A New Kind of Problem?
#2 of Yuiko's Story
Yuiko walked to work in a languid stupor. She barely noticed anything around her, barely noticed herself walk in the front door until she was greeted by Sascha. He didn't even have to say anything, really, in order to break her trance; his appearance was enough. As always he looked gorgeous, his long legs pouring out of a shiny, purple miniskirt, his sweet, charismatic smile beaming brighter the moment she walked in the door.
"Yui-baby!" He grabbed her around the neck and embraced her, covering the side of her face in kisses. "Oh, sweetness, where have you been? I've been worried sick."
"I'm sorry, Sascha," Yuiko said over his shoulder, her voice a little whisper that she'd been told was charming. It was a voice that no one could feel threatened by, not even the most timid. "I should've told you where I was going."
Sascha pulled away, but held her at arms' length. "You're damn right, baby."
"And I would've, but..." Her voice lowered involuntarily. "I didn't really know where I was going."
Sascha's big, fluffy tail flicked suddenly, ruffling his miniskirt a bit. He tugged at his tight, sequined shirt that showed his midriff, leaning in close and whispering so that only a bat could hear. "Yui-baby, you know I don't like you doing that stuff..."
"Come on, Sasch," Yuiko said defensively. "You know I don't do that stuff anymore." She rubbed her upper arm absently, always happy in the back of her mind that the track marks were hidden beneath her fur. She'd been clean for a little over a year.
"Were you... You know... Turning tricks?"
"I haven't done that since I was a teenager. I wouldn't even remember how." She let out something of a laugh. "Besides, I've got Dimitri. No more fooling around, no more walking the streets, no more fear of commitment."
"Heh, somehow I doubt that." Yuiko turned around at the sound of the familiar voice. It was Roscoe. No one had to see the way they acted around each other to know they were siblings. They certainly looked related. He was considerably taller than her with darker, mangier fur, bigger ears and fangs, and a larger wingspan, but their scrawny builds were about the same. In fact, they probably would have been the same weight if not for Yuiko's breasts.
"And just which part do you doubt, mister man?" Sascha asked with a sassy look in his eye.
"All of it," Roscoe answered, showing his perfect, white fangs in a mischievous grin. "I'm positive if Dimitri popped the question you'd say no, you walk the streets enough to lure people here even if you don't take them to bed, and, finally, we all know you like the test out the new recruits."
"Oh, you leave her alone," Sascha said with a pout, grabbing Yuiko's arm. "You don't know her as well as you think."
"Maybe not as well as you knew her when you first started here, eh, Sascha?" Roscoe's expression took on that of a conniving child, but Yuiko's didn't change.
"Was there something you wanted, Rabies?" Roscoe winced upon hearing the old nickname Yuiko had given him when they were pups. Due to the rattiness of his fur and the way he tended to drool when he was excited, Yuiko often suggested that her brother might be rabid, though it couldn't be proven or disproven as he'd never gotten tested.
"Just Boss Lady," he replied. If he was truly bothered by what his sister had called him no one could tell with his smooth recovery. "I've just got a few potentials for her to take a look at. "If you ladies will excuse me." He squeezed his sister's cheek hard then kissed Sascha's before heading to their boss's office.
Yuiko rubbed her face and sneered. "Charismatic fuck..."
"Oh, don't worry about him, Yui-baby." Sascha did all he could to calm her, grabbing her shoulders and squeezing gently. "You know he loves to get under your fur. He's like a flea."
"More like a tick," Yuiko muttered between clenched teeth. She let Sascha coax her into sitting down on a bench near one of the big front windows to the right of the front door.
"Come on. Tell me, sugar, where have you been?"
Yuiko stared across the room at the boss's office door where Roscoe had just gone before snapping out of it and focusing on Sascha. "Been?" she said, out of sorts.
"Yes," Sascha cooed. "For the past three weeks."
"Oh, I... I was with Dimitri at first. We were just trying to spend some time together. Alone. And then..." She paused, trying to figure out what to say. "I don't know. I was just-- Hey, where does Roscoe find all these newbies?"
Yuiko's interruption caught Sascha off guard. "Wh-what? Oh. Uh, I don't know. Why?"
"They're always... Perfect."
