A gathering like no other was occurring right now. All the creatures of the world seemed to gather on the several rumors of the memory problem being so severe. Even Dorumon and Monmon had returned. Gatomon was on the high roof next to Impmon making sure there was distance between them and Patamon and Scourge. Shoutmon easily mislead Veemon who only wanted to apologize for his actions at this point. I could see thing were going to get out of hand very fast. This moment only had a few creatures missing.

Natalya heard the many rumors and was getting ready to leave. Yill leaped in and said, "Hello sexy. I remember you all too well. My god you're gorgeous. You'd be perfect for me if you could fight. It'd turn me on so much than I'd be able to show you my skills. Maybe you should prove you can be with me."

Natalya asked, "By doing what?"

Yill said, "Just kill Guilmon. He'll be you're target."

Natalya asked, "Isn't he in your little group?"

Yill said, "That's true, but he's also done nothing to prove his worth. You have also not done so. Just think of it as proper test to prove you're worth."

Natalya said, "Very well."

Yill smiled, "Oh joy."

Natalya went out into the hall that was quickly joined by Yill. They went to Guilmon who seemed to be naturally being on guard though nothing ever came by his way before. Natalya said, "Alright Guilmon, it looks like me and you and going to duke it out to the death."

Guilmon stood up and turned and asked, "What?"

Natalya didn't hesitate to jump on the table that he stood over. She dropped kicked him placing her hands on the table thrusting him down. She wailed on him for several minutes Yill curved his body and moaned, "Oh that's it baby turn me on."

Guilmon slipped out and tried to grab his guns. Natalya flipped over him and kicked him right in the neck. Even further watching on was Kiff to see if Yill would truly be satisfied. Guilmon could barely push himself up already. Natalya stepped over him with one foot crushing his gut in making it nearly possible to breathe.

Natalya said, "You were right Yill, this guy really is pathetic."

Yill moaned, "Oh god, yes make him suffer."

Natalya picked him up and gave him a good few jabs before he was staggering and suffering from so much blood lose. Natalya gave him a massive upper cut. At that point Guilmon was pretty much dead. Yill was turned on by her actions.

You knew I was born in darkness and you tried to play me over like someone time thing. You hurt me, every time you said you love me was a lie. I can't believe I used to be torn between you and Veemon. At least Veemon was always honest. The first thing he said was that he was sexual tool. At least he was honest. He said that he knew in the end it wouldn't last and yeah we got carried away and had Yill but at least none of us never truly left him alone. And after you left me you thought falling further into the darkness would save you. You joined scourge. I knew it would be agonizing for him if I bared him with a child. Turned out he left me with Sonic but had some sort of way to conjure his seed instead. Scourge never had to get dirty."

Scourge said, "That part of me was fucked up. But if it makes you feel better I was saving my purity for you sister. I love her."

Gatomon said, "Stay out of this you dirt bag."

BlackGatomon said, "Sis, can't you see it was Reemon who has gotten us all to hate each other like this."

Gatomon said, "Reemon had nothing to do with it. While everyone was messing around I already knew that he had entered my son. I was keeping an eye on him the entire time."

I said, "Reemon has been killing only immortal members. He believed that we were on the right side. He wasn't counting on the fact that the outside group would also be added to the mix."

Reemon growled, "Oh how wrong you are. I was hoping you'd all come to see my show. You see while I wasn't trapped in Kiff I had my fun pretending to be Veemon. While I was I gave my special seed to those I deemed worthy to serve in my army. This was my treat from the start."

As soon as he said that he was joined by Dorumon, Monodramon, Tails, Shadow, Silver, and Stitch which caught Veemon's attention. We were joined by Natalya, Yill and Kiff.

Reemon said, "Now this is a party."

Gatomon never kept her eyes off Patamon and said, "You wanted to be in true darkness well here's your chance again."

Patamon said, "Please Gatomon listen to me. LadyElecmon forced herself on me..."

Gatomon said, "That doesn't change the fact that you trained yourself to become an assassin. The real question is how far into the darkness will you follow me just to break my heart again."

Patamon said, "You don't think me knowing you were with Veemon willingly didn't hurt at all?"

Gatomon said, "Quite honestly no. You two had quite the same experience if I'm not mistaken. You say being with LadyElecmon is a lie. You might have wanted to deny it at the time but deep down you wanted the satisfaction. And you still avoid the bigger question of how far you're willing to go."

