Happy Vore Day!

Sorry for being so inactive lately, my mental health hasn't been the best and I haven't written much. But I got this idea a few weeks ago and managed to write almost the whole thing in one session, so that was cool. I really like settings where vore is extremely casual, just a normal thing that happens. It leads to some fun scenarios, like this one with a cute little mouse, a shy but very hungry bear, and a bus that's taking far too long to pass. You can probably guess how it ends.

Content warning: This story contains willing oral vore between two male characters with a fatal ending. Digestion isn't shown in detail but is implied to happen (there's no mention of pain or gore). There's also non-sexual nudity in a public setting.

Story length: ~2400 words.

Simon the mouse had been waiting for the bus for almost half an hour and there was still no sign of it. He'd had a long day at work and all he wanted was to get home and relax, but there wasn't much he could do other than keep waiting. At least it was a Friday, so he wouldn't have to wake up early the next day.

Deep in his thoughts, Simon didn't notice the huge bear until he sat on the bus stop bench next to him. Simon quickly turned his head toward the newcomer and had to suppress a gasp. The bear was absolutely massive, towering over the mouse even when sitting, his impressive belly being by far his most notorious feature. From his outfit and suitcase, Simon deduced that this bear worked at an office.

The bear glanced at Simon for a split second, then looked away before apparently reconsidering and turning toward the mouse again and making a vague gesture with his hand.

“Good evening…" he said. His voice was higher than Simon expected.

“Hi…" Simon replied. He usually avoided engaging in small talk with strangers, so he didn't say anything else.

The bear didn't continue the conversation either, so the two of them remained in silence for a few minutes. Simon couldn't avoid peeking at the bear from time to time. He was so big! Most bears were, of course, especially compared to a mouse, but this one was easily the biggest Simon had ever seen, at least from so close. He had to admit, it made him somewhat nervous, but he did his best to keep his composure.

That was, until the bear's stomach growled. Simon couldn't suppress his gasp this time.

“Excuse me!" the bear said as he brought a hand to his belly. “Really busy day at the office, I had to skip lunch."

Simon laughed awkwardly. “Don't worry, it happens to everybody."

None of them said anything else for a while, although the bear's stomach continued making sounds occasionally, making it impossible for Simon to ignore, especially as the bear rubbed his belly, as if trying to calm it down.

“The bus is taking a really long time, eh?" the bear said after a few minutes.

“Yeah. It often runs late," Simon said. He didn't even mention the fact that he'd been waiting for it long before the bear arrived.

The bear's belly growled again, even louder than before.

“Hey, uhhh… this is really awkward, but… do you happen to have something to eat?" the bear asked. “I'm starving. I'd go buy something, but I don't want to risk missing the bus."

“No, I'm afraid not, sadly."

The bear let out a sigh. “I see…"

They continued sitting in awkward silence, although it wasn't exactly silent with the belly growls becoming louder and more frequent. Simon shifted in his seat, his heart beating faster.

“This must be so uncomfortable to you," the bear said.

“Don't worry, I don't mind," Simon said, although he probably didn't sound too convinced of his own words.

“I had a snack earlier but… that's all I've eaten since breakfast. And you know… for someone my size, that's nowhere near enough…"

“Yeah, that must be though…" Simon said. He wondered how much food would be enough to sate such a gargantuan belly. He actually felt somewhat bad for the big guy.

The bear sighed again, but didn't say anything else.

More time passed without incident. The streets were almost deserted, other than the occasional car. It was just the two of them.

“Still nothing," the bear said after a while.

“Yeah, that's unfortunate."

“Say… uhhh…" the bear started, apparently struggling to find the words for what he wanted to say. “Oof, this is awkward."

Simon looked at the bear and raised an eyebrow.

“Well, no harm in asking, I guess," he sighed. “Do you… do you have plans for tonight?" he finally said.

“Excuse me?"

The bear seemed extremely embarrassed. “Damn, that sounded like I was asking you on a date or something! Sorry, this is so hard!"

“Take your time."

“I was… I was just wondering… I know this is a lot to ask, but you seem nice, so… do you mind if I eat you?"

There it was. The question that confirmed what Simon had been suspecting since he first heard that enormous belly growling.

