I was really nervous and embarrassed when I had to make an excuse to my friends that I couldn't go with them to this really fun water park in July, but sadly they already bought the ticket and it was non-refundable. They were suspicious about it but they dropped it and I was in the clear. I went on the website and found an instructor who teaches anyone of all age group I found his number and called him and I have to say I heard the most beautiful sounding voice on the other line and I tried to sound confident, but I think I sounded like a complete dork. That's right I'm also gay and this guy sounds like the perfect person so far. I still got a time with him 2:00 in the afternoon for as long as I need. So I made it my goal that within two months I will learn how to swim so I can't disappoint my friends and myself.

The next day at 2:00 I went up to the receptionist who is a antelope by the main desk."So may I ask why you're here?" I respond a little nervously "Um I'm here for Swimming Lessons" She then asks "So do you have a child outside?" Now slightly embarrassed "No, the lessons are for me." Now with a look of surprise she says "Oh I'm so sorry sir I must have made you feel very uncomfortable please accept my apology." I responded "It's alright um can we just get the lesson started?" She typed away at her computer. "Okay Eric Donathan, do you have a membership here?" After looking through my wallet I gave her my membership card. "Okay your card doesn't have to be reinstated for another six months and give me a quick second to call Adrian down here." She picks up the phone and types in a number "Hey Adrian it's Gina yeah you're two o'clock is here alright I'll tell him bye." "Adrian said he'll be down shortly he's just a little preoccupied at the moment." I ask her "What can you tell me about Adrian?" Gina tells me "Oh he's a total sweetheart he likes to help people out a lot." "His boyfriend left him a couple months ago, but he got over him." In my head I was screaming "Yes he's gay maybe I could be his new boyfriend!" On the outside I said "So why'd his boyfriend leave him?" Gina with a slight sad look "You'll find out about it soon enough when you meet him, just don't bring up the guy he hates him now." I told her "Oh definitely I get it I mean if my boyfriend left me I would be upset, he didn't leave me but we made sure to stay friends after the break up." Gina asks "Oh so you're gay as well?" I tell her confidently "I am just don't tell everyone you know how some people can be." The phone goes off and she picks it up "Hello alright then." She hangs up and tells me "Okay Adrian is done and he should be here real soon."

He tells me "Well seeing to how you aren't three or eight you should be tall enough to stand the 5 ft. pool and don't worry there aren't anymore swimming instructors and the teaching pool is far away from the main pool just to avoid embarrassment from others."

We walk over to the teaching pool and the entire time we're walking I can't help but stare at his pregnant belly and I have to resist the urge to think of me plowing him and having sweat glisten down his stomach. I take a deep breath and start to walk further in the water until I reach him and feel his belly brush up on my fur and it felt amazing then to not let him notice my stick I got out of his arms and asked him "Alright what do we do next?" He then told me "Alright this is basic how you can swim without flailing around like a fool is to stroke your arms in a circular motion and keep repeating that process with both of your arm." "Another way to avoid splashing too many people requires a little more balance because your feet can't touch the ground then keep both of your hands and of course your head above the water then lightly kick in the water and move your body." (Author's Note: I swim, but I can't exactly remember what my mom described these techniques like. So if you they sound weird to you let me know, but if you got what I was trying to say thank you.) "You got those techniques?" I looked at him as if he just spoke in another language he sighed and said "I'll demonstrate for you watch my arms okay not my belly for once." I blushed when he said that in my head I was screaming "Oh crap he knew I was looking!"

So I had spent the next few minutes looking at his arms and him as he demonstrated to me. After awhile he had me try it out and I have to say I enjoyed being in the water I didn't even remember why I was afraid of water in the first place. When I started moving around the pool Adrian looked impressed at me which also made me really happy as well and after awhile I went back over to him and asked him "Wow that was actually pretty good are you sure you never swam before?" I told him "Actually I used to swim a lot when I was young but after I turned 9 I was really afraid of water I can't remember why doctors and even therapists couldn't find the reason the closest guess was I repressed a memory so much that I never want to remember it." Adrian says "That sounds a little sad, but what gave you the confidence to get in of the water today?" I tell him "My friends got me a ticket to this water park and it's non-refundable and I couldn't say no to them." "So I told them all I was coming here to work out, when really I came here to learn from you well relearn from you." Adrian smiles at me "Well I think it's good that you had the confidence to get back in the water after all these years." I blush at this and try to hide it. We went into the locker room together and was going to take a shower before I left. My answer is simple I kiss him back and then when we brake the kiss "Of course when I heard your voice on the phone I liked you." For the first time I saw a blush on his face he then asks me "So you'll even go out with me with these three in here ever since I found out I was gonna have them I decided to keep even until the very end." He smiles and tells me "I said you don't get any ideas, that didn't exclude me of having any ideas." I then decided to ask him "So if you want maybe we could go out to eat and even though you're eating for four I'd be glad to pay." He then told me "No, I wouldn't want to be a burden to you by having you pay for everything." I then tell him "You aren't gonna be a burden I want to do this for you." "Now we can talk dinner later how about right now we finish up the shower here?" Adrian wraps his arms around me "Only if I can finish it near you." "At least you'll know that as a bit of a warning when the time comes to meet them and to help with my dad talk about two things will make him like you sports and good cooking recipes." "it will explain itself when you meet him." Adrian tells me "Well hopefully I meet them soon." I then tell him something that also wanted to ask him "Actually my parents asked about you and were wondering if you'd like to meet them?" If he had a drink I think he would have done a spit take "Meet your parents, but we haven't even finished our first date." I try to calm him down "I know, but my parents were very insistent when I tried to change the subject they kept going back to you and before you ask yes they know about your situation and that didn't change anything not that I would want it to change anything." I don't think that fully calmed him down, but he took a deep breath and asks "When would they want to meet me?" I sigh and say "My parents would like to meet you two weeks from now on June 7th." "It exactly is two weeks from now anyway today is the 24th that will give you enough time to calm down and be around me of course and I can help you relieve stress for you in many ways and many positions." He chuckles "You are very insistent as well." I say "I'm joking with you I know you wanna wait and that's fine with me now where's our waiter?" With an equally curious look on his face he responds " Yeah it has been awhile where is our waiter?" I see a waitress and call her over "Excuse me ma'am, but we haven't had our waiter come here." She comes over to us "Oh sorry for the inconvenience Quincy is probably supposed to be your waiter I'll go in the back and see if I could find him for now why don't you two just give me your drinks and I'll be back with them shortly." (The two of us look into our menus and I order a Diet Boke and Adrian asks for chocolate milk.)

