DISCIPLINARY ACTION
Ratchet ends up a prisoner of the Decepticons and is asked by their leader to discipline Soundwave, just for kicks, when the medic refuses, Megatron punishes the blue mech himself; right in front of their prisoner.
Megatron was going over some battle plans with Soundwave when the sudden sound of pede-steps had diverted their attention, both mechs turned to look at a cuffed bot being marched in to the Decepticon war room.
"The prisoner Sir" stated the con, before being dismissed by the silver mech.
"AH...Ratchet, how nice of you to grace us with your presence" said Megatron.
"Ha! I was dragged here, what do you want Megatron?" asked the old Medic in a non nonsense tone.
*"Megatron curious about spanking" * stated Soundwave out of the blue, earning a slight glare from his leader.
Ratchet pinched the bridge of his nose, "what nonsense, WHY IN THE NAME OF PRIMUS WOULD HE BE CURIOUS ABOUT SOMETHING LIKE THAT!!!" exclaimed the angry CMO before shaking his helm slightly.
Even though he was slagged off, he was a little curious, where had the cons learn about Human punishment methods anyway?
"Well....why the sudden interest in spanking?" asked the Autobot CMO in a demanding way.
"Well...a couple of earth days ago--began Megatron, Soundwave had spanked Rumble and Frenzy for pranking Starscream" stated the Decepticon leader.
Now everything was starting to make sense for the medic, and he felt his spike starting to twitch in its housing.
"Hmmmm....so you tanned their skidplates?" asked the medic, looking over at the communications officer.
"AFFIRMATIVE" intoned Soundwave.
Ratchet held back a laugh, he had no idea that a Decepticon, especially like Soundwave would ever be so slagging parental. Had he been the one punish those little brats, the medic would've walloped the plating off their afts.
"Tell you what Autobot, give Soundwave a spanking and I'll send you back to Prime undamaged " stated Megatron with grin.
"MEGATRON?" intoned the navy blue mech in complete surprise.
Ratchet was opening and closing his mouth, trying to process what the frag was going on. Megatron had finally reached a new low, forcing him to punish one of his officers, not just that, but to spank someone like Soundwave who was loyal to a fault; was beyond vile.
"NO WAY IN THE PIT AM I DOING THAT, MEGATRON!" spat the outraged medic.
The blue looked over at the Autobot with what looked like gratitude, but his dim optical visor meant that he had made a error.
Ratchet looked in disbelief as Megatron walked over to a large metal crate, that had been left in the war room and sat down on it, then grabbed the blue mech's servo and pulled him right over his broad lap.
"MEGATRON PLEASE! see reason, Soundwave is-" began Ratchet, only for Megatron to cut him off.
"One of my officers, meaning I can and will discipline him as I see fit!" spat the silver warlord, as he brought up a massive black hand, before swooping it down upon the communication officers aft.
CLANG!
Ratchet winced as the resounding smack reverberated in the war room, before his hand rose and fell once again, then continued with hard smacks on the blue mech's aft
Ratchet watched as Megatron spanked the Decepticon third in command, unable to help, but Soundwave wasn't overly vocal, except letting out monotoned grunts every so often during his punishment.
As absolutely absurd as it was, Ratchet couldn't look away, it wasn't everyday the you saw a Decepticon getting spanked; and it was making his spike get hard within the medic's codpiece.
Megatron's big hand was almost a blur as it rose and fell on Soundwave's aft with accurate consistency. Had the blue mech not been wearing his face-mask, the medic would've seen a grimace on his face-plate.
"ENOUGH MEGATRON! DESIST" yelled the blue mech with some actual emotion.
"HOW DARE YOU SOUNDWAVE! I'M YOUR LORD AND MASTER, YOU DON'T EVER SAY NO TO ME" bellowed Megatron thunderously, but stopped nonetheless and allowed the blue mech to stand.
Megatron angrily shoved past the medic as he exited the war room, leaving the medic and Soundwave behind.
"Are you alright?" asked the medic.
"Affirmative" replied the blue mech who was rubbing his aft, which was quite surprising for the medic.
"Medic may leave" intoned Soundwave, before leaving the war room himself.
Shaking his helm, ratchet mad hasty exit from the Decepton's underwater base, once he got back to land, the medic wondered about something.
Was allowing him to leave unharmed, Soundwave's way of thanking the medic for trying to stop megatron from punishing him?
That didn't matter at the moment, what mattered was that he was unharmed, and in some ways was glad that Soundwave as alright as well; not that he'd ever admit that to the blue mech or anyone else.
Sometime later, after Optimus and most of the other bots had left, Ratchet was alone in the medical bay; when he heard the familiar sound of Laserbeak and ducked when the flying turkey-bot swooped down and dropped something in the medic's servos before flying back to Soundwave.
Ratchet realized that what had been dropped off was a data-pad containing a message.
Curious, Ratchet opened the message and his optics brightened in surprise at what it said.
"SPANKING DESIRED" announced the blue mech's monotone voice from the file attachment in the data-pad.
The medic had a grin on his face-plate, leave it to Soundwave of all mech's to want a spanking, Ratchet had no idea the Decepticon communications officer was into that; the CMO quickly transformed and headed out to meet the blue mech.