Patamon said, "I'd go to the very ends of the earth."

Gatomon asked, "All that really to break my heart again?"

Patamon said, "I never meant too... I wouldn't dare ever do that again. I love you."

Gatomon said, "We will see how true that statement is. Me and Impmon and joined with Reemon. There's nothing you or even I can do about that. He too had his way with me before Veemon returned. I belong to Reemon know as well as Impmon."

Patamon asked, "So this is another mind control trick he's using."

Gatomon said, "Actually I have a pretty strong will. I can still speak the truth, but I must obey Reemon's commands."

Patamon yelled, "This is insane. That guy is hell-bent on destroying this world."

Gatomon turned away, "I'm always in the shadows. If that's what you were chasing than don't bother chasing it. You wondered what I really am, well you got it. I've always chose the harder choice. I sink into darkness because it's where I feel safe. And Impmon has always been right beside me. He never left me. He's the one I love. Get that in your head. You better off moving on."

Patamon said, "There is no one else for me."

Gatomon eyes gave a much fierce look as she said, "LadyElecmon might be around still. Try giving her another chance."

Patamon tried to speak but she joined with Reemon along with Impmon.

Patamon asked, "Vee_Stitch aren't you going to do something about this?"

I said, "I feel surprisingly cold."

I feel to my death as from behind me Bearmon came with a crossbow.

Bearmon said, "Mother Fucka'. Yo' Pata-pig ain't got yo' time for sympathy or answers. Your main dog is dead. Man I been fallin' you like some sad kinda' clown. You be playin' dog. Cats gotta point man. I heard you bitchen' since day one, I'm so sick of hearing you're bull. I got the truth in me now. I remember when I was tough thug. Yeah Reemon softened me up real good. Made me see what I had to do to see the truth. I got in jail and lost my love, my life. I ain't bitch at that never cuase' well I didn't realize my life didn't start until I was in jail. I knew always bein' overshadowed by a small little piggy go down right. You stole my spotlight. And it was you who should have ended up in jail. You framed me but hey in a weird way you did me a solid, in all you one sick life stealin' motha fucka."

Patamon yelled, "You didn't have to kill him for that."

Bearmon said, "No you're wrong. That man put me in there. Monodramon clawed me out though. We gotta stick togetha' know. We can't let him keep changing the rules. No way is that gonna happen anymore."

Patamon asked, "Can't you see Reemon still has you all brainwashed."

Scourge said, "Afraid not."

Patamon got a cold chill run down his spin at Scourge passed him.

Patamon asked, "Don't tell me..."

Scourge said, "I can see in their eyes. All the real memories did come back. This is just another war breaking out. This time we see each other both as the wrongful group. There is no clear cut good guy here this time. We all got baggage accounted for now."

Another voice from behind them said, "You got that right."

Kade jumped down from the buildings. Kiff smirked as his saw his old rival brother in law had survived.

Gatomon said, "You're finally sticking your head out of the shadows. I was wondering how long it would take for you to come to your senses."

Kade walked right passed Patamon and Scourge and joined up with her.

Patamon asked, "Son... You're taking their side, after what they did to you?"

Kade looked down with disgust and growled, "They made me hole again. They didn't leave me to die but they tore all those lies out of me. I might have suffered but it wasn't as bad as nearly being alone. At least she came to me so often and helped me. You just thought forgetting me on some boat was a good idea."

Patamon tried to explain, "There were harsh circumstances at the time."

Gatomon said, "Yet I managed to see him. See that is the real difference between you and me. At least I've always tried. I never half assed anything in my life and yet that's all you seem to ever do."

Scourge said looking at Patamon, "Man you're life is fucked up. I thought I was bad but you just keep stealing my thunder."

Patamon said, "That doesn't help at all."

Scourge said, "Maybe it doesn't. I'm just saying you need to realize that this situation calls for you to make a choice. Either you follow the path you have so far and most likely fall again or you bring yourself into the darkness they'd never expect you to and follow through."

Veemon came up and said, "Listen my life has been a disaster of countless sex. I came to my senses recently and saw that that's actually what I need to be in order to not lose myself. Shoutmon was right; I kept trying to love in a world that has no meaning of love."

