Gabriel slid off the bed and looked out the window, "Doesn't matter. That's a huge pipe dream."

Piyomon looked at the next building over wasn't too far. "Maybe we can jump to that building."

Gabumon said, "I can't jump. Secondly you can fly."

Piyomon looked at the huge bed, "I can fly over through the windows and moved the bed to make it a bridge."

Gabumon said, "That is insane."

Piyomon said, "We have nothing to lose at this point."

She took flight [This is when Vince passes the building further west while Dracmon said there were no survivors.]

She broke the windows. Next she grabbed the huge bed. She pulled one side over and lowered the pegs on the other buildings window. Gabumon moved the other pegs weren't going to move. He got on and pulled himself across. The pegs on the other side snapped. Neither of them wasted time worrying about it. They got out the building and moved south. They found a small boat on the coast and headed southwest. They ended up in Australia. They moved cautiously through the woods. There heard several noises. They saw more infected and worked toward the city. Then they ran right into Guilmon.

Guilmon aimed is sniper rifle but then stopped, "Gabumon...?"

Gabumon said, "Guilmon, You're alive."

Behind him was Trigger who also was alive. They led Gabumon and p back to the city.

Guilmon said, "This place is a mess. But we've managed to survive."

Gabumon asked, "Is the whole world like this."

Trigger said, "Afraid so. But we heard a broadcast the said the North artic was cleared of all infected. We were supplying up and getting ready to leave this hell."

[A few minutes before the outbreak]

Kiff was making breakfast after messing around with his partner Yill. She was so much more responsive to his dominate behavior. He thought it be fun to mess with her and do something nice. What they were unaware of was that the military was checking for the boys. They worked their way to the ship. They had no idea that the outbreak was just about to begin. They checked the docks carefully and made their way to the ship. Near the water is where the first infected was released. Within seconds there was a lot of infected. They heard the slam of the door but so did Kiff and Yill.

Yill rushed up, "What's going on?"

Kiff said, "It doesn't sound good. We should hide."

One of the men was bit. There were several shots taken to the infected and it did not go down until a desperate headshot was taken. More infected came at them.

One of them said, "What the hell is going on. Stay back."

More shots and that was when Yill said, "It isn't safe here."

They moved to the lower section to of the ship and made their way to a life boat. They sailed out east. The men were overrun by the infected and within hours became infected as well. They all heard the sound of music and headed north. Gizumon had been at the docks and was hiding when all that nonsense went down. He waited for the infected to leave and took the ship. It was rather large and hard to figure out how to move it. It took a few days but then he heard someone or something coming on the ship. He panicked and grabbed a pipe and swung hitting both Vince and Dracomon. He saw there weren't infected and decided that this place was still too dangerous and moved south. Yill and Kiff proceeded to land far out east and moved north. They went as far as they could.

[A few minutes before present time] At the same time Gabumon, Piyomon, Guilmon and trigger went northeast. They had no idea that one infected remained. It bit trigger than Guilmon shot it.

Guilmon asked, "Are you alright?"

Trigger said, "I'm fine."

They moved quickly finding a vehicle to fit them then they saw Kiff and Yill running. They picked them up and Kiff quickly asked, "Is he alright?"

Trigger said, "I'm fine."

Yill asked, "What is going on."

Gabumon sighed, "Didn't you hear it's the end of the world."

Kiff said, "So why bother fight?"

Trigger said, "We heard a broadcast in Australia that said that the North Pole was cleared of infected. We're going to camp out north. We're going to shoot out a flair to see if any others are out there."

They made their way into a small building that was hoarded up and secured it. They made their way to the roof and shot the flair.

[Present day/time]

Vince went inside the building moving the secured sections and making sure to secure them again. He worked his way to the roof and opened the door. The guns were pressed up but Vince said, "I'm not infected."

Guilmon said, "Guns down."

Gabumon said, "You look familiar."

Vince said, "It's me, Veemon. I was forced into this human body. It's kind of grown on me."

Gabumon hugged him, "I knew it. I knew you had to be alive."

Vince said, "Wait, do you remember all the resets that Monodramon pulled on us?"

Gabumon said, "The cabins of summer time and the great switch to being a star."

Vince was a bit thrown off by his coolness of it all but then he looked at Trigger. Vince backed away, "His bit."

