"I see the camp site up ahead!" Emien exclaimed to his friend, Will, in the driver's seat. The two friends have been travelling a while to a group of small mountains called "Superstition Mountains" in search of a friend who had went missing weeks ago in this very spot. About a month ago, their friend who they know as "Innana", the name of his female fursona, online went to these mountains not too far from Phoenix, Arizona to revisit them. He wished to revisit them for spiritual reason, or so he told them. About a week later both Emien and Will learned from an email from an anonymous source that Innana went missing within the mountains. Though they were curious as to who the source was they figured Innana probably told someone he knew to contact them if something happened to him, both Emien and Will being close furry friends.

The two friends had both had met up at the Phoenix airport and have driven a rental all the way to the mountains. Now they park by the campsite the anonymous source sent them info on. Emien gets out first to inspect the site while Will hops out and grabs their camping gear which they brought in case the search took more then a day. The camping site itself looked like there was someone here a few weeks ago but has remained untouched in a while. The tent Emien can only assume was Innana's remains erect but battered with sand and dust blown by the winds and some of the supply containers, though still sealed tightly, look like animals have tried to get into them judging by the bite marks.

"Well, Innana was here but he definitely hasn't come back in some time," Emien says to Will as he walks over to help set up camp. "I'm sure we'll find him. I just hope he isn't hurt," Said Will as he pitches the tent, "I remember about those "jumping cacti" he mentioned before. Imagine getting wounded by something like that."Emien shivers at the thought. The two finish setting up camp and look around. "Well, we should start looking for our friend. Let's go up that trail over there," Will points to a nearby trail not too far from where they are camped. Emien nods and follows along Will as they begin their trek through the mountains.

They spend a good hour looking for Innana, following winding paths, walking down somewhat narrow ledges, and even coming across a few forks along the trail. They stopped on occasion to drink the water they brought along, the hot desert sun bearing down on them. After a while longer they then decide to turn back and continue the search the next day. However, as they started their journey back to camp they noticed things were suddenly getting darker and a bit cooler. The two look up into the sky and see angry clouds beginning to roll over the mountains. "Looks like we're in for some rain. We'd better get moving," said Emien as they pick up their pace. They didn't get very far, though, when the rain started coming down hard and lightning flashed across the sky.

"Gah! Must be a freak storm or something. This is very bad!" shouted Will over the howling wind.

Emien looked around them, seeing if perhaps there was someplace they could take shelter under to wait out the storm safely. He turned his head and spotted a cave up in the distance. "There! Up ahead! We can take shelter in that cave up ahead. Come on!" Emien shouted back towards Will and started to dash towards the cave, Will quickly following suit. They rush into the cave quickly and practically collapse once they get inside, panting hard and completely soaked through.

"Glad you spotted this cave, Emien. Just wish we had dry clothes to change too. Hmm...you know, I don't remember seeing this cave when we passed through the area," Will said. Emien merely leans against the wall and sits down, only partially paying attention. Lightning flashes followed almost instantly by thunder, making them jump. Will was about to sit next to his friend when he suddenly notices a soft, golden glow a bit further down the cave and around the corner where the tunnel in the mountain curves. "Emien, do you see that?" Will asks, giving Emien a soft shove.

Emien grunts a little and turns his head, looking in the direction that Will is looking down, seeing the soft glow as well."Hmm, perhaps someone else is here and they set up a fire further in," Emien said hopefully, and the two get up and start making their way towards the glow.

They make their way further into the cave, getting closer to the source of the glow. However, they did not hear the telltale sounds of wood crackling in a fire, making them wonder what could be causing the glow. As they rounded the corner they then saw the source of the glow. They had stumbled across a small chamber within the cave, the walls covered in softly glowing crystals. In the center of the chamber was a pedestal and a small, gold statue sitting on top which looked like a dragon, albiet one with breasts and a well rounded belly. Will stepped into the chamber to take a closer look at statue."Looks like a pregnant dragoness, like a fertility idol or something," said Will, reaching out and grabbing the golden statue, picking it up to inspect it further.