Shoutmon came up and said, "I might have to give you a trophy for that one. I figure my metal career is going have to wait until things calm down. But who' am I kidding things are probably always gonna be fucked up so I just have to keep fighting."

Kiff said, "If you want to fight. I'd be more than willing to be you're maker."

Reemon said, "My little kindled spirit is right. This is war, and I came here to finish off all of those who I couldn't control. There will be death, and there will be so much more changes now that I am controlling the new and improved immortal."

Reemon looked around and said, "To make in more interesting a one on one fight will make for a more surreal situation.

Patamon said, "Fine then, I'll fight."

Gatomon said, "Than I shall be your opponent."

Patamon said, "Oh please god no, I love..."

Gatomon growled, "Save us both the lie."

Patamon begged, "Anybody else, please."

Gatomon said, "Face it, this is destiny."

Patamon said, "This is some sort of trick. Reemon has to all delusional."

Gatomon smirked, "That's funny just a second ago you said you wanted to fight."

Patamon said, "It's Reemon who wants this. Nobody on my side wants this."

Scourge said, "Speak for yourself, I personally want to fight either Shadow or Silver. Those two have been running around to long being cowards."

Patamon looked back and asked, "You're going to go with this? Veemon talk to sense into him."

Veemon said, "I can't live in Reemon's shadow anymore. I'll never be able to live with myself if he got away with this."

Reemon said, "Come now. It's my very existing that has made you who you are. Without me you would had never realized you were even worthy. Face it without me you'd still be slumbering in that dream world."

Gatomon cut in, "This is all nice but I think we got a little distracted from our intention. Now enough talk let's fight."

Gatomon charged in, Patamon quickly blocked bringing his hands up.

Patamon looked back, "Help me, Scourge."

Scourge just turned around and started to walk away. BlackGatomon soon followed him. Patamon looked to Veemon, "Please Veemon..."

It was Shoutmon who left and Veemon was following him. Soon Patamon was left alone, the rest of the creature that were with Gatomon left as well. No one was left but those two. Gatomon slashed him down while he was still looked back shocked that everyone left him. Gatomon was about to strike but then another creature leaped out in front of her which she stopped to see it was LadyElecmon. Gatomon just left with a somewhat puzzled look to her face.

LadyElecmon turned around picked Patamon up and asked, "Are you ok?"

Patamon asked, "What are you doing here?"

LadyElecmon said, "Saving your life. In my heart I still love you."

Patamon said, "But I rejected you for Gatomon."

LadyElecmon said, "Were on the same boat. Gatomon keeps rejecting your love. I guess were both pretty naïve to think that we get who we love."

Patamon said, "I'm sorry I can't do this either."

LadyElecmon said, "We can be friends. All I want is for there to be hope. I changed my appearance just like you had. I had done it for you just like how you did it for her."

Patamon said, "Where too different. You used to be in the darkness and left to save yourself. I find myself finally starting to fall in."

LadyElecmon said, "Then let me plunge in with you. The darkness is scary."

Patamon said, "This is my journey alone."

LadyElecmon said, "That right there might have been the reason why Gatomon never wanted you."

Patamon yelled, "What are you talking about?"

LadyElecmon explained, "You believe that you have to do it alone. At every corner you turned you did it for yourself and by yourself. She probably thinks you're selfish."

Patamon said, "No everything I've done was for her."

LadyElecmon said, "It was done to her with you not on her side. I've watched you for some time now. You sank by yourself to try to get her for you."

Patamon looked down and asked, "Wouldn't that make you the same?"

LadyElecmon said, "Probably. I'm not going to be as blind and you and just say no. Then again 'I've watched you for your sake. That's why I'm here now to try to get you to see."

Patamon asked, "Are you trying to help me get her?"

LadyElecmon said, "I'm trying to get you to realize that maybe she's not the one you're after."

Patamon looked up and said, "Of course she is."

LadyElecmon asked, "Why do you think she is the one anyway?"

Patamon said, "Well it's because......."