"Oh stop, sweetness. You're making me blush." Sascha had been one of the first of Roscoe's recruits. He'd been there for nearly six years now, starting off as a "sex slave", moving up to just a dancer, and finally breaking away from what he called the "demeaning end of the business". Now he greeted guests and seated them. Certainly not all the employees had to move up. Many of them liked selling themselves or simply teasing away onstage and chose to stay put. And their boss, Eliza, was not a tyrant--albeit rough around the edges--which was proven when she let Sascha retire from the pleasure side; having him work onstage and behind closed doors had made her a lot of money at the time as he was one of the favourites. But he was unhappy, so she allowed him to make his choice two years ago.
"But it's true," Yuiko went on. "All of them, pure perfection. You'd think he builds them."
"Well, Yui-baby," Sascha said, placing a paw on her knee. "I bet you could've brought in some pretty ones, too. But you prefer to work the register."
"I know, but I--" Yuiko was cut off by the jingle of the front door. A young, timid-looking horse stood just inside.
"E-excuse me," he all but mumbled. "Is... Is Roscoe here?" Sascha hopped up from the bench and danced over to him. Yuiko sat there, stunned. The horse was a marvel to her. His ears were back against his long, black mane nervously, and his bright silvery eyes shined pitifully at Sascha. On the top of his muzzle, just below were some strands of his mane fell, were two odd, uneven, thin horns unlike anything Yuiko had ever seen.
As her eyes travelled him, carried as if in a downward stream, she noticed the massively strong sinews in his otherwise scrawny arms and the poise his straight-backed posture gave him despite his obvious nervousness.
"And just why do you need that rascal?" Sascha asked him playfully.
"I, uhm... He wanted me to come here a week ago. For a job, I mean. But I couldn't. I was hoping... You were still hiring?"
Sascha's smile grew. "Why of course. You'll just have to talk to Miss Eliza. She's actually meeting with Roscoe right now, so why don't you just sit down next to--"
"Yuuuuuuikoooooo!" A singsong yell came from Eliza's office. Yuiko stood up and Roscoe came out a moment later, wriggling a finger in his ear.
"Jesus... Obviously Boss Lady wants you, sis," he said with a shake of his head.
"Yuiko! Come here, pleeeeease!"
"Gah, hurry up, would you?" Roscoe sneered, flopping down where Yuiko had been sitting. "I'm gettin' a migraine."
Yuiko nodded once to Roscoe then headed for the office. She turned to allow herself a parting glance at the beautiful horse before shutting the door behind her.
"You bellowed, oh great one?" Yuiko sauntered into the room, reminiscent of her brother, and slumped down in one of the two plush armchairs in front of Eliza's desk.
Eliza was a sneaky-looking, albeit stunningly beautiful spotted hyena. The long, flirty eyelashes she often batted were hers, but the large, perky bust stuffed into her corset was not (she'd just had work done three years ago). Her short, black locks were dyed blonde at the tips, offsetting the light undertones in her brown-grey fur. She pulled her hair out of her eye and placed a black paw on the desk, drumming her freshly-painted blue claws on the wood surface.
Her eyes sparkled as she smiled at Yuiko. "Oh, you are your brother's sister, aren't you?"
Yuiko wrinkled her nose playfully. "I guess. If you can believe genetics."
Eliza leaned forward, placing her elbows on the desk and lacing her fingers together. She put her chin down demurely on her fingers. "So, you're going to tell me where you've been for three weeks, right?"
Yuiko's playful grin dissolved. "I... I don't..."
"Don't give me you don't want to talk about it," Eliza said sternly. "We've all been worried sick about you. When Roscoe said he didn't know where you were, that he hadn't talked to you..." Her expression softened. "You know Sascha almost quit, right?"
"What?" Yuiko's eyes darted up to meet Eliza's. "Why?"
"He thought you abandoned him. You know he's attached to you." Eliza watched Yuiko's ears flatten. "You were gone so long..."
"But I'm here now," Yuiko blurted. "So who cares? I'm here..."
Eliza sighed, resting her cheek on her palm. "Alight, alright. I'll leave it alone. But next time you feel like taking off at least tell Sascha. He'd never admit it, but he was a wreck while you were gone."