Will reached out to the statue, but as soon as his hand got close there was a small flash, followed by an electrical snap in the air. Will pulled his hand away quickly and shook his hand."You ok, Will?" Emien asked, looking concerned at his friend."I'm fine," said Will, "Just got a bit of a shock". He rubs his hand a little, but something feels a little off about it. It felt smoother to the touch. It also seemed....pleasurable to the touch. A warmth started to well up within him. Twas a pleasant warmth, making him feel good all over. His mind started to cloud a little and he began to rub himself all over, this odd pleasure welling inside him. There is another ripping sound and Will's pants practically explode as a tail shoots out from his..."her" shapely rump, another change becoming revealed as Will's tattered pants and underwear fall to the ground. Emien can only stare in shock, his jaw dropped, as his friend has gone from being a normal human guy to becoming the spitting image of his dragoness character, Jade.

The dragoness fell to her hands and knees, panting softly as her limbs shook. As he ran to his friends side Emien saw the golden stature lose its shine, as if it had been tarnished, from the corner of his eyes. As he knelt by her he hesitantly put his hand on her shoulder as he did his best not to stare at her nude form, the touch of her scaly skin assured him what he was was real. She sat down as she looked over her body "E-emien, I, I think I am hallucinating" she said as her shaky wings covering her body as she blushed. Emien smiled softly as he saw her mind was intact, at least she remembered him and was feeling embarrassed at being seen naked. "Unless were both hallucinating Jade" he said as he stood pulling his hand away, not wanting her to feel anymore uncomfortable than he thought she was. She smiled softly at being called her dragoness name and having what she saw confirmed. As she tried to stand up her legs gave out from underneath her, in effort to regain her balance her wings unfurled uncovering her nude form as she fell into Emien, her chest pressing into his. Both blushed heavily as Jade stepped back and recovered herself with her wings. Her legs shaking as she tried to keep standing.

After an awkward silence Emien spoke up "We should get back to the tent, we can wrap you up in a blanket, from what I saw you must be very cold" he said with a chuckle, trying to make a joke about seeing her bare breasts. "Yea... But it sounds like it is still raining" she said, pausing to yawn after the first word. Emien nodded softly "Well you don't have to worry about having wet clothing" he said as he rummaged through her shredded clothing taking out her cellphone, wallet and keys putting them in his pockets so they wouldn't get lost on the way back to the camp site. "Come on, you look tired and your legs look like they could give out any moment, just walk as much as you can and I'll carry you the rest of the way when you cant, then I'll make us some dinner" he said offering her his hand. Jade smiled and reluctantly took her friends hand as she nodded . Emien smiled as he started to walk towards the mouth of the cave. When he saw weather had not improved since they entered the cave Emien took off his jacket and looked to Jade "Here you can put this on backwards to cover yourself, We can use those wings of yours to keep us from getting wet" He said as he handed it to her "I'll turn around if you want while you put it on" he said with a smile. Jade smiled softly and just uncovered her self as she slipped it on "Its fine, not like you haven't seen anything already" She said blushing slightly, she trusted him not to say or do anything perverted.

"Are you sure you do not want it?" She asked as they stepped out of the cave nearly losing her step "No, I would rather be cold than let you be cold, and besides your legs are quivering enough as it is, don't want to add shivering from the cold to that" Emien said as he gently held her steady. He noticed the farther they walked the harder it was for her to keep upright. "The transformation must of taken alot of energy from you, I wouldn't be surprised if you are starving" he said with a chuckle. "Okay I think I should carry you the rest of the way now" he said after Jade kept stumbling with each step "I recognize where we are now, It shouldn't be too long to get to our camp". He put one arm around her waist and the other under her knees as he picked her up off her feet. He chuckled softly as she wrapped her arms and tail around him tightly "Don't worry, I got you" he said as he kept walking. With Jade's wings as an umbrella and the fact the trail was easy to see Emien got them to the tent with out any trouble.

Once safely inside the tent Emien sat Jade down softly before unpacking some towels and bedding from their bags as well as setting up LED lantern so they could see as it got darker. "Here you dry off and bundle up, I'll go to the truck and get the battery powered camping stove and a flat rock to set it on and cook us up a warm meal" he said handing her a towel and the thickest blanket they brought. Jade took off his jacket and handed it back to him, blushing slightly as she let her bare breasts into view, her way of thanking him "Here, take this so you don't get to wet and cold" she said before she covered herself with the towel as she dried herself off. Emein blushed softly at the sight as he put on the jacket "Thanks Jade" he said as he stepped out into the rain. As he made his way to the truck he tried to get rid of any sexual thoughts his mind was cooking up and force himself to figure out why she changed and how to get her home. Using her keys Emien opened the trunk of the rental and began to search for the stove and their food coolers. As he searched a stray thought entered his head, "What if this had happened to Inanna?" With that thought he looked over at Inanna's tent and then at the tent he and Jade shared. "I hope you can wait a bit longer Jade, but I have to see if she left anything for us to find" he said under his breath before walking to the ruined tent.

