Catacombs of Kabal: Chapter 2
#2 of Catacombs of Kabal
Chapter 2:
Raine awoke from his sleep and the first thing he felt was the throbbing headache. Where he lay was cold and hard and he didn't dare open his eyes yet. He tried to reach for his head but found he couldn't. Everything was foggy and disconnected as slowly he came to his senses. He felt cold metal around his arms and legs soon realizing he couldn't move them at all.
Opening his eye slowly he found himself in the dark facing a stone ceiling. He heard moans of pain nearby but couldn't place them in his state. He tried to lift his head but found there was some sort of metal collar around it holding him in place. He was held firmly to a wooden slab. He tried to speak but soon found he had some sort of gag spell put on him.
He knew it was a trap! He'd fallen into Qab's trap and now was in the palace dungeon. Fear showed in his eyes as without his words he couldn't use his magical abilities. For a moment he struggled in the shackles but found them too powerful to even budge the slightest. He opened his second eye hoping that he could at least muster some magic from the enchantment but he was greeted with blackness.
He began to panic and would have cried out but his words just caught in his throat as his mouth wouldn't open. It soon came to his attention he was muzzled. His eye were wide with fear as he lay there with only his mind to keep him company and contemplate what was happening. He didn't know the sentence for what he had done but he had a feeling it would be carried out swiftly. He was right.
Two soldiers appeared from the darkness grinning slightly as they looked at their prey. They unclasped him from the table and lifted him quickly from the slab only to slam him face down on the ground. Raine found he couldn't even yelp out in pain as the wrestled him down tearing his tunic from him as well as his trousers leaving him in nothing but his fur.
He struggled with all of his strength but he really wasn't built for that sort of thing. He was a magi after all and his battle capabilities were more about his agility than his strength. With his hands cuffed and a chain bound to a metal collar around his neck Raine was dragged through the dungeon with terror in his eyes.
He saw others reaching out from the bars for the soldiers while others laughed and pointed at the naked black and white fennec being forced forward but the dark black wolf and matching colored stallion. Raine tried as hard as he could to resist and cry for help as tears were forming in the corners of his eyes.
The doors of the dungeon were thrown open and Raine's heart sank as he saw where he was being led. It was the slave stage and an auction was in progress. He saw men and women thrown to the crowd as their lives were paid for in gold and quickly tried to escape once more towards the dungeon this time. A life locked up was better than what await.
Overpowered he was brought to the stage naked in front of the crowd as the hyena slave auctioneer grinned in a rather sinister way. Raine was strapped onto a pole where he couldn't escape and was put on display.
"This is Raine Diam... The man responsible for the undead attack a few weeks ago! Though I guess you could call him whatever you wish now can't you. This fine male fetches a high price due to his crimes and his sentence is life. Bidding starts at six hundred gold pieces," Barked the hyena as the crowd erupted into bids.
Raine was tuning it all out as he looked about desperately trying to find a way out. Nothing could come to mind as panic held him like a vice in body and mind. It wasn't long before he heard a gavel crash and the soldiers once again unclasped him and threw him into the arms of another this time. The fennec looked up in horror at the man he knew had purchased his life.
A grey fox wearing royal purple clothing grinned down at him. His muzzle was rather distinguished as a mixture of grey, russet and white while his yellow eyes held intent behind them. He felt the powerful grip at his chain pulling him along. Raine was exhausted from his fighting and while he hadn't accepted his fate he saw the small torture blade the fox had in his paw.
He followed for now waiting for opportunity to show itself. He followed the man to his large residence on the edge of the city where he was thrown to guards again. They were a pair of pure white wolves that took the fennec into their grasp and guided him to a room filled with fine silks and dressers. They took the shackles off the slave and unbound his muzzle.
One of them produced a stone that their master had given them and pressed it to the fennecs neck only to have him cry out as tears streamed down his cheeks. Raine spoke with sobs as they tied him to a post and went through the silks finding the ones the master had requested.