LadyElecmon looked into his eyes and saw his answer and said, "It's because you know she is practically untenable to you. After all those years, seeing her with someone else only made your desire for her grow more. And when you finally almost had her she was the one that realized how deeply you'd fallen to try to keep her. That wasn't enough for you, for some reason you thought you had to have her again. It's because she still seems too untenable with her loving someone else. And now she hates you because you were blinded by your desire. You'd keep going until you died. Let me tell you it's not worth the effort. Gatomon is naturally looking for strong creatures and she saw that in Impmon finally. In the end it's her chose that really matters. And now you're at the cross roads of your life. It's finally time you saw what you became. Now it's you chose to try to keep following her or realize that your desire is your weakness is begin a new life."

Patamon asked, "How could I start a new life? I spent mines...chasing her. And that isn't what she was looking for. She was looking for someone to relate too. Impmon was chosen because they share the same pain. But what can I do, I still can't fight it? There has to be more than just wanting her. It can't be..."

LadyElecmon said, "I see, so you really are that selfish, fine than I repurpose going into the darkness with you."

Patamon asked, "If it's really why; then why do you love me?"

LadyElecmon said, "Because like Gatomon can see Impmon's pain, I can see yours. You suffered a life time chasing but never truly having. I don't care if you want to chase until your heart is filled with whatever kind of feelings. I'll go with you because I want you to be safe."

Patamon asked, "So you're not doing this for yourself?"

LadyElecmon started to have tears come down her face, "I'm doing this for you."

Patamon asked, "Do you really think I'll ever understand?"

LadyElecmon said, "You're thinking too far ahead. The real first question you should ask yourself is if you can really fall into darkness."

Patamon started to shiver, "I don't know. I've never been in such a predicament before. I've never fallen that far before."

LadyElecmon asked, "So you're saying your chicken now."

Patamon said, "Stop, making it sound easy..."

LadyElecmon said, "For Gatomon it is easy. That is why she can never love you. It's because you really afraid of seeing the truth. I told you the darkness was scary but she doesn't even hesitate to jump in when she needs to. Deep down she has a very strong heart and she'd never fall so far without a deeper intention."

Patamon asked, "So I need an intention?"

LadyElecmon said, "You should have already figured that out that what you seek is the truth. That's why we're going."

Patamon asked, "Why can't I see the truth now?"

LadyElecmon said, "Sometimes the light can blind. You've stayed there you entire life so you've never really seen the world through her eyes."

Patamon said, "I must fall to see. So why do I feel that's still wrong."

LadyElecmon cried, "It's because your torn by the very light that has sheltered you. I've seen you pain it's so deeply woven inside that not even you can dig it out anymore. I hate to see you in such pain. I want to heal you, they say once you go into darkness the light the lies on the other side is a much different light than any other."

Patamon trembled in fear, "I don't know..."

LadyElecmon held his hands tightly and said, "Will take our time, will go into the dark tunnel together. I will never leave your side. In the end we will both see a better light."

Patamon cried, "Why..."

LadyElecmon held him tighter, "It's ok let the pain go. We can just start walking down the path. Don't let fear stop you. You've let it control you for so long. I've been in the darkness before, just take your first step."

Patamon turned to where the group of immortal had gone. He took his first step he looked back at LadyElecmon who was right behind him. Patamon leaned in and kissed her.

LadyElecmon drew back, "Why did you kiss me?"

Patamon said, "To thank you properly. Now I can already start to see. But I must journey all the way. I can't turn back now. I must understand the darkness and embrace it."

LadyElecmon cheered up, "Then let's dive into darkness together."

The two of them made their way finding their way into darkness.

Meanwhile Dorumon was seating on a long dark stairwell along with Monmon and another creature.

Dorumon said, "You're mission is to lead Veemon away from Shoutmon. Shoutmon can't return to us if he's always hunted down by Veemon. Do whatever it takes."

The creature came out of the shadows. She said, "I reckon I can get it done."

Dorumon asked, "You were very informal. I should at least get your name before you go running off tell me your name; that will be my insurance policy."

The creature said, "Tikal. Now it's time to bring a new level of sexy into the picture."

Dorumon said, "I should let you know that Veemon is gay."

Tikal said, "Once he gets one look at me he'll change. It's an experience he won't be able to resist."

Tikal made her leave.

Monmon asked, "Why her?"

Dorumon said, "Shadow said she'd get it done. If he's wrong I'll kill him. Then afterwards I think I take a shot."

Monmon said, "Ok, we go then. No need to be here anymore."

Dorumon said, "I kind of liked it here. But we must vanquish him before he can continue to ruin this world."

Monmon asked, "You think pretty creature get him?"