Emien didn't know what he expected to find. He hoped to find some clue in the sealed boxes. After unlatching each one carefully he was surprised to find them all empty. No food, cell phone, clothing or computer. He assumed she left he left it his computer with a friend and that if he did leave the tent he would of taken his cell with him. He sighed softly as he assumed that some homeless people raided the food stores as well as the clothing and that the cell phone may be with him somewhere. Emien bit down his tongue to take his mind off the fact that if they new his cell number it could make the morbid task of locating a body easier. "No, he probably had the same thing happen to him that happened to Jade" he said to himself trying to keep positive as he went back to the rental and grabbed what he needed before heading back to their tent. He was glad that it was raining, that way Jade couldn't of seen the tears he shed at the prospect of their friend being dead out in the wilderness. He held back a chuckle as she caught Jade "Examining" her new breasts quite thoroughly with her hands, squeezing them and bouncing them in her hands. He stepped back out of the tent and said that he got the food and stove in effort to make it so she didn't feel exposed after being seen playing with her large bosoms. After entering for a second time He smiled at Jade seeing her wrapped up in the blanket "I hope your warming up nicely Jade, I am going to make us some hot dogs" He said as he turned on the electronic camping stove "Just have to let it warm up first" he said as he took off his soaked jacket.

As he waited for the stove to heat up Emien occasionally would glance over to Jade, watching as she sat in front of the tent door looking out into the rain with a small smile on her lips and her tail swaying softly behind her. As he put the hot dogs on the grill portion of the stove he began to wonder what if he had touched the statue, would he had become his gold scaled dragoness Mehl? He felt a hint of jealously as he wished that he had touched the statue first. He wondered if Inanna had placed the statue there for Jade to touch, the two had been very close friends online. As he turned the hot dogs on the grill to evenly cook them he began to wonder if he should tell her his hunch that Inanna had changed and left the statue to transform Jade. As he was lost in thought and making sure the hot dogs were cooking properly he didn't hear the tent unzipping or see her dropping the blanket in the tent and just walking out into the storm. Once the hot dogs had finished and he put them in buns with a bit of ketchup he looked to where Jade had been sitting to let her know that dinner was done. Before he could even yell out her name he heard her yelling out Inanna's. He ran out into the rain after her, following her voice as well as calling out hers as he ran towards her. He found her curled in a ball on the floor of Inanna's tent sobbing uncontrollably saying "She isn't here."

Emien carried her back to the tent as quickly as he could, her arms, legs and tail wrapped around him tightly as she cried softly in his shoulder. He knew then he couldn't tell her his thoughts, he assumed she was under the influence of new female hormones racing through her body. Even though her brain had changed with her to adapt to her new body it wasn't used to all the new hormones. He knew that she never would of just ran out naked into the rain to find someone in their tent when they had seen it had been abandoned just only hours before. Once back in the tent he let her sit in his lap, crying into his shoulder, as he gently rubbed her back telling her everything was going to be okay. Once she had calmed down he managed to convince her eat. She crashed shortly after she ate her hot dog, falling fast asleep with her in his lap. As he held her as she slumbered he did his best to make sense of what happened. He had met an online friend in the real world for the first time to look for another online friend he had never met offline and have his friend turn into an anthro dragoness, an attractive one to boot. As she slept Emien stayed up long into the night, going over all of the days events in his head and how he was going to deal with Jade. He knew he couldn't take her on the plane with him, and leaving her in the woods was out of the question. Jade was in no shape mentally to be left alone. His attention drifted away from trying to find Inanna, Jade's current state was more urgent in his mind. He had to get her somewhere safer, or at least keep her in the tent and not running around where she could get hurt or be seen by someone with motives other than keeping her safe and then he could focus on finding Inanna. As he thought of ways to keep her occupied in the tent while he looked for Inanna the rain storm grew worse. "Shit, Inanna if your alright I hope you found decent shelter" he said to himself as he undid Jade's sleeping bag to use as a blanket for them, the temperature slowly going down. Emien was surprised how sudden the rain came, When they got off the plane it was the hottest Arizona had to offer with clear cloudless skies and now it was raining cats and dogs.

