Background: Chiaria was born among a small mixed-species tribe somewhere in the Moonwood, but her tribe was attacked when she was two, and she and the others who survived were sold into slavery. She has been under the command of a human her age for the past eight years.

Personality: Chiaria is, around her masters and "betters", or simply those she does not know, shy, servile, and obedient, but around those she knows well and considers friends - which are very few - she is open, cheerful, and funny. Despite this change in personality, she really is uncertain of herself, and prefers observing people from afar rather than talking to them.

Background: Makaz and his brother Zakam both come from the Broken Fang clan, having been sold into slaver by the chief in order to keep the tribe from being destroyed. They were both bought by the young slave-holder named Traynor.

Personality: Makaz is wild and humorous in almost all situations. He tries to make a joke out of everything, is fond of pranks, and is generally untamable. He is also, of course, completely bereft of a sense of modesty and humility.

Personality: Zakam is nearly the polar opposite of Makaz, being calm and generally humourless. He is generally quiet, letting his brother do the talking unless it is certain to get him into trouble. He has little of his brother's prankish nature, but this certainly does not keep him from enjoying a joke. In addition, he has the exact same amount of modesty as his brother - none.

Background: Kyarn is from a small mountain tribe, where females were looked down upon, and so she adopted the garb of a male in order to gain some form of respect from the majority of the tribe. She was eventually captured and sold to Traynor as a slave.

Personality: She is usually disguised as a male, and so wears all of the clothing she can to disguise her feminine features. When disguised, she pretends to act as a braggart, the type of male that could talk large but do little - her true personality, however, is far different. She is shy, nervous, awkward, and easily flustered. She is a caring creature, however, deep beneath her shell.

Background: Neyrin entered Traynor's service on the understanding that she would be paid for her work. Unfortunately, that assumption was mistaken - she had simply misunderstood the words of the one that had been sent out to look for more slaves. By the time she realised she wouldn't be paid, however, Traynor had already decided that he could not let such a valuable servant go, and she was forced to stay.

Personality: Being the oldest of the slaves, Neyin commonly feels that she is responsible for the actions and choices of the others. She usually serves them as a matron, a mother figure for them to rely upon, despite the fact that she is not much older than they are.

Race: Hybrid, Phelgon-Ashnavar

Background: Des, as she is commonly known, is the result of several generations of work in order to make sure that she would look as appealing as possible. Her parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents were all carefully selected to breed so that she would eventually look as good to humans - and others - as she could. Although she was intended, essentially, to be a breeder and sex slave, Traynor decided that, since he had spent every single year of his life with her, he would shelter her.

Personality: She is bright, cheerful, and shockingly naive. Due to Traynor's care, she has been able to access nothing that would harm her innocence. She has absolutely no idea what reproduction truly is, though, as is natural, she is curious about the subject. She is, usually unintentionally, extremely seductive, due to generations of careful breeding - her figure, curves, and voice have been specifically "designed" to be feminine.

Background: Having been a loner for his entire life, working for Traynor was a step up in life for Toryc. He never knew his parents and never had a tribe or clan, and was captured when wandering alone near the Genvi estate. He has now been a servant for a few years, and is quite attracted to Chiaria.

Personality: Toryc is a hard-working, industrious type of person. He strives to be the best at whatever he does, though such is usually hard to do. He still maintains a positive outlook, however, and tries to smile as much as possible.

Name: Shaga

Gender: Male

Background: Shaga entered slavery quite willingly, lured into Traynor's service by the promise of food and shelter. He is originally from theHarisharMountains, but was condemned to a life of wandering after a few too many bumps on the head when he was a hatchling.

Personality: Shaga is one who commonly adopts the moods of his friends - if they are sad, he is sad, if they are happy, he is happy. He is not very bright, thanks to the violent physical trauma he received due to his alcoholic father, but is still generally cheerful in the way of the ignorant.

Name: Cesava

Race: Drakonid

Gender: Female

Profession: Slave (Physical work, cook)

Scale/Hair Colour: Blue scales, orange hair

Eye colour:Orange

Background: Cesava has been serving Traynor for several years, and has developed a severely pessimistic outlook. She originates from theMaulikValleyarea, but it is uncertain exactly where, or what tribe she was in. She has become quite close to Shaga, though still only a friend.

Personality: As said, she is extremely pessimistic, believing firmly that something bad is always going to happen. It is uncertain whether or not she was always like this or it came about as a side effect of working for Traynor, but it is certainly there. Despite this, she works as hard as she can, though keeping the knowledge that she will most likely be harmed if she does not.
