Power of the Sea
#16 of Hypnosis
A short hypnotic story in the style of Wolphin. I blame Wolphin and Tanraak for the orcas.
Rudy loved people-watching. The town of Turtle Beach was small enough to avoid the big luxury hotels and massive crowds that came with them, but was also big enough to bring in its unique mix of eclectic visitors. You would see species there you never saw anywhere else outside of an international airport. Rudy had been in the big city many times, but the only places he saw fossas or tayras or other exotic species like that was out here on the beach. Every evening, after coming home from work, the ringtail would plop a big umbrella on the back deck, set out a chair underneath it, sit down with a book, and promptly forget about the book as he started people-watching. He had brought the same book out every evening for the last two months. He was barely a third of the way through it.
This evening, the ringtail had his book laying forgotten across his chest while he watched a pair of young lovebirds trying to splash each other as much as they could. It was then something caught his eye. Out from the waves, an orca rose, wearing nothing more than a simple speedo and tattooed in the most incredible fashion. Rudy sat up a little higher and picked up his binoculars to look closer.
The orca was standing in the shallows, shaking off some excess water. While the tattoos all over his skin were of the usual black and white colors that all orcas had, they were in an incredibly different pattern. At first the orca looked like a zebra, striking lines of black and sharp lines of white zipping back and forth over his skin. But as Rudy looked closer, he noticed that they were placed not straight but in slowly swirling patterns one of which focused in on the orca's chest, about where the nipples would be, and one of which seemed to flow down his belly and along the underside of his tail.
Staring at them made Rudy's temple throb. It didn't hurt, but it was distracting. They seemed like zebra stripes again, making it hard to focus or concentrate on the orca for too long lest you hurt your eyes. But Rudy was too intrigued not to.
He watched as the orca headed inland. The orca was getting a number of looks from those around him. It wasn't just the tattoos, although Rudy supposed that was a good part of it. The orca was also a very handsome man, wearing barely anything, and an unusual species to see on land, so of course he got attention.
That distracted feeling kept building in Rudy's temples and his long ringed tail kept twitching in anticipation, while the orca drew nearer. He headed to a little restroom stand set up beside the beach and tried to clean himself off, but the showers were broken, it seemed. So the orca turned and headed up the nearby staircase. Rudy felt his throat catch as he realized this would bring the orca right past him. He tried to compose himself and bring up the book again, burying his muzzle between its pages. But his eyes were peering out over the top, watching the orca's every move.
The orca came up the stairs and looked around. He saw Rudy and waved. Rudy, the distracting feeling building again, waved back without thinking about it. He felt himself almost unable to move as the orca came right up to the railing of his deck, leaning against it and grinning wide.
"Hey there," the orca said.
Rudy swallowed and said, "Hey." He couldn't stop tracing his eyes over the lines of the tattoos.
"Nice weather this evening," the orca continued. "The sun feels good."
"Um, yeah, it's..." He closed his eyes and rubbed at his temples to try and shake the feeling.
"Oh, right, the tats. Sorry about that. They're a little harsh to look at, I know. Here." He caught Rudy's attention and pointed to his chest. "Look here. And then adjust your eyes so that it's like you're looking just behind me. That ought to take the worst of it out."
Rudy did so. He felt like he was looking at one of those 3-d hidden images. Each eye seemed to be caught in the swirl around a different pectoral. It made the throbbing go away. "Yeah, that's much better," he said. "Where did you come up with that design from?"
"I made it myself." The orca took a deep breath, muscles rippling, and the way the tattoos moved in Rudy's vision was enthralling. The effect was like lines of white and black folding in on themselves, forming new patterns, and then just as quickly dispersing. "I call them the power of the sea."
"I can see why. They're astounding."
Another deep breath in and out. "And powerful."
Rudy waited for the orca's deep breath to leave him so the patterns would stop being so enticing in their motions. "And powerful," he agreed.
Out of the corner of his eye, Rudy could swear the orca's smile grew even larger. "You see, I wanted to create a design that would simulate the experience of being deep at sea, lost in the grip of the currents. You feel powerless, unable to escape or resist that which is so much stronger than you, don't you?"
