In this chapter, Lingyin meets Fu and Xia.
And yes, there ARE two more chapters of this, released to the public two weeks after I have written them, that you can read ahead of time here: https://subscribestar.adult/lookingforthis
Sleeping with Lingyin was something of an experience.
Not necessarily because of anything she, in particular, did, but because this might be the first time in a long, looong time that he had ever slept with a woman. As in, a singular woman. Given that Jun bought Xia and Fu on the same day, it was only now that he realized that he had never really slept with either of them on their lonesome. Or completely on their lonesome.
There was no one watching him snuggle with the short stack, happily letting him be as she did something or other with her busy hands. There was no one voyeuristically leering at him doing it either, making him worried that she might “jump in” at any second. Not, it was only Jun and Lingyin.
If Jun’s entourage had forced themselves, they could have probably gotten back home late at night on that second day of travel, but traveling at night through unfamiliar roads was how horses gained unforeseen injuries. Which meant they had to camp one more time, upon which Lingyin found that she could not, point in fact, “mount and pound” Jun to submission.
She just wasn’t big enough.
Still, it was amazing how complete her transformation was. Or rather, how complete it almost was. While there were still things that called back to her original form, like the blue lines in her brown hair, there were other things that were subtly “off” that Jun only found out by literally slobbering over her.
To wit, her skin had a faintly earthly, faintly grainy flavor. But perhaps that was just because of her diet of rooting through fields of millet and eating the plants whole, so that it was not so much the outcome of having been a Spirit Beast but, rather, the outcome of having the sort of diet that only a Spirit Boar could have had.
But then there was her scent.
Now, everyone smelled different. It wasn’t even an issue of hygiene; the cleanest, most disciplined washer would start generating skin and hair oils as soon as their towel had cleaned off their last bath. These would carry with them a certain amount of chemicals and hormones that would, in proportion, give everyone an unique scent.
Xia sort of smelled faintly flower-like. Which was perhaps not very flattering once you remembered that flowers were the sexual organs of a plant but whatever, the point was that she smelled good. Fu, on the other hand, smelled faintly of reeds. Or very fiber like. Also? She smelled mature. Which made sense given her age.
Lingyin smelled a bit gamey.
It wasn’t a scent that a human could have reproduced, Jun didn’t think, but it was just about the main reminder that he had that she wasn’t really human aside from her blue stripes.
All the same, he would be lying if he claimed that he didn’t grow to like it within a day.
The men all seemed to have trouble connecting the Spirit Boar that they had first met to the lively short woman that was wearing Jun’s clothes now, but they still tried. Worst of all were the men who got trashed by her, who legitimately looked as if they had no idea what to say or even do. So they settled by doing and saying the least they could.
Honestly, that was the first unironically smart decision he had seen them do in a while.
So, upon waking up in the day after Jianjun seemed to have repressed all memories of his traumatizing experience, they set out to his mansion once again. This time? It was still morning when they got there.
“So,” Lingyin said on top of the roof of Jun’s carriage, “These are your personal lands?”
“These are Yan lands.” Jun who, poking his head out of the ceiling window of his carriage, was enjoying the cool air of the morning. And the sight of Lingyin’s panty-less ass, “They are not, however, my personal lands. In the end, all Yan belongs to my father, THE Yan Lord.”
“But you can do whatever you want with it, right?” Lingyin insisted.
“To a certain degree,” Jun allowed, as he scratched his chin. He was able to plant the fields overlooking his mansion with Yellow Spring Weed with no issue, after all. And he would have been able to do whatever he wanted with the lake.
Had he tried to do anything to the villages near his home, though, he was pretty sure he would have gotten a letter from his family to justify his actions. Well, that is, unless he somehow stopped word from getting out. But wouldn’t the necessity to do that itself define the limits of his personal power?
“All power is inherently incomplete,” the boar-turned human, mimicked him in rubbing her chin, “The fact that Cultivators can exist despite the Heavens is proof enough of that, no? This sow would think that a little power, in practice, is the potential for any amount of greater power, in theory.”
“You are not wrong,” Jun had to admit, “But potential is of significantly less importance than people think. Being strong tomorrow is all well and good, but any power you don’t actually have is no power at all.”
“Ultimately, you cannot get a loan from the future,” Jun, the time traveler who was effectively doing just that, sighed.
The Yan family falling aside, in the next years things were going to generally become less and less stable. Being a Noble he would be shielded from that, of course, but it was a bit hard to determine which events were the ones that he had to keep in mind. And which ones were just incidental symptoms of the age.
The only thing he needed to do, the only thing required of him, was to keep his family from being torn from within. And while he personally was finding himself enjoying what he was getting out of setting up for that, his memories of his family’s collapse still made it very clear what was at stake.
In the end, the only thing he could be certain about his future was that it would be bad if he didn’t do something to change it.
