ANUBIS
It's not every day the god of death asks to mate with you. He wasn't there, then he was. Just BOOM, then he was there, shimmering like a ghost.
"I want to mate with you, But I cannot, fair mortal" He calmly said.
I fell to my knees "Lord, I would love to obey you, but why must I not?"
"You are not dead." He said simply, "You must pass through the Hall of Judgement." His tone continued, ominous.
"But you may not kill me, is that it?"
"Yes. But my priest will do it for me."
It was then that I felt a sharp stabbing in the back of my neck, I twirled round and saw a priest standing there, hands bloody. I pulled out the knife. It was a khopesh, a curved sword. I fell, dead.
I woke to be on a marble floor, with no idea how I got there. Then a voice boomed,
"STEP FORWARD!" I obeyed, and then I saw a huge man, dressed in robes that came down to his feet, and his eyes glowed blue. I knew it was Osiris, and in front of him stood, the golden scales of judgement. I gulped, because I had cheated on my husband, and knew that I would be doomed. I saw my heart on one side, and the feather of truth on the other. THen the scales began to move... They tilted one wy then another. It looked like I was doomed to be destroyed...THen, suddenly, they righted themselves.
"A perfect balance. You may proceed. Congratulations."
I left, to be greeted by the smiling face of Anubis, in his full Jackal form.