Dorumon said, "She sounded confident in her words. Shadow will be real lucky if she does."

Monmon asked, "What crimes did blue do to get this?"

Dorumon said, "He's a killer. He's a ruthless murderer. I saw it with my own eyes. He killed my father along with he's greatest friends. I can never allow him to live for his injustice."

Monmon asked, "You sure it him?"

Dorumon said, "I fought him for myself back then. I lost back then; for whatever reason he showed me pity and left me nearly dead."

Monmon said, "Could have been Reemon."

Dorumon said, "No, I'm sure. Reemon was already here."

Monmon asked, "What?"

Dorumon said, "Don't let Veemon innocence fool you. It is the mask he hid away when he came here. It was Reemon who showed me and reminded of how Veemon fooled me. Reemon reminded me that Veemon would do anything to escape his fate."

Patamon was traveling with LadyElecmon. Gatomon had returned to finish what she had started. There was no hesitation she rushed in with amazing speed. Patamon was thrown off guard and took the full effect of her slash. All that anger was released. She had not business with LadyElecmon who was taken by surprise. Tears came down as Patamon fell so a slow painful death. In his dying vision he could see it. The darkness all around him, even at death he still couldn't conceive her ideas. His mind was still clouded with judgments of love and honor. All this faded with time. He was gone from that world. LadyElecmon felt punished for her crimes into trying to settle into darkness before. There was nothing good or fair about it.

Tikal made her way to Veemon. She had a clear distance. Veemon still tried so hard to have Shoutmon even notice him. Tikal made her presence now taking her sweat time creating a very sadistic walk. She had watered herself feeling the need of something tantalizing. Shoutmon saw her first. His eyes gazed right passed the blue dragon and now focused on the very western echidna. Her wool bra and short wool skirt left all the light pink skin. Veemon looked back and wasn't too impressed. As soon as he looked back Shoutmon was gone. He looked back to her to see him rushing over.

Tikal asked, "I was coming over to see which one of you handsome critters is Veemon?"

Shoutmon asked excited, "Why, what's it to you?"

Tikal said, "I'm here to show that critter a nice time."

Shoutmon lied, "I'm Veemon. Let's go."

Having Shoutmon on Tikal gave Dorumon a sudden shock. It felt an urge to kill. He wasn't going to wait to let things be calm. He wasted no more time and made his way to them. He grabbed Veemon and pulled him aside. He shoved him into a dark alley and put his sword across Veemon's throat and sliced his neck. Veemon fell to the floor dead quickly. Dorumon left taking the body in another direction.

Darkness: it is more than the opposite of light. It is the essence of evil. It used to hide but now it's free. Only the catalysts can watch. They never chose or can make choices. All they've ever done was watch. I was one. I saw darkness many times. I walk a bridge below on one side is the very sea of darkness. The other side is light. When I crossed over I noticed the bridge was breaking. The two elements were going to merge. That is when true chaos is unleashed. There are fewer heroes and our true champions had fallen. We count on a creature with a torn past that has long been lost on the road. Evil no longer has a boundary. The walls have shattered. There are tears left with those who have nothing left. Even the angels cry. Evil has shadowed over us and blanketed us into the darkness. Who was left of heroes? There was Scourge and his girl BlackGatomon, now to face an army. The for-front being Reemon. His company now following being, Dorumon, Monmon, Tikal, Shoutmon, Kiff, Yill, Gatomon, Impmon, Bearmon, Shadow, Silver, Stitch, Angel, Klonoa, Natalya, and Kade.

I stood in the new empty white abyss. I was joined by Patamon and Veemon here.

Patamon asked, "What just happened?"

I said, "You died."

Patamon asked, "What!?"

I said, "Now your watchers like me. Catalyst of an unknown empty universe, we are here to watch them. We are nothing more than angels."

Veemon asked, "If that's true then where's my dad?"

I said, "Your dad among a lot of other creature where literally absorbed by Reemon when he was inside Kiff. I think there still inside trapped within him."

Patamon asked, "How did I die?"

I said, "Gatomon killed you."

Patamon said, "She'd never..."

I made a screen appear giving a play back of his death. I said, "She was driven."

Patamon asked, "Why?"