“Ah," was all he could say.

“Sorry, I… I thought…" the bear said, avoiding Simon's eyes. “It's just that… I've never done this before, you know? But I'm starving, and you look so tasty, so I thought that maybe…"

“Hey, uh… you know people normally don't ask to do that, right? You know you could've just… grabbed me and gulped me down. That's the way it usually goes."

“Well… yeah…" the bear let out a sigh. “But I think that's kinda rude. You've been nice to me, so… I wanted to at least ask if you were okay with the idea."

“Thanks. I appreciate it."

“Sorry for making things awkward. I should've assumed that you wouldn't want to be eaten by a complete stranger."

“I… uh… I haven't said that."

The bear immediately turned toward Simon, surprised. “What?"

“I'm aware of my place in the food chain, and there's not a lot I can do about it. I've always known this moment would come sooner or later."

“So… so you're saying… you'd let me eat you? Really?"

Simon shrugged. “Sure. If it's not you, it'll be someone else eventually. And you seem like you're in real need of some food right now, so… it sounds reasonable to me."

To Simon's surprise, the bear hugged him. “Oh, thank you, thank you, thank you! That's so kind of you!" As he pressed the mouse against his soft belly, it growled yet again. “Oops. Haha, I'm so hungry!"

“I noticed…" Simon said, barely able to speak. “Good thing I'm here…"

“Yeah!" The bear finally released him from the tight hug. “So, uhhh, can you undress, please?"

“Sure."

One by one, Simon took off his clothes, while the bear watched him expectantly. He hesitated before removing his boxers, but since the bear didn't specify to leave those on, he took them off as well. It felt weird being naked in public, but it made sense that the bear would prefer eating him that way, so he didn't complain. At least it wouldn't last long, and it was late enough that the chances of someone seeing him were very low. Not like anyone would care, anyway.

The bear stared at Simon's naked body and licked his chops. “You look delicious…" His belly growled in agreement.

“Thanks, I guess…"

“So… is there anything else you need to do before I…?"

“Nah."

“Should I let someone know… about what happened to you…?"

“Don't worry about it. Really."

The bear let out an extended sigh, accompanied by another belly growl. He seemed more nervous than Simon about what was going to happen, which was pretty funny, and even endearing. All things considered, Simon felt good helping him in the best way he could.

“Hey, no rush, but… I'm getting kinda cold…" Simon said, more to give the bear a little push than because he actually felt cold.

“Oh! I'm so sorry!"

“It's okay. I know it'll be warm inside."

“Oh, I'm… pretty sure it will, yeah," the bear laughed awkwardly. “So… may I?"

Simon nodded and gave the bear a reassuring smile. “Go ahead, big guy."

The bear returned the smile and gave Simon another brief hug… and then opened his mouth wide and shoved the mouse's entire head inside.

It went faster than Simon expected. While the mouse could feel the bear's tongue tasting him, he didn't dwell on that any longer than necessary, and immediately started swallowing. Simon felt the bear easily lifting him above his head to let gravity assist him in his endeavor.

The hungry bear quickly swallowed the rest of the mouse's body. Simon was barely able to process it. After a swift trip through the tight throat, he arrived unceremoniously in the bear's ample stomach.

“Hey, are you okay?" the bear said. His voice was muffled but still clearly audible.

“Yeah…" Simon said as he tried to get in a more comfortable position.

“Wow, that was… wow…" the bear said as he started rubbing his mouse-filled belly. “You feel amazing in there!"

“I'm… glad to hear that…"

“You tasted even better than I expected! I wish I could've spent more time savoring you, but… I was so hungry…"

“It's alright. Next time you eat someone, you can take it slower."

“Next…? Oh! Yeah. Uhhh… I don't think… or maybe… yeah, I could see myself trying this again, to be honest, hehe."

The bear gave his belly a couple pats, and then let out a small burp.

“Oops. Excuse me."

“No problem."

“Oh, hey, there's the bus at long last!" the bear exclaimed as he suddenly stood up, shaking Simon's entire world.

Well, at least it didn't arrive while the bear was in the middle of eating him, Simon thought. That would've been unfortunate.