“Hey, you! Stop being so melancholic!” Lingyin rounded up on him, “I know the Young Master’s human scholars teach all sorts of deterministic foolishness but, if it matters, you need not fear the future anymore!”
“After all, this Lingyin is now here!”
The human form of this little pig looked so determined and serious as she said that, that if she hadn’t had the violent curves of a grown woman he would have found it cute.
…fuck it, he still found it cute.
“Sure, sure,” Jun, on a whim, reached out and tossed her hair. Lingyin preened at the show of affection, “Actually, on an unrelated note, is there a reason why you haven’t turned back into a boar?”
“Of course,” Lingyin nodded with confidence, “Now, while I am a lovely sow, this human form of mine is not any less lovely, is it not?”
“It is quite fetching,” Jun chuckled.
“So it is that if aesthetics are not important, practical concerns must determine what I am,” Lingyin recited as if she had been thinking about this precise subject.
“Such as?” Jun asked.
“...I can’t wear clothes when I am a boar,” Lingyin splayed her arms wide, almost making Jun’s long sleeves unroll and cover her hands. It was comical in a way, and Jun WOULD be getting her clothes of her own once they were back home, but the Spirit Boar seemed to like how Jun’s clothing fit her. Or ill-fit her as the case was.
“Well, clothing is very important,” Jun agreed, not being able to keep a smile off his face.
“See? The Young Master possesses not just beauty and strength, but also brains,” Lingyin said approvingly as she reached out to caress his cheek as if HE were the priced possession.
And now, he couldn’t keep from laughing.
They miraculously met a patrol of the 6 man guard left at home, the two new guards that had fucked up by not doing so but a few days ago. One of them galloped to their home to prepare things, while the other joined Jun’s entourage and walked back.
Nothing had changed and the guard that Jianjun had almost raped, or so Jun was informed, had been convinced to put such occurrence behind him. So long as Jianjun didn’t seek to do anything else to him, that is.
The Guard Captain groaned at that.
By the time the carriage neared his home, Jun spotted two figures already outside.
Waiting for him.
“Young Master!” Xia didn’t even let the carriage come to a stop before running to the door an anxiously waiting for it to open. A break of etiquette, not just by Noble but Confucian standards, but one Jun was well inclined to ignore. When the door was opened, she rushed to engulf him in a kiss.
And ended up kissing Lingyin instead.
For a heart beat, Jun got to witness two of his women making out.
….nice.
“You’re not the Young Master!” Xia gasped.
“This young sow doesn’t know who you are!” Lingyin replied.
“Alright, so-”Jun stepped in right away, “Lingyin, this is Xia, my first concubine. Actually, did I tell you that I had two? Because I have two.”
“You didn’t,” Lingyin pouted.
“I am deeply sorry,” Jun rubbed his forehead before he found that Xia was tugging at his sleeve with a confused expression, “Right, right, Xia, this is Lingyin my…third concubine you could say.”
“Really?” Xia gave Lingyin a speculative look as she eyed her up and down, “Is she a kid or just short?”
“This Lingyin is a grown female,” Lingyin testily said.
“...you have amazing curves,” Xia replied, her eyes looking at her hips, ass, and tits with a good amount of appreciation.
Too much appreciation, point in fact.
“Your women do not have bad eyes, Young Master,” Lingyin coughed as she flushed a bit, “Actually, you said she was the first of two. Where is the other one?”
“Ah, this Fu-” Jun’s milf marched up with refined steps, “-is the Young Master’s woman as well.”
“Hmm,” Lingyin said as she went deep in thought.
She looked Fu up and down and then did the same to Xia. Fu took it a good humor, but Xia actually put her hands on her hips and pushed her chest out.
“The young human female is weird,” Lingyin grunted, making Xia deflate in shock, “But she is rather pretty. 8 out of 10.”
“Now, the old human female-” she went on as Xia sputtered, “Has that reserved loveliness and mature charm. Why, I might even go as far as to say that she looks as good as she does precisely because of her age. Another 8 out of 10!”
“Oh?” Xia, who finally found her footing again, tersely asked, “What are you then?”
“This lovely Lingyin is, of course, a 16 out of 10!” Lingyin proudly said.
Xia pursued her lips for a moment, trying to come up with an answer to that.
“Forgive us, Miss Lingyin,” Fu was the one to speak up, her voice dripping with amusement, “But how do you figure that?”
“Both this sow’s human form and original form are the peak of mortal perfection,” Lingyin haughtily explained, “Therefore, 8 out of 10 on each form. Therefore, I am a total of 16!”
Both Xia and Fu blinked at that.
“Original form?” Xia asked.
“Sow?” Fu asked.
“Alright, allow this Young Master to try this again,” Jun stepped in again before things became comical, “Lingyin, these are Xia and Fu, my two cute human concubines.”
“Hello?” the social protocols they both possess immediately, but temporarily, engaged and had them straightening as well as slightly bowing.