I said, "Because she knew the truth. It made her so upset. She could never connect with a creature that doesn't seem to belong anywhere. You started in the light but never truly felt a part of it. Then in you false memories you fell into darkness still trying to find yourself, yet you still kept looking. It hurt her that you only wanted her to fulfill your void. She saw you as selfish and independent."

Patamon asked, "Wasn't Impmon as lost as I was?"

I said, "He was lost but not on his will alone. He was forced into darkness with her. They can connect and see each other's pain. They helped each other find a strange light guiding them to love. They saw a light and walked into together for each other. You're voided and had so much freedom. Really there was nothing you two had in common at all."

Patamon screamed, "Take that back."

I said, "Give me one thing you had in common."

Patamon said, "Wings, or Kade. We shared him."

I said, "You abandoned him; that only made her hate you more."

Veemon said, "Not to be rude but how did I die?"

I said, "Dorumon killed you."

Veemon said, "Why?"

I said, "For your crimes in the digital world. You killed a lot of digimon."

Veemon said, "I get it. I deserved this..."

Patamon asked, "You're just going to accept it just like that?"

Veemon asked, "What else am I supposed to do, deny it. I'm not you... no offense, but being honest once and while can clear your mind. Maybe that's why you couldn't see until it was too late."

Patamon said, "You have way too many problems to be giving me advice."

Veemon said, "That's true but I dealt with all my problems already and passed them. You're here dead and still can't accept your own messed up life."

Patamon asked, "There has to be a way to get back."

I said, "Afraid not. Well not until this ordeal is settled with. We can't go back until we destroy the source."

Patamon asked, "So if Scourge takes out Reemon, we go back."

I said, "I'm not sure it's that simple. As evil as Reemon may seem he's only that way because he's functions have been stuck since the one who created the world made it."

Patamon asked, "Isn't that you."

I said, "Not that world, the digital world. Who ever made that world made Veemon and Reemon as the first real digimon."

Veemon asked, "How could I be first. When I came into the world there were already others there."

I said, "Because you were asleep. To be more technical you were a zero. The first digimon people saw was Agumon."

Veemon said, "He must be lucky."

I said, "Quite the opposite. His functions were to simply fight one bad digimon after another. As the game grew more challenges were added. Soon enough they created the first version of the digimon world. That world they created manifested into a separate world. When they added a human the digimon in the manifested world started to gain emotions and adapting at a rapid pace. The manifestation world had digimon go from being one to being over a thousand. There were multiple versions of a signal digimon running around. The humans kept going making three more games. All those dropped right into the manifested world. You were introduced in the second game, or I should say your original manifestation. To put it simply were all just manifestations that got to come to my world. I was trying to stop it but the effects but it still didn't go away."

Patamon asked, "So would stopping Reemon do anything?"

I said, "It would do virtually nothing. Reemon is just a modified version of Veemon with different attributes and emotions. I'm afraid it's much larger than that."

Veemon asked, "Just what are you trying to get at?"

I said, "To free our world we must destroy the manifested world."

Patamon asked, "You're joking right?"

I said, "Afraid not."

Patamon said, "There must be a way back."

I said, "There was one way. But even that is no good."

Patamon asked, "What do you mean?"

I said, "You could send yourself back. However you'd go back in time a little before you died. I've already took a look to see what would have happened if both your killers couldn't make it. The scenario still ends the same; you both die by the same digimon anyway."

Patamon said, "I have to see for myself..."

Just like that he was gone. I slapped my head.

I said, "You might as well go too. I see you in a bit."

Veemon left as well.

Patamon woke up and saw he was with LadyElecmon. He couldn't remember that he had left this world. This time Gatomon didn't attack them. They forged deeper into the darkness. This world was filled with it, the essence of darkness. They went into a tunnel.

Patamon joked, "Looks like that story about darkness is more real than I thought."

She held his hand guiding him. They got to the other side. It was bright here and that caught Patamon off guard.

LadyElecmon said, "We've traveled a lot. We should find a place to rest."

They found a building and went inside. LadyElecmon sat on the bed while Patamon sat on a coach.

LadyElecmon asked, "Why did you kiss me."

Patamon looked away seeming focused on something else, "That's how I show gratitude."

LadyElecmon gave Patamon a confused look then focused more on him and said, "You're a terrible liar. I can tell that wasn't it."

Patamon looked down, "I can't remember..."