Guilmon said, "Its ok."

Vince said, "He's going to turn. He's going to be a zombie, I saw it happen. We're not safe around him."

Trigger started coughing they did back away. Kiff and Yill sprang down from another rooftop reaching this one and the guns were put up again.

Kiff said, "Whoa, calm yourself."

Vince pulled out his gun and pointed at Trigger, "I'm sorry but you can't live."

Guilmon looked back, "Wait, we don't know if..."

Trigger fell to the floor coughing out blood Vince yelled, "We're running out of time. He's going to turn."

Yill said, "What is going on?"

Vince said, "He got bit. He'll change just like my father did."

There was a silence when they all heard the groan. Trigger got back as an infected zombie. Vince didn't hesitate and shot him in the head.

Vince looked at Yill. He knew that she had no idea that her father was the human standing before her.

Gabumon said, "Now what."

Guilmon said, "We keep moving north. We got a broadcast saying it was safe, that there was no infection there. We'll be safe there."

Kiff said, "It's too late in the night to travel."

Yill said, "That body stinks."

Kiff grabbed the body and threw it off. They went back inside. Vince checked in with Guilmon, "I'm sorry but I had to do it. I hope you and him weren't close."

Guilmon said, "I found him back in Australia. We were both just two desperate survivors. We didn't do anything though I think he was planning on something when we made it."

Vince asked both Guilmon and Gabumon, "Do either of you know if anyone else survived."

Neither of them knew about anyone else. Vince said, "I don't think we can just leave without seeing if there is anyone. There has to be. I ran into Gizumon down south and a new Digimon Dracmon. I believe there both still alive."

Kiff said, "My parents are most likely still alive."

Yill said, "I wish I knew what happened to mine."

Vince said, "You don't recognize me...it's me Veemon. I was put into this body."

Yill embraced him and cried, "Dad."

Vince removed the embrace and asked, "Are there any flairs left."

Guilmon said, "Two left."

That shot one more that night and rested up. The next day they compiled there resources.

Guilmon said, "We need more food. We'll never make it with this much left."

Vince said, "We'll have to deal with this carefully. We should have some wait here and the others go out.

Kiff said, "I'll go."

Yill said, "Than I'm going too."

Vince said, "I just got you back. I can't lose you again."

Gabumon said, "I'll go."

Guilmon said, "I'll cover you guys from the roof. Piyomon take flight to the other buildings and keep sight."

That was when they proceeded. Kiff and Gabumon went to the closest major food store. Guilmon kept the sight up while Piyomon looked on from a building on the other side. They entered inside which meant Guilmon couldn't see them. Kiff and Gabumon grabbed to carts as soon as a voice did a voice yelled, "Yo man you think of stealin' our food."

Coming up from the other side of the counter was Bearmon, Spyro and Croc. They held up guns as well. Gabumon said, "We didn't even think there were other survivors. Listen you're better off following us and sharing the food."

Bearmon said, "What the fuck. We worked too hard to do that shit. This is our food."

Gabumon said, "Look we're both survivors. And there is a place that we can be even safer."

Bearmon said, "That ain't what I heard. The whole world went to shit."

Gabumon said, "We received a transmission from the Artic. It's been cleared of all infected already."

Spyro whispered to Bearmon, "We might have better luck there. We're out in the open and only protected by glass here."

Bearmon said, "That ain't no sweat..."

They all heard a shot come from outside. They all rushed to the entrance to see a hoard of infected chasing Klonoa.

Bearmon said, "Shit that guy is dumb. Let's grab the food and go."

They had little time getting right out as the heard was moving in. Klonoa joined them in making their way back as Guilmon covered them. Piyomon also came back to Yill.

Yill asked, "What is going on?"

Piyomon said, "A whole lot of trouble is coming our way."

They all went into the building securing as much as possible. The hoard was going to grow overtime. They all went to the roof. When they made it Bearmon said, "You peace of shit."

Klonoa said, "I was being chased for hours. I didn't have a choice. I had too many close calls not to take them out in desperation. I already know that even a scratch can turn anyone."

Vince said, "It's going to be much harder moving on north now. We could be stuck here thanks to you. You've should have considered alternative weapons."

Kiff said, "There is nothing we should be upset over. Desperation is what it is and we can't change that. What we can do is figure a way out of this mess."

