Raine laughed until she had tears running down her cheeks, and then, kept laughing, eventually, she was gasping and pounding the table with her paw, struggling to breathe.
"Easy darling - " Reuben chuckled. "Take a breath and a drink, I got plenty of stories like that one..."
Holding up a paw, Raine gasped and coughed, then wiped away her tears. "Dad, please don't..."
"Why not? You haven't heard even a third of them in your whole life!"
Raine chuckled and quickly took a drink, before setting her glass down. "I get the idea, Nathan's always...well - been Nathan!"
'That's true love, very true..."
"So, tell me - honestly, what's he...you know...like."
"Raine! You should no better than to ask such a question!" Reuben snorted.
Raine raised an eyebrow at him, then snorted right back. "Dad? That look won't work on me, I'm not a little puppy, that'll cower under that look. Truth, Nathan's seen Rodger - Rodger told me...I think poor Nathan's a bit - shocked."
"Raine Whitetstag!" Reuben spoke sternly, before he burst into laughter and shook his head. "You're your father's daughter alright! Fine - I'll tell you, come closer!"
Raine moved her chair, until they were huddled together in a conspiratorial huddle.
"As you know, my own and Nathan's relationship - well - he doesn't have a dominant bone in his body..."
'I learned that when I was five dad - " Raine giggled and nodded. "You'd say I couldn't have any ice cream, if I didn't eat all my vegetables - Nathan would sneak me some later anyway!"
"that little..." Reuben chuckled. "I thought you were the ice-cream thief!"
"Me? I'm innocent!...mostly..." Raine laughed quietly. "Fine, I admit it, I did get more than my share sometimes!"
"I thought as much...anyway, Nathan doesn't like to 'top' as it were, so, he's often more than happy to be my doe- and a damn sexy and fine doe he is too!"
Raine blushed and giggled, nodding. "Poor Nathan, you _really_need to be more gentle with him Dad! Concussions are probably cumulative! How many is it now? Fifteen?"
"That's...well - " Reuben coughed and blushed. "Actually, a contractors repaired that wall three times already..."
Raine stared at him, wide eyed. "WHAT?"
"It's not my fault - honestly!" Reuben chuckled. "He likes to be on his knees and paws, when we make love! No, don't ask why, I stopped asking him. Well, as you know sometimes I get a little..."
"Eager is an understatement Dad! Poor Nathan, he really _should_try a different position. I can imagine it - you squeal and lunge and...his head gets crunched into the wall."
Reuben winced and blushed. "It sounds...so cruel to hear it..."
"Try it, when you're a six year old pup, and hear Nathan shriek like that, then the loud crunch as his head hit the wall! I swear Dad, I thought you were killing him, so I ran in and...well - I kinda killed the mood...."
"Oh, no my dear, believe me - I, well - you can imagine - rutting season for me? I'm like a feral stag. Mount, two or three thrusts and...well, yeah."
Raine's eyes widened and she giggled shyly. "Oh...and...?"
"Well, more than once - when I was younger, I rutted poor Nathan three quarters of the night, must have - well, yes... Needless, it was about nearly ten times I gave him my gift, as we call it."
"Oh..." Raine moaned, then giggled helplessly, she couldn't help it. "Poor Nathan..."
"Poor Nathan?" Reuben snorted. "you have _any_idea - no - you wouldn't love, you're not a deer. Well, its bad for a deer especially a stag. Poor Nathan, he often needs, well he likes his toys, as they help _him_with the frustrations of being a stag, who isn't dominant, and capable of mating a doe - or, like me, a buck."
Raine frowned and listened, then nodded slowly. "That does explain _why_he showers so much..."
"Partially, because he doesn't really _get relief_like I do, I imagine the musk and sweat we bucks get come rut, it must drive him mad."
Raine nodded again, then giggled shyly and leaned in close, and kissed Reuben's cheek. "I think you'll like one of the things_I bought Nathan today - apart from the sexy negligee's and so on...I can't wait for him to try it out on _you."