The waitress leaves and I ask Adrian "So chocolate milk guessing those three have a bit of a sweet tooth?" He tells me "More then a bit you should see some of the foods I've been craving I think I actually remember once putting maple syrup on pizza once." Before I say anything he tells me "It tasted more gross then you would think, but sometimes I can't get enough of it because of my cravings." I cringe at hearing that "I guess that and morning sickness are two gross things about pregnancy." I see him rub his stomach "Yeah, but it will be worth it once these guys are out of me." The waitress comes back with a squirrel who looked pretty big in his stomach region as well the waitress introduces him "Guys this is Quincy and as you can see he's expecting and has been a little insecure about his weight so please be nice to him and Quincy try being less insecure I know it's hard, but you also have a job here and I don't want Shannon to fire you okay?' Quincy responds "Yeah I'll try Tasha." Tasha puts our drinks down on the table "Good luck Quincy and I hope you boys have a good dinner tonight." Quincy gets out his notepad "Alright I'm Quincy I'll be your waiter today what would you like to order?" After he took our order we waited for our food and I saw first hand how big Adrian's cravings were like after we ate we paid and we called Quincy over to us and talked with him and even exchanged our numbers with him and even invited him and his boyfriend Micah on a double date which I think that brightened up his day a little. After dinner I gave Adrian my address and told him that if he ever wanted to come over he could just call first to make sure that I'm there. We kissed before going our separate ways and I got a good view of his butt before I left.

The next day I went back to the rec center for my last lesson apparently my lessons were going very well and I actually felt comfortable in the water again after so long especially now that I have Adrian in my life. So I took a deep breath and went underwater and opened my eyes I looked at the water and how it looked below and it seemed to get darker all of a sudden. I must have closed my eyes because I opened my eyes quickly but strangely the pool looked bigger and I looked at my paws and they looked smaller I tried to look around but all I could see is water and I felt as if my air was running out I tried to swim up and I looked like I was going up and right when it looked like I was about to touch the surface I closed my eyes and started to drift underwater. I looked over to see a shadowy looking figure pick me up and tried to give me mouth to mouth and when I opened my eyes I looked up to see Adrian in front of me he looked like he was crying then when I hacked up some water he hugged me I looked at my paws and they were back to normal size Adrian still with some tears in his eyes "I thought I was gonna lose you." I grabbed his head and said "Hey don't cry I'm here and I actually feel so much better then I have in the last 19 years because I actually feel whole." Adrian stops crying and with a confused look on his face "Did you hit your head down there?" With a relaxed look on my face "Nope I feel good because you know that repressed memory I told you about I just relived it, it was crazy but now for some reason now that I remember it I feel great." Adrian still looking very confused "So you almost dying helped you feel more alive?" I answer him by saying " I know it may sound weird but I feel so much better now I'll tell you about it later." "Right now however you said you wanna make today a memorable day how about we do something more memorable than me almost dying." I kiss him and he asks "So what do you have in mind?" " Within a few days off course you are gonna meet my parents and I want the two of us to be really close together now." After a few seconds or minutes I don't know how long it takes he finally answers "Yeah I'd love to move in with you." I hug him when he says that then I tell him "Guess we have to tell our folks about this." "Oh and my friends occasionally like to drop in unannounced so expect that from them because I'd be very happy to introduce you to them." He asks me "How many friends do you have?" I respond "I have 5 friends they know about you actually, but they don't know about your three passengers in here I wanted that to be a surprise." He chuckles "Then this will be a huge surprise to them."

(Okay so part 1 is over with and I'm still **contemplating if I should make this a three or four part story I'm leaning on three but you never know. If you have any ***criticisms please tell me this is my first attempt at writing something I don't know when I'll have the next part come out depends on my schedule. I hope all enjoyed the story and if you thought that their relationship moved too quickly well that's how I thought would be best again like I said criticize all you want, but don't criticize so much that you're basically being a troll.