* * *
Yuiko's head was pounding. She'd been certain Eliza was going to fire her for taking off like that. The fact that she hadn't made her head spin. On top of that she couldn't get the image of the pretty, black horse out of her head. She wished she could've gotten a better look at him.
As she walked out Eliza's office door, Yuiko scanned the room for the horse, but he was nowhere to be seen. The only one still in the room was Roscoe. She sighed and sat beside him on the bench.
"What'd she want?" Roscoe asked, scratching at his cheek ruff.
"To ask me where I've been," Yuiko replied.
"Feh. I told everyone you'd turn up. I knew you would." He chewed at his forearm just above his wing. "Nobody listens to me."
"You weren't worried?" He looked at her when she said it, his pupils dilating for a second before thinning back into slits. Yuiko knew this meant the next thing he said wouldn't be true. It was something maybe only she knew, maybe only a sister could know.
"Nuh uh," he said. "Not even a little." He went back to gnawing at his arm.
She smiled, warmed by her brother's unintended confession. Rather than press it, though, she said, "You got fleas, big guy?"
"I dunno," he mumbled. "Maybe."
She laughed and looked around again. The front counter directly across from the front door with the register and guest book was hers again. Part of her missed greeting the gentlemen coming in for a show or a meal or a nice release. She liked analyzing them, seeing how different they were from the time they walked in to when they left. They were always different, especially the first timers. She hadn't realized how much she missed this place, how much she missed being behind the counter or walking around outside on the lookout for potential guys and girls to replace the ones who planned to leave soon.
"Hey," she said at length. "Where'd Sascha go?" She'd wanted to ask where the horse had gone, but knew her brother would over-analyze such a question.
"He went to give a little tour of the place."
"Oh? To who?" She kept her voice neutral.
"That horse who came in. The one with the weird horns." He shook his head, a smile spreading across his muzzle. "I gotta tell ya, when I saw that kid for the first time I knew I had to get him in here. Thought he was a fucking unicorn. I knew Boss Lady'd love him. I'm real glad he came."
"Yeah, he's real pretty," she mumbled, hoping Roscoe wouldn't take that to mean anything.
"And that's everything," Yuiko heard Sascha say. She turned to see him coming through the archway leading to the dining area. Right behind him was the horse. "I'm sure Miss Eliza will explain anything I didn't, sugar."
"Thanks." The horse said it so quietly Yuiko was sure she wouldn't have heard him if she wasn't a bat.
Sascha's big, green eyes caught Yuiko's and sparkled. "Here she is," he said excitedly, pulling the horse along toward the bench. "This is Yuiko, my best friend in the world." He clapped his paws and flicked his white bangs out of his face. "Yui-baby, this is Joey."
Yuiko stood up, a sudden and inexplicable mixture of heat and nervousness filling her whole body, and held her paw out for Joey to shake. "Nice to meet you," she managed to say in her little whisper that she hoped was still charming.
"You, too," Joey replied, his eyes flicking to Yuiko's but not focusing on them for long.
"Come on, boyo," Roscoe said, standing and stretching. "We gotta introduce you to Boss Lady."
"O-okay," Joey whispered. He turned to thank Sascha who wrapped his arms around the horse's strong neck and squeezed. Joey then turned to follow Roscoe, but not before flashing Yuiko a timid grin that made her fur tingle.
"I can't wait to play in that pretty mane of his," Sascha mused, imagining all the different styles he could administer to Joey. "I'll bet it's like silk."
Yuiko nodded, staring at the closed office door. Her ears were flushed. "You think she'll hire him?"
"Sugar, if she doesn't she's crazy," Sascha said, putting a paw on his hip. "That horse is too pretty and I know she'll take one look at those horns of his and it'll be a done deal."
Yuiko nodded again. She knew Sascha was right.
The front door chimed and Sascha danced over to a group of wolves wanting to make a reservation for the night. "Come on over to the register, Yui-baby, so you can take down these fine gentlemen's information."
Yuiko sighed and walked over to her place behind the counter. It felt great to be back at work, but something was tugging at her, making her a little uncomfortable, like a flea you can't catch.
* * *
Yuiko lie on her back, taking every inch of Dimitri with enthusiasm. It had been two weeks since they'd seen each other and Yuiko hadn't had any stimulation for almost a month.
His eyes were shut tight as he thrust into her, but she kept hers open so that she could take in everything she'd missed about him.