"You...what?" Reuben blinked.
"You'll see Dad, just wait - it might help, well, hopefully it'll help...." Raine giggled like a schoolgirl at mischief, then cuddled her father around the neck. "I love you, you know that, don't you?"
He smiled at her, then nodded and licked her forehead and cuddled her adoringly. "I do love, trust me, I do - we'd be lost without our dear, sweet Vixen."
Raine smiled and hugged him again, before she picked up her glass and emptied it, swallowing the sweet liquid.
"You never truly answered my question dad...just how - big- is Nathan?"
"Well, he could please a doe...very well - at least a good nine and a half inches!"
Raine's muzzle fell open and she moaned softly, flattening her ears as Reuben nodded and chuckled. "He's _quite_a stag..."
*
That afternoon, Nathan was outside, cursing and grumbling fluently, as he cooked on the barbeque. Reuben, Rodger and Raine sat nearby, sipping alcoholic drinks and listening to Nathan's cursing.
"You want to kiss Raine with that muzzle" Reuben snorted, as he walked over, and wrapped his paws around Nathan's waist and pulled him back. "Cranky, cranky -"
Nathan sighed, then lowered his head and trembled, feeling Reuben's paws slide around his belly and caress him gently.
"Not in front of the youngsters love!" Nathan squealed.
"Go for it Dad!" Raine cheered Reuben on, whilst Rodger blushed and put his head in his paws.
"Raine!" Nathan squealed. "Don't encourage him or....eeek!"
Biting on Nathan's nape, Reuben's paws slid into the loose pants Nathan wore, then the tongs fell from Nathan's paws and he squealed and bucked, before moaning and shuddering helplessly.
"Wow..." Reuben panted, smelling the strong scent of a pleased buck and the musk. "Wow..."
Raine frowned, then as she watched Nathan squeal and run for the house, she shook her head and laughed - she couldn't help it.
"I had no idea...Reuben murmured, as he went after Nathan, and to wash his now sticky paw.
*
When they returned, Nathan was walking strangely, glaring at Reuben, who chuckled and kissed his lover on the cheek.
"Should I ask?" Raine snickered.
"No..." Come Nathan's weak grunt, before he giggled and returned to the barbeque, picking up the tongs and glaring over his shoulder at Reuben.
"What_did_ you do to him Dad?" Raine whispered in his ears.
"I...helped him relieve some pent up frustration, and some of my own - " Reuben whispered back then snickered. "How am I going to get _that_off the bathroom ceiling..."
"Dad!" Raine moaned, wide eyed.
Reuben merely chuckled, before he carried a beer over to Nathan and held it, as Nathan began turning the burgers over, his muzzle wrinkling at the smell of cooking meat.
'I told you we should have raised her as a vegetarian - " Nathan grumbled.

That evening, replete with Nathan's masterful culinary skills, the four of them laid in the backyard. Nathan lay between Reuben's legs, his head resting on his chest, as Reuben cuddled his lover tenderly. Raine sat splay legged, Rodger likewise laying nestled between her legs, his head on her belly.
A distant foomp was heard, then Raine's eyes-widened as she seen the bright starburst of a green firework. More explosions followed, the colours lighting up the sky as they cracked and exploded overhead.
"It's - beautiful - " Raine whispered, stroking Rodger's chest tenderly, the fireworks reflected in her glacier blue eyes.
"It is my dear, sweet daughter - " Reuben smiled. "It's all the more special to Nathan and I - "
"Why so Dad?" Raine asked, glancing sideways at him.
"Don't you remember the adoption certificate in your present we gave you?"
"Today...was the day we formally adopted you, dear heart - " Nathan murmured.
"I couldn't think of a better way to spend it - surrounded by those I love..." Reuben whispered, as he gazed up at the fireworks, that exploded overhead...