“Good evening!" the bear said to who Simon assumed was the bus driver.

“Good evening," another male voice replied. “Just had dinner, eh?"

“Oh! Right!" the bear laughed and patted his belly. “Mouse! He was delicious!"

“Hmmm, I haven't had mouse in a while. Maybe once my shift is over…"

“Good luck with that!"

From the movements, Simon assumed that the bear walked to the back of the bus and sat on one of the larger seats meant to accommodate people his size, or at least as close as they could for someone so big. Once his surroundings stopped moving, Simon returned to his earlier position.

“Ahhh, this is nice," the bear said, sounding pleased. “Finally on my way home, and with a full belly. I don't think I'll even need to make dinner. All thanks to you, little buddy!" he said as he started tenderly rubbing his belly again.

“Happy to help."

“Are you comfortable?"

“About as comfortable as I could expect to be inside a bear's stomach."

The bear laughed. “So… how is it in there? I'm curious."

“Hot. Slimy. Dark. There's this… tingling sensation on my skin, but… it doesn't feel too bad, to be honest. It's kinda… relaxing, in a way."

“That's good to hear, at least. So… how long do you think you'll last in there? I'd love it if you were still around when I go to bed."

“Well, uhhh… your stomach seems pretty active already, so… I'm not sure if I'll last that long…"

“Aw, that's unfortunate. But it makes sense, since I skipped lunch. Oh, well, I'll make sure to enjoy it while I can. You feel sooooo good in there!"

They didn't talk much during the bus trip, although the bear kept constantly massaging his belly. Simon had to admit that it felt nice. Part of him was proud to have satisfied such a huge predator, at least momentarily. He wondered if his small body would really be enough to keep the bear sated until the next day, or if the big guy would need a midnight snack. In any case, he most certainly wouldn't find out. The bear's stomach was already doing its job, and Simon was starting to feel lightheaded.

It was hard to keep track of time in his current situation, so Simon wasn't sure how long the trip took. He even dozed off for a while, but he was eventually woken up by a sudden movement, when the bear presumably got off the bus and walked toward his home.

“Home, sweet home!" the bear said after a few minutes. “How are you doing in there, buddy?"

It took Simon a few tries to find his voice. “Fine…" he said, barely audible.

“Hey, you're still there! I had my doubts, since you weren't moving. You sound pretty tired, though. I just need to get a few things done, and then it's bedtime for the two of us. How does that sound? Can you hang in there just a little longer?"

“I'll… I'll try…"

“Great!"

Simon wasn't sure why the bear was so interested in his well-being, but he found it cute. However, the bear's stomach didn't share such concerns, and there wasn't much Simon could do about it. He could feel his body softening with every passing minute, making him feel less like a mouse and more like food. Which, to be fair, he was. All his life had led to this moment. To be eaten and digested by a random stranger. That was his role in this world. Just another meal for this hungry bear. And he was okay with that.

Some more time passed, with Simon barely able to remain conscious. He couldn't tell what the bear was doing anymore, although he could still hear his voice, with some difficulty.

“Hey," the bear said at some point, softly patting his belly to get Simon's attention. “Little guy. Are you still there?"

Simon was too weak to reply. He tried pressing his hand against the stomach walls, but the bear didn't seem to notice it.

“Did you fall asleep, or…?"

Simon tried pressing again, harder this time, leaving him completely exhausted.

“Huh?" the bear said. “Was that you, buddy, or just my stomach?"

He never got an answer.

The bear let out a sigh. “Damn, I was hoping you'd make it. I wanted to chat a bit more. Oh well. Time to sleep, I guess, and let my belly handle the rest."

Simon could feel the bear's hands pressing harder against his belly, rubbing it in circles.

“You know, this wasn't so bad after all. I thought it'd feel weird, and… I guess it did feel kinda weird, but… also so good. So… I think I'll try this again, some other day. Maybe tomorrow. Yeah, I could see that."

The bear chuckled. Simon, of course, remained in silence.

“Good night, little buddy. Thank you so much for the meal."

Those were the last words Simon heard. His face produced something resembling a smile, just before his consciousness faded away, in peace, ready for the bear's stomach to claim him.