Gabumon asked, "You have an idea."

Kiff said, "As a matter of fact I do. We have a creature here that can fly. Send her off she makes some noise elsewhere and there we go."

Gabumon said, "That won't work."

Vince said, "I think it will. That attracted to sound for miles. They can hear a lot better than we do. They'll move toward the sound every time. We get them off us than we'll be cleared."

Piyomon said, "I'd be willing to give it a shot. We have nothing to lose."

Gabumon said, "That's not true. Even if that sound think works that puts you at risk in a building that might not be secured. Then there is all the infected to the north of us. We'll run right into them."

Kill said, "What about that truck we took here. We can run them right over."

Gabumon said, "We won't have the fuel to make it all the way."

Vince said, "We only have to get far enough. We don't have any other way."

Piyomon said, "Then I'm going. Gabumon I'll be fine. I can take care of myself."

Gabumon gave her a gun and kissed her, "Watch your back. I can't lose you."

She flew to a building further south. She shot at one of the infected when she reached her spot. This moved the infected south in that direction.

Guilmon said, "Alright let's go."

They all rushed down into the streets and got to the truck. They headed up north and Piyomon took off flying over all the infected. There were able to make some distance.

Bearmon said, "I can't believe that shit worked."

Gabumon asked pointing at Spyro, "How come we didn't use him."

Spyro said, "Hey man she volunteered."

Bearmon said, "Plus we still ain't risking that. She had it and that is that."

Gabumon said, "That's messed up putting me in that predicament."

Vince said, "It's not like it was you out there creating the distraction."

Piyomon caught up and Vince continued, "Look she is fine. So there is nothing to worry about."

Kiff who was driving said, "I'm not so sure about there. We're already running on low."

They stopped as smoke shot out of the front. They all got out and Piyomon landed. They looked around the vacant area.

Croc said, "At least this place is empty."

The infected came from the south. One managed to bit Yill in the leg, she screamed out. Vince rushed to shot the infected but it was far too late.

Gabumon said, "Now they're coming to come."

Kiff also stopped as he knew the effect of the bit by now. Kiff quickly said, "Maybe if we take off the leg as won't turn."

Vince said, "Cover us."

Guilmon did as much but Gabumon said, "Are you serious?"

Croc saw more infected coming, "We're out in the open and there making their way toward us."

Vince grabbed an axe and took a mighty swing hearing his own daughter scream as he cut the leg she go bit on off. Kiff grabbed the medicine that they managed to take from the store and blanket. He covered the wound and picked her up with Vince on the other side.

Vince cried out, "Let's go."

Their movement was much slower forcing Croc, Guilmon and Spyro to use their guns. As one infected were shot ten more appeared in the distance. They got to a subway and worked their way down as they saw more infected coming from the north as well. They made their way below. Vince and Kiff led Yill down the tracks. The infected stumbled down the stairs. They would buy them some time. They worked down the tracks with limited light and a prayer that no infected would already be down there. They reached the end of the line and worked back up to the surface. They were in another empty town. They went into a building and secured it and Kiff and Vince put Yill on the bed.

Gabumon said, "She is going to turn."

Vince said, "We don't know that yet. The infection might not have spread all the way. Both my father and Trigger were bit in the neck. It spread faster and there was no chance to cut it off. But maybe we can."

Gabumon said, "That might not have worked."

Vince said, "Then I'll cuff her for extra policy. But we don't do anything else until we know for sure that she is infected or not."

Gabumon said, "Fine."

They all met in the central room.

Bearmon said, "Man this end of the world stuff is so much work."

Croc said, "We should be lucky that you guys came along. They would have come at us sooner or later."

Guilmon said, "Today has been stressful and filled with a lot to take in. We'll have to face that getting to the North Pole might take longer than expected."

Klonoa asked, "How do we even know that place is safe."

Gabumon said, "We heard the transmission. They said it was safe."

Klonoa said, "What if it was. It could have been overrun by now. We'd be walking right into our deaths."

Vince said, "Klonoa is right. After all we've been through we can't afford to take any more risk. We'll send the two flyers over there."

Gabumon said, "You're not pulling that shit again."

Vince said, "They can get there the fastest. But if it really concerns you that you can go with them."

Guilmon said, "Than I'll go too. You guys might need a good sniper."

