It was noon where the sun is high in the sky over Xeon's Border village.. where everyone are busy working their own things, planting food, chopping woods or whatever they so pleased to do for a living. Every life in the village lived extra lively today.. why? Because it's that special time of the year
Not far away from the border, wind swirls in circle.. sucking little pebbles and bits of dirt into the middle and very slowly, form an oval mid-air.. it's inside turned purple for a brief moment and when it's all stable.. the wind stopped and a portal is done. Clear and could easily look-through on both sides, a full-grown mature fox colorful robes stepped out from the other side of the portal, along with dozens of young little cubs at the age range from 10 to 12 wearing similar robes as the grown-up one.
"Alright kids! Here we are!" said the adult robed fox to those hyper excited kids.. but he got their attentions.
"As I told you, your Final test is to survive 2 weeks here at the Border. You may do whatever it takes you to be alive for the next 2 weeks and come back to this very spot in one piece no less. Do not try to cheat by asking the villagers to live with them, we've told them very well not to aid your surviving here, this is your test. Good luck to you all." are the last words the kids will hear from their beloved teacher for 2 weeks.. after it was done, he step back into the portal. And soon, it breaks and vanishes into nothingness.
The kids stood there as if they were lost for a short moment..
then begins to spread out to do what they planned.. some teamed together.. coupled up.. or just simply goes Solo.
one of them, head straight for the border gate.
"Whoa whoa kid, where do you think you're going?" one of the guards stopped him first. Which he reply with a confused look
"we know you lots come here every year to get your finals done and things like that, but I can't let you go past the gate kid." Explained the guard as if he has to do this every year.
"why not?" asked the confused pup.
"Why not? Well.. Because there are wild creatures out there beyond the border that's why.. deep forest, and even Bandits!" when the guard were done speaking, the pup is already gone.
"hehe, stupid guard, thinking he can stop me from doing my plan!" giggled the very same pup as he trots his way through the bushes and into the woods.. it nice cool air in there.. mushrooms every where and sounds of wild birds and insect echoes the woods as if it were a rain forest.. luckily it wasn't and the trees aren't thick enough to make the day feels like the night.
"soo many things to do.. soo many things to try" said the pup excitedly as he rub his paws together and goes deeper away from the border..
Three hours later after he continues his little adventure..
"feels like 3 hours of walking already.. I hope I'm not lost.. =;.;="