“Fu-er, Xia-er? This is Lingyin, a Spirit Beast now residing in the shape of a human,” Jun introduced her, “Please get along with her as she will also now be part of the family.”
“She’s a Spirit Beast?” they both gasped.
“Pleased to meet you,” Lingyin’s nose twitched as she, hmm, tried to get their scent? “All that being said, these women don’t look like they put up much of a fight.”
“Wait, why would we fight the Young Master?” Fu’s eyes widened.
“This Young Master didn’t beat them into submission,” Jun drily said, “I actually, um, bought them?”
“....money is truly a fearsome power,” Lingyin mused.
“Wait, so you beat HER into submission?” Xia was finally getting her head around the whole thing, “And she is a Spirit Beast? A sow? A…Spirit Sow?”
“Technically,” Lingyin almost oinked.
“Did…did the Young Master beat you into submission while you were in your pig form?” Xia dared ask.
“Boar, not pig!” Lingyin corrected her, “But yes. This sow gave the Young Master a challenge but in the end the Young Master made me submit with nothing but his body!”
Xia went completely red as she looked from Jun to Lingyin, her eyes only getting wider.
And…did she start sweating?
“Oh, s-so he made you his woman then?” she asked in a small voice.
“In front of most of his men,” Lingyin confirmed with a satisfied smile, “And some of the villagers, too!”
“Can this-” Xia nerviously licked her lips, “C-can this Xia witness that too?”
Jun’s eyes slimmed as he looked at his nympho.
“As in, right this moment?” Lingyin considered the notion.
“What exactly do you think we did, Xia-er?” Jun carefully asked.
“Oh, Young Master!” that seemed to snap her out of whatever is that she was thinking about, “Please know that this Xia not only approves of your new hungers, but she also would like to-”
“I fucked her in her human form,” Jun cut her off.
“...oh,” Xia lamely said, looking of all things disappointed, before perking up again, “Well, it must have been a nice rape if she is so happy about it all.”
“The Young Master took me AFTER he had won and he did so with me willing you reprobate!” Lingyin took a step back even as she growled.
“Oh,” Xia said again, and the disappointment this time was palpable. But she quickly shook herself out of it.
“But you can still turn back into a pig though, right?” she asked with far too much innocence.
Lingyin used Jun as a shield.
After a few more introductions, to Jun’s servants and the rest of his guards, Jun arranged for another set of ill-fitting, but female, set of clothes to make their way into Lingyin’s hands.
But she refused to change from the ones she was on. Something about them not smelling “nice like him” or something like that.
Anyway, he gave her a tour of his home.
“The warrior servants live in their own dens,” Lingyin noted as they walked through the lake, “And the house servants stay in the house for a few days before returning to their peasant huts?”
“You know, you show far more disdain for commoners than most nobles I know,” Jun couldn’t help but be amused, “That is no small achievement.”
“I’ve actually been around the peasants for most of my life,” Lingyin grunted, “I simply treat them how they are.”
“You're a Spirit Beast,” Jun shot back, “Surely that allows you to relate to them somehow?”
Lingyin looked at Jun as if he had suggested that the sky was purple, “How?”
While it wasn’t important to Jun that Lingyin see peasants as beings worthy of dignity, she was bound to get familiar with Jun’s opinion on things. If nothing else, it would help things greatly if she didn’t go around insulting the help, so this was as good a time as any to nip this problem in the bud.
So since he might as well give this a try how should he-ah, “Aren’t Boars social creatures?”
Jun almost said “animals” but he thankfully remembered to go with a more general approach; it would do his arguments no good if he implied commoners, too, were animals.
“Yes, precisely!,” to Jun’s surprise, Lingyin’s disdain only deepened, “Feral boars are nearly as worthless as peasants!”
“...right,” Jun saw no way to penetrate past that, so he decided to shelve the topic for later.
It was just as well. He could clearly see that Lingyin was enjoying exploring her new home.
They walked past the lake and started getting into the freshly planted Yellow String Weed fields. The work was not done yet, not by a mile, but a lot of the ground had been tilled and it would not be too long before the Guards were done with their punishment. Some of the seeds had, point in fact, already been planted though they still had the majority in storage,
Lingyin smelled at the air, prodding her nose here and there and, occasionally, honest-to-goodness oinking. Coming from a human throat, it was absurdly adorable.
And then she stopped.
“Could it be?” she whispered before she took off running.
Straight into the tilled fields.
She nosed at the air, running to and fro until she landed in one of the plots that had seeds in them. Not caring about getting her hands dirty, or Jun’s clothes, she dipped her hands into the ground and started digging. And then, with a sprout of victory, she took out a seed that he begun to sprout green roots out.
“You have yellow grass!” Lingyin happily said before she popped the germen sproutling into her mouth, dirty as it was.
And then proceeded to chew it with relish.
“I LOVE yellow grass!” Lingyin twisted around in a way that made Jun glad that no one else was around to look at her, “Heavens, please tell me you have some more!”
Um, well then?