They four of them set up to the roof. Gabumon was carried by Spyro and Guilmon was carried by Piyomon. They headed north to reach the tip of the ice. They landed quickly and pulled out there guns just in case. They moved with extreme caution. After moving for some distance that spotted a facility. They moved toward it carefully. Spyro looked down and spotted some blood in the ice.

Spyro alerted, "I don't like the looks of this."

They all noticed and went inside. The building was in perfect shape. Nothing was wrecked but there was no sign of life.

Gabumon said, "This is creepy."

Though normally he'd suspect such a place to be destroyed at least, they went through entering a bigger room. Inside was waiting Dracmon and Agumon.

Guilmon said, "Agumon."

Agumon turned and hugged Guilmon, "Man it's great to see others."

Dracmon said, "Good to see you heard the transmission too."

Spyro asked, "Wait you didn't send it."

Dracmon said, "No, when we did one of others that was with us became so determined to find someone else. We stayed here and I was holding on to Veemon's body as well."

Spyro said, "I really don't like that sound of this."

Another voice said, "You all heard it too. I'm pretty glad I'm not the only one here."

They all turned to see Monodramon.

Gabumon said, "You! You did this."

Monodramon said, "I'm not responsible for this. The man who was is already dead. But I got a call from a voice I didn't recognize and came over to check if this creature meant business...Did you hear that, come on."

Monodramon lead them to the roof the grabbed a pair of binoculars and looked out into the distance to see an infected. Monodramon said, "So much for no infection."

They all looked in from the binoculars and Guilmon pulled up his sniper, "No problem I'll take him out..."

He saw two more come up from the distance than another group of ten even further out.

Gabumon who still had the binoculars said, "You've got to be shitting me."

He could see an entire hoard coming in their way.

Gabumon looked at Monodramon, "This is all on you."

Monodramon said, "Why would I bring them to where I am without an escape?"

Dracmon said, "Come on I know a way out."

Gabumon said, "What the hell is that."

He spotted a much larger creature with a huge axe. He was a bit slower but a lot more intimidating.

Gabumon said, "That escape better be a good one."

They all went back down further into the facility. They heard a bang on the iron doors. Gabumon said, "There's no way."

Dracmon said, "Come on hurry."

They went into a sub level underneath and found a boat that could fit them all. When they started it the huge axe creature pierced his way in. The infected slipped in and they moved on and they saw the axe guy creature run then he threw his axe.

Agumon yelled, "Duck."

Everyone avoided it and they managed to escape.

Klonoa said, "It's a good thing we checked that out."

Dracmon said, "That intermission was a trap."

Gabumon said, "There are no more safe spots anymore."

They made their way back. Dracmon went up to Vince and offered his real body back. Vince was so excited and Veemon was reborn. The boy was gone and a device appeared with a time on it. Veemon used it to see that he could turn back into the boy for a set amount of time. He went back as Veemon.

Gabumon said to Veemon, "You're little mission was a huge dud besides finding other survivors we just ended up finding a lot more infected and one huge B.O.W."

Veemon said, "I thought the B.O.Ws were wiped out."

Monodramon asked, "Who told you that?"

Veemon said, "Gizumon did."

Monodramon said, "He doesn't know much. China had the most B.O.W.s last time I checked. There were some people still using them. And that was when I found out that things were much worse. It turns out that now B.O.Ws are creating more B.O.Ws."

Veemon asked, "How is that even possible."

Monodramon said, "There was a man who turned himself into a weapon. They sent in a squad of the trained best. The man was Wesker. We beat him and they're sure he was dead. It was one hundred percent confirmed however we didn't know what he had done in his time. He managed to create smarter weapons. Ones that could react and talk just like creatures. They could then manage and create even more."

Veemon said, "We could be looking at a never ending war all over again."

Monodramon said, "That's right. And for the first time we don't have a second chance. No more resets; no more hope. All we can do now is fight. We have to fight more than we've ever fought before. We're highly outnumbered and our supplies are limited. We are the walking dead."

Croc said, "We need to take this country back."

Everyone looked at Croc who felt so inspired as he continued, "At least then we'll stand a chance. And in those moments we'll find more survivors and we will fight. When we take this country back than that is how we insure to getting the others back as well."

Veemon said, "Let's rest up and start in the morning."