It took the ringtail a second to realize that he had been asked a question. "Yeah, I do." He couldn't look away. The lines, the swirls, the currents, held his gaze firmly.
"It's okay to feel that way."
A tension had been building in Rudy's shoulders but at those words it disappeared.
"The trick to living on the seas is to accept your fate. Give in to the power of the currents and they will take you were you need to go. Don't resist."
Tension that Rudy did not even consciously know about began to leave his body. He wasn't trying to look away any more, not even unconsciously. He couldn't muster the effort to move his eyes.
"Don't think about your situation. Just accept the will of the ocean."
The orca kept talking, but Rudy stopped hearing the words. He just watched the orca breathe and stared into the patterns that danced before his eyes.

"So I was wondering..."
Rudy came to with a start and shook his head, looking up into the eyes of the orca for once. "Um, what? Sorry about that."
"No worries. Anyway, I was wondering. Since the shower down at the beach is broken, mind if I use yours to clean up?"
"Sure, sure," Rudy said, jumping to his feet and holding the porch door for the orca, who hopped the rail, and entered the house, following the non-carpeted path right to the bathroom. While his guest was busy, Rudy cleaned the bit of sand the orca had tracked in. He heard the shower stop and found himself standing up straight and respectful.
The orca came out of the shower with a towel wrapped around his shoulders, speedo missing.
"Oh." Rudy's voice faltered. He felt dumb for a moment. "Do you need to borrow some clothes? I don't think most of what I have will fit you, but I might have a bathrobe."
"No need. I like being nude." The orca tilted his head and regarded the ringtail in front of him. "You don't mind, do you?"
"No, no, I..."
"Yes?"
Rudy's heart fluttered again. "I like the way you look."
The orca had a glint in his eye as if the ringtail had just said something incredibly obvious, but he didn't say anything. Instead he swung into the little living room and collapsed into a chair. Rudy sat himself across from the orca.
The orca spoke. "Is it typical for you to make your guests feel underdressed?"
"Oh, no, sorry." Rudy peeled off his shirt quickly and then drew the curtains of the big window overlooking the ocean before taking the rest of his clothes off. He felt a little pink in his ears thanks to his sheath being visibly full. He sat down and used his long fluffy tail to cover himself. "I don't know what to call you. I don't know your name."
The orca shrugged and the towel slid down his backside, catching on his fin before gravity pulled it off. "Names don't really matter that much. What do you want to call me?"
"I..." He delayed, shifting uncomfortably in his seat.
"Spit it out."
"I want to call you sir."
The orca chuckled. "Why is that?"
Rudy fidgeted and played absently with the fur of his tail. "Because you make me feel like I'll do whatever you ask, like you are my superior."
The orca leaned forward in the chair, his distracting tattoos seeming to fill Rudy's vision even when he wasn't looking at them. "That's because I am your superior, aren't I?"
"Yes."
"Yes, what?"
"Yes, sir."
"See? That feels better, doesn't it?"
"Yes, sir," Rudy found himself saying. And he meant it too. The orca was his superior. It was only right to call him sir. It was a sign of respect.
"Move that tail aside. I want to see you better."
Rudy's tail slipped away and he found himself spreading his knees to show off what was now his half-hard shaft. He could see the orca's own length now emerging from the slit that usually hid it. It eased out into the air, achieving full hardness without the orca even needing to touch it. Rudy found his gaze drawn to it and as he stared at the length, the second set of markings, the one that moved from his underbelly to the tip of his tail, seemed to swirl and dance, making it impossible to look away.
Rudy did not even notice that he'd started stroking himself.
The orca let Rudy stare and stroke for a little while. "So," he said, "are you attracted to men?"
Rudy, oblivious to the fact that he was stroking as he stared at another guy's shaft, said, "I've always been curious."
"About what?"
Rudy felt a desire for privacy, but those swirls and currents in the tattoos reminded him that he would do whatever the orca asked. "What they feel like, what they taste like."