LadyElecmon asked, "Remember what?

Patamon said, "Why I hated you so much. I couldn't see it. It was the first time I felt something different and for some reason I just hated it."

LadyElecmon said, "It's because you're stubborn. You hated because you knew Gatomon found out. And you wanted her...You needed her to fill your empty void."

Patamon said, "And even when I was with her, I felt empty."

LadyElecmon said, "Maybe it wasn't real, those feelings anyway. Maybe that void needed something more attainable. Maybe that's why you felt nothing."

Patamon said, "And when I was with you I felt different. I can't even tell it was hate."

LadyElecmon blushed, "Maybe it hurts that I'm what fill your void. It hurts because you know I love you. It hurts because you still think its Gatomon..."

Patamon stood up and approached her, "I'm starting to think it's not."

Patamon leaned in and kissed her. He didn't stop he pressed her to the bed giving her a much more romantic kiss. She just took it all in by surprise. His warmth guided him to see that this was different. He couldn't hold back. He went inside her and didn't stop. He didn't want to this time. That darkness seemed to fade away. There was a new light now. It was shining brightly. It was weird at first but he took it in.

Patamon whispered, "I love you."

His orgasm would fill her. She was overwhelmed but this new side. They rested that night feeling to weird for more words on that day. Patamon woke up first looking at the windowsill to see Gatomon sitting there looking at her claws.

Patamon asked, "What do you want?"

Gatomon looked at him, "I can't believe you. I saw the show and I never thought I hear you whisper those words to anyone else. I'm glad you finally came to your senses."

Patamon asked, "You knew this would happen?"

Gatomon said, "Naturally, you not that hard to read. I'd applaud but I'm afraid I have to kill you."

Patamon said, "I changed. There's no need to stalk me anymore."

Gatomon entered all the way in and said, "You fell into darkness. You're a bad guy. I kill bad guys."

Patamon backed up, "You're in darkness too..."

Gatomon came closer, "Am I?"

Patamon was unsure to approach this. He said, "You work for Reemon that proves it."

Gatomon said, "You don't know what's going on do you."

She sat on the bed and continued, "This world has been blocking us from our goal. Reemon is just a puppet. Monodramon made him for a reason. He will become the gateway to the digital world. Then will stop the manifestations from growing. Reemon needs the darkness to be gone for that to happen. You two are the only ones left know. I am going to save this world."

Patamon asked, "What are you talking about? Reemon is using you."

Gatomon said, "His manifestation pretty much matches Veemon's. Reemon needed to be stronger so he absorbed anyone that fell into darkness. I want to end this sickness that we have."

Patamon asked, "What about Kiff? He's so far devoured in chaos."

Gatomon said, "Him and Scourge are the same. Were using them to pose as our enemy so that the humans will see were fighting and change nothing."

Patamon asked, "So Scourge is on your side? Does he even know?"

Gatomon said, "Of course. Ever since he was king the first time, I was the one who told him to take over the world again. Then we would do a little role switch. The humans didn't seem to care as long as there were more bad guy than good guys they were satisfied."

Patamon asked, "So why do you have to kill me?"

Gatomon said, "Something Wizardmon told me. You're not needed here anymore. Don't worry I'll make it quick."

Patamon had not time to respond or move. Gatomon once again with her quick strike and Patamon had returned to me.

Patamon asked, "What the hell?"

I said, "I told you."

Patamon asked, "What was she talking about?"

I said, "This place. Wizardmon told her about this empty place and probably told her that you needed to be here. She must see you as one who's become pure at heart."

Patamon asked, "Even if that were true why would Veemon be here?"

I said, "Well he's not perfect but he has a good soul. He wasn't much of use in that world anyway. That might just go for both of you."

Patamon asked, "Why?"

I said, "Because you had a focus and you were always pushing toward it. You walked right passed any path of acting toward saving this world. It was like you were always in that tunnel. Even until the very end. Veemon is no different he had a simple focus."

Veemon returned to Shoutmon with the same eagerness to apologize before. It was still Shoutmon who went up first. With no one to attack Veemon this time he approached. Veemon extended his hand out in fairness and introduced, "Hi I'm Veemon."

Tikal gave Shoutmon a stern look and said, "Is that so?"

Shoutmon said, "Ok so I just wanted a good time with a hot country girl. I'm just going go back instead."