As he looked at the dragoness fast asleep in his arms Emien returned to thinking of what to do with her. If he could somehow get her to his home he had to keep her out of site another problem in its own. He thought of calling a friend he could trust who could hold onto her while he called the police to report Will as a missing person and give him enough time to figure out how to get her to his home in Canada without too much trouble. As he let his mind wander around the possibilities of what he could do Jade started to whimper. The whimper turned into a pained whine as she sat up. "Jade whats wrong!?" He said in a startled tone as he sat up with her. "They hurt...." she whines through pained groans as she looks into his eyes, panic and fear prevalent in her own. Emien held her hands as he looked into her eyes "What hurts Jade?" he asked, doing his best to keep a calm voice. Jade only whimpered and looked down at her chest with a blush, Emien looked down with her. His eyes grew wide as he saw her nipples were swollen and dripping with milk. "Oh, I see" he said as he stared at her chest, unsure of how he should react.

He pulled out a towel from a bag and sat behind her and wrapped it around her chest area "Okay, Jade, this might feel weird, but I am going to squeeze your breasts and hopefully lower the pressure in them and stop the pain" He said as he placed his hands on the sides of her large breasts. She nodded as her tail wrapped around his waist "Okay Emien" she replied in a soft voice with a hint of a whimper. Emien blushed as he squeezed her breasts together, trying not to do it too hard. He looked for more until he realized that they had only packed two towels for the trip. As he pondered what to do next he absentmindedly brought a hand to his mouth to lick off the milk it was covered with. After realizing what he was doing he was shocked at how good it tasted. "Jade, lay down....I want to try something different" he said as he licked his lips, blushing a bit. Jade nodded as she unwrapped her tail from his waist. Once she was laying down Emien laid next to her before latching onto a nipple and drank from her.

Jade gasped as Emien began to suckle, she opened her mouth to protest at first but when the pain in the breast from which he drank from began to diminish she sighed in relief and let him do as he wished. As Inanna led her back to the cave where they found the statue that had triggered Jade's change Inanna explained she had planned the full thing. She had encountered a race of anthro dragons that had come to Earth many millennia ago. After they had turned her into her dragoness form she convinced them to do the same to Jade and also Emien but with a twist for him, making turning Emien into Jade's daughter. Inanna then pushed a panel in to reveal a secret tunnel. She led Jade through the tunnel, going further and further underground till a bright light could be seen ahead. When they stepped out into the light, Jade stood in awe at what she saw. It was an entire city underground, the light coming from some sort of crystal on the roof of the massive dome cavern they had walked into. And, just like Inanna said, there were anthro dragons flying around buildings and houses that looked fairly similar to the homes and buildings she was used to as a human. "Welcome to your new home, Jade." Inanna smiles and gently takes Jade's hand, leading both her and her future hatchling to their new life.

Over the months as Emien grew within her into the new form "she" will grow up as, Jade learned that the society they were now part of was almost identical to the one they had left though with some obvious exceptions. It had all the same brands and technology of the old one, some altered to work with dragons, all mixed with ancient technology that was way more advanced. Jade was happy to learn that Inanna already had her own belongings moved into a new house within the settlement. Five years had passed since they arrived in the dragon city. Mehl, the young golden dragoness Emien hatched into, was five years old and Jade was pregnant with her second child, sired by a male of her choice with Inanna's blessing.

"Mommy mommy!" Mehl said as she tugged on Jades wing when they were out on their walk home from Mehl's school. "Yes dear?" Jade said as she looked down to her daughter lovingly. Mehl smiled and rubbed her mothers eight month pregnant belly "Why does my brother have a Daddy and I don't?" she asked. Jade chuckled softly, she knew this would come up. "Well remember how Mommy told you how you were conceived?" Jade asked with as she rubbed her daughters head. "Yes, Mommy" She said with a giggle as she spun around in her blue dress "Your brother was conceived in the other way we talked about" Jade said as she sat on a park bench. "Okay" Mehl said with a smile as she climbed up next to her mother. Jade sighed softly in relief she didn't ask any more questions like she did when she first started to remember things from her old life, though only just bits and pieces. Jade was happy that this new world was much more open about telling things to kids, she didn't think she could lie well enough to convince her very inquisitive daughter of some made up on the spot answer. Mehl began to pull on Jade's tail. "Mommy, lets go! Mommy Inanna said she is making burgers for dinner!" Jade chuckled softly as she stood up, careful not to throw out her back "I'm getting up as fast as I can hon" Jade says with a chuckle before walking towards their home, hand in hand with her daughter.