"I... I didn't cause the attack... I was trying to save Kabal! You have to believe me this is wrong! I didn't do anything," cried the fennec as the men started dressing him with a red veil and a long matching loincloth that could be easily seen through and gold chains were hung about his chest. The chains draped themselves across the white of his chest and belly as well as the black on his back as the wolves attached a bell to his collar.
The wolves gave no reaction to his cries and when the master of the household walked into the room he noticed no reaction until they wolves were touched. The guards were deaf giving him important information but at the same time he knew his cries weren't heard. Tears matted his cheeks as he was set free into the grey foxes arms where he was forced to look into the yellow eyes.
"I am your master. You don't need to know my name, master will do. You will never disobey as the punishment will be severe. Don't try to use your magic as none will work on these grounds. Should you try to escape your collar will cause you unbearable pain. Should to try and attack anyone your collar will cause you more pain. It is enchanted with intelligence and it will know when you even think about it. You will follow every order the moment it is given. Do you understand slave," Asked the master with a sinister grin on his face.
Raine whined shaking his head, "This is a mistake I didn't do what they said I did! I was trying to save the city!"
The master lifted his paw and jabbed the stiletto into Raine's arm making him yowl in pain and fall to the floor. He held the wound looking up at the fox with fear in his eyes.
"That is not the proper response bitch. Yes Master is the proper response... now lets try this again. Do you understand," repeated the master with a frown on his face while his eyes were begging the fennec to defy him again.
"Y...Yes master..."
Qab walked away from the auction with a frown on his face while gripping his paws in rage. He wasn't sure who he was more angry and upset with, the sultan or himself. Upon reaching his chambers he saw the two men that had handled Raine. They were the last ones he wanted to see right now and their gloating over what they did to the fennec brought all the anger to the surface. He slammed them both to the wall looking them in the eyes with a growl.
"you're relieved of duty! On grounds that I don't like you and you're piss poor guards at best anyway. Go home to your families and explain to them why you can no longer afford food," Snaped the fennec at the two larger men. They had fear in their eyes as he let go and slammed the door to his quarters behind him.
He heard them shouting after him but ignored their cries as he was surprised to see the high priest of the local temple in his room. The man was blind but the most kind and generous person Qab had ever met. The man was Father Geer and he was a small mouse. His red eyes and white fur made him an albino. It was a miracle that a man like him would come to praise a god after the hand he was delt.
"You are upset Qab... what troubles you? I have never known you to shout like that before my son," Said the mouse softly as he adjusted his white robes sitting on the fennec's bed.
Qab sighed rubbing his temples as he shook his head, "I'm not your son Father Geer... at this point I'm pretty sure there is no god."
"Even if that is what you wish to believe it does not give you free license to be cruel. What troubles you?"
"I could have saved a man from a terrible life but I didn't... I was afraid..."
Geer nodded slowly as he put his paws on his lap, "I see... Come and sit and explain to me what happened."
Qab pulled the wooden chair out from his desk and sat down putting his face in his hands as he spoke, "The man Raine Diam... He didn't cause the attack. I was with him on the night it happened. We were down in the catacombs when we were ambushed and almost killed. Raine saved my life twice that night. In the battle in the streets he was injured so I went to see him when Sultan Jahan showed up. He condemned the man trying to save the city to slavery for life..."
"I see... That is most unfortunate," Said the father looking a little upset himself before he looked to where Qab's voice was coming from, "You believe you could have saved him from this terrible fate?"
Qab sighed looking up at the mouse with a nod, "Yeah... I think I could have if I pushed it hard enough but when Jahan threatened me I backed down and let him have his way. He was never like this before. I'm questioning my position Geer..."
Geer nodded as he spoke, "An understandable position. You've been forced into a hard place to be. Though remember the oaths you took were not to the Sultan but to the people. To keep them safe. I understand why you would feel as such being you didn't protect one of them... even from the sultan."
"Are you suggesting I go against the orders of my sultan," replied Qab looking a little shocked.
"I am suggesting you do what is right..."
