Luka - The Son of the Tyrant - Chapter 17 - Evolve to become happy

One Year Later

Since that Day, many things had changed. Silver and Alissa had been buried a week after they had Died. Nightshade had stopped to be such an idiot and as a result he had found his Mate. His Brother Boil had the same luck with his Mate but he had to become a bit more active in return. Solomon and Alissa had come into Years but they had still the fire and the will to lead the land in peace.

And for Luka and Numa? Well. They both had become 17 and Luka had evolved a few Days ago. Since that Day Numa had tried all to evolve too but it was like that she was now the cursed one. She had already searched each mountain in the near for a firestone but she only found other stones like Leaf or Water stone. And to make it more worse, Solomon had given her some kind of Ultimatum.

She had time to find a stone till her 18 Birthday. Otherwise she would had to say farewell to the throne and the right to have a mate.

To the throne she could easily say bye but to the right to have a mate she couldn´t because since Luka had evolved, she had only one wish burning inside her Head. I want to be his Mate for a lifetime.

Luka on the other side hadn´t had changed that much even if he had evolved into a strong Mightyena. His problems with his call hadn´t changed. He was still the Son of a Tyrant and he was still taking the punishment for it nearly each Day on the streets. That was also the reason why he helped Numa on her search for the Firestone. He simply wanted to have some peace and she near him.

„Is this one Maybe a firestone?" Numa asks while she was dicking in the dirt.

„I hope so. " Luka said back.

* DIG, DIG, DIG *

„CRAP!!! A Leaf stone again. GGGGGGRRRRRAAAAAHHHHHHH..... WHERE IS MY FIRESTONE? WHERE IS IT?" Numa began to scream into the Air while she was holding the leaf stone in her right paw. "

„But when? I´m only having 2 Days left to find one! I don´t want to live a Life without a Mate! "

She began to cry in helplessness.

Luka slowly moved over to her and moved his paw around her Body hold her close.

She quickly dried her Eyes and looked over to that point but then she heard from him.

„You did yes but it´s always the right way to stop your crying " He said into her face with a bright smile.

„Because you like it. Now come on. Let us go on with the search before it´s getting to late. "

They both searched for the rest of the Day but they didn´t found another evolution stone. The night had come and now they were both sitting around a fire, enjoying some Berries that they had grilled over the fire. Once they had finished, they talked.

„Only tomorrow. I´m only having tomorrow to find a stone before we have to go back. " Numa said sadly.

„I know. " Luka only said back while he was in thoughts.

„Maybe I should just ran away and hide somewhere in shame. "

„I know. "

„Hey! Are you listening to me? "

„I know. "

* SLAP * She had slapped him on his right check to let him come back to earth.

„What the.... UPS. I´m sorry. I was just thinking. " Luka said while he moved a paw over his check.

„I know. What did you thought about so hardly? "

„Nothing important. Come on let us go to sleep. Tomorrow will be a long and hard Day. "

She wasn´t happy with that answer but she knew that he would tell her once he had decided to not tell her. That was why she gave him his will and curved herself into a Ball and went to sleep. Luka did the same but he didn´t fall asleep on foot. He waited until he thought that she was sleeping and then he looked into the sky and began to pray, not knowing that Numa was listening.

„Arceus.... I know that I haven´t prayed to you for a long time but now I need your help. I need to find a firestone tomorrow or else she would never be happy again. Please help me find one. Please let her evolve and let her Mate with someone that is worthy. I know that you know that I want to be her Mate.... "

These words brought her heart to jump up 3 beats faster until she heard the rest of the set.

She slowly moved up and walked close to him. Once close, she laid herself onto his chest and there she buried herself as close as possible only to be near him. Then she felt asleep as well.

The next Day

The Day had started normal. They both had eaten as always and now they were searching for a firestone. The half Day had already passed and Numa became more and more nervous. She became so nervous that she began to speed up. She searched and dicked so fast that she oversaw some Evolution stones and Luka had to stop her.

„Slow down Numa!!! This is no contest or something! "

„I cannot slow down! I need to find a firestone!! I need to!!!" Numa answered while she kept on diking.

„NUMA STOP!!!" Luka now commanded but she didn´t stopped.

* GRAB..... SLAP *

Luka had finally stopped her by grabbing her right front paw and giving her a slap onto her right check.

„Why did you did that?" Numa asks with a wondering look.

„Look at this!" Luka said and pointed onto three evolution stones who were laying between his legs.

„What´s with those? I don´t need them. I need a fire.... " She was cut by him hardly.

„I know that you don´t need them but you are not here today. You dicked them out without even looking at them. What if one had been a firestone, HHÄÄ? You wouldn´t even had recognized it so come the fuck down and concentrate. We still have the half Day to find one. "

„Find what?" A Male Voice suddenly said from behind them.

They both got shocked and quickly looked back to see who had talked to them.

An Old Man in a black or brown cape was standing behind them. He looked familiar to them but not much. He also had a mine equipment on his back and Numa immediately asks.

„I´m sorry. Are you a Miner? "

„Yes I am young Lady. Are you on a search for something? "

„We are in search for a firestone. " Luka answered.

„A Firestone? Good Luck by finding one here. HAHAHA."

„What´s so funny? "

„Here you cannot find one. Here you can find only Leaf or Water stones. Sometimes even Thunder but never Firestones. They can only be found in the Southern Territory. Not here in the Eastern Territory. "

„I knew it! .... SNIFF.... I KNEW IT!...... I will never have...... * CRY *. " Numa screamed and began to cry.

