s wide smile and giggle, he wasn’t certain he wanted to know.

“We certainly can. Give me a moment, and I’ll get everything set up for you,” she said, before dashing off into the store.

Jordan turned to face Sami, looking just between the otter’s two heads. “You going to let me know what you’ve got planned for me?” he asked, but the otter just shook his heads.

“Nah, will be best as a surprise I think. Don’t want to ruin all the fun for you,” he said, patting Jordan on the shoulder. The otter’s fingers teased at one of the seams, but this time he left the weasel intact.

Biting his lip and frowning, Jordan remained silent until Abby returned, a nondescript brown box in her four arms. She placed it down on the counter before she waved Jordan towards the scanner. “Right then, I’ve got all the software prepared. Just step through there and it will be all uploaded to your system,” she said.

“Makes me sound like a computer,” Jordan muttered. He obeyed the small mouse anyway, stepping through the scanner. He felt a slight tingle, but nothing appeared to be different about his body at all. He turned around to question just what had happened, but before he could open his mouth he felt Sami’s hands at his face. There was a moment of discomfort before he felt his eyes simply get pulled away from his face.

Unable to see anything but the fur on Sami’s hands, Jordan rubbed his fingers over his face, finding the spot where his eyes had been but feeling nothing but smooth, unbroken fur. It was as though his eyes had never been there at all.

“Oh, so that’s what that feels like,” he muttered, unsure just what Sami was planning to do with his eyes. As though hearing his thoughts, the otter’s hands opened slightly, giving Jordan a glimpse of a new DeSensitiser. He wasn’t able to even react before his eyes were passed through the device and everything went completely black, his ocular sensors no longer connected to him.

Not feeling confident enough to move around much, Jordan just waited and listened, trying to catch what he could of Sami and Abby’s conversation. With all the background noise though, he couldn’t make anything meaningful out. Sometimes one of them would leave, presumably to start gathering all the parts they were buying for him, but they were always careful not to say what they were getting so he could hear.

Before long he felt a pair of hands on his wrists, gently pulling him. Following where they were leading him, he soon found himself being placed down on a chair. He had a few moments of respite before he felt his arms tugged off from his shoulders.

“Hey, what are you doing?” he squeaked. He heard Sami sigh before his mouth was pulled from his face and passed through the DeSensitiser, robbing him of his voice.

“Let us work first, then you can see what we’ve done,” Sami said. It sounded like the otter was trying to suppress a giggle.

Huffing through his nose, Jordan resigned himself to enduring the process. He tensed his arms a little as he felt air moving around them, but then they were gone from his senses. His legs were next to go, leaving him as just a wiggling, squirming torso and tail balancing on the back of the chair. Even his head was pulled from his body, but that felt like it had been placed back down next to his torso.

“Time to start building him back together again,” Sami said. A hand brushed over the top of his head, making the weasel shiver.

There was a slight tingle as Jordan felt new detached parts being added to him. He couldn’t control any of them, but he knew they were all there, too many at once to properly work out what they were. Again he felt them starting to be removed though, probably passed back through the DeSensitiser until there were just a few pieces left.

Hands took away his head again as he felt the first piece get attached to his right shoulder. It felt heavy against his torso, threatening to pull him over to one side. After a few seconds he found himself able to control the new limb, tensing and testing it to try and work out what it was. He could feel a few digits on the end, but it didn’t feel flexible enough to be a proper hand.

As his head was placed down on the counter, or some other smooth, hard surface, a second limb was added to his left side. Feeling just like the first, he tried to work out just what the limbs were. Rubbing them together, he frowned as he felt large flaps of skin between long, spindly fingers. He just couldn’t work out what they were.

Legs were next. At least, they felt like legs to Jordan, but given the confusion of his arms, he knew he wouldn’t quite be sure until he saw them. There were certainly three of them with what felt like paws and toes at the end, but his arms and hands just weren’t quite flexible enough to feel them properly.

Feeling hands pulling him up, Jordan rose up to his feet. He tried to find his balance on three legs, glad that they at least felt like they were matching. He could hear Sami and Abby walking around, but because his ears were displaced from the rest of his body, he couldn’t quite work out just where they were in relation to him.

Once again hands touched his head, and he leaned his body forward slightly in expectation of it being placed between his shoulders again. There was a momentary panic when instead he lost all sensation of his head entirely and silence fell. A calming hand rested on his shoulder before he felt his mouth returned to him, followed by his ears.

“What… where… what did you do to my head?” he gasped, trying to wriggle away from the hand resting down where his head should have been. “And where even is my mouth now?”

“Didn’t think you needed a head, not really. So we got rid of it for now,” Sami explained as someone stroked between his shoulders. “Your mouth is on your chest and we’ve placed your ears at the tip of your tail.”

Jordan patted around his chest with his awkward hands until he was able to find his mouth, finding it right where Sami had said. “Any chance I can get some eyes again so I can see what I look like?” he asked.

His request was quickly obliged. He felt his eyes returned to him, but with the multiple hands pressed against his body at the same time, he couldn’t quite be sure where they were placed. When he was able to open them again, he could see bits of what appeared to be dark green scales either side of his eyes. Moving his arms didn’t have any effect on them, but when he shuffled his three legs back and forth the green moved.

“You put my eyes in my crotch… er, crotches?” he asked in shock. He tried to turn around to find Sami or Abby, but stumbled and almost fell over his middle leg. Sami started laughing as a supporting hand was placed in his back. Carefully guided around, Jordan was led away to face a mirror. He could barely believe what he saw facing him.

His legs were reptilian, he could tell that much at least. Three of them were placed side to side. Each foot had three clawed toes with a dewclaw facing backwards. Each leg was powerfully built with strong muscles that forced the limbs to rub against each other as they moved. A black leather strap was wrapped around the middle leg, the collar that locked him into this configuration. At the hip, the legs met with his original furred torso. At each crotch was a single blinking eye. His torso was largely normal, except for the mouth that hung agape in the centre of his chest, just below the level of his nipples. There was no head or neck between his shoulders, and in place of arms he had the wings of a bat. His fingers were stretched out across the taut skin flaps that made the wings, explaining his almost complete lack of dexterity in them. Only two small fingers halfway down the top edge of his wing could be moved independently.

Sami stood behind him, resting his chins between Jordan’s shoulders. “So, what do you think of it?” the otter asked with a pair of wide grins. Hands wandered down the weasel’s furred sides before pulling him into an embrace.

“It is… certainly bizarre,” Jordan conceded. He was beaming almost from shoulder to shoulder though, eager to try out everything else the otter had picked out for him. He could barely believe that he was looking at himself, a weird amalgamation of different body parts that certainly made him quite unique. “I absolutely love it!”

Sami slapped Jordan on the shoulder and gently took hold of the tip of one of his wingarms. “I’m glad you like it. Now you’d better get used to three legs or it’s going to take us forever to walk home.”

“Wait. Walk home? Like this?” Jordan asked. He tugged his wing back out of Sami’s grip and spread them both wide. “I don’t exactly look normal at the moment, do I?”

Sami smirked. “If you walk home like this, then I don’t put your cock through the DeSensitiser. Deal?”

Jordan knew there was little point attempting to argue. He folded his wings across his chest, seeing the bottom of them drift across the tip of his vision. It looked like he would just have to endure it all.

“Ugh, fine then. Let me get my legs sorted out then…”