That night everyone slept peacefully. There was a ray of light shined down on them. All were happy all but Kiff who was knelt on the bed of his lover.

Kiff looked up, "I never believed in you god. It would be something if you could give her the strength to make it. You'd make a believer out of me. I've spent my whole life causing mayhem and now I'm stuck in it. I've never felt so vulnerable in my life. I've never felt this scared for anything in my life. Please god save my love."

The next day everyone else geared up.

Monodramon said, "We'll need more silent weapons. I'll go to a weapons store I know of. Try not to get too many infected on you. If you do get to a secured place make a sign and make something or use something to get us to come to you. But try to stick together as much as possible."

They moved out and Monodramon went on his way. The others made their way north. Spyro took flight to a vantage point taking Guilmon with him to scope out the area. The group below spotted a group of infected. Gabumon was the first to raise his gun. Veemon pulled the gun down and snuck up on one and snapped its neck. The others infected didn't come in. Veemon got the others in the same way. He came back and said, "Only use a gun in a deep situation. We need to conserve ammo."

Monodramon came back with different type of pipes, swords and axes. He took the crossbow as Guilmon came back down with Spyro, Monodramon tossed Guilmon the crossbow and said, "Take it sniper. This will be more affective."

They cleared the blocks around the area in silence. When they did they went back to Kiff and they picked up the mattress Yill was on and carried her to a new building in the northern sector of Maine. They found a nice building in the center which was one floor. They secured it just in case any wondering infected came moving along. They made another trip moving all there grouped supplies as they became one unified group. When they got back into the new place Bearmon sat down and Spyro joined him.

Bearmon said, "I can't believe we managed all that. Maybe we do stand a chance."

Spyro said, "We'll just use this same strategy in ever location and in no time everything will be cleared."

Bearmon kissed Spyro and Spyro said, "We haven't done this since Veemon left the prison."

Bearmon said, "He doesn't need to know that you moved on to me. He looks all good and set for a new relationship too."

Bearmon pined Spyro to the bed and kissed him passionatly all night long.

The group would all go out except Kiff who looked after Yill. They had Spyro and Guilmon on high building watch. Again there plan was flawless. As they proceeded with this perfect plan Kiff was alone with Yill. Yill's body move and Kiff jumped back. A few second later than Yill muttered, "What happened?"

Kiff was in shock he looked over to see her eyes were still normal. He kissed her and embraced her. Kiff said, "You're ok."

Meanwhile the group made their way to the next area. Spyro and Guilmon were again taking the roof. Guilmon had the scope up only to use to see further. Spyro was unexpectedly pulled down by an infected that ran right at him. The infected bit Spyro's stomach, Spyro held his hand against his mouth as he pushed out from his wings and flew off. Guilmon only heard the growl which was very distinctive. He quickly turned around to see only the infected. He took out his crossbow and the infected ran at him. He shot it in the head and it went down. Guilmon looked around and asked loudly, "Spyro."

He worked his way all the way down to the others. He said, "Everyone get up here."

They all rushed up as Guilmon scoped out more infected.

Veemon asked, "Where is Spyro?"

Guilmon said, "I don't know. He must have taken off when he saw that infected. That one ran right at me."

Veemon asked, "Ran?"

Bearmon said, "What do you mean Spyro left."

Monodramon said, "Of course there had to be more types of infected out there."

Guilmon said, "Look we can't look for him under these new infected."

Veemon said, "Great now we have walkers and runners."

Gabumon said, "Don't forgot about the axe guy we saw at the North Pole."

Bearmon said, "Is everyone forgetting that Spyro is gone."

There was a moment of silence then Veemon said, "We have to consider that he might have gotten bit. If it was in the neck, face or stomach then there is nothing we can do. If it's on the legs or arms than he won't have much time to sever it off. But if he flew off on his own then he is on his own."

Bearmon said, "Shit. No. This is shit. I wasn't gonna say it but he was mine. After you left jail we found company in each other. We all got out long before this shit went down."

Croc said, "He's gone. Someone like him would never admit to getting bit."

Bearmon looked at Piyomon, "You go and fly and look for him then."

Piyomon said, "I don't even know what direction he went in. It would be pointless."

