CYOA: Nighthowler
#1 of CYOA: Judy Hopps
Inspired by the work of KitsuneYoukai and Firecat (especially their own CYOA held in the Kitsu Discord) with their Condom Crusader series and the animator Rubber with their Judy Hopps content, I'm considering a short form CYOA adventure where Judy Hopps has fully embraced their vigilante alter-ego Nighthowler and helps keep the citizens of Zootopia safe in the most devious of ways. Hello, it's me again. I've found myself with a little more free time than usual and, while I work on a few other shorts, find myself inspired to do something more interactive. In this alternate universe, Judy takes on the costume-clad alter-ego Nighthowler to fight crime and have fun doing it. As a vigilante, she is unconstrained by the rules and decorum a heroic officer of the ZPD is expected to follow and will hopefully get into all kinds of sordid situations. Bad endings, save points, and unlockable permutations all seem like they'd add good fun.
Judy Hopps finishes her shift at the Zootopia police department and discreetly makes her way Downtown. She sneaks unnoticed into her secret hideout, a cheap apartment nestled in an old tower block. There, she slips out of her police uniform and wriggles into her costume.
She wriggles into a navy-blue shirt made of form-fitting latex, hugging her torso but leaving her waist completely exposed. Her right nipple pokes out conspicuously, but her left is concealed by a golden police badge, the genuine article, of course. Next comes black latex leggings, not easy to pull up over her fur! She wriggles her toes into place, each supported by a soft cushioned pad perfect for sneaking through the shadows without too much squeaking. The crotch is lewdly exposed, covered only by a stretchy translucent membrane that leaves nothing to the imagination, her tight little slit on full display behind the thin latex. When dealing with Zootopia's most devious villains, it always pays to pack protection. She wraps a utility belt around her hips, pouches stuffed with all manner of crimefighting tools, from condoms of all sizes to adjustable fluffy handcuffs. Finally, she ties a purple domino mask around her face, a slither of silk with holes for her eyes, finishing off her alter-ego.

There were some things a police officer couldn't do to aid the citizens of Zootopia. Judy Hopps had a reputation to maintain, the image of the ZPD resting on her shoulders. But Nighthowler? She was a free agent! The freedom sends a shiver up her spine, soft silver fur bristling with anticipation.
Nighthowler checks her watch. Midnight. Perfect!
But where to start her shift?
**[1] Tundra Town's Industrial District is the perfect place for hiding villainous schemes; maybe she's been tipped off to something nefarious?
[2] The Downtown Red Light District is where Nighthowler earned her name; maybe she should have a little fun down there?
[3] Savannah Central can get dicey at night down by the Watering Hole; maybe the people need protection in those dark residential alleys?**