Qab sighed and leaned back in his chair closing his eyes and pointing his face towards the ceiling, "He's going to hate me..."
Geer laughed softly and nodded, "He should."
The fennec couldn't help but laugh slightly with a nod, "That's not funny..."
"Well it is a little," Replied the father before he stood himself up and carefully walked forward with his cane. He stopped next to the fennec and put a paw on Qab's head gently, "You are in a difficult position but you knew when you took this job that it would be difficult. You need to do what your conscience tells you is right... Or be condemned for eternity. Figure out a way to acquire Raine's trust or perhaps... acquire Raine..."
Qab opened his eyes only to see the father leaving his chambers having planted the seeds he needed to. The fennec sat up strait looking out his window before nodding. He knew the man that had purchased Raine but knew also that he would ask for an incredible price for his newest acquisition. Qab didn't make that much so he would have to make it appear different. He had to befriend the man.
The fennec didn't waste any time as he stood himself up and didn't even bother to switch into civilian clothing. He was out of the palace and into the streets before anyone could stop him. He avoided the main streets as he worked his way to the edge of the city and to the gates of Alkaid's mansion of debauchery and hedonism.
Upon stepping through the front gate he was greeted by a pair of guards in shock to see a man of Qab's status enter. He knew how this would have to be played out and didn't like it one bit but it was the only way he could think of to save Raine. Upon seeing Qab the guards quickly fetched their master as the fennec was seated in the foyer.
Alkaid was grinning at the black fennec bent over the still warm anvil as his brand hovered just inches away from Raine's rear. Raine struggled but all that could escape his mouth was muffled mumbles as he had been muzzled. Tears were in his eyes again as he was well aware to what was happening.
Alkaid lifted a hand and with a wave ordered the guard to proceed. Raine's eyes went wide as the loud sizzling of fur and skin filled the air around them along with the smell of burning flesh and muffled screams of agony. The large A surrounded by olive branches had been marked permanently into the fennecs rear.
The fox enjoyed watching this one squirm and cry as he broke him. Standing himself up Alkaid got down at eye level with Raine putting a paw on the muzzled fennec's cheek with a sadistic grin on his face, "You are so fun to break bitch... Soon you will learn to enjoy all I and my guests do to you."
"Master Alkaid! Qab Talan is here," Exclaimed a guard as he ran through the door to the blacksmiths' panting as he had run rather quickly to get here. A visit from someone with as much power as Qab was always something that must be brought to the attention of the master as quickly as possible.
Alkaid's eyes went wide with delight as he personally unshackled Raine with a grin pulling the fennec close to him via the chain attached to the black one's collar. The fox leaned in close to the fennec placing his hand over the brand and squeezing hard, "Oh sweet fate that you should be broken first by your very captor."
Raine struggled but the collar gave him a shock the likes of which felt just as painful as the branding had. He fell to the ground crying out through his nose knowing now what tortures await him should he disobey. He was yanked back to his feet and from that point walked next to the master not even putting resistance on the chain as his only resistance were the tears flowing freely from his eyes.
Qab stood himself up trying his hardest not to match the tears he saw on Raine's face. Instead he had to play along in this tragedy and looked to the fennec with contempt for now as he offered a small bow of respect to Alkaid while offering his paw which was taken in a vigorous shake.
"Captain Qab what brings you to my establishment? It wouldn't happen to be my newest acquisition would it," Asked Alkaid letting the fennec's paw go before looking to Raine with the same sadistic grin, "I'm afraid he isn't broken yet. He still has tears to shed after all."
Alkaid laughed but seeing Qab not laughing he quickly cut it short and nodded, "Well... Come. Make yourself at home here. Raine will be your company for tonight regardless... Though I do ask that your refrain from using that name for now... He hasn't earned it back yet."
Qab nodded as he was handed Raine's chain and lead into the mansion speaking softly, "You are too kind Alkaid. I assume you plan on entertaining me for the evening... I hear you have a rather soft spot for men with power."