"Any gay pornos on your computer?"
"No," Rudy said honestly. It was getting easier and easier to tell the orca everything. "It's all straight."
The orca chuckled lightly, which made his shaft bob in a pleasing manner and the spiraling lines ripple around the focus of Rudy's attention. "Not anymore. The next time you have some time to spare, I want you to delete all of it. From now on, you are only going to date and sleep with other men."
Rudy didn't want to, but he couldn't say no to the orca. He couldn't resist that overwhelming sense of power that made him feel adrift with the orca the only thing grounding him. "Yes, sir. I will."
"And," the orca slowed, his voice thoughtful, "you will happily use your hands or mouth on other men, but you will save your tail for me."
Rudy felt his heart skip a beat. "You're going to come back?"
The orca nodded, although Rudy could barely see it. "You seem enjoyable enough company. And if you're good and do all that I say, I think you'll be very enjoyable company."
Rudy's hand pumped his shaft even faster at the thought of the orca returning, asserting his superiority once again.
"You should also find an adult specialty store and buy yourself an orca-shaft dildo. For you to enjoy when I'm not around."
Rudy was lost in a haze of obedience. The ringtail's muzzle was drooling almost as much as his shaft was. Of course he said yes. He couldn't even imagine telling the orca no.
The orca leaned back a bit. "Want to see how it will feel?"
"More than anything, sir," Rudy said. And he meant it.
The orca patted his thighs. "Come sit here."
Rudy got up from his seat, taking a single step obediently forward then sliding into the orca's surprisingly cool lap, little droplets of water still clinging to the black and white skin. He pushed forward and felt his shaft rub up against the orca's own. His hands traced along the lines of the tattoos. The ringtail's whole body shivered as the orca put a hand on his head and petted straight down to the base of his tail, where the orca's strong fingers pulled it up.
"This is going to be the best sex of your life," the orca whispered into Rudy's ear and Rudy believed him. He could already feel himself melting with need. He lifted himself up and the orca aligned his tip to the ringtail's hole, constantly telling him to relax.
"Now take it in," the orca commanded.
Rudy tensed, but only for a second, as he pressed his weight onto the shaft. It slipped in easily and Rudy moaned at the new sensation poking around inside of him. Each successive inch he took caused him to moan again and his shaft was throbbing in front of him, drooling precum onto the orca's belly.
The orca petted along his lower back, letting the obedient ringtail adjust to the sensations within him. He teased a finger over the head of the other male's shaft and was rewarded with a clench about his own length. "Lift yourself up and sink back down. Get into a rhythm."
Rudy did. The second time going down was easier. The third even more so. He felt like he was ready to pop at any moment. He had never felt anything this sexually pleasurable, this erotically raw. The next time the orca touched his shaft, he jumped a little and climaxed. His shaft twitched so hard he spurted seed onto his own chest.
But the pleasure did not stop. He kept sliding down onto the orca, who had started to thrust up into him in time. The shaft reached so deep inside him that every time the orca hilted, Rudy gave a little squeak of uncontrollable desire. It barely lasted another minute before the orca thrust deep one last time and came within him. The feel of the orca's seed filling him up, new and fascinating and pleasurable all at the same time, made the ringtail melt into the marine mammal's strong grip.
The orca popped himself out, breathing heavily as the ringtail panted against his chest. Rudy, after a moment to recover, slipped to his knees on the floor, picked up the discarded towel, and cleaned the orca. That earned him a pat on the head and a ruffling of his hair which made him feel warm and happy inside.
Then the orca told him to sleep and he did.

Rudy came to with twin nudges of pain. The first was the usual one in his head which made him stumble to his feet and make his way to the coffee-maker. The second came from under his tail and thinking about it made him shiver and realize that he was rock hard. He stroked himself a few times, thinking of the orca who promised he'd come back.
As the coffee started to percolate, Rudy considered showering or at least putting something on, but instead he got on his computer. He had porn to delete and a dildo to buy and now that he thought about it more, he really should get a nice collar for himself as well.
