Chapter 4.5 - The hyhenas
Their chief was dead. The hyhenas didn't really do funerals or such things. He was a good strong leader no doubt but they learned to hide their sorrow. Never the less they needed a new leader. They eventually came up with two canidates. They both refused to stand down. So they had to follow custom.
The hyhenas yipped excitedly. The "leadership ritual" wasn't very rare but the "democracy ritual" was. The hyhena who pleased the crowd more became the leader. Both were given time to prepare.
An hour later they both stepped forward. A ring of hyhenas formed around them. The one hyhena decided that he would best please the crowd by showing off how much bigger his masculinity was then the other one. He touched his sheath untill it finally came out completely.