Spyro felt his body weaken as he flew further down unable to sustain flight. He was ground in a matter of seconds. His body went through a deep tremor as it let out howls of pain. Blood foamed from his mouth plus other fluids. His eyes turned red just like and infected. He came up let out a vicious scream and ran back in the direction he came. The others made it back to the street after clearing the infected at a distance. They made it to an open long street than at the other side of it came Spyro.

Bearmon looked up, "Spyro?"

Spyro let out another scream and ran right at them.

Veemon yelled, "He's infected."

Guilmon took up his crossbow and shot him in the head.

Bearmon just said, "Shit."

Agumon said, "I didn't think we'd be able to turn."

Veemon said, "We have to be more careful."

Bearmon didn't long too long over the death. He had his tree way time with him and Croc. Now Croc was his go to guy.

Veemon asked, "Are there any other types of infected we should know about Monodramon."

Monodramon said, "I saw the list back at the facility. I only thought these were in China along with the other B.O.Ws still running about. Those two were the only ones I saw on the list the rest was ripped off. Someone didn't want me getting this secret out. "

Gabumon said, "So were stuck in the dark... again."

Veemon said, "That just means we'll have to shift our strategy. We know that runners let out a scream before the attack as we saw..."

Agumon said, "A group of those would be insane."

Gabumon said, "Were going to need better weapons."

Piyomon said, "I'll fly around and see what I can find."

Monodramon said, "It wouldn't wise to go anywhere alone."

Gabumon looked at Piyomon and said, "Then take me."

Piyomon said, "No offense love, but you're a bit too heavy."

Monodramon said, "I'll go. I found the last set of weapons. I'll be quick."

Gabumon said, "I don't trust this."

Veemon said, "Then I'll go."

Monodramon said, "You best be careful out there."

Veemon and Piyomon took off finding another police station quickly. They were in luck with machine guns and other heavy guns. They worked their way back and were forced to run due to the heaviness. They managed to come back rather quickly. The entire group continued west until they hit a huge walled boarding off the other side. Coming off from the side Dorumon came up and said, "It's good to see so many of you made it."

Veemon yelled, "You."

Dorumon said, "Don't yell at me for making a call to wipe of Reemon. When you're brother informed me of what he did I was going to make sure to kill him. The human body held the other inside. I had to try and take it out. But that is long behind us. That body is just a shell now. What we have left is each other."

Veemon said, "I don't even think you should be here. That was real messed up regardless. I knew that I saw you like another brother. You were like family to me and you tried to stab me."

Dorumon said, "I did what I had to kill the other. I stand by that. Sometimes we have to make the tough choices."

Veemon grunted, "Fine...is there a way around this."

Dorumon said, "I don't know, I just got here."

Guilmon said, "We got some walkers in the distance."

Veemon said, "Take them out silently we don't want to attract more attention. We'll work our way up the wall."

They weren't going to risk sending Piyomon up there just in case. They found the stairs as Guilmon covered them with the crossbow. They ran into a locked door.

Agumon said, "I don't know about this. Maybe there is another way around."

They went back down to the cleared section that Guilmon paved for them. They kept heading north to see the boarder continued on.

Klonoa said, "This wall was never here before."

Gabumon said, "Someone must have built it to divide the country in two."

Veemon said, "That sounds like a lot of work during the end of the world."

Agumon said, "And we can't go north not even to Canada the wall blocks of this way too."

The group preceded south covering the ground they did before then working further south to see the wall went all the way down as well.

Dorumon said, "Someone who knew this was going to happen must have been working on this."

Gabumon said, "Damn. So were trapped."

Dorumon said, "We could go to the south pole and..."

Agumon said, "We wouldn't be able to survive those temperatures ourselves. Pl us there might also be infected there two. We might be even more at risk going that way."

Veemon said, "That's right. Plus our options of getting there are rather limited."

Agumon said, "Plus we can't just leave Kiff and Yill way back in Maine. Maybe we should go back and check up on them first. Going back to a cleared state will give us some time to relax and figure stuff out.

That plan sounded must promising so the group went back.

Yill was up as Kiff was working on a metal leg. The others came back in to this place they called home. Veemon checked in on Yill.

Veemon asked, "You ok?"

Yill looked at her father with concern, "I think, I'll do fine. Dad that was scary."

Veemon said, "I know, but you're ok, and were going to keep on going until we don't have to worry about the infected anymore."