Alkaid grinned slightly as he liked where this was going. The more he got his paws into the politics of the city the more he could get away with though he had to play this one rather close to the chest. Qab could very well arrest him should things go wrong, but to have the captain under his influence was just too much of a prize to be won.
"And who told you that captain? I simply know how to entertain my guests well... if they choose to come back often it is not my fault now is it," Replied Alkaid with a bit of a grin as he opened one of the doors to a rather large guest room, "You can use these chambers free of charge my captain."
Qab looked inside seeing the sheer decadence of the room as a testament to the man's wealth. He might as well be as wealthy as the sultan himself. The yellow fennec turned to Alkaid and quirked a brow, "How did you know though... About... well..."
"Oh please. We all know it's illegal to lie with a man as you would a woman... well... unless it's a slave... but you... you are the only captain in the history of this city to never make a single arrest over it. It's not that hard to put two and two together. Not that you aren't doing a fine job at all," Replied Alkaid as he pointed his arm towards the room, "Enjoy yourself captain. If you need anything the chain by the door is a bell that will alert a servant."
Qab nodded and closed the door behind him before leading the black fennec over to a rather large harem couch. He sat down and offered the seat next to him with his paw. Raine knew better now than to refuse and so sat down next to him keeping his paws over his shame as tears were still flowing. Qab softly put his paw on the other fennec's leg and his face changed to one of regret and pain as he looked upon the man that had saved his life.
The captain reached into one of his pockets and pulled free a piece of paper handing it to Raine nearly on the edge of tears as he did so. The slave took the paper and opened it slowly to read.
"I'm sorry it happened this way Raine. It was never my intention for this to happen at all. During the battle you were knocked unconscious and so I made sure you were attended to medically. It was while I was waiting for you to awake that Jahan himself showed up. I couldn't stand up to him out of fear and so you were sold into slavery as a traitor. I know you aren't a traitor and I am here to save you but not tonight. I must gain Alkaid's trust and demand a payment for his influence over me. That gift will be you. I know you've no reason to trust me and you are going to doubt me but that's not going to stop me from saving you from this. Once you have read this nod so I can destroy the note."
Raine looked up slowly as the tears stopped flowing for now. His mind allowed him a glimmer of hope but at the same time knew this was going to be dangerous. He nodded slowly to the captain and handed the note over to him. Qab took the note tearing it up then putting it into his mouth as he nodded and swallowed.
The fennecs looked at each other for some time in silence before Qab put a paw on Raine's cheek rubbing it softly with his thumb before using the same thumb to flip the clasp on the muzzle and take it off. Qab leaned in close pressing his muzzle up against Raine's ear before speaking softly, "Alkaid has listening devices in his rooms... I am sorry but in order to keep up appearances we will have to play this out."
Raine swallowed hard hearing the words and unsure if this was another trap or if the first wasn't a trap at all. He felt the male's tongue drag along the edge of his ear making him close his eyes and shiver. Even if the feeling was rather invasive it was nice to experience something other than agony today.
Qab reached his arms around the other fennec and held him close letting a tear fall into Raine's hair as he knew what the black one had been through was his sin now, "I'm so sorry..."
Raine looked up slowly speaking softly into the other fennec's ear, "Why?"
Qab's face twisted through emotion from self hatred and remorse to genuine sadness and defeat, "Because... because I was a coward... I'm sorry Raine but... if Alkaid sees no evidence of... well..."
The black fennec folded his ears back whimpering softly as he whispered back, "I... I barely know you..."
Qab nodded slowly putting a paw on Raine's cheek, tears in his eyes as he spoke, "Now is the time that you show your courage. Play along for now until I have the opportunity to free you from this. Something's not right but I have to get to the bottom of it before I risk getting you in deeper than you already are. Be strong Raine... endure. Please... be stronger than I was."
"I'm scared," was the only reply from the fennec as his eyes were glazed over again. He felt like there was a chance he could trust the captain, that the words he spoke were true. The emotions he saw in the other's eyes were powerful enough to show they were sincere.