Luka moved close to her and hold her close to his Body but he was also close to tears.

„What´s wrong? Did I did something Bad?" The old Man asks.

„No. You didn´t did something wrong. It´s just that she has to find a Firestone today or else she will lose her mating rights. " Luka answered.

„If that´s the case then I can help maybe. "

While she saw Luka leave, she became a really bad feeling. As if she would see him for the last time alive.

Luka had finally arrived at the camp and he moved strait to the place where he had dropped the stone.

„Now I only have to run back and gave it to the old man. " Luka said and turned but then he didn´t moved on.

„Wait a minute. When I give it to him, she will evolve after he gave the Firestone to her and I will lose her also.... STOP THINKING THIS WAY YOU IDIOT!!! All that counts is that she is happy. "

He did a few steps but then he again stopped.

„But what about me? Do I really want to lose her this way? Is this the way I should go? A way of a stranger? A Loner?..... CRAP!!!! Why do I think over this now? I have to move on. She is all that counts for me and I will not disappoint her. "

Suddenly, a Flash had been heard.

When he was half way up, the unthinkable happened. A Flash came down from the heavens and hit him directly. All around him went bright white and a second later deep dark.

Was that it? He thought to himself on that moment. Was that my Life? Was that the reason why I lived? His past life was running in front of his Eyes while he began to fall. _ I never had a good Life. I always had to suffer. Only because of my damn rotten father._ Numa showed up together with her family. Numa. I´m sorry for not saying you what I felt for you. That was why he suppressed the pain and slowly dragged himself back up. Once done he kept on climbing and with his last willpower, he made it to the top. When he was up with his Body, he saw a little cave and inside of it was Numa with the old Man sitting around a fire that they had made.

He tried to move but his Body was now paying the price of pain. He collapsed and the stone rolled out of his mouth but to his luck it rolled into the cave where it hit Numa´s back slightly. She moved her Head to look what had hit her and then she saw the Stone and only a split second later she saw him.

Her Face became empty from one second to another and she screamed out in pure fear.

„LUKA!!! NOOOO!!!! "

She jumped up the ground and wanted to run over to him but the old Man stopped her by pushing her back down.

„WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING! " Numa screamed. „I WANT TO BE ON HIS SIDE!! LET ME GO!! "

„You would kill yourself if you would go out there! I go and bring him inside. " Once said the old Male ran out and quickly came back with Luka on his back.

The old Man put Luka down from his Body and near the fire always getting sure that Numa doesn´t saw Luka.

„Let me see him!!!" Numa said to the old Man.

„Better not. You wouldn´t.... " The old Man started but was cut harshly by Numa.

„I WANT TO SEE HIM!!! "

The old Man let out a deep breath and then he moved aside to let Numa pass and so she did but in the next moment she wished that she hadn´t done so. Luka´s Body was looking like someone had used a knife or a really sharp Blade on him. His both back paws were nearly gone. Only some stumps had been left from them. All over his back were some little cuts and there was a big and really deep one near the base of his neck. And to top all of this was the fact that he was nearly everywhere burned.

„Ohhh Arceus!!! What has happened to you Luka?" Numa asks near some tears.

„COUGHT..... COUGHT..... Is.... The Stone..... Intact.... COUGHT.... COUGHT? " Was Luka´s answering Question.

„Yes it is but what.... " She was cut by Luka.

„That´s..... Good.... Now I can..... Take some sleep.... HHHHHHAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!"

Luka took a deep breathe but then nothing happened anymore. His Body didn´t moved on and his Eyes were empty.

„Luka? Luka?? Come on. Stop trying to fear me. You cannot..... SNIFF.... You cannot go! Please tell me that he isn´t..... SNIFF " Numa said and asks the old man with now some tears in her Eyes.

The Old Man moved his Ear to Luka´s Stomach and one paw in front of his Nose but only for some seconds. Then he retreated and once he was up he only shacked No with his Head and closed Luka´s Eyes with one paw.

He was death.

Numa´s world crashed from one second to another and she started a crying serenade. She cried deep, long and loud until she suddenly stopped and said to Luka´s Body.

„You cannot be death..... SNIFF..... You cannot go...... SNIFF.... There is still something to do for you in this world...... SNIFF..... There are still some Pokémon who.... SNIFF.... Need you....... SNIFF.... I need you..... SNIFF..... Do you hear me...... I NEED YOU... "

The Fire began to move around their Bodies and the 4 Stones began to fly. First uncontrolled but then they began to fly in a steady circle around them. Next the Fire began to intense and the stones began to crumble into fine glowing Dust. The Dust began to combine with the Fire and once the stones had disappeared, the Fire began to change again.

It moved over Luka´s and Numa´s Bodies and combined above them. It build some kind of Crystal with them in the middle, still united in a kiss. Then some second later the Crystal broke and some Dark smoke filled the Cave but only for a minute or so. Once the Smoke faded it revealed Numa and Luka but they had both changed. First of all, they both were not laying on the ground like a few seconds before. They stayed, still kissing and their Bodies had changed also.

She had evolved into a Ninetails and she was one of the beautiful lest ones. He hadn´t evolved but his Body had grown in Size. He had become more athletic and a bit taller so that he was now as high as her.

They were both still sharing a French kiss when they suddenly broke it, leaving a saliva bridge between them.