Kiff entered the room and said, "I'd like a moment alone please."

Veemon left to recoup with the others.

Kiff said, "This should make you just a mobile again soon."

Yill said, "You're usually would yell at me for not paying attention."

Kiff leaned her down and kissed her then said, "I couldn't even bare to be my old self. I was scared for the first time in my life. This is the first thing I didn't know if I could handle. I still don't. We had seclusion from the world and now for the first time we are vulnerable."

Yill said, "Life isn't as fun if you're not you."

Kiff said, "When this is over we'll go back."

Yill said, "We might not live..."

Kiff said, "Don't even go there."

Yill sat back up, "I not going to lie to myself. Last time I got lucky but there will be a next time. And I want to spend what time we have together just like how we were."

Kiff said, "I don't know if I can step up to that."

Yill kissed Kiff and said, "Right and now. You have me right where you want me."

Kiff undressed her not waiting to toy with her and pinned her against the bed pressing his stiff member against her clit. He pressed in deep and humped away until reaching a climax.

Veemon said, "That wall stopped our progress completely."

Klonoa said, "Maybe we should focus on the other southern states for now and worry about it later."

Agumon said, "That sounds like a plan."

So they carried back out working south they found several areas to be difficult there too. Sooner or later they would end up in the same spot as before but with a lot more infected taken out. They ran right back into the wall. Dorumon pulled out a rocket which was a part of the weapons they gathered and shot the door. Infected came out and they cleared it. Veemon and Gabumon went up first to get to the top of the wall. They reached the top and looked over to the other side. Both of their jaws dropped as well as their weapons. They could see a sea of infected on the other side some clawing against the sturdy wall.

Gabumon said, "I think we're going to need a new plan."

Veemon said, "So much for taking this country back."

The others joined them to see the wave of endless infected.

Klonoa said, "We don't have enough weapons. I don't think all the weapons in the world can clear all that."

Dorumon said, "We cleared a lot maybe we can just stay out east."

Veemon said, "Let's go."

They headed back east. They went up the highway there were tons of cars left dead.

Klonoa said, "Should we scavenge for supplies."

Dorumon said, "Might as well."

Guilmon went on the roof of an R.V and stayed on alert. The others spread out looking for supplies. Several minutes passed then Guilmon spotted a walker coming in. Veemon put the walker in his sights but he saw more coming in. Veemon went down further and pulled Agumon under a car. Gabumon saw that and moved under another car. The others were much further out and took them much longer to notice it. The hoard looked as if it all passed. Piyomon slid out almost then five more walkers slid it. Gabumon was under another car. Piyomon was clipped as she rolled out the other side her wing got caught and as she pulled she damaged her whole wing. She couldn't fly properly so she ran into the forest. Veemon came out and saw her running further in. The group managed to gather again.

Gabumon said, "Piyomon ran in the forest. We have to go get her."

Veemon tried to keep out and took out two of the walkers. She ran out of sight the walkers were getting harder to follow but Veemon was determined. The others stared to come in. Dracmon went with Agumon further west so see if they staggered off this far. Some of the others stayed on the highway on the off chance the Piyomon would circle back. Dracmon saw a deer come out he pulled down his gun in shock at such a peaceful sight. There were no walkers around. He came a bit closer than a gun was fired and the deer and him fell with it. The others heard the shot as well. Veemon managed to get the other three walkers.

Veemon yelled out, "Piyomon."

Agumon rushed up to Dracmon as Shadow come up with his gun.

Agumon looked up, "You shot him."

Shadow said, "Oh god, I'm so sorry."

Agumon pressed his hands against Dracmon's neck, "He's still alive."

Shadow said, "Come with me quickly to my farm."

They rushed over caring the wounded Dracmon into his farm where, Amy a human family were hiding out. Veemon was more than lost still in search for Piyomon.

Agumon said, "What were you doing out there anyway."

Shadow said, "Me and someone else were hunting for food. The other was Big the cat. He was looking to see if there was anything out east."

Gabumon managed to catch up, "Did you find her."

Veemon said, "It's like she just vanished. I did everything I could. I took out all the walkers following her but she might have even been looking back to see."

Gabumon said, "We have to keep looking."

Veemon said, "It's getting late. Did you know if she might have circle around and went back."