Qab nodded slowly and run a paw down Raine's cheek speaking softly, "I know... it's okay to be scared... We haven't much time. Know that there is no sincerity in my actions from now on." He stood himself up and looked down at the fennec with a gaze that said I'm sorry.
ADULT VERSION
"Stand up and bend over slave," shouted the captain of the guard loud enough that the enchantments would hear. Though it made the both of them flinch at how loud it had come out. Raine had no choice in the matter now that the words had been spoken. It was either great pain or follow orders.
Raine's ears folded back knowing this is how it had to be for now. Alkaid would be suspicious should he be returned without a mark on him to suggest he was used. He stood himself up and bent over letting the red sheer fall over his rear as his tail lifted and he began to whimper again.
Qab saw the brand and his heart jerked again seeing first hand one of the horrors he felt responsible for. He shook his head before stripping free his armor having it clank on the ground. Qab pushed his hips forward slowly rubbing his sheath against the red sheer and the cheeks. He was being careful to avoid the brand even as he gave the black and white rear a slap, of course on the cheek without the branding.
Raine yelped and looked over his shoulder confused at the spank but Qab answered with a shrug and a bit of a grin. The situation was rather uncomfortable for the both of them so Qab tried to make the best of it. He continued to grind his hips against the rear as his pink fennechood started to push out of the sheath. He shook his head and bit his lip knowing there was no way to do it that way without hurting Raine in some fashion. Qab could smell the brand meaning it was fresh.
"Lay down on the bed bitch," Said Qab softly though his ears folded back at the word bitch. He didn't like treating the black fennec this way.
Raine nodded and walked to the bed laying down on his back with little whimpers. Qab went to join him before nodding and speaking softly into Raine's ear, "At least... try to enjoy it a little. I'll be gentle..."
The black fennec bit his lip before nodding as Qab turned himself around sitting himself on the black and white one's belly. He tipped his shaft down slowly while shifting the red sheer aside before pressing just the dripping tip against the smaller fennec's sheath. Slowly the captain slipped his hips forward sinking the shaft into the sheath, stretching it around his shaft and making him shiver.
The slave let out a soft whine as the sensitive flesh was teased and he bit his lip blushing quite heavily. He felt every little movement as Qab slowly sunk his member into the sheath pressing his tip against the dark one's own. Both of their huge ears folded back at the sensation. Raine reached up softly putting his paws on Qab's hips as the yellow fennec began to slide them back and forth driving the shaft in and out of the sheath. It wasn't long before Raine's length was pushed aside to let Qab's dive in deeper.
The sheath was distended slightly with the outline of the two shafts where normally there was only one. Raine couldn't help but get excited from the play as his own member pushed Qabs up against the wall of the sheath and his belly tightly. This only added to the pleasure for both of them though as the movements became more forced and deliberate in the tight space.
Raine's obsidian shaft peeked out over Qab's own as it was starting to tilt upwards towards the captain's belly. The yellow one grabbed the shaft and slowly began to stroke it gently as his hips started moving faster and faster. He was panting hard already as his canine member was starting to knot just outside of the sheath.
Raine was panting and whining softly as he held the other fennec tightly now from all the pleasure. It was apparent he wasn't very practiced at all as his knot was growing even faster than Qab's. He was going to climax quickly and he felt his insides tensing and heat growing in his loins. It wasn't long before he climaxed sending spurt after spurt of his fennec seed shootiing up against both of their bellies while pooling on Raine's own. The shot set of the yellow fennec as well as he let out a howl of pleasure filling the sheath and soon it started to back out the tip. He panted hard as they both rode out their climax.
It was some time before they both had a grip of things again and Qab went soft his sheath retracting the shaft back away into its protective grasp. Raine's was quick to follow as the two adjusted to lay next to one another.
Raine looked into Qab's eyes a little nervous like he had second thoughts about the whole thing to which Qab put a paw on the dark one's cheek and leaned in to kiss his forehead whispering in his ear, "I know... Someday... someday it will be okay..."