Veemon said, "I'll go too."

Tikal said, "You'd leave a young girl like me out here in the dangerous city. That is cold blooded."

Shoutmon left, "Veemon just go with her. We were never a thing so I don't care."

Veemon felt so left alone. Tikal rapped her hands around his and started heading him in the other direction. Veemon kept trying to look back.

Tikal said, "You know you don't love him. I've heard all about your deal. You can never truly love. His the same way, he's moved on with ease and tried to get with me. You tryin' to be stubborn."

Veemon dragged down, "Deep down maybe I just wanted to finish. It's feels like everything is missing."

Tikal said, "If you think about me and you have never even has anything. Once you change you'll see you're over him. Plus you're going to die soon."

Veemon stopped, "What!"

Tikal robbed her arm feeling bad and said, "You're being hunted down. I won't be able to save you nor will Shoutmon. Dorumon will get you. Don't spend your last moments with someone who's going to constantly reject you. I want you to take me not just for pity but for a chance at seeing what real love is like."

Veemon said, "But I'm..."

Tikal said, "Stop lying to yourself like that. It's ok to like both male and female. There's no different penalty. I want this. And you, you need this."

Veemon said, "I'll hurt you if I say it."

Tikal said, "That's where everyone's wrong. Saying I love you doesn't hurt it heals. Even if you do move on it makes those who are down and lifts them. I've studied it, why we say it. It's really a strange way of giving a goodbye. I guess saying goodbye is so much harder though. So we tell ourselves its love rushing over us. It's really us moving up and out and becoming stronger. Veemon you've probably been with the most creatures. It has weakened you but made you stronger. And I don't just mean emotionally. There is a drive in there somewhere every time you do say it. That's why when Shout didn't say goodbye so you felt weak. Shout was trying to make you stronger. That's why he went after you. Not saying it gave you a drive you push on no matter what. I too want to see it."

Veemon asked, "See what?"

Tikal said, "Your focus. You have a power like no other on this planet. When you say those words it relays to that creature and makes them change. You alone have the power to change creatures."

Veemon said, "I could just say it now and get it over with."

Tikal said, "It won't be as powerful. The release you have isn't normal. It's as powerful as Relic's. You saw how he changed a lot of the creatures. That is the power. He did it to give those creatures the benefit. Soon it will be you're turn to finally give back. But first you must take me. I am a powerful creature; I am not bound to a manifestation. I was the one who left that orb that changed everyone way back. I have other devices I can use to change them back and fix this, but I need you to take me."

Veemon said, "OK now you lost me."

Tikal said, "This goes beyond either of us. We destroyed this world for far too long. We can fix it. There is no time to explain."

She brought him into a house and she moved him along to the bed. He felt so lost now. There was something, perhaps a fracture. That moment Veemon had felt different. It was like he felt his power. He was still so unsure even as she removed her. The focus of Veemon's had now started to leave.

Tikal said, "That's it. Just watch me for a bit and don't focus on anything else but me."

The loss was gone. He felt the strength know that he knew where it was coming from. And now before him was the hottest country girl to walk the streets giving herself away. She rubbed against her legs lifting her wool skirt. Veemon now got an aroused feeling that he could love either male or female. Love in the since that he'd be able to say goodbye. He felt it to that this would be his last farewell. She came closer robbing against his hips. He placed his hands on her shoulder and stroked her soft skin. He's urges were back and this time he felt like he wouldn't lose anything. She lifted her skirt and she sank into her member. He closed his eyes and let the passion run down. He increased the pace guiding her by the hips. Veemon moaned, "Ahhhhhhhhh." His last release was his best yet."

Tikal got off and leaned in the bed, "I love you."

Veemon said, "I love you...I mean Goodbye."

That moment felt so different. Both of them felt a huge difference. There was a since of sadness. They just cuddled deeply hushed from the feeling. Veemon woke up first and walked outside to see Dorumon was there ready.

Dorumon asked, "Will you accept your fate."

Veemon just closed his eyes and lifted his arms. Dorumon stabbed him and he too just ended up back here with me and Patamon.

Veemon said, "I see now. I should be here."

Patamon said, "I'll still think you're nuts."

I said, "We have a new task now. It's to make sure things don't lose there balance. We might not affect the world directly but we can still make our presence known. The darkness will finally be depleted."