Gabumon said, "I was trying to catch up. I saw some of the others heading further west."

Veemon said, "We might have lost them too."

Agumon said, "We have others on the highway way up there and we lost somebody."

Shadow said, "Silver will go with you."

Agumon went back up with Silver who caught up with the others. Veemon and Gabumon came back up to check if Piyomon made her way back up.

Veemon asked, "What happened with you."

Agumon said, "We went to check if she moved west but then Dracmon got shot. I ran into another group of survivors in a farm.

Gabumon said, "Is Piyomon there."

Agumon said, "No."

Shadow's son said, "It's getting late. Maybe we should head back. Is she kept running north she most likely ran right into Big."

They went to the farm as a collected group. Gabumon anxiously waited for this cat to arrive. He came in and Gabumon asked, "Did you happen to run into a pink bird out there."

Big said, "Just some stragglers movin' about. I took care of them."

Veemon checked in on Dracmon who was bedded for the time being. Gabumon said, "We have to go back out there."

Agumon said, "This late at night. We'd get lost ourselves. We'll start in the morning and do this right."

Gabumon said, "She can't be out there by herself like that. We have to go."

Dorumon said, "It's too risky. Agumon is right we be lost ourselves. She can take care of herself."

They spent the night. Right as day broke Gabumon was the first up almost ready to head out.

Veemon asked, "Where do you think you're going by yourself?"

Gabumon said, "I saw her run. This is all my fault. I have to find her."

Veemon said, "We go together. And we take someone here with us so we don't get lost too."

They got up with Silver and some of the others and they headed out. Shadow stayed with Agumon who was watching over Dracmon. They searched all whole day and found nothing. They circled back moving a bit further north. They came back hitting up against the farm again.

Gabumon said, "I can't believe this. She has to be out there."

Shadow's son said, "We have to eat up to get more energy."

Shadow was working with the wound which was too deep. Dracmon woke up with a horrid body shock when Shadow was taking out a peace of the bullet.

Agumon shouted, "Stop it you're killing him."

Shadow waited for Dracmon to slip back into sleep. Shadow said, "I need to retrieve the shards of bullet. He is bleeding out. We need supplies that aren't here to keep him alive."

Shadow's sun and Dorumon came in, Shadow's sun, "How's he holding up."

Shadow said, "Not good. We need medical supplies."

Dorumon said, "I'll go. Where ever you need me."

Shadow's sun said, "I'll take you to a school not too far from here. It's my fault he's like that plus I know where the school is. Come on I have a truck."

Big said, "I'm coming too."

Another time some of the others still went back out to search for Piyomon. Silver pulled up way before the school to see plenty of walkers. Silver said, "Great, now this is going to be hard."

Dorumon said, "Let's just get this over with."

They went in shooting some and forcing their way inside. Silver said, "We're going to have trouble getting out."

Dorumon said, "Let's just find this stuff first."

They went into a dark room they found the supplies in the next room. When they stepped out Silver was bit. Big yelled, "Silver."

Dorumon said, "It's too late. He's infected."

The door was held up by walkers. Dorumon moved up to the benches up to a window with Big. Dorumon said, "Let's go out the window."

Big said, "I won't fit. You drive them this way I'll go back down and run out another way."

Dorumon shattered the window and pushed the supplies out. He shot some walkers clearing a way for Big as he run out another way. Dorumon dropped down hurting his leg. He cleared a path he couldn't get back to the vehicle with the amount of walkers blocking it. Dorumon shuffled off another way coming back to the road. Big came out and caught up with Dorumon and helped him along the road as more walkers came at them. They shot back using the remainder of their bullets. Dorumon was down to one and stopped for a second then said, "Sorry."

Big asked, "About what?"

Dorumon aimed the gun at his leg and shot big down. The walkers caught up and had them a feast a Dorumon managed to get away. Dracmon was in severe condition by the time Dorumon returned alone.

Shadow asked, "Where is Silver and Big."

Dorumon breathed heavily, "The place was overrun. Silver was taken right behind us. Me and big go separated from the group of infected. He got bit too. I saw him again and before he went down he told me that he would hold them off. He said keep going so I did. I'm sorry."

Shadow was now able to maintain Dracmon's health. It would be a while before Dracmon could be on his feet again. For the others who had returned again still had not luck of finding Piyomon.