Of all things she'd missed his pierced-up face the most, especially the face he was making at this moment. His nose ring swung back and forth in time with the thrust of his hips, his tongue lolling out of his mouth with a ring through the end and a stud in the middle, his ears with four rings in each sat flat against his head as he whined in ecstasy.
She'd missed him, but she wondered suddenly if she loved him.
The thought had almost ruined her mood completely, but as Dimitri got closer to climax he started thrusting deeper, hitting her spot repeatedly and sending wave after wave of intense pleasure through her until she could think of nothing else. She could definitely come if he kept this up.
Unfortunately he couldn't. His release came only a few thrusts short of hers and he collapsed on top of her, panting and shivering every time her vaginal walls clenched hopefully.
"Fuck, did I miss you," Dimitri sighed against her face. He lifted and pulled himself out slowly so that Yuiko had to stifle an anxious moan. Dimitri didn't like to feel inadequate, and if he knew she didn't come he'd take it as her saying he wasn't good enough.
"I missed you, too," she said, though she wasn't quite sure if she had or not at this point; she was only sure of the screaming arousal between her legs.
"I talked to Roscoe today," Dimitri said, tracing shapes in the fur on her belly with his claw.
She made a noncommittal noise in hopes that he would go on. Surely talking about her brother would help cool her down.
"Yeah, he was telling me about some horse you guys got now. One with these weird horns on his muzzle or something."
Yuiko's eyes opened wide, her pupils barely slits, as she stared at the ceiling. Dimitri never talked about her job. Why did he have to start now? And why did he have to bring up a subject that only enraged the fire in her loins?
"Yeah?" She tried to keep her voice even, gripping the sheets with her right paw, praying silently for her arousal to subside.
"Yeah," Dimitri went on, oblivious. "Seems like everyone's pretty excited about him. Did you meet him?"
"Mmhm," was all she could manage.
Dimitri yawned. "That's cool. Is he everything Roscoe said he was?"
"Yeah." Her voice came out in a whine that she hoped he'd take to mean she wanted to sleep instead of being her reaction to picturing Joey shirtless as he waited to be taken to the back by a patron earlier that night. Of course the image only caused a stir in her due to her pre-orgasmic state.
Dimitri smiled and licked her muzzle. "Go on and get yourself a shower if you want, then come to bed."
She nodded, taking her time so as not to seem as anxious as she felt to get out of the bed, and walked slowly over to the bathroom on the right side of the room.
Once inside she shut the door and leapt into the shower, turning it on cold and sitting down so that the water hit her face and chest. This usually calmed her, but tonight it didn't help, so her only choice was to fix things herself. She slid her paw down between her legs, working her fingers around inside until she finally gave herself release.
* * *
Yuiko tried to convince herself that she'd been thinking of Dimitri in the shower the previous night, but she couldn't quite make the promise to herself. She tried to tell herself, too, that Joey wasn't all that special, aside from his horns. Yet, as she helped Sascha and a few others wipe down the tables and set up the dining area for later that night, that strange, gorgeous black horse caught her eye again. He was standing in the corner by one of the stages talking to one of the dancers--a busty white rabbit.
Something in her stirred, making her stop wiping the table. It wasn't jealousy--she'd found out the day before from Sascha that Joey liked boys--but there was definitely something. She found herself staring at him. His midnight-black coat was shiny, his mane seemingly flowing from him as if he was just a fountain of pure black. He had the bulk of his mane pulled to the side with a hair tie, but the front of it cascaded down the side of his muzzle, covering one eye. He was smiling sweetly at the rabbit who seemed to be telling him some story. His silvery eye twinkled as he grinned, and his horns stood out like two light grey beacons. He was wearing a dark purple sleeveless shirt and black jeans that weren't nearly as black as his fur.
"He's always early," Sascha said suddenly, making Yuiko jump. He didn't seem to notice. "He's a good boy. I hear Miss Eliza is going to let him dance pretty soon. If he wants, that is."
Yuiko swallowed. "Is he... Is he any good?"
Sascha spun around excitedly, his bushy tail fluffing out as he wrapped it around his tight jeans. "Oh, Yui-baby. You just have to see that boy dance. He's lovely."
Somehow Yuiko knew that this horse was going to change a few things...
